I paid an initial deposit for some marketing work, then within 7 days I changed my mind, I decided to cancel. The Refund Policy state that they have a 30-day money-back guarantee but they do not. They did not reply to my 10 emails and calls, it has not been 8 months and I still have not received anything. They literally stole me money!

Took money from credit card without authority, then talked me into having the work done and site hosted. I already had a site and they wanted info to transfer it. I gave them ftp credentials, and they somehow couldn't do it. I gave them my cpanel info, and then I get warning notice from hosting service about copyright infringement. The site had been removed by the time I got to look. They took money for hosting for five years (which was not approved) and have not given me any information for access to portal, and again, I have no site!

This company is based in India and complete scam. This company has fleeced money from me promising me a website landing page and social media management. They didn't deliver any part of the project. They have fired their project managers and did not assign anyone to complete the work. They didn't even return my money. They have produced falsified documents to Paypal and Paypal didn't refund me any money. Stay away from Indian IT companies.

My driving school is getting student I have a small driving school in Auckland, named as Naalas Driving School. I had hired them for the SEO work. The progress took time, but now I am gaining benefits. I am getting more students every month. I am highly grateful to the team.

Henry L. - 11 minutes ago Because i've been scammed by these individuals...once they had my visa number they made a couple of attempts to produce a website, both in Russian and immediately without my permission billed my visa twice totaling $1,280 of which 7 months later i am trying to get back to no avail...dont trust these people they are a bunch of crooks...if you notice most of their five star ratings come from their fellow Indians probably employed by Zoom Web Media...run when you get a call from them

These days it is hard to trust an online marketing company who does not flash a lot about the quality of their services. Yes, I was feeling that this is a very somber kind of company who does not like to advertise much about them. After a half an hour discussion with their account manager, I finally decided to book for their services and after 3 weeks it turns out that I took a very good decision and this is actually a good online marketing company. A very knowledgeable and experienced company who did all the SEO, PPC, Content Management and website development for my business website. It resulted in a large benefit to my business and I even recommended them to a friend of mine for their exceptional services.

This company has some of the best professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with. It's been two years since they started working on the online marketing part of my business. Whenever there is a problem, they make sure to fix it ASAP. They are very reliable and always available for you. The rates they charge for the services are also very reasonable. I have had a great experience with these guys.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They call my business repeatedly and then say they can't remove my number from their list. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for their scam. Don't believe any of their 5* reviews.

We had a short discussion and I shared my concerns. Well, I am truly happy with the result. The website is LIVE now and I get a lot of positive response every now and then from the customers.

After learning that Google was once again changing it's algorithm requiring businesses to revamp their websites to make them more mobile friendly, I engaged Life to do the job. Right away I felt I was dealing with someone who understood my needs and the potential of my online presence. Zoom Web Media built me a new site that looks beautiful and on budget. I will never ever recommend Zoom web media, they are big time liars. First they will promise you that they can take the yearly payment in 4-5 installments, but once you get enrolled with them with 1st payment they will call you and say that they need full money within a month. They will promise you so many things upfront but once you get enrolled they will never full fill those. I am Mortgage agent and for my they keywords plays a vital role for searching my website. I provided some keywords to them but they never used those, they used there own big keyword searches that none of us will use to search for a mortgage broker. If a client is looking to get a mortgage, they will directly put a mortgage agent or mortgage broker in GTA or in any area, but what key words they are putting is "Pre-approval of mortgage in GTA". If you miss any of these words you can't find my website. They promised my that they will be making you-tube video but that never happened. Attached is the screen shot of one of my email conversation with these people. In short, better to hire any professional in your own country but never hire Zoom web media. Don't trust them.

They will kill your business. Hits went from 1200 a month to 300 month. Web page never completed properly. Carded me for 5 years domain registry fees and only received one. SEO work was a disaster. I could go on and on. It may take a class action law suite to straighten these guys up.
