High Quality Lab Created Diamond Look Cubic Zirconia Jewelry In 14k Gold 18k Gold Platinum

I recently ordered the Meza Luna ring from Ziamond and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the quality and look of the ring. I have been searching for an alternative to my real ring after loosing and finding my 2.5 carat cushion center stone. I ordered the clearance Meza Luna, paid an upcharge for the Diamond look, and an upcharge for sizing to a 5. The gold is extremely thin, the setting is fragile, and the stones look terrible. If you're looking for a diamond alternative I would shop elsewhere. The quality for $$$$ is definitely with this retailer. Buyer beware.......and read the fine print. $550.00 later, with a ring I am not happy with, that I cannot return.

I ordered a large cz eternity band for $800.00. I wear it daily and take it off to cook, clean and garden. A month after I got it, I dropped it on the linoleum kitchen floor and a stone popped out. Luckily I found the stone and mailed it back to be replaced. Ziamond charged a service and shipping fee. One year later another stone popped out and I couldn't find it. I wore a smaller eternity band for 15 years and never had a stone come out. I feel that for $800.00 Ziamond should offer a guarantee or free replacement. It's not like I'm wearing the ring while chopping wood or brick laying. I'm a housewife. Also, the turn-around time was pretty long. I would not order another piece from them.

I placed an order with Ziamond last October (2010) and cancelled it three days later. Ziamond them told me that they would issue a credit to my American Express account for 65% of the order but that the order cancellation charge was 35%. I attempted to have American Express assist me in getting a full refund since I NEVER had the jewelry item produced. I have paid Ziamond 15% of the order as a good will jesture to resolve the issue. Read their terms & conditions carefully. The 35% order cancellation fee is in the fine print at the END of their terms and condition text in their site's pop up window. My research indicates that they have 4 employees, other reviews indicate that their setting are from China and given my experience, much of their money may be made from order cancellation charges. WHAT ZIAMOND DOES MAY BE LEGAL BUT I BELIEVE THAT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I purchased a one-carat pendant. It did not look like the pendant on the web site. I am trying to return the necklace. Since I made sure to ask the live chat representative what the return policy was, I discovered that not all items can be returned. The pendant I order is supposed to be able to be returned. Wish me luck!

My boyfriend ordered the 1.5 carat cushion cut loose "diamond" CZ from Ziamond (paid $240 for it after a 20% promo code was applied) after I researched the company (among many others) and read how "amazing" their hand cut Russian CZ's are but when he took it to the jewelers today to get mounted in my engagement setting, our jeweler told us he can get us a MUCH better quality CZ stone with the same cut & carat size for $20!!!!! I went to Ziamond.com hoping I could return the loose stone and they don't accept returns on loose stones (which is MY fault for not reading their return policy before purchasing), but what is their reasoning for not accepting returns on items that were not special ordered or ever used?!?! To me, that says they KNOW that their products are definitely NOT superior to other stones on the market! We paid $240 for a crappy quality $300 loose CZ stone that we can't return and are now stuck with when we bought a MUCH higher quality CZ stone from our jeweler for $20 (we JUST found this jeweler or we would've gone to him from the start)!!!! I am beyond disappointed in Ziamond.com and want to warn everyone before purchasing a CZ loose stone from them to look at other sites because the other main online retailer of CZ stones DOES OFFER RETURNS on unused stones. Now we are out $240 on a stone that isn't nearly worth it's price, nor is it as high of quality as the $20 stone we purchased from our jeweler!!!!

I currently have 2 ziamond rings that I never take off..mind you I am hard on my rings with home projects...I never wear gloves either.I have had them for almost 20 years and they look like brand new. I cannot tell you how many compliments i get on them !!!!

I was bought an 8 carat ring which took over a month longer to arrive than promised and after 6 weeks of wear was completely bent out of shape. It had been badly resized on the inside and was visible and this is where it bent. I returned and was made to pay for a repair and also shipping. Ring not fit for use. they say 30 days to turn around the repair and 5 weeks later it has still not been dispatched.
Customer services as per the other reviews were rude and unhelpful. Many other companies doing the same thing. AVOID ZIAMOND

I found Ziamond and they had what looked to be the exact same ring as the ring I lost. A month went by and I went to the jeweler to pick up the diamond ring to replace her lost ring. It cost me $8500. The Ziamond Ring only cost me $900. I swapped out the rings and my wife never knew the difference. Fast forward a month later I couldn’t keep the secret any longer and told my wife. We put both ring side-by-side and she couldn’t believe that you could not tell the difference. She was wearing that Ziamond ring for a month and never even gave it a second thought that they were not real diamonds. Today she has her diamond eternity band in our safety deposit box and she wears the Ziamond ring daily. Ziamond bought me time to get her diamond ring replaced and get up the courage to tell my wife the real story. She was very forgiving and found it all funny. I would highly suggest giving Ziamond a try, we love it now that we have had an experience with their product.

I purchased a large Prong Set Eternity Band 14k white gold for $995.00 (got a 15% discount total with tax was 867.75. I really wanted to like this ring, but when I received it the gold was very cheap and when you dropped the ring on the glass it sounded like tin. Aside from that the stones were supposed to be 3.3 carats which equated to 1/4 carats each stone, they looked smaller than that and inconsistent sized stones. I just could not keep it for that amount of money so I returned it. I followed all the required return steps, but read the fine print. Although when you purchase a ring if larger than a size 8 they consider that to be a special purchase and charge you more. My ring was a size 8 so no special charge to purchase, but in the fine print you will only get a full refund on rings size 6 and 7 but not an 8 or larger ??? They charged me a 20% restocking fee of $191.15 so they only refunded $676.60 They should be run out of business!! In the end, the ring quality was so poor I was glad to get that amount back. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS STAY AWAY

I've had to return my eternity band three times due to stones falling out. I take my band off every night, never cook or clean or work out within on, but the manager I spoke to very rudely told me it was my lifestyle that was the problem. Kim hung up on me because I was very upset that I spent $1000 for a ring I can only wear for a month or less until a stone falls out. I was refused another manager to speak to. I finally got my band repaired after weeks of horrible attitude from ZIAMOND representatives and two months later, I am going to have to go through the repair process once again!

Do not waste your money!!!

Bought a set 8 years ago, repeatedly lost sets.
Made another purchase, giving ziamond the benefit of the doubt. It lost a set, i replaced. Lost another set. Replaced it. Lost 4 sets while in my purse, not even wearing it.
Took to my local jeweler, who said it is a very low quality piece of jewelry, that prongs were not sufficient to keep the accent sets in ring, they would fall out too. Since there were so many small sets on the ring, i didnt want to continue replacing sets. I opted to take them out, fill in with gold. I paid $2750 for this ring. Never should have lost so many sets. It was junk. Ill never buy from them again.

I have bought from the in the past, one ring over 1k and one the stones came out, they wouldn't fix it because it was over a year of my purchase. (fine) Recently bought another ring from them with in 5 months a stone came out again. (sent it in to get it fix) now they are saying they never received the ring. I had a tracking # and I checked and it said it was received so now after 3 weeks they say they don't have anything, and that they are sorry that there's nothing they can do about it. So now I have no ring, and I'm out of pocket over 800.00. Great service Ziamond!!

I ordered a ring and was told it would ship within 10 days. Needless to say, 10 days came and went. 20 days later and still no ring! Customer service the absolute worst. CS Manager very rude and does not even want to listen to a customer being dissatisfied ... I believe this company is just taking people's credit card money, getting interest, and NEVER plan on sending merchandise. Depending on how many times you call to inquire and complain...they simply cancel the order and say they will issue a refund --- still waiting for the refund. **********BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS ...
