Total stitch up with the failed warranty system, The Burleigh store wanted an extra $60 to replace my failed 4mth old "Keen"shoes because they were purchased on sale for $180 and the RRP is $240.

DUDE THIS IS ''LIKE FOR LIKE''!!

No other outdoor store in Australia is equipped as well as wild earth. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff combined with the best gear in the country. Prices are always cheaper than competitors. I like the website a lot although I do prefer in store service. I would love for wild earth to open another store up in Noosa or the Sunshine Coast.

Ordered my tent from Wild Earth in BRISBANE and it was safely in the UK in 2 days. (No fault to Wild Earth it took 3 weeks to clear U.K. Customs. Item arrived in excellent condition, well parcelled and I’d have no hesitation in recommending Wild Earth

To be quite honest, the 2 items I bought were a $1.00 each more than your competitors!, But your shipping charges are the real P&H fees as your competitors are charging double the price which for someone who doesn't know post & handling fees will be ripped off, Wild Earth thank you for a real
delivery price and being "UP FRONT" honest with your pricing, and you deserve the 5 stars and 5 thumbs up award as well!!.

They are so easy to deal with, even called me when they can't deliver to an address I put on. When I got the bag, it was too big for what I need. So I returned it, and the return process was too easy as well. Put a new ordered and was having an issue with the address again, went to the chat options and there was somebody online quick to answer. Solved in less than 5 mins. Best customer support I ever dealt with.

I have been looking for a new Osprey backpack and while searching several sites I found the model I wanted on Amazon significantly cheaper. I want to support local Australian retail and reached out to Wild Earth customer service.

Abbey at Wild Earth was patient with my questions and did her best to get the Wild Earth price closer to the Amazon seller. I appreciate they could not price match a non-retail seller.

Now I benefit from the full Osprey lifetime warranty, supporting local Aussies and have a new backpack on the way. Can't wait to put it through some rugged paces

I don't purchase very often, but always have wildearth as my saved favorite to come back too. Always a pleasure to deal with in person, on the phone and so easy online, offering good details on their products. They offer great advice, are very reliable and professional.

Always fast and efficient service. I have been using Wildearth fo a couple of years now and they always deliver to country NSW in a couple of days. Easy to navigate website with great products and always good prices, especially during the sales.

Hi - I am overall happy with the chat support. However i feel I was misled by the express delivery next day option. I selected next day delivery through courier (booked before 2 pm on a Friday ) and was expecting delivery on Sat ( 25th jan ) . The tracking shows that delivery is scheduled only for 28th Tuesday. I think you should make the delivery conditions absolutely clear and beyond doubt. This is a dampener as I wanted the product on the Saturday.

Wildearth is the best outdoor store I have ever dealt with, great range, the customer service is excellent, knowledgeable staff who are friendly and always happy to help.

Online ordering is great too, always fast processing and delivery.

I in the past would always rate 5 stars.
But took one off because you no longer have free post for orders over $100 for a PO BOX address. As I maintain a PO BOX for the express purpose of safe and convenient on line ordering I find it is a disincentive to make orders that then incur extra costs for using my PO BOX address.
In the future I will not make any further orders if that is the policy.
One of the reasons I preferred to use you over other online outdoor suppliers was because you didn't used do this.

I couldn't be happier. My order arrived very quickly, and the hat was just what my son wanted for the outdoors - light, comfortable and sun-proof. The Canvas Drover hat is a classic design, beautifully finished.

5 stars is not enough!! The staff go above and beyond to give you great service.
I recently put an order in online and realised a short time later that I needed to add another item to my purchase.
The lady on the phone quickly advised the staff in the packing area to hold the parcel to add my other item so I would only pay one postage price.
