Pretty much everything you need to do your own in home wiring can be found at Zacks electronics and they have been around since the early days. They even have security cameras and solar to keep up with the times. Prices are low and they do not rip you off with overpriced cabling. Very useful to have their opinion on jobs too and they are always around to pick up the phone. Nice to know stores like this still exist online.

I bought an expensive compressor, discovered immediately that it has defective.

I originally wrote out the entire experience in this review, but have condensed it to keep it simple.

Zach Electronics needs to modify the way they deal with returns of defective merchandise.

Overall it cost me a lot of time and some money (shipping both ways), and it was a real hassle even getting back my original purchase price for the defective gear, as I had to go jump through hoops in order for them to NOT charge me a 15% restocking fee.

They sell great gear. I just had a bad experience.

Ordering was easy, nice and fast delivery, however after returning the item for a refund (wrong size) I had to follow up multiple times before the refund would process... took over 3 weeks for the refund to get processed :/

I had a great 1st experience with Zack Electronics. They shipped me what they had then shipped the rest when it came it and didn't charge me for 2 shipments.

I got all the stuff when I needed it and the world is well.

was a little uncertain at first because I had not heard of Zack, but they were the only company who had ground loop isolators in Mono so I took a shot and have been very happy with my 2 purchases ever since.

I ordered the item and when I saw no shipping information, I contacted them only for them to say we will call you back tomorrow. The following day they replied, we haven't shipped your item yet and cant tell you when it will ship. I had to order from another company and was able to get it the following day.

After much research for a cable with 4 pairs of individually shielded wires (for a "pedal board snake" I came up with) I finally found what I was after at Zack's. This Mogami cable is actually better than what I expected, it's reinforced internally BUT also extremely flexible. Many thanks!

Our bulbs were shipped quickly and when they arrived, we found 1 of 5 broken. However, the customer service was excellent and we were immediately shipped a replacement at no charge.

I ordered two sets of different test probes for my multimeter, and only received 1. After a few days I noticed a refund for a certain amount in my bank account so I contacted them. They informed me that they didn’t have those probes. It would’ve been nice to get an email or call or something giving me a heads up like “ hello mr customer, we’re sorry to say we are out of stock on that particular item at this moment, we will be refunding you immediately and will let you know when it becomes available sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.” Something professional like that.

I thought they had the items in stock that i ordered, 3 day's later, i notice my items haven't shipped yet, so i emailed them explaining that I will be out of town for 2 weeks in 5 days, and did not want my package to sit at my door for that long. They emailed me back and told me that the item's would be shipped to them by hopefully Wednesday, which was 3 day's before I leave town, so I though I might have to cancel my order, but they were nice enough to overnight the package!

Took almost 3 wks to receive. No shipping information was given to me. I called customer service and they couldn't even provide me with a tracking number. I finally received the product after I giving up trying to locate it.

Zack customer support tried to help me decide between two apparently similar or identical wall plates from the same manufacturer with very different prices but they didn't have information to tell the difference. They provided information to me for getting an answer directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer was not able to help beyond them being from different product lines. I bought one of each. I found there is no difference between the wall plates except in packaging. I bought the rest of the wall plates I need choosing the significantly less expensive version which comes in the beautiful high end retail box packaging instead of the more expensive one that comes in just a plastic bag with printing on it.

I ordered 2 tools, and only one arrived a week later. Nothing on the shipping receipt or no email indicating the status of the second tool. I had to call in a few days later and inquire further, only then to be told the tool had been ordered from back east. This would add another 5-7 days until shipment from your facility. I cancelled the order at that point and received my refund promptly. Please update customers as to any anomalies with their orders, we shouldn't have to wait around in the dark and have to call you to get an update.

I had ordered two timers and when received one had been installed and taped closed. The good news is Chris called back and sent out replacement the same day. Stuff happens and it’s how CS reacts. They did great!
