Ordered 2 Mintek RB-Li 63 portable DVD player batteries. I received them the next day, which I was a bit surprised. I also emailed them regarding this product, prior to purchasing and they responded promptly.

They do not offer any local pickups, as I lived within 10 miles of their posted mailing address. They must be located somewhere around the San Gabriel Valley area. If your looking for something fast within the LA area, I would recommend this place.

I can't vouch for their returns but their email reply was speedy.

I ordered a 2.8mm surveillance camera. I promptly received an email that the shipping label had been created along with tracking information. After 5 days, the tracking still showed that the item hadn't been delivered to the shipping facility. I sent an email inquiring as to why they hadn't shipped it yet. After waiting another 5 days (10+ days since ordering), I get a response stating that they were out of the 2.8mm cameras, but asked if they could send me a 3.6mm camera instead or would I prefer to cancel the order. I promptly replied that I need to cancel the order because I need the 2.8mm wide angle camera for this application. The went ahead and shipped me the 3.6mm camera anyway (I'm sure with the hopes that I wouldn't waste my time trying to return it). I contacted them and requested a return and they agreed and sent me an RMA, but required that I pay for the shipping. Completely their fault for sending the wrong item. Very shady company. I will never do business with them again, nor would I advise anyone else to either. Stay away from these crooks....unless you have plenty of time and money to waste.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
