I would definitely buy from them again, at the moment I’m just seeing how they will grow in the next month as I’m not having much luck with a couple, but I love the idea, I love indoor plants I have a house full in the 80s, as we live in the country I don’t get much chance to go to a nursery ( plant ) and I thought this was an amazing idea

Two of the eight plants I brought have died . Not entirely plants ina box fault as took nearly three weeks for them to arry

All information was correct, delivery was exactly as stated and the driver (Interlink) sunny and helpful.

I had next day delivery on my order in the middle of the corona virus. Very good positive response when their competitors were all crumbling under the weight of corona

Although I pay to have my lawn treated & fed about 4 Times a year it started to look a mess. I decided to remove the thatch by scarifying it, however, with the thatch & dead moss removed my lawn looked worse than ever. Following advice from an on-line video I over-seeded it using Roland Medallion seed. The bare patches have gone & I am looking out at a fantastic lawn (what a relief).

Telephones unmanned all the time , addressing to wrong address , I drew there attention by heading the email help ! as no one was contactable to say you are sending to incomplete address... very poor plants , did get a refund for one lot but others really poor ...non arrival of some plants ?? waiting weeks for an order still not despatched ...feel lack of information and quality of plants really poor , very sad that this firm are Thompson and morgan as it rubs off on them ...still waiting for completion which I wonder if it will happen , tried everything but doesn't work … very sad to let themselves down so badly ..other firms are in just as much stress but helping customers to stay happy and informed , not here , expect the length of time my dispatched plants have been they will be dead , and still I have two lots more to come ! what condition will they be in , a big let down , sure you could do better and save your business ,folk will remember the service lacked and plants were poor or dead ...not nessessary to lose custom like this

I called and you answered within 1 second. Much better than most companies where you have to sit in a waiting line or puch different numbers for hopefully getting to where one want to be. Reason for for only 4 stars is the pricing. But I need my part and I rather buy from you then my local dealer who is not interested in having business.

So far, so good. I only wish a picture of the item was available to confirm it's an exact match to what I need. Would also be nice to see availability before placing order. I had to order part before work, so I wasn't able to call customer service.

Plants arrived in a timely manner and were boxed well. The 5 gallon ones were a nice size and full. The one gallon was small. It is better to spend the extra money for the larger size. The bad news is that all 3 have leaf shot fungus. I am hoping they all survive. We'll see. Trimmed the majority of the diseased leaves off which of course made the plants shorter and way less full.

Ordered quite a few plants/trees. Most were ok, but 3 died within a week of planting and another one looks like it might be dying. No guarantee or warranty unless you pay extra. Trees not what they picture. Delivery and packaging was good. All orders received within 2 weeks of placing order. Will wait and see how many more die before deciding to order from them again.

The diy kit was ok for the price. The shipping was very expensive. Postal rates have been steadily going up. I must be out of touch. Would have been nice to have instructions on the how to. Had no instructions.

So glad we found Farmer Brad. The entire ordering process was flawless. The waterer arrived on time and in great condition. Brad's follow up and customer service are impeccable. Got the waterer hung today (with ease), foreseeing no problems. Well worth the $$

Hello my name is Perry from Newfoundland Canada. It all started in 2011 when I purchased a John Deere gator. I was so happy when I special ordered this machine that will help do the things I need done after losing the use in my left arm in a work place accident in 2010. Then reading John Deere's policy about there commitment in every day people saying living up to there founders core values, integrity, quality, commitment and innovation. These are the values they live and breathe that if I have any trouble with this machine, they will look after there customers. When I ordered this gator I knew I was going to have it up graded so I can use it in the winter to plow snow, push gravel and everything else that I couldn't do manually. When i was called by Nortrax, here in Newfoundland ( Distribututor ) to come and get my gator, my wife was so excited for me and so was I, when I saw the gator I thought at the time it was the best thing I have ever purchased, boy, was I wrong. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and in the first week I returned the gator twice, first time, a lot of antifreeze leaks. The second time, antifreeze leaks still a problem and wiring problems. This trip didn't fix the problems, parts had to be ordered, so to save me another trip they had a technician coming out our way that next week and he installed the parts for the antifreeze problems and wiring issues. The issues kept coming, one after another. But the two main issues were the very bad smell of antifreeze in the cab and transmission issues. When the gators engine warms up to temp, you can't stay in the cab for the odor of antifreeze and I can't change gears from either position ( R-N-H-L ) without having to use a lot of force, then bending the shift stick and after so many times the shifter would break off, so that would be another trip back to the distributor ( Nortrax, St. John's, NL ) and this was dozens of times. After the first year and many times being trailers back and forth, at least 200 dollars in gas alone each time, I placed a complaint to John Deere Canada and never ever received an answer back from them myself, they only contacted Nortrax. Antifreeze problems and, transmission problems and wiring problems continued. Didn't really know where to turn or what to do. Tired of Nortrax patching up this new gator and couldn't find where the odor of antifreeze was coming from and no contact from JD Canada. So I searched the internet and found the number to JD international in the US. I got in contact with a top official after a lot of being past around from different departments at JD. I'm not sure if I'm able to mention his name but we will call him Mr. G. He told us that there main goal is to treat there customers right and to give him some time and he will look after us. Nine or ten months went by with no contact back from Mr.G so we gave him a call again and was told there was nothing on our case and there was nobody there by that name and couldn't get anybody at the time to talk to in that division. The problem continued and so did the two main problems. Before the warranty ran out we finally got in contact with a women where Mr.G was and she did find our documented case by Mr.G, she told us to bring the gator back to Nortrax in St.John's NL and she would contact them and see what options we would have and I said to her that this will be the last time I'm going to truck the gator over the highway because I am completely disgusted in doing this so much and not getting nowhere with it. All and all it finally came down to this, my warranty ran out, Nortrax said there wasn't anything wrong that they could see and JD said they can't do anything for us. This is 7 years now, the problems are all still there, 214km on the gator in 7 years shown on the odometer, something that is poisonous to drive and almost 40000 dollars flushed down the toilet. I could of bought 2 1/2 Polaris side by sides, fully decked out for the amount I spent on the gator. The distributor, Nortrax and especially JD who never honored there written commitment. SCAM! Paid deposit to Diego at Bilberry Freight to broker someone to ship our car from Edmonton to Terrace. The shipper said they wouldn’t go that far so Bilberry said they would refund our deposit because they didn’t fulfill their end of the contract. Still no refund since October 2021 and now they have stopped responding. They are a scam. Check the reviews online before ever using this company. I do NOT recommend Diego or using Bilberry. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ordered 110 allium bulbs and they are all dead, not to mention teeny tiny. They should not have even shipped them to me. I tried calling twice, but nobody answers. I tried to create a ticket on their website, but it lags out and freezes. I have a couple emails in to them. At this point I am optimistic and hope they respond. I will update my review if they do - hopefully with good news. I also ordered 100 tulip bulbs and was given a note that they will ship them this fall, which is reasonable. The two seed packets I got look good. Shipping was reasonably quick.

Broadleaf Tree & Landscape came to remove trees that were beginning to fall due to windstorms and were very close to the house - they were in a difficult spot with not much room to navigate, but Broadleaf did a fantastic job at a reasonable price (much moreso than other companies in Bozeman)! I would highly recommend Broadleaf for any tree/landscaping services needed.

Mike always answers when contacted. He works to accommodate all requests. Mike has a degree and applies his knowledge to plantings. Our property looks much better than it did before he started working on it. Mike can also take care of the sprinkler system.

These guys did a great job. Not only did they remove the dead tree over my garage, but they cleaned up other stuff in my yard too! When they were done the tree was gone, by garage was safe, and my yard looked better than I expected. They were fast, polite, clean, and used some pretty neat safety equipment. Overall, I was very impressed.

I called for some advice and Cassidy answered - one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I've been doing a lot of research on growing Meyer Lemons and was a bit overwhelmed, but Cassidy asked really thoughtful questions and made me feel so comfortable! She gave me helpful tips on pot sizing/when to re-pot, and what to expect during the bloom and harvest stages. I placed my order online right after we got off the phone. I was looking for the right price in this certain plant and then came to this site and found that, and then read the reviews... I am grateful for the sale... I didn't want to buy more of anything else, because this was specific for a place in my yard. I don't mind paying for shipping. With the virus happening, I am outdoors planting instead, landscaping, as if I were doing a painting, in color around my new home.. thank you.

Wow, fast delivery and great value. I had an issue with an order address and within 8 hours it was corrected and my order was properly shipped. That is what I call customer care. I will definitely continue my business with this company!!

I reviewed an international scammer business that was criminal. My review was detailed. I benefited from the anonymity of the website. Now they asked me to provide the ID number of the order that was related to my review. So, in other words, if I would have provided my order ID, this business would have been able to identify me and i really don't know what they could have done against me

It took over 2 weeks just to send the plant and when I called to find out why I had not received it they did not have any explanation - just that it has not sent. And when it FINALLY came they were SO SMALL, NOT worth $10 and SOOOO DRY!!! I don't know if it will live. I will NOT order from Burpees again and removed my name from their mailing list!!!

It is only the end of April and Burpee seed company is already out of 8 of the 11 seed products I wanted to buy. Must be really poor planning on their part to already be out long berfore the planting season in Wisconsin even begins.

Placed an order 2 weeks back. Did not get partial refund for items cancelled. Replaced the cancelled plant with another one. Never received any plants what-so-ever. They answer the call once in ten times - no help. 9 of 10 times it just goes unanswered. Money lost. No plants received as of date.

I ordered plants in june , till now am struggling to get one plant -HOYA white the most expensive plant , they sent wrong plant twice - another problem their plant is infested with white spidery creatures which is eating into the plant , sent several pictures but response very poor - am asking for refund but there is no person who wants to take responsibility -better close the nursery -

I'll be truthful . If you are looking for a tree removal service, and don't care about the integrity of the company, Green Care is for you. I am the neighbor. I had 3 complaints, and was led to believe I was talking to the owner. He said he was sorry they blocked my driveway, and prevented me from taking care of a medical issue. He said they'd refund my $20 that was greedily gobbled up for 2 minutes of work. And Marlon said, they would come back immediately, and clean the mess from my yard that they made. Well two days later, they came back. Ignored their promises, and proceeded to work on the house across the street.It would have been nothing to take care of me. INSTEAD Enrique had his secretary call up the wife of the man he was trying to do business with and starts trouble. Apparently, the man called up the husband, too! Well. long story short a 3 year neighborhood friendship has been trashed over this nonsense, and Melody is refusing to attend my daughter's wedding. OHHHHHHH and all over a measley twenty. By the way, a crew member waiting, looked at me, and grinned, so I'm well known Ah, the price of fame.

Lovely plants. Germination, even after scarification and an overnight soak in warm water, was a bit slow, and bear in mind that these seeds PREFER POOR SOIL!!! I planted a couple dozen in good soil and had ZERO germination, but the seeds I planted in older soil that I was re-using popped right up! So that's something to keep in mind. I love the shape of the leaves and the way they bob in the slightest breeze. Informal and charming. Wonderful colors. Very pleased.Thank You, WeSeeds.com.

Mislabeled seeds I ordered 6 packs of Moonshot marigold seeds, they sent seeds labeled as such, but they were actually something that appeared to be calendula seeds, maybe, but definitely not any kind of marigold. Repeated attempts to contact the vendor were not acknowledged impossible to get company to respond. Other seeds (Easy Wave Petunia) did not sprout when started indoors under lights when other seed from other vendors started and have grown well under the same conditions. After these frustrating experiences I reread their website ads which suggest that even they acknowledge that their suppliers may be supplying bogus seed stock. I believe this is a bogus outfit. I am out more than $30 for my order and have been able to even figure out how to get these bastards to respond to my inquiries. I recommend avoiding them like the plague.
