I called local florists to purchase 4 dozen Gerbera Daisies. The price quoted was $3.50 per stem! It was a Birthday party - not a wedding! I went on line...found Wholesale Blooms for less than half the price! I was holding my breathe thinking I made a mistake. I was so happy with the flowers. Beautiful, healthy, colorful and much more. We were very pleased with the excellent prices, how fast, and the fantastic conditions the flowers arrived. I ordered ranunculus after trying different websites and stores. Whole blossoms had the best prices and free shipping! I'm so glad we ordered throughout them!

Ordered some Astilbe Lavender from Whole Blossoms. They contacted me right away that they didn't have the color lavender available and if I would like to substitute a different color. Order came in time for my event. We did have an issue where they didn't print my unit number on the shipping label. I did have to give WB a call that they needed to contact the shipping company. They did do a followup to make sure I have receive my ordered. The only reason WB is getting a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because they did not have the exact flower in stock.

We ordered all of our flowers from Whole Blossom. The flowers were packaged extremely well and looked amazing. We received them 4 days before the wedding and had no problems transporting, arranging, and displaying them for the wedding. There are so many to choose from and all were incredibly beautiful and reasonably priced. I would order from this company again.

The peonies were supposed to be golf ball sized when they arrived - they were larger and when we tried to use them two days later they were blown with most about 8 inches around - no bride could have a bouquet with massive peonies. Sent pics, they were dripping petals on top of it. Said nothing wrong with them - my hand was dwarfed holding them - their way to rectify was to offer to allow me to send them back on the WEDDING DAY!!! Got other flowers from Blooms by the Box,bunches direct and had NOT ONE PROBLEM. RIP OFF

Ordered a bouquet of Lily of the Valley for a friend to be delivered last Friday. The flowers arrived completely dead and without the address of the sender (so she didn't know that I was sending them, as it was a birthday surprise!). I checked in with her today and after hearing that the flowers were dead, I called the company. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life (I know, that sound like an exaggeration, but it's really not!). Horribly rude reps, no supervisors ("we report to each other") and if you didn't file a claim the same day - how could I or she?? - then there's nothing they can do, goodbye. Not even a sorry that the flowers were dead. Just yeah, nothing we can do, you should read our terms and conditions more closely. Wow. I've really never seen anything like this before. Please, please stay away from this company. There are lots of honest companies out there who care about their custoemers and their product.

Ordered Aug. peonies 2 months prior to my sister’s wedding. Before the wedding WB calls, says they can’t send my white peonies & the pink peonies would cost twice what I paid. She said I selected Oct. Peonies; I was skeptical over this claim (no way to prove I’d ordered the Aug. variety; email confirmation doesn’t list that detail. After going in circles with rep, I said I’d call back later with a substitute flower. The next lady I talked to at WB said, there’s nothing wrong with your order; you selected Aug. peonies; my manager okayed it all. Relief! But later I got a call from first rep w/ news that another flower wasn’t available & I would have to pick out another substitution. Then she denied anything the second rep said, again insisting that my peonies were ordered wrong. The 2nd rep was “new”, “sick” & the managers I asked to speak to said to “not bother them any more”. So I got 40 “pink” (lavender-ish) peonies for the price of 100. The flowers were okay but I went thru crazy stress in the process! My experience showed me they would rather lose a customer than any amount of money over a website pricing error. I submitted this review on their site but I suspect they filter out any negative reviews as I have not been able to find this review later.

Excellent selection of flowers at competitive prices, friendly and responsive customer service, and reasonable shipping costs. Wholeblossoms is a good source for ordering flowers and greens in bulk, but they do not offer smaller quantities (e.g. you can't buy 2 bunches of this, 3 bunches of that, etc.) so keep that in mind when you are designing your floral arrangements. I have ordered from them for at least three weddings and have been pleased each time.

For the most part, I was pretty pleased with Whole Blossoms. The flowers and green fillers that I received were beautiful and ended up making the event truly wonderful. However, I did have a couple of disappointments. First: the main flower I chose (Salmanazar Pink Peach Peony Garden Rose) could not be delivered "because nature didn't allow". I was informed 8 days before the wedding and had to scramble to find another supplier to get them replaced because they didn't have anything else available that I felt was even close to what I was hoping for. Second, the ranunculus flowers were gorgeous--except about 1/4 of them died or arrived smashed or brown. The rep I spoke to was very nice, however, and even though I was under the 10 day restraint, they refunded the full amount paid for the peonies so that I could purchase them elsewhere. We made due with the new order and with other flowers we purchased locally. Our wedding date: July 7, 2018

I ordered Natural Blue Hydrangea from Whole Blossoms, and when I opened the box it completely exceeded my expectations. They arrived in excellent conditions and they even look more beautiful than in the pictures. I am in Vancouver Canada and the flowers came from Medellin Colombia. The whole process was quick, their customer service outstanding and their product speaks for itself. Thanks Whole Blossoms for making my one year anniversary unforgettable.

We ordered 9000 ivory rose petals for an outdoor wedding recently. I was a little worried when they arrived a day earlier than anticipated, but it was okay. Their quality was great and they easily survived a couple of days in our refrigerator as well as a couple of hours prior to setting up at the venue. They looked beautiful and made it through ceremony just fine :) We will definitely be ordering through WholeBlossoms.com again for future events.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A VENDOR EVER I bought 500 roses and 2 bundles of baby's breath for my wedding so that I could do the centerpieces and bouquets myself. As you probably could have guessed - the flowers didn't show up as scheduled. After hours on the phone with customer service (with them constantly trying to get me off to "call me back" -- meaning I had to call them back each hour because they definitely didn't follow up on their own) ... we finally resolved that they would ensure the flowers were held at FedEx the following day so that I could pick them up at 8AM rather than wait all day for delivery. I called back TWICE after that compromise to confirm that the flowers would be held at the FedEx store and to confirm the address. Really, should I have been surprised that the flowers weren't held at FedEx the next day. Wholeblossoms didn't even call them! The flowers didn't get delivered until late that afternoon and I had to scramble to get the arrangements done with only TWO hours before the rehearsal dinner. The moral of the story is ... spend a few hundred dollars extra. Save yourself the nightmare and get a real florist. Trust me ... whole blossoms is a waste of time, money and energy. Never experienced a worse company or customer service. Oh - and they have the nerve to challenge bad HONEST reviews to get them suspended from websites until you prove your case. All I have to say to that is I will be posting on every affiliated website and I will prove it each time.

I wanted something different and they delivered. The only problem I had was the weather did not co-operate and the flowers were 3 days late arriving. Luckily it was not for a wedding but a 60th birthday, and we all know how we love our birthdays to go on past the actual date.

I live in California. The service was great, nice people to work with. The garland I ordered for my client fell apart as they were taking it out of the box. I needed to spend an additional $150 on greens and hydrangea to fill it in and strap together where the wire was being pulled apart. not to mention the travel time it took me to get to and from client and time away from my other job. Depleting, horrible and they would only refund me a third. Now I have I have to spend more out of pocket money on new garland:( not happy at all!

I ordered 7 different flowers to do Wedding flowers for a friend Twenty arrangements and 5 bouquets. We ordered about $600 worth of flowers at least half that cost went in to Hydrangeas. Everything arrived perfectly everything lasted perfectly I was amazed. I followed their directions to the letter. Because my event was on Sunday and the deliveries came in on Wednesday and Thursday. The crazy thing is I am sitting here looking at 1 of the arrangements and we are on day 13. I think this company is awesome and the customer service was terrific. I "called them twice to verify directions and they couldn't have been more helpful. Worth every penny. Cookie cooling rack and a Old Palette to separate the blossoms over a Cooler. It worked great and gave the blossom space to breathe

My daughter was to wed in early September just before Hurricane Dorian approaches Florida as a strong category 5. I ordered 75 long stem Calle Lilies that arrived early due to the weather. The day before the wedding the flowers began turning brown. I called customer service to report what had occurred and they arranged to send a fresh set via FedEx that arrived the morning of the wedding. I will 100% recommend Whole Blossoms to anyone. They truly provide superior customer service. Thank you.

I bought 150 flowers that came too early and died bunny wedding. Only 13 were usable and I had to run and get grocery store flowers. I called when they arrived and they would not help me until the day of my even when it was too late. When I sent them the pictures the day after my wedding if all my dead flowers to get my.mkney back they said it was too late....I had to do it the day of my wedding!!! Do yourself a favor and go through a florist...they are an ignorant company who fail to do right by their customers.

Here is a quick run-down, I got married last year and did my own flowers. Every other vendor was great and the flowers came just fine... except for the 250 white roses from these criminals. Ordered and Paid: Then had BANK FRAUD $5k + (only purchase made on that card in 90+ days) Received Email: "We never got your payment!!" Called them, Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard. Received Email 2: "YOUR FLOWERS HAVE SHIPPED" :| 60 days early, call them panicked: Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard. Received Email 3: We won't have your flowers, we're sending you a different white rose. 10 Emails Later: They "guaranteed" that the roses would arrive on time. 5 days before wedding day: Your roses shipped, the ones you ordered, not the replacement, they're on their way (Huh, wow they get them here fast, ships Monday, arrives Wednesday) 3 days before wedding day: NO FLOWERS!! I call them, get voicemail, no call back (all my other flowers arrived. 2 days before wedding day: Hurricane!! They're delayed but will be there tomorrow. 1 day before wedding day: No Delivery. Finally reach them on the phone. "We'll give you a credit" (LIES) 1 day before wedding day: Go out and spend 5x what we paid for 250 roses to get 200 to replace the missing main flower. 10 days after wedding day: Call them, "Hey guys, haven't seen my refund...?" They tell me I'm not receiving a refund, they have no record of it and the I will get credit instead. What am I going to do with that??? I'm not a florist, I'm a bride! " We'll call you back" 20 days later: No call back 90 days after the wedding: I call them to use the credit. "Sorry, your credit expired." I pushed them... We'll escalate and call you back within one hour. Today 100+ hours later: No call. They have my money, I have nothing. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.

I am a florist and this is the 3rd time ordering from Whole Blossoms. I have never had a problem with them. I have been pleased with most everything I have received and their prices are fair. This last order, I was a little disappointed in the garden roses...they only lasted 2 days. They were "OK" for the wedding, but were droopy by the reception. This was the first time working with these kind of roses, so they may just be a bit more delicate. Everything else was great.
