Very clever and efficient service. I think it links the right experts with the people from around the world to gain insightful knowledge about their pieces of art, treasures or antiques. I was fractionally doubtful at the moment of engaging their services, however all of it was gone very quickly due to their prompt replies, their realistic prognosis on what they can deliver, what is unachievable and the timeline they would deliver the results. Ordered train tunnel for Christmas tree on Dec 9, 2016. Got email on Dec 16, 2016 indicating item was shipped. On Dec 19, tracking number was still not showing up in carrier's website. Contacted customer service who promised item was shipped and would arrive before Christmas. Tracking number finally showed as being shipped on Dec 28 with delivery scheduled for Jan 3, 2017. My tree will be put away by then.

In December 2012 I placed one order for two Wishes of the Heart bracelets as Christmas gifts for my niece and sister. The Bradford Exchange did not process the order as one, but in order to charge an additional $19.99 in shipping and service, processed the order as two. On the 11 December 2012 my Visa card with the Commonwealth bank was charged $159.95 for one bracelet, followed on the 17th December by the second $159.95 charge. I was annoyed at the double dipping but let the matter pass and awaited the arrival of the bracelets. One turned up for Christmas but the other did not, so no gift for my sister. After Christmas, of course, I tried to contact the company to see what had happened. I sent two emails and to this day, I have received no reply. Finally, I found a phone number in the FAQ section of the website. I tried ringing it, but of course, the office was closed until the second week of January thereby making it very difficult for any post-Christmas issues to be resolved. It seems the office was closed only for complaints, however, and not advertising material, which reached me in the post in the first week of January. When I finally did get in contact, I was told that when processing the two orders, the second one had been declined by my bank. I checked with the bank and yes, that was correct. Because Bradford Exchange had placed the second order within five minutes of the first, the bank has a policy of declining such orders just in case a mistake has been made and the same order has been submitted twice. This policy seems very sensible to me and safeguards the consumer. Bradford exchange, however, seems unaware of this policy even though this is the Commonwealth Bank we are talking about. None of this was ever communicated to me by the company in December. Once I had learnt all this in mid-January I wanted to have nothing more to do with Bradford Exchange so decided not to proceed with the second bracelet which had still not arrived by mid-January. I cancelled the order and was refunded the second credit card charge on 15th January 2013.. At this point I thought that the whole business was behind me. Unfortunately, the first bracelet proved faulty. The clasp holding the charms broke twice while my niece was wearing it. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve all the pieces. At the beginning of June, I rang the company explaining the problem. I was told to send it back with an accompanying letter, which I did. I was then out of the country until the end of July. When I returned and had heard nothing, I rang the company again, to be told that they had received nothing from me. I was instructed by the company to fill out a form which would initiate a police/post office check for the lost postal item. This I did and returned the form to the company about a week ago. About a week later, a replacement bracelet arrived with an accompanying bill for $159.95. You can imagine my reaction! When I rang I was told that I had received a refund for the faulty item in January(I had not yet reported/returned the faulty item at that time). The January refund had been for second bracelet I had not received. The matter was then referred to a supervisor and I sent a copy of the above to her. I have not heard a thing from the company since then. The incompetency/stonewalling of this company is amazing.

Until today I ordered several items, amongst others a nice vintage dovetail saw which is set and sharpened beautifully. Each item was very securely packed and delivery to Germany was very fast. In the future, whenever there is a vintage tool I need or want for my workshop, tooltique will be my first choice. Again many thanks for the tools and the outstanding service.

I recently sold my first item on Lofty. The entire process was simple, clear and actually fun. Every step of the process is documented by email, so there were never any unanswered questions. The item I sold was a small drawing, so it was easy for me to pack it for shipping. Lofty sent me a DHL shipping label and the package went to the buyer in Italy in just two days. My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

So in about 2 years, my wife has worn her ring, bought from AuctionKing a total of 2 times. The diamonds fall out constantly! I have gave a bad review when I purchased it, but I am just at a loss of words. How can a company continue to screw people and still be in business? There are far too many bad reviews for all these people to be lying. How do you not stand behind what you sale? You guys manipulate your bids and still sale bad products. It is too late for me, but people please do your research before you make a purchase from this company.

I made an enquiry about how long it would take to have something delivered, ringing on a Thursday. The man I spoke to first had to take my number and ask another to ring me back to give me the information I needed, and that person rang back very promptly. I was told that if I put in the order that day the items would be delivered Wednesday at latest, possibly Tuesday of the following week (using standard delivery). the order was placed and the parcel arrived on Monday!

Ordered goods always arrive within reasonable time frame and are very reasonably priced. Quality of the merchandise and the selection is always fantastic and the service and their responsiveness is great. One of my orders became lost at the USPS apparently and Banknotes.com team recommended EMS or FEDEX to safely and surely redeliver my order. We've got a lot of mail theft in New Jersey. They've spent extra time and effort to explain everything to me and are always extra caring and careful when handling the fragile merchandise. One complaint would be the website is not fully mobile-friendly, but one of their shops is. They said they're working on it.

Multiple orders with them went smoothly, never a problem, except once, when the registered mail was lost (apparently stolen by the USPS), they advised to use EMS or FEDEX and so my order was reshipped and arrived just fine with all the material in excellent shape.

Phil Pritchard gave me excuse after lie after excuse regarding an item he was paid in full for. 3 weeks later, I filed a PayPal claim and he finally shipped my item in a badly damaged box, not good for a doll collector! Something is seriously wrong with RL. This is a fancy garage sale at best. The sellers are dishonest and many have fake items being sold. Only reason they stay afloat is because of their weird doll section. Stay away!!! Stick to eBay, dibs, etc .. My 3 cents

Bastards blocked my account because I complained about a seller who would not ship the 3 items that I paid for. $#*! did not refund my money either. They are damn crooks!!!! PayPal promised that they would give me back my money but they are making me wait for it. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE CROOKS ON DELCAMPE.NET!!!!!!!! I totally agree with Peter P.'s review for Delcampe.net!!!!!! As far as people saying his review was rubbish no I don't think so as I had a very similar experience. Just because you did not have a problem does not mean that no on has had a problem okay!!!!

Worse customer service agents I believe I had to deal with in years, Received the incorrect doll, return to them with the label they provided. after 4 weeks and no response I was informed they had the return and will refund the money so I could reorder. 2 weeks later I received a letter stating my original order was not deliverable please correct address on file. (not True, return per their label, they provided). I have spoken to agents and a supervisor, and again with little or no help, maybe we will get the doll. Their excuses is the virus, my response, is close until you are capable of doing business.

I ordered 2 dolls and they do not look real in any way. Their hair looks like Michael Myers and they don't even resemble the pictured doll that you think your ordering. However they did return my money for the 1st one very quickly. The breathing cooing doll did what it said but it didn't seem close to real. We kept the 2nd because my daughter loves it and did not want me to send it back. She's 4.yes they are supposed to be collectable but it they aren't worth collecting

When I first found VNCToys I had never heard of them, and researching them I could find no information. I collect primarily transformers so I'm always cautious with new sellers since I have been burned with knock-off products before (some even 'sold by amazon'). I couldn't find anything bad about them, and they were based in the US and accepted paypal - so I decided to take a chance. I ordered a Masterpiece Sunstreaker figure which I had been looking for at a good price, BigBadToyStore had one for $130 but I didn't want to go through them since they take almost a month every time to ship out, and VNCToys had Mp Sunstreaker for a shocking $110! I made my order saturday, and received it Tuesday in the mail. Unfortunately the first time round they had packed the wrong figure in the box. VNCToys got back to me within an hour of contact and packed up the correct figure and sent it out to me the next day, they also gave me a paid shipping label for the figure they initially sent. I got my sunstreaker without any problems after. VNCToys could have easily requested that they receive the initial product sent as a return before they sent my Sunstreaker, I think most places would have. VNCToys was very trusting of me to send them back the figure, and also send me the correct one before I even confirmed the incorrect one was getting sent back. While the entire situation could have went better their kind demeanor and trusting attitude with a brand new customer will keep me coming back should they have more figures I am after in the future. I am glad to have found them.

vnctoys.com was a site I found using thefind.com when I was attempting to scour for a particular toy at the right price. Seeing vnctoys.com sell the transformer I sought at a bargain price peaked my interest into exploring the site further. The scheme of the site has the charm of a dusty attic riddled with a selection of toys. Selections are filtered by brand in the frame on the left. They conveniently open sub-categories when necessary and the search engine helps on finding a hit quickly. Toy selection ranges from broad to narrow, and vnctoys.com even stocks some toy exclusives (namely Comic Con) and more obscure items for the sparkle-eyed toy collector. Here you'll find your GI Joe, Transformer, and My Little Pony toys and then some. It's not exhaustive in every brand it lists, but it certainly stocks a favorable amount of the more noticeable brands. The prices for the majority of toys appear to be pleasantly fair if not utterly eye-grabbing. The site and inventory is consistently updated from my shopping experience. You can pay through Paypal namely, which you should keep up to date as your order will ship to your Paypal address. Processing times occurred instantaneously -- you won't have to wait long if you place your order sometime during the business week. Shipping options are provided through three different avenues: USPS First-Class Mail Package USPS Priority Mail USPS Express Mail Insuring your shipment is also an option. However, you have to add this to your cart as a basket item. It shakes up your checkout process a little doing so, but paying that buck or two extra is worth it just in case something goes wrong in transit. My product arrived in a sturdy box proper for the toy. The toy was wrapped in a foam sheet with recyclable paper. I found the packaging adequate, with my product accompanied by a very nice business card expressing gratitude. Mysteriously, I could not find a printed sheet detailing my online order. I don't find that to be a major problem, since my details are online. But, the inclusion of one would have been nice. All in all, vnctoys.com was a pleasant find and surprise. I found something at a bargain price I couldn't find anywhere else (barring perhaps China, minus shipping). If you're looking for a particular toy of recent make and model, and want to shop from a store in the continental US, I suggest checking out vnctoys.com. They will not disappoint. With a toy selection that promises to expand, checking them out from time to time may be worth your while if they don't have what you want. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I ordered… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I ordered a ring that I specifically asked to be delivered before I was leaving for out of town in a week and was promised this would be the case. The ring was NOT delivered by the date promised and was NOT delivered to our home late or ever as we have RING DOORBELL footage that shows USPS arriving and delivering a package that day, but never FEDEX even though FEDEX claimed I signed for the delivery (again I was OUT OF TOWN, so not possible). I supplied 1st Dibbs the RING DOORBELL footage, my plane and hotel itineraries as proof and informed them I requested delivery by a specific date and they told me FEDEX denied the claim, as it was signed for (a straight line) and delivered (lie) and the only thing I could do is to file a police report for theft. How can I claim something was stolen if it was never received? How can this be on me when the contract was between 1st Dibbs and FEDEX to have me sign for the delivery and that never took take place? How can a company not care that you paid them with nothing in return and will not dispute FEDEX over their customers claims and proof?? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these people. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR GOODS OR NOT- DISGUSTING PRACTICES.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Upon receiving a rolex watch for $7,000.00 Rolex via 1st DIBS, the vendor being International Vintage Watch Company, it was taken to a certified Rolex dealer in Austin, Texas. The technician stated that the bracelet was very worn and was about to break, the pins holding the links are paper thin. The technician did not open the case, he did notice that the "attenuation" was off and the watch was running fast. The next day my husband noticed that the watch had "fogged" over. This means the watch was not waterproof. All Rolexes are watertight. My husband did not submerge the watch, the humidity in Texas can be brutal and that's all we can think of. This means it's really not sealed. We tried to return the watch as it was not in the condition they stated. They are saying that my husband wrecked the watch by wearing it for 6 hours. They have supposedly fixed the watch and are sending it back to me, but are not willing or able to provide tracking for the return. Update_ The vendor has ceased communication and is refusing to provide tracking for the order that was supposed to be shipped back to us last week. So we are out $7,000 with no merchandise to show for it. This has been an incredibly unprofessional transaction hosted by 1st Dibs. Now we are looking at grand theft. We are going to file suits against all parties. 1st DIBS should be shut down. Just take a look online and read their reviews, which I'm sorry I didn't do. It's shocking they are able to run such a dodgy biz handling high-dollar transactions. !st Dibs has been silent and have done nothing to help solve this situation. I have been forced to do a chargeback. ROBERRYYYY
