I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

I got a mothers ring for Christmas from here. I ordered a 9. I tried it on its to small. Went to a jeweler to get it resized they said the ring was a 8 3/4 so I just paid 64.00 to have it resized. Thanks a lot for costing me more money!! Will never order from here again.

I ordered a Prince theme necklace for my GF, my budget is 3000 but was quoted 3200 by Pual Mazza. I found a lower price elsewhere but the item was already produced. I had called to cancel, was told no refunds, only store credits. At time of order, their refund policy was not disclosed. They claim copy rights to the item so as to dissuade me from going elsewhere, which I already have. This policy was also not disclosed. My word of advice is to shop around before buying, especially a custom order. They will deny a refund and claim copy rights to the item. In this case, its a Prince item and no way they can claim a copyright to it. They are ridiculous.

As the ring needed resizing in gold it arrived a few days after her Birthday which was stated on our initial discussion about the ring. I ordered a ring and earring, paid $50 shipping, items arrive and the ring is correct but the earring was wrong, I emailed 3 times, after 2 weeks they replied and arranged to have someone pick up the incorrect item however I said I want 2 x the earring as I didnt realise it wasnt a pair (should be made more obvious online) however they told me I have to order the earring again, pay another $50 shipping despite them about to send me my original earring anyway. Lack of communication, lack of competence and after stuffing me around for nearly 2 months they expect me to pay more money. I have asked for a full refund and have been waiting for over a week (yet again) for a single reply. This company has done nothing but take my money and virtually ignore me. My reply to the below statement: It hasnt been resolved, I havent received anything yet?

I've now ordered 3 separate items from their website showing as "available' but each time it takes over a week for the company to write back to say they are unavailable and then suggests the refund for these items will take 5-10 working days ! Surely this is just a con to keep everyone's money in their bank for half a month when the items probably never even existed !! Horrified and disgusted !

Bought a 9ct gold pair of earrings just over a year ago and the 2 Diamanté on one of the Earrings has come out. The other one is lifting on the Diamanté strip attached. I have only worn these max 5 times. Told by sales assistant they have had a knock! I have just worn them in my ears nothing has knocked them. They would need to send them away for three to four weeks for an assessment. Did I abuse them or is it a manufacturing problem they do need to find out! No I just put them in my ears and wore them. Nice to have such wonderful after sales service. So I am without my earrings for 3to 4weeks,whilst they assess them. If it looks like I am at fault I will have to pay for the repair. Didn't like them implying that I may have caused the stones to fall out. I have spent a lot of money with this store in Lakeside and I can honestly say never again after this response.

To say that I had an outstanding experience with Diana would be an understatement. From start to finish, Mona and the people at Diana were courteous, welcoming and professional. While I was initially uneasy about not seeing the actual diamond first, the technology used by Diana allowed me to make an informed judgment. And were they right! I ordered the Tropic Skulls Shoulder Beach Bag. I read reviews before ordering, so I was hesitant to order after seeing their ad pop up on my Instagram feed. But I took a chance (via PayPal and a credit card so I could dispute the charge if this ended up being a scam) and was surprised to get my order and that it was actually the quality that I expected! The beach bag is entirely my aesthetic as a punk beach bum so I’m beyond happy that it actually showed up and was exactly as it appeared on the site. NOW, with this in mind, I do think that it depends on what line you’re ordering from when it comes to this site because after you order, there’s a page that notes that some items are made after ordering. That worried me, but I did receive my tracking numbers one day after ordering and then USPS took a bit longer than they should have to deliver it (was shipped July 7th and was supposed to be here July 11th, got it the 14th because it’s COVID and USPS is doing their best- I put 5 days for shipping because that’s what it was slated for). The vinyl smell inside of the bag is to be expected, but there wasn’t any smell on the outside of the bag. Didn’t get scammed this time, so now I’m gonna get the matching towel! TL;DR: I expected to be scammed but was happily surprised. The beach bags are great & ship fast. Not sure about other items.

Saw some bad reviews of Lumera but most were positive so took a chance since they had guarantee. Diamond arrived when they said, and it looked better than I could have asked for. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. We picked ring setting separately so fiancee could get what she liked as this wasn't either of our first times at marriage.

At this point my ring is being made but I just wanted to write on how wonderful I was treated during the order process. I had to use two different cards and also decided on a Gaelic inscription about two days after ordering the ring initially. Everything was done to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.

I ordered the necklace on 1/10/11, and they shipped the wrong one. I returned it (at my cost), and asked for an exchange, and they SENT THE WRONG NECKLACE AGAIN! I'm STILL waiting for my exchange/credit. They've had the second returned necklace for three weeks. This whole process has taken four months. I've sent several emails this week, and I've received no response. They have beautiful jewelry, but I AM NEVER ordering from them again.

The face by themselves will not afford any degree of safety from virtalinfections in our opinion. They do however provide a very comfortable fitting mask to hold a proper filter over you nose and mouth. They fit nicely behind the ears and hold a filter firmly in place. We have used repeatedly and they do withstand multiple machine washings with a normal load of clothes. We would recommend them as a support mask for a proper filter.

I made an order several weeks ago and still have not received it. I paid for 2 days shipping. It's been over 3 weeks now. I tried many times to reach them. They respond very slowly and give a " sincere" apology but continue to not give me specific details on when it will be shipped. Acknowledging their mistakes made no sense. They also promised me 1 week ago to refund the shipping fees. They have not refunded anything. This is the last time I buy anything from this site. Nothing should take this long to ship. I do not recommend this site (doesn't matter if there is covid or not)... Close it if you can not mail products to your buyers

Ordered from this site mid-october and havent heard anything from them, they were lucky with being able to use the storm as an excuse but its now Nov29th and its still in pending status! Customer service is also very rude - they sound entitled when you call to find out when the order would be shipped out. I wish I never went to the site! I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered!

Tried to order a simple pair of earrings and was told MY bank( a 5 star bank) "soft" declined the order? They're customer service representative said it was on my banks side and to call them to straighten it out.I use the card for MANY on line purchases ( eBay, QVC, HSN and catalogs)and have NEVER, EVER had a decline !?!? Definitely not worth getting the run-around for a $50 pair of earrings!! I cancelled the order. Lesson learned. Will never us this shopping site, again.

The ordering service was excellent as was the extremely quick delivery, next day, and the product, very reasonably priced, is perfect and looks far more expensive that it actually was. Very happy indeed with this company. They also have a sister company The Jewellery Box who are equally impressive.

I wanted to leave a review after receiving my beautiful necklace. I bought Yvette Dark Cherry Quartzite and I cannot praise it enough. The stones are just beautiful and I love the way there is gold between the larger stones which are at the front, and the small ones which go up and round the back. The shine on the stones is gorgeous and the shape is beautiful. It is a colour that will go with so many things. I have many Lola Rose pieces but this is by far the most beautiful for me.

I purchased watch with charm from QVC early December and although I’m pleased with the watch I’m now horrified that the charm has come off my watch and of course no idea where it is. I do wonder why with something like this that they are not attached securely. I’ve checked again QVC website and it seems to be a ring/circle that the charm is attached to but I’m left with what I can only describe as a thin bar. Can you please explain why this charm is so poorly attached and what I should do next to get a replacement and then find someone to attach it securely? I’m most cross about this. I emailed yesterday 7th March but as yet to get a response from Lola Rose. Kath

Impossible trying to get through. I have emailed many times and repeating the same story. the continuously ask for copy of receipt etc, and I have emailed several times and posted. It is truly hardwork. I want to escalate this is Fiorelli but can not find any other number or contact. They appear to have lost my returns/faulty goods.

I have been trying to reach Fiorelli and impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions, no one picks up or answers. I am trying to escalate this, I believe they are part of a bigger group and next step is to make contact with them. Any suggestion welcome. Don';t buy from Fiorelli.

They send the wrong size items and then tell you to mail back to Norway at your expense and they will charge a $10 restocking fee. Horrible company, not worth the trouble.

I placed two orders with gets.cn. The first was fine, no problems to mention. The second, I impulsively spent over $1500 on stones that are extremely expensive to purchase in the US. THey sent me crap stones, packaged very poorly. I should, like the first reviewer, have asked for pictures. Now I am trying to come to some kind of resolution with the company but will most likely never order from them again. The pictures, especially of the natural stones, show very nicely in the photos but when you receive them, look completely different. Might I also mention that even though you spend over $1500 on natural gemstones, they will come to you in a bubble mailer. Thats it.

I have ordered from this company about 5 times and most of the times, things turned out well. Their rhinestone charms have always come out fine. I ordered lampwork glass items from 4 times. First 2 times, no issue. Last 2 times (this year), the charms were not the ones in the picture. They said it's handmade so it's won't be the same but the difference is quite large. They say they have a 30 day guarantee but then told me that the return shipping is too expensive so they just gave me a 50% refund for the first time it happened. For my most recent order, they took pictures of the glass items and showed me before they shipped them. More than 6 out of 10 items I ordered were not made well. Fortunately, those items were canceled and refunded. However, the items that did get shipped to me were WET when they arrived. Yes. They were wet in the bags. It's very gross and I can't believe their quality have degenerated this much. I will probably not order any more glass items from them and not going to try any new items. I have asked them to take pictures of everything before they sent it to me and they are ok with that.

I bought a Rolex about a year ago from Ermitage. After wearing it for a few months at work I accidentally smashed the dial. I took the watch by a local Rolex dealer and their price to repair a new crystal was too high for me. I call back Ermitage Jewelers and the dial was repaired with a minimal amount and since I still had a warranty they polished it too. Great online watch store with good customer service

I was hesitant at first to make such a large ticket purchase via the internet but after speaking with Veronika at Ermitage my mind was quickly put at ease. My questions and overall transaction were handled with the utmost professionalism. The knowledge of the staff was great and the product was just as described. Follow up questions were handled just as the original purchase. I would DEFINITELY recommend Ermitage to anyone looking for a great quality product with great customer care.

I usually don't click on ads but theres caught my eye when I happen to be looking for a wedding band. I am not a big jewelry person so a $1200 gold ring was not necessary. When I saw the one I had chosen, it seemed too good to be true. Style and durability? Then can the price, I double checked other sites for the same ring and at that time it was $165 cheaper. So I took a chance with a size (9) I didn't think would fit(out of 9.5), but everything went in my favor and fits perfect! So I saved over $1000 for something that has just as much meaning and symbolization as the over priced gold version. Thank you ***family

I'm from Canada and I was shopping for a diamond and searched the top online sites because I found the internet to have better pricing and selection than my local jewelry stores in Quebec, Canada. Comparing online retailers to dreamstone I have that Dreamstone.com had the best prices online within the range I was looking (round diamond 0.80-1.00 carat G-H VS2-SI1) and they also hand the unique setting I was looking for. The complete ring together was at least 15-25% cheaper than other online stores. Plus, I had the peace of mind that I can upgrade my diamond in the future if my fiance wanted a large center diamond down the road. Abe from Canada

First I want to say how important it is to go to a jeweler that knows his diamonds. And can explain the three C's ( so important). Guy, hands down is an amazing jeweler who knows his Diamonds. And gives you options. Most of all, the one jeweler you can trust ! He is not out to get over on you to make a quick buck. This is so hard to find, seriously. I absolutely am truly in-love with my ring. He will be the One and ONLY jeweler I go to -to get any type of jewelery. He can he customize what you want. I highly recommend Dreamstone. The one place you can absolutely trust you will get the Best of the BEST ! I will be back to get my wedding bands, and can't wait. Thank you !

I ordered a 26" chain but received a 24" one. I notified Frost Nyc and they immediately made an exchange. I though I had a problem with the replacement item and they were very cooperative in trying to resolve the problem. Turns out there was no problem after all. Very good service.

I have purchase two genuine Luminox model (4220 and 3803) watches from NY Watch Store at competitive prices. My orders were processed and confirmed with tracking numbers the same day. Both watches arrived, brand new, in the original Luminox boxes with tags and protective plastics in place. I have spoken to James on the the phone a couple times to ask questions. James is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, regarding all of the watches offered on their website and very customer oriented. I highly recommend NY Watch Store.

It was my girlfriend's birthday a few weeks ago and I wanted to surprise her with a pair of diamond earrings that she has wanted for awhile. It was my first time buying earrings for a woman and needless to say...I had no clue what to look for! Majesty's website was really helpful and clear in terms of all the details I was looking for (clarity, colour, size etc.), so it made the process a lot easier. I have on 03.12.2018 with the order number 400045484 made a purchase, paid for watches and watch straps and chose the international delivery with German Post. The seller changed the carrier without my knowledge and sent another courier service. He caused me to unexpected expenses in the form of debt collection and brokerage services. The same day I wrote to the customer service of the business. I hoped that & quot; reasonable people & quot; worked there. I wanted them to cancel the delivery from a muddy forwarder, cancel the transaction, and return the money. The store ignored my requirements and began to hang noodles on the ears. So two weeks passed, the package came back to the seller, the store did not return the money. They did not even apologize, by the way, I got the money only after 2 months thanks to the Paypal support dispute. The shop did not want to return my picture and left the goods at home. This is not a praised German quality. These are circus performances from the gateway that rob gullible people. Many reviews about this store can be found in the last year of the negative. If you want to buy a good watch and get it guaranteed, you will see other offers for comparison. Good luck to all readers.
