A simply terrible experience, my boots were posted to the wrong address and signed for. I called yoox for help and the lady I spoke to told me she couldn't help and that I needed to go and find them. I was shocked especially during Covid and my City is very high risk and on the verge of another lockdown. I explained that I needed help and she put the phone down on me. I called UPS and got my boots back that were not delivered in the original box but the Jimmy Choo boy itself that was ripped dented and packed up with tape. The service absolutely shocking. I deserve an apology for my experience and part money refunded at £500 to receive boots that were technically stolen, a rude response from Yoox themselves and the was the item was delivered was terrible.

I have been using this website for several years and have purchased many items. In general I have been very satisfied. I’ve gotten some great items and also been able to return things that I don’t like or don’t fit without any issues. The return process is super easy and the customer service is very helpful. Only one issue I will mentioned is that for some reason my credit card will never work in the site anymore. It is always declined. I end up having to use PayPal, using the same credit card, to pay. It has not been a real issue though. Just wanted to make you aware that maybe you have an IT problem. Thank you Yoox! I’m a happy customer.

Great website. Very good service. I ordered a few times online and everything went smoothly. I’ve once contacted their customer service and I’ve received an answer within 5 minutes! The deliveries were always on time!

Just attempted to place an order twice. The first order was canceled as YOOX "claimed" there were issues with my paypal based on the email sent BS. Second attempt my order was placed this time I used my debit Mastercard. Within a few minutes an email was sent "your order was canceled because our bank cannot process your payment" Excuse me WHAT A JOKE! SORRY taking my business elsewhere. A HUGE TURN OFF

Horrible nightmare service!
They dont accept Paypal, and they send birthday codes they refuse to replace if your payment is rejected. They said my payment was rejected because of my payal , that the address was wrong and then that I should submit an investigation. The investigation came back and referenced a return from 10 months prior. My birthday discount was only good for 1 try and that was another nightmare, nobody will replace discounts they send you. Lastly the last man called Christian, hung up the phone and refused to renew my code on the same call as had been done pior, plus said because I had a return 10 months prior I cannot place any orders. Horrible experience!

Dear customer service,

I’ve placed two order and returned them both on the same day (15099WZ320NLBR and 15099WYX20NLBR).

When I openend my parcel I noticed that the hoodies I ordered were not in the parcel, instead of that there were random (no brand) hoodies inside.

Mistakes can be made of course, therefore I returned both parcels on the same day of receiving them.
I have, obviously without returned them just as I’ve received them (including untouched tags or labels).

Both returns have arrived correctly, after being ignored for several times I finally got an answer.
So, just to be clear: the response time did not fit the terms and conditions of Yoox.

The answer I got (after 15 days) was simply; we can not accept your return because the articles you’ve returned were not correct.
As I’ve mentioned several times: the items I returned are the exact items I received. This is ridiculous!!

So since there is still no solution I feel Scammed for a big amount of money.
They should fix this very soon..

I recently had my order cancelled by YOOX.
This hapoened several years ago when they cancelled my order & when i spoke to customer service they said it was because i had returned too many items. I explained that i was shopping for my daughter who is disabled & had difficulty determining her fit.
I have purched many items over the years for myself & was very happy with YOOX Until this recent cancellation. Very disappointing
that they wouldn’t even give a previous customer another chance AND the customer service person was very rude.

Great website to buy high end merchandise very low price. Usually takes about 7 business days to get merchandise to USA locations. I almost had a problem with price adjustment. Product went lower so I had to call them. Not friendly over the phone but if you email them will get the job done. Didn’t wanna price adjust over phone even though product wasn’t yet shipped from warehouse. So after I email them someone helped me out. Better to email them than call.

I was a little skeptical when ordering from this site based on the reviews but decided to give it a shot. The shipping time for my items was reasonable. My item looked very authentic and in excellent condition. I have placed another order and hope my second experience was as good as the first

I ordered 4 pair of shoes from Yoox and hadn’t read the reviews so when i read the reviews on here i started panicking!However i was very happily surprised when i opened the parcels i received as the shoes are absolutely beautiful!The fit is perfect ie true to size (i’m a uk size 7)and the quality of the leather is just beautiful like you would hope it would be being Italian shoes!Cant tell you how relieved i am now as after reading the reviews i expected to be disappointed!The 4 pairs i bought fit beautifully ,are comfortable for high heels and they just look fantastic so i cannot wait to dress up and wear them!They look excactly as described on the website and the color looks like the pictures on Yoox too!I wish i had known about this company years ago as i love shoes and will definitely check Yoox from then on as i got beautiful designer shoes at high street prices!Yes the shipping is quite slow compaired to other website (received my shoes within 10 days of ordering) but they were worth the wait in my experience and they are shipped directly from Italy which explains the delay.They also arrived well packaged and in their original boxes!I will definitely be ordering again!

I am surprised how many bad reviews are written here. I am a Yoox customer for 9+ years and can affirm only the best experience regarding orders, returns incl. refunds and claims. Nothing ever came dirty or in a bad package. I would choose Yoox anytime over Zalando & co.

I completed the process and received the order number. In ten minutes I wanted to check the order detail again but YOOX couldn't find my order!! I wonder whether the order got canceled automatically or there is some technical faults going on..... If the order got canceled, shall I get my payment returned automatically?

I placed an order on Saturday and the website is having an additional 20% off on all items on Sunday. I called for price adjustment and waited for 45 mins, they refused and said it is not qualified. I asked to cancel the order so I can place it again. They also refused and said it is already with ups. I never got a tracking before I called them.

I made an order and was sure I would get it before Christmas. They say it usually takes only 1-3 days for order to be ready for delivery. After 5 days of waiting and reading lots of negatives feedbacks on facebook page (right about orders are not shipped for 2-3 weeks:) I became really nervious. I sent the message through the facebook, they said they aggred to cancel my order and I would get my money back in 24 hours. Image my surprise when next day I discovered the mail that my order had been shipped:)) Very strange company. Still waiting for the package - hope everything will be ok:))
