This company is not trustworthy I placed a order for wheels on Friday 3-4-22 for 1140.00 was told order would ship asap so I would have by Wednesday of the next week got a call on Monday order hadn’t ship yet they was confirming order which was placed three days prior on Tuesday 3-8-22 I called to get tracking information as I hadn’t received anything the company wouldn’t give me any tracking information at all so going round and round with some sales person on phone he finally stated he would refund my money the full amount 1140.00 on Thursday 3-10-22 I got a refund for 1000.00 even not the full amount this company is stealing $140.00 of my money and still no management has called me stay as far away from this online dealer as you can wish there was a zero star rating that’s what they need having to dispute the other 140.00 with credit card company to get all my money back and reporting to better business

I purchased a set of tires and received a discount for buying wheel and tires. I received the dirty, used, worn tires. I asked to send them back if they send me a shipping label, they emailed back and forth 15 times. In the end I finally reached Scott on the phone who called me a crook because I went to PayPal to dispute the transaction and send them their raggedy tires back. Do not purchase from them if you are offered a discount, because you will receive used tires!

The customer service rep lied to me and hit me with a 35% restocking fee after he canceled an order without my permission! I will be paying them a visit in person.

Very easy, I called and talked to Luis with a couple of rims in mind. He give me his honest opinion on what will fit without having to modify my truck. I ordered on a Friday and the next Wednesday my rim were at my house.

I am assuming you will ship FedEx or UPS ground. Please do not ship via USPS as my street address 348 Lakeview Circle W is only useful for NON POSTAL SERVICE. You may eliminate the Box 1734 from my address. Thanks.

I was concerned about ordering from Wheel Hero. I had no prior knowledge of this company. I received an email stating my order would be shipped in 7-10 working days. The link to RL Carriers, the freight company, was wrong. I had to Google RL Carriers and check different links until I finally found the right one to update shipping. The inside of the one of the black wheels has deep scratches. Their prices are right. Not sure if I'll use them in the future, and not sure I won't.

Not WheelHeros fault, but FedEx sent email that packages would be delivered on certain date and somebody had to be here to sign for it. So we made a point that one of us be home all day and they never showed up. The next day, my wife was gone for 2 hours and they showed up. Very frustrating and when I contact WheelHero, the rep just said that FedEx is a disaster right now.

2 wheels had defect where they mounted tires. 2 wheels were perfect. Waiting on a reply from wheel hero. Sent email so hopefully I hear back from customer service soon on the issue. The damage was minor.

I received my 4 wheels on Thursday, May 28th. They are still boxed up and will be going to the tire shop to have Goodyear Wrangler tires mounted, on June 2nd. First, the tire shop owner wants to "try fit" one of the wheels to make sure all will go well after the tires are actually mounted. Makes sense to me!

Ordered tires and rims to come balanced. They were not. Had to take them to a local shop to get them balanced and that didn't work after contacting customer service a second time was told to have them forced balanced. Then had to have tire sensor reprogrammed. With that being said they did offer to pay for the forced balancing.

Wheels I ordered were not available. When 2nd choice was made they shipped it priority and wheels came in no time and were packaged very proffesionaly and are perfect. Gonna look sweet on my wife's ride

so far this has been a simple process. user friendly site. Ok Arrived fast just over a week after ordering, and in good condition. The only issue is. It seems like a lot of money for tire pressure sensors. I have low tire pressure light, I'm not going to send them back so Save the money and have some installed when they arrive. For the price of sensors it would be nice to have any option for redemption if they don't work. WheelHero themselves have done good. The wheels and tires are great. One of the Sensors could be bad.

Wheel Hero has provided us with some fantastic looking wheels for our cars. My review would be 5/5 but I never received my lugs until I contacted CS. They didn't send lugs because we purchased rims for two different vehicles and didn't want to assume which delayed things. We got the lugs and we were shorted one for the one vehicle and given an extra one for the other. Other than that the product was good quality.

Overall experience was okay. Their customer service is one of the best I've had to deal with. More communication with the customer should be considered, for instance I didn't know my items would be coming in 2 separate shipments.

Was fine other than took a little longer than I expected as parts of my order had to be shipped from a different warehouse.Once the hardware arrived I had the wheels put on an my vintage 1987 Chevy G10 van looks real sharp !
