Terrible service - DO NOT USE!
I called WorldClassInk and the very nice young lady on the phone exchanged the leaking cartridge with a brand new one. I had my new ink cartridge and prepaid return label in 2 days.
These guys really are World Class!
Highly recommended.
What a ripoff!
Update: Shipment notice finally came today. Will wait to see if it arrives.
I ordered several complete sets of Ultrachrome inks for my 9600 at a GREAT price and they worked flawlessly UNTIL I discovered that a Light Magenta cartridge had black ink instead of Light Magenta!
I wrote their customer service about the problem after wasting a whole afternoon trying to troubleshoot what I thought HAD to be user error because all my reds were printing too dark. It didn't occur to me to check ink colors until I decided to run a nozzle check and the second set of blacks caught my eye.
I wrote them immediately and waited the next day for a response — NOTHING.
I called them, nothing. To make a long, agonizing story short, their proposal was to send me a replacement cartridge. No suggestions for what to do, how to purge the line, no offer to replace the media used printing Magenta, no offer to replace the regular Magenta cartridge since the exact color to print Light Magenta is unknown...a single cartridge was their attempt to make up for what ended up being about 5 days of being unable to print! Keep in mind that they would only send me a replacement IF and ONLY IF, I returned the offending cartridge, of course, the only evidence I have that this type if screw-up was even possible.
When I spoke to their Purchasing Manager she told me that the owner was made aware of the problem and he was just as spineless as the rest of them since he never lifted a finger to rectify the situation.
These people have no clue as to how to run a business. They obviously do not know that existing customer retention is far less expensive and therefore more profitable than jockeying for new customers. Had they simply stepped up to the plate and stood behind their product, not only would they have kept me as a customer for the 9600 inks but they would have gotten additional business since we bought another 64" as a result of the problem.
So, not only do they lose the business of an existing customer they also lose the additional business that would have come as a result of handling a serious problem. So instead of purchasing their 3rd party ink for my 11880 printer, I instead gladly paid $1600 for Epson's OEM inks since I know that if anything like this were to ever happen with Epson inks they'd be all over it like white on rice!

BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY NOR DOES THEIR PRODUCT AT LEAST IN CANON WORK.
PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. You will lose like I did. Not very WORLD CLASS in service nor product. I have given up and will write it off as a bad debt and will move on.
