Your site has been very slow today. I got into a chat with Meg about 11:30 A.M., EST, and she told me that it had been slow, but assured me that everything was working fine. It is not. On most data entry, I must cut service, re-log, and get back into the data entry screen. In a week when you are at your busiest, you should be certain that nothing like this occurs. This causes me to re-think our process for next year.

I have been using GREATLAND yearli for many years. LOVE THE PLATFORM!!! Fast and easy. Site stores all the appropriate company and taxpayer information, so, each year, it's simply fill in the payroll numbers. Then, they take it from there, filing everything necessary. Makes my life so EASY!!!

Really happy with most everything - 1)especially getting everything done both federal and state all in one place and 2) reasonable price. My only small issue was step one when filing out, it asked me if I wanted to do it manually or use a pop up list of items (I didn't know what any of that meant or which one I had used the previous tax year to file). A bit more explanation or "you use this last year" would have helped. I am still fairly new to filing these types of forms, so any helpful info is greatly appreciated. Thank you for making the process easier.

Your online forms are so easy to use, even I can do it, lol. It's very useful to get emailed reminders, I appreciate the new text code verification, and keeping last year's info in my account makes filing these forms a breeze. Thank you!!!

This product is so user friendly and the online chat service is fabulous. So glad we came across this service for our 1094 and 1095C filing. We use it every year as it is so much simpler than what is available through our payroll service provider.

The one thing you could improve is if the Payees could be in one database so when you pull up a payer you can match it with the right payee. I have many entities and they have many of the same payees and right now I have to re-enter every payee for each entity

Easy fill in form with good references to applicable Fed rules and worksheets. Wish the worksheet was fillable and integrated into form. But understand worksheet was probably a one off due to Covid-19

Easy to follow instructions but when chatting with chat make sure you can explain thoroughly. I received two different answers. I was told to call my state regarding a state question relating to line 17on 1099 Misc. After that it was a smooth process to submit. Speaking to a rep would have resolved my issue the first time I do believe. However, Chat was Great!

Just prepared and filed several 1099 misc/1096. Customer support chat was quick and answered all my questions. First time user - good experience. As a small business, can't beat the price and ease of using this program. They even handle mailing the form to the recipient. I've used a more expensive product in the past that was not cost effective and more difficult to use. Very pleased with this experience.

This is the second year I've used Greatland and, both times, I couldn't have done it without their help. Both years I've worked with Ben Martin. He offers awesome support. When I email him, he emails me back within 10-15 minutes with an answer. He has been indispensable to me. The website and all of the info Greatland gives is easy to understand and follow. I would recommend using them for any of your filing you're having to do yourself. They are worth every penny!

Yearli, is very convenient and easy to prepare 1099's. When pending additional information from clients and or employees, Yearli will save all your data, to prevent starting all over again. I like that it saves your Employer's information to cut the hassle of re entering time and time again for multiple employees/clients. I am very pleased with Yearli and will always use this as my one-stop-shop every year!

Very good. Would have liked a note I should have saved my complete form before clicking on one of the (i) icons, because that loaded the whole 8 page IRS instruction form (fine), but when I went back to my form, it said Reloading (or something like that) for 15 min. So I had to reload the page (which you warned me would lose unsaved data (good notice)), and sure enough, all my entries were gone. Which there had been some notice to save before clicking on any (i).

For something so complicated, you sure put a lot of emphasis on making it simple. I appreciate all the little details that allow me to check, review, capture, print, and save all the documents and information. I especially like this year's check boxes on what to include and not include in the printed copies. I hate all those unnecessary state copies of forms I get elsewhere when my state doesn't need to file something.
