My son ordered a low pressure tank and spent $150 of his own money to get it. When it arrived it was dented on the top where it seals to the gun and the gage was foggy. Zephyr initially said I had to deal with the manufacturer to get it repaired--I bought from Zephyr-they should do right by their customers

There are a ton of sites out there with complaints of damage items, and or missing items from there order only to face rude, and un-trained customer service reps.

I order 200 worth the items, only to receive another customers 10 dollar grips. I called there customer service with hopes of getting the correct items, only to get rude, and promisses that we never kept.

So as of now, i dont have my items, there customer service team never calls me back, and i dont have a refund.
