Super easy and super fast no Messing around 10/10

Charged me twice for one single product (so watch out) And forget to pass the item over to the courier (couriers website kept saying waiting to be given to them) I had to prompt them to ship it

Bought a lawnmower 2weeks ago.firstime purchase so was worried would all go well.seems it did delivery takes nearly 2 weeks that's fine as it has a long way to come Ireland.tracking is a bit weird as a few different couriers. vanessa was great dunno how they do free delivery.all in all was happy with agri euro and would buy again.thanks again vanessa for a job well done. five stars.

I had a problem with not having a French phone number for the delivery company to use in France. So, although the AgriEuro online ordering system allowed my UK mobile number to be accepted for my order, I wouldn't recommend anyone use anything other than French. From my understanding, the delivery company drivers always call the recipient before they deliver but they can only call French phone numbers?? However, that does not retract from the service provided by AgriEuro especially during the April lockdown or the quality of the broyeur that eventually arrived - an excellent machine!! AgriEuro did what they could at a distance under extreme circumstances.

I ordered 10 plastic 12 gallon fuel tanks and then it took about a month to get the first 4 and the remaining 6 took an additional month or more. They blamed the manufacturer who was indeed likely at fault but it was a tad disappointing to have to wait so long.

Shipping was a little slow as I was only 4 hours away. But I am happy with my purchase.

Farmed today is one of the best Dutch iniatives around! It has great potential and delivers an awesome service. Highly recommended!

Very good 10/10

First of all I own six of them and feel that this is a very good product however the two star rating is a result of a problem with my last purchase where I ordered a 4 x 4 received a 2 x 4 and have still yet to receive the original 4 x 4 that I ordered a month ago I also feel that the high CFM kit should be included with the purchase and not a separate additional charge when you already know it’s needed

i am a first time grower and i got the 2 x 4 lite line to get started.i love this tent. it is well made and the price didn't brake the bank. i hope to expand my setup as i get better at growing to a regular gorilla tent. great first tent.

I was a total novice to keeping chickens, but with Julies advice, and recommendations I purchase three, 8 week old chicks . I had a worrying start when one of them got sick with the change of environment but Julie was there to give advice and provide the tonic I needed. That was last June 2018.I am hooked , I love to watch them in the garden and was so excited when they started laying. I recently went back to Julie and purchased 6 fertile eggs which my Broody hens are currently sitting on. Cant wait for them to hatch in just over a week. Julie has been great guiding me every step of the way . Thank You Julie

I ordered goods late Thursday and the goods arrived Friday morning. Unfortunately some of the goods sent were the incorrect size. I contacted home with bargains who sent out the correct size which I received Saturday morning before I had even returned the incorrect items. All in all a pleasure to do business with as they were also the cheapest I could find on the internet. Will use again.

Spoke to the boss today, Realy honest did not try to sell me something that was not Realy needed and would be a waste of money. I Realy appreciate that oldschool mentality. I will use them in the future.

Delivery took place almost 3 weeks after the order confirmation. You couldn't deliver one of the plants because you ran out of stock in meantime, which is unacceptable. I still haven't received the refund for the plant you haven't delivered. I had to order astilbe fanal from another nursery, located very nearby you. They delivered in 2 days and the shipping cost was half compared to yours. If course I am not happy I had to pay shipping cost twice due to your inefficiency

Scams people. Orderd a led light that was advertised fast shipment. In the confirmation mail the tracking number spot was empty and there was a message saying you’ll get it in a few hours. After a couple of days without any update about the shipment i sent an mail asking for the tracking number, no answer. I sent a new, no answer. The third they answered that it was shipped from another warehouse and they are waiting for tracking number. I sent a new mail telling them i want to cancel my order and have a refund. They answered no they don’t do that because it’s shipped already. Well don’t trust these scammers.

I would like to point out that this feedback could change if the company sends the missing parts on time. On 6 February I ordered (ord no. 2021014318) two products from this company. I finally received the parcel today. One of the two items was missing and the one I received was missing an essential component for operation! The parcel had no seal and had evidently been opened previously! I have written to the owner and hope to remove this bad feedback. As things stand I would strongly advise against anyone buying from this site. Funny update: I wrote this very same comment on their website that got deleted 2 minutes after... If they put all this effort into customer care...

This is the first time I've not given 5 stars. They are usually excellent. This consignment was delivered by an agency driver who didn't know how to operate the life hoist and whose electric forklift gad a flat battery. It took the 2 of us a good half hour or more to get the pallet off the waggon. The logs were also less good than usual. An awful lot of really small stuff and bark. Would still use them again in the hope this was a one off.

Always easy to order, arrives on the day as expected and the delivery driver places inside my gates outside my shed where I store my logs. What's not to like.

From California to Detroit In only a week with this pandemic going on

Ordered some on Monday and received them before the weekend... I hope I will have what I am expecting.

Called today to get pricing on an item on the website - the part had no price, stated it was on a winter discount and to call to get pricing. I called to speak with sales, got a guy and he basically forgot about me. I had several people pick up and ask who I was holding for, and left me on the line. I was on the line for 20 minutes. The lady I spoke with originally came on after about fifteen minutes and asked if I was still holding for sales, I said yes, and she sighed and was like "oh jeeze". Maybe this is a regular thing with the Mutton Power sales team? A different guy ended up picking up the phone, I told him that I had been waiting on the line for over 20 minutes and he just made excuses, had no pricing for me. No sympathy, just an argument. I'll go elsewhere for my implement needs - two of which I was planning on purchasing today. Mutton Power lost my business and my recommendations for others.

Ernie worked with us on a 4052R, loader, disc and grapple. We would trade at United Ag and Turf in Magnolia Arkansas again. Joe in the Parts Department is also tops. Give them a shot on any new equipment purchases.

I have used Certainly Wood three times now and the service has been excellent. They actually got the order wrong the last time and staff sorted it out immediately with no fuss.

The logs keep the house warm throughout the winter and I do my cooking on the wood burning cooker. Just had a query from the gas supplier as my usage is less this winter.

I placed an order with them on 4/11/16. Did not get a email or anything for a while. Sent two emails and never heard from them. Sent a few messages on-line through their site. Never received a phone call or email. Finally I call them today 4/21/16. They said the order was cancelled. If you can not communicate you are a bad business! Bad support! Bad service! Can not review their product.

I was very pleased to find that "Brushy Mountain" sold the 1/8 inch. mesh hardware cloth. Very few bee supply companies and retailers carry 1/8 mesh. Eager to place the order, only to find out that the item was out of stock. Resulting in a second shipment and small additional cost. CH

Spare part ordered on Saturday night; it arrived on Tuesday morning. First class service.

Received my order, delivery time itself not too bad under the circumstances considering c19, just a few days in fact and came discreetly wrapped. It was as described with a couple of freebies which is good. Products great however service, not so great unfortunately. I never received a single reply from an initial query I had regarding a potential discount on my first order (not the end of the world I get that but every little helps and all that, plus competitors are giving them out so why not) and they declined my request after leaving an honest review of the experience I had so far without getting an update on the order bar the confirmation email. They also ignored my initial email as well. It was only on here after leaving the honest review that they said they were apparently going to apply a discount but because I reviewed my experience so far honestly, they unprofessionally withdrew the discount for a first time customer. Lol. Credit where credit is due though DCS offer a Good range of products at good prices with good freebies but unfortunately at the expense of proper customer service. Rival companies like Grizzly, The vault and Gorilla are a few quid dearer and FAR from faultless themselves, but all offer more efficient customer service in comparison, from my experience. Thanks for the order but next time, I'll probably go to one of the above where first time customers aren't made out to feel like the ones in the wrong just because of a lack of communication.
