Good VPN at affordable prices if you like streaming UK TV such as iPlayer and ITV Hub. One of the few VPN providers that works with these services at a very decent price! Recommending it to my friends. Keep up good work!

Windows Kill Switch is great, protecting any IP leakages. I find this very useful when torrenting and with combination of IKEv2 protocol makes my downloads fast and secure. One or two extra servers would be a bonus.

I purchased this service. The software did not work. It crashed every time I opened it. I contacted support, they told me un-install and re-install. I did. When my PC came back, my video went crazy, then my PC slowed down real bad. I spent 2 days trying to fix the problem. I contacted support and asked for a refund and am told to install an earlier version - I said no thanks I want a refund.It's guaranteed and I asked before the 7 days. Keep getting stupid emails like just install the other version. Not risking the problems. Still waiting for a refund. Calling bank having the money returned. Apparently, this is a scam. Letting the bank know.

Good apps especially for iOS, Android and macOS. Was able to watch ITV Hub while in Spain this summer and also use it at home for privacy. Their windows app needs a bit of improving though, which believe is being done...otherwise excellent for the price offered.

Excellent VPN service, with top feature including VPN on Demand, Kill Switch (macOS) and Socks5 Proxy. Good speeds and good apps, never had an issue with them. A few more server locations would be ideal.

Very helpful support via live chat! Was a little wary of joining ZoogVPN since I've had little experience of VPN services, but their online chat person was very helpful and set me up on both desktop and mobile. Highly recommend it!

I paid for a premium service, (2 years) and when I have emailed the company to ask a simple question I have never received a response. I also sent messages via their facebook page, they have an automated response system but never personally respond. Inexistant customer service. I am now worried that when I want to cancel the auto-renewal (once 2 years is up) I won't be able to because there is nobody to respond to my messages. Seems to be a scam.
