I had ordered a part on February 18, 2020 and am still waiting for this part!! I have tried to email and it comes back undelivered. Also I have tried to call several times and it goes to voicemail never get a live person to answer and it does not answer with the business name. I have turned this into the Better Business Bureau and they could not get a response from them. I would just like to have my part or my money refunded. This is poor business!! Always hurting the farmers that feed their mouth!! All farmers DO NOT order from this business!!

I purchased parts last October for a JD mower but was unable to put them on until July. Granted that is past their stated 30 return policy. However I spoke with someone in customer service for parts and was told as long as they were in original packaging and unused they would accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. I returned the parts and ordered the corrected parts needed. A month later I still have not received the credit so I called. I was then informed that there is no possible way for them to give me credit for my return because it is past the 30 days. I paid to have the parts returned and sent them back unused in the original packaging as requested. No matter what I said Customer service said they could not give me any credit.

I have tested several online sellers without luck, found the windshield for jd 40 here, shipped and arrived without any problems. Will use again!

I ordered parts for my ford tractor they were out of stock and did not tell me so it too and extra week to get and when I did they were wrong parts I tried to call costermer servise and got no answer back so I emailed for 5 days no answer they did answer back but it took 2 more days to get a return order # so I shipped parts back at half of the shipping charge they charged me I emailed them again and again and did not get a refund I lost the money for the parts and the money for shipping both ways I would not buy parts from them again no matter what

Bought a lawnmower 2weeks ago.firstime purchase so was worried would all go well.seems it did delivery takes nearly 2 weeks that's fine as it has a long way to come Ireland.tracking is a bit weird as a few different couriers. vanessa was great dunno how they do free delivery.all in all was happy with agri euro and would buy again.thanks again vanessa for a job well done. five stars.

I had a problem with not having a French phone number for the delivery company to use in France. So, although the AgriEuro online ordering system allowed my UK mobile number to be accepted for my order, I wouldn't recommend anyone use anything other than French. From my understanding, the delivery company drivers always call the recipient before they deliver but they can only call French phone numbers?? However, that does not retract from the service provided by AgriEuro especially during the April lockdown or the quality of the broyeur that eventually arrived - an excellent machine!! AgriEuro did what they could at a distance under extreme circumstances.

I ordered 10 plastic 12 gallon fuel tanks and then it took about a month to get the first 4 and the remaining 6 took an additional month or more. They blamed the manufacturer who was indeed likely at fault but it was a tad disappointing to have to wait so long.

Shipping was a little slow as I was only 4 hours away. But I am happy with my purchase.

Called today to get pricing on an item on the website - the part had no price, stated it was on a winter discount and to call to get pricing. I called to speak with sales, got a guy and he basically forgot about me. I had several people pick up and ask who I was holding for, and left me on the line. I was on the line for 20 minutes. The lady I spoke with originally came on after about fifteen minutes and asked if I was still holding for sales, I said yes, and she sighed and was like "oh jeeze". Maybe this is a regular thing with the Mutton Power sales team? A different guy ended up picking up the phone, I told him that I had been waiting on the line for over 20 minutes and he just made excuses, had no pricing for me. No sympathy, just an argument. I'll go elsewhere for my implement needs - two of which I was planning on purchasing today. Mutton Power lost my business and my recommendations for others.

Ernie worked with us on a 4052R, loader, disc and grapple. We would trade at United Ag and Turf in Magnolia Arkansas again. Joe in the Parts Department is also tops. Give them a shot on any new equipment purchases.

Hello my name is Perry from Newfoundland Canada. It all started in 2011 when I purchased a John Deere gator. I was so happy when I special ordered this machine that will help do the things I need done after losing the use in my left arm in a work place accident in 2010. Then reading John Deere's policy about there commitment in every day people saying living up to there founders core values, integrity, quality, commitment and innovation. These are the values they live and breathe that if I have any trouble with this machine, they will look after there customers. When I ordered this gator I knew I was going to have it up graded so I can use it in the winter to plow snow, push gravel and everything else that I couldn't do manually. When i was called by Nortrax, here in Newfoundland ( Distribututor ) to come and get my gator, my wife was so excited for me and so was I, when I saw the gator I thought at the time it was the best thing I have ever purchased, boy, was I wrong. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and in the first week I returned the gator twice, first time, a lot of antifreeze leaks. The second time, antifreeze leaks still a problem and wiring problems. This trip didn't fix the problems, parts had to be ordered, so to save me another trip they had a technician coming out our way that next week and he installed the parts for the antifreeze problems and wiring issues. The issues kept coming, one after another. But the two main issues were the very bad smell of antifreeze in the cab and transmission issues. When the gators engine warms up to temp, you can't stay in the cab for the odor of antifreeze and I can't change gears from either position ( R-N-H-L ) without having to use a lot of force, then bending the shift stick and after so many times the shifter would break off, so that would be another trip back to the distributor ( Nortrax, St. John's, NL ) and this was dozens of times. After the first year and many times being trailers back and forth, at least 200 dollars in gas alone each time, I placed a complaint to John Deere Canada and never ever received an answer back from them myself, they only contacted Nortrax. Antifreeze problems and, transmission problems and wiring problems continued. Didn't really know where to turn or what to do. Tired of Nortrax patching up this new gator and couldn't find where the odor of antifreeze was coming from and no contact from JD Canada. So I searched the internet and found the number to JD international in the US. I got in contact with a top official after a lot of being past around from different departments at JD. I'm not sure if I'm able to mention his name but we will call him Mr. G. He told us that there main goal is to treat there customers right and to give him some time and he will look after us. Nine or ten months went by with no contact back from Mr.G so we gave him a call again and was told there was nothing on our case and there was nobody there by that name and couldn't get anybody at the time to talk to in that division. The problem continued and so did the two main problems. Before the warranty ran out we finally got in contact with a women where Mr.G was and she did find our documented case by Mr.G, she told us to bring the gator back to Nortrax in St.John's NL and she would contact them and see what options we would have and I said to her that this will be the last time I'm going to truck the gator over the highway because I am completely disgusted in doing this so much and not getting nowhere with it. All and all it finally came down to this, my warranty ran out, Nortrax said there wasn't anything wrong that they could see and JD said they can't do anything for us. This is 7 years now, the problems are all still there, 214km on the gator in 7 years shown on the odometer, something that is poisonous to drive and almost 40000 dollars flushed down the toilet. I could of bought 2 1/2 Polaris side by sides, fully decked out for the amount I spent on the gator. The distributor, Nortrax and especially JD who never honored there written commitment. I have placed an order online on the 8th of march for double mattress sold by amazon ! was main to recieve it by the 12th ,, didn't happened I called Customer services on the 15th march 21 at 15:00 spock to alix was not helpfull and rude , and than she passed me to Melissa and was not helpfull at all i asked to speak to manager it has been a long wait and then anthony came to line and i wish i didn't to be told the same !!!!!!! The staff were themselves rude and unhelpful , and non-existent customer service, well I have been promise that they will reorder new one due to not able to locate the order !!!!! they said it will comes on the friday the 19th of march 2021, I booked a day off I was waiting all day for the Matress but no show up !!!!! and it was showing delivered in my acount ???!!! I called today the 20th march 21 In The end i have been given a refund that's without any proposal to resolve my Issue !!!!!! How about my time and my customer value and the stress and dispointment ??!!!!!!

The delivery drivers are a joke. Why bother asking for delivery details when they are completely ignored? I am a shift worker and constantly get disturbed no matter what I try, including notes on the door with 10 different languages to be helpful. Come on delivery guys please translate if necessary on Google etc and help and not hinder the British workforce.
