The entire experience was made very easy and no fuss.the money was transferred the next day.my consultant Oliver Sabah was very thorough and professional and I would recommend him to everyone.

They gave sufficient background information to foster my trust in sending money to the USA without using my NAB bank which I have done for many years.
I had some difficulty however as I refuse to use a mobile phone, as I enjoy my privacy.
One criticism is your use of the term "beneficiary" instead of " recipient" or "receiver". A beneficiary often refers to someone in a Will, and I was temporarily confused by your usage.
Also below you ask for my location and no matter how hard I tried to type in the word Glebe, I couldn't! This wasted my time!

I have been using World First for a year now and I am so impressed with the level of service I receive. I am always certain of my funds arriving on time. When I have made any mistakes and call them they are polite and very responsive.

I was a little concerned about transferring money from UK to Australia having never done it before but the whole process was both easy and quick with a rate that was much better than my bank offered!

In my experience World First has always been first class. Simple set up then seamless on-line transfers with the trade information I need.

Normally very good 5 star but the last transaction I had problems lack of communication resulted in funds being in limbo for many weeks.

Ross is a great account manager that kept me up to date on market moves and the status of my order. The technology that World First uses is excellent as you receive automated emails regarding changes to your order and once the order is executed.

I highly recommend World first and will continue using them

I am seriously impressed with World First.

Sign up and verification was completed in an hour.

Wire transfer (to the US) was locked at an incredibly good rate, saving me hundreds of dollars. My bank couldn't offer anything near the rate that World First had. Also, zero fees.

I stuffed up and forgot to put in the reference number in the reference field. I emailed World First and got an immediate response from a real person bases in Sydney who sorted it out. Thanks Julian!

The website and app are user friendly and have a tonne of informative real time info.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use World First again. I've already recommended them to a few friends. 10/10 experience.

I had a great experience with world first. I transferred a large amount of money from UK to Greece for a property purchase. I got a much better rate than my bank. The process was very straightforward.
Allistair was alway there to give me updates and was very helpfull.
Money were in the Greek bank account in 1 day.

Would definite use again

All was going well until I declared that the money (£5000) I was transferring to a son in Australia came from an inheritance. The Compliance Team required to see either the will or Grant of Probate! Really? For £5000? That irritation soured an otherwise simple, speedy and efficient transaction.

Terrible Customer Service.I need to transfer my money urgently to my supplier but still he have not received & now it will take 3-4 weeks to receiver my money back.Also you can not track nothing is in your hand.Please don't use his service
