I have to honestly say that I was not happy - the delivery was fine, but I was given a beautiful shawl pashmina by my mum about 10 years ago - a cashmere/silk pashmina of such a heavy weight and quality, soft and thick, I honestly expected this one to be the same. It is not. It feels exactly half the weight and density/weave and I guess this would make sense though, because my original pashmina cost my mum $300 (Au$) 10 years ago so it would be of better quality. I am sorry, because I don't like writing scathing review, but I am sorely disappointed because I don't want a 100% cashmere one.

I’m extremely pleased with the Rolex Submariner 16610, boxed with papers and also recent Rolex service card. Ordered a bespoke spinner ring in a size measured by a jeweller. It took 8 weeks to arrive as it was handmade, which is understandable. When this arrived it didn't fit and was far too big. After numerous discussions with the staff it became apparent that the way the rings are sized here differs from that of a regular jeweller, which i feel should be mentioned on Etsy. They did agree to exchange this but it would take a number of weeks to get another one made. The turnaround time for this was totally unacceptable! There was no priority given even though it was clearly a mistake by Charlottes Web. I repeatedly had to chase and was told that they had no control over the time frame... i am actually out of pocket as i had to pay for the original to be returned. The ring is beautiful but due to the time taken and poor customer service i rate them a 2

Ordered the charms late night on 22nd Dec asked for 1st class delivery and they arrived 24th Dec !! I was surprised and very pleased and impressed. The charms are also lovely, just like the pictures and good quality and came in their own little boxes. Second purchase from Cheeky Little Prints, several years ago I ordered a stamp of my dogs paw, which was great. Sadly last year I lost him after a battle with Cancer I contacted Lisa to see whether she actually kept any copies of the paws, and thankfully she does and I was able to order a paw charm which has now arrived it is perfect I couldn't have asked for anything better, this has now been added to my bracelet so i have another reminder of him with me all the time. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service. I ordered a watch online that was supposedly in stock a month ago and still no update. I’ve called twice and sent multiple emails but they just ignore my emails and when I call they tell me they will pass on the message to the person who is handling my sale and I never hear from them again. I’m about to go to my bank and get my money back through them for this non existent watch.

Submitted a request for a watch I'd had my eye on for a while and within an hour I had a call from Sam from ChronoHunter to talk through expectations and get a few additional details. Within a few days I had offers from 3-4 dealers, all at great prices even compared to discounted prices from other dealers I'd gone to myself. The watch had a few weeks waitlist during which ChronoHunter kept in contact with me and the dealer I had chosen and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend getting a (fully non-binding) quote through ChronoHunter before making a purchase elsewhere. Will definitely use again for my next purchase.

No way of tracking and no response to my email. Since this was a Christmas gift, if I do not have it by the 23rd, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge ** edited to add** They did email me back with a tracking number. It shows that my order was shipped on the 13th, not the 9th like their email said. I cannot recommend Clean Origin enough!!! The whole experience was absolutely incredible. From browsing their website, to their customer service, to their quality, Clean Origin is a wonderful company with incredible product. The following is my entire experience with the company -- sorry for the wordiness, I always opt to include more details than less! I bought my diamond at the end of August 2018 in somewhat of a rush prior to a trip to Spain. Due to familial circumstances, my fiancé and I decided to get a ring last minute and had about 2 weeks to get a diamond and have the ring set. While doing research and looking into lab created diamonds, I came across Clean Origin's website just to browse and get an idea of what lab created diamonds were like and how much they cost. I had no idea what my fiancé's budget was or if we would even be able to get a ring in time for the trip. While browsing, the chat window popped up asking if I need any help. Since I couldn't find the cut I wanted on the site, I figured I may as well ask to see if an asscher cut was even an option for lab created diamonds knowing that they weren't as popular to begin with. Ronny told me he'd see what they could do and promised to send me some options later that day. Sure enough, later that day Ronny sent over two great options, one of which included a video showing a 360 image of the diamond. After casually showing them to my fiancé, to my surprise, we both agreed that this was the way to go. The next day I called Tony, one of the owners, to learn a little bit more about the company and the diamonds; I was instantly sold. Tony made me feel really comfortable about the company and the whole process. He and his team are clearly very knowledgeable in the industry, bringing decades of experience with them. Knowing that they had a 100 day no questions asked return policy definitely made me feel even more comfortable. I really appreciated his honest opinions, even recommending I buy the cheaper of the two diamonds and advising me to get the ring made through a jeweler since they couldn't provide the best setting for my diamond. After talking to Tony, I immediately gave my fiance the okay to complete the transaction. Since it was a Friday, the diamond wasn't shipped until Monday but Tony overnighted it and we received the diamond on Tuesday. Upon seeing the diamond in person and then set on my ring, I continue to be blown away by how beautiful the diamond is. Even my jeweler, who wasn't too keen on me bringing in my own diamond, was surprised by its beauty and quality. She even tested the diamond and was surprised to see it come back as a real diamond. Since then I have received countless compliments on my diamond, many from total strangers. I have shared my wonderful experience with this company and with choosing a lab created diamond with family and friends, encouraging anyone I can to go this route! I am so happy we made the decision to go with Clean Origin, which saved my fiancé money and got me a bigger diamond all while choosing the more ethical option. If you have any doubts, don't! Can't wait to do business with this company again someday. Although the pics don't do the diamond justice, see pics attached!

Not bought from Clive and the team for a good few years, as times is tight BUT when we lost of stone out of one of the rings they'd made for us they were my first call. Excellent start to finish and VERY happy with the end result. Managed to fit a matched diamond for a great price, cleaned and polished the ring back to new :) All of that whilst the Covid outbreak was going on and still managed to get it repaired and back to us in just under a week. She went above and beyond her sevice for me yesterday. Everything was done with a very polite attitude and a lovely smile on her face. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and as if i had all the time in the world to choose my ring. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and very special, as if i was the only customer in the shop. The discount both Jayne and her manager gave me on my ring was incredible and a lot larger than I ever expected. The craftsmanship of the jewerly was second to none and well made. Hence I came away with the most beautiful diamond ring ever yesterday. It was the first time I had used this business but it definitely won't be last. I will recommend the shop to all my friends and family and inform them of the excellent service they can expect from the owner of the businesses and their well manned and trained staff that they employ. Once again I cannot praise Jayne enough for her professional judgement and her wealth of knowledge whilst serving me yesterday and helping me choose my diamond ring. With the assistance of the skilled CAD team we were able to collaboratively work on the design such that we have the perfect ring for us and Durham Rose were able to feasibility manufacture with the level of detail we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone looking to create a bespoke ring.

From the first appointment to the ring arriving, Melissa was truly amazing. Nothing was too much, she worked so hard to meet my budget and really listened to me. All communication was quick and easy, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The ring is more than I could have ever asked for. It is exactly what I had in my mind and it just blew me away. I can't thank everyone at Durham Rose enough, they have massively exceeded my expectations.

This wasn't the first time that I ordered something from Dyrberg/Kern. So I was so disappointing when I saw my brand new necklace in real life. The chains are much bigger as I expected. Based on the photo in the webshop it looked lighter and more elegant. Maybe the problem is that I couldn't compare the item to anything. I believe it would be great to show products on models to see the real size.

I received my paper clip chain bracelet with name disc today. I am a wee bit disappointed with the size of the initial on the disc, it is so tiny and placed at the very bottom of it so looks silly, It looks nothing like the picture on the website. I will keep it but giving only 4 points as not 100% happy.

I was disappointed because it was a birthday present. You could not see what it said on the disc you needed to have a magnifying glass to read what it said. If it had given you the measurements in the first place it would of saved a lot of heart ache & money it cost £170.

Easy ordering, worried when post tracking check & order didn’t arrive on day Royal Mail stated however Posh Totty said to wait 2 more days & they will check. It did arrive 2 days later. The necklace is a high quality product. I had each of my sons names & year of birth on each ring. Would definitely use Posh Totty again.

Placed my customised order almost a week after the cut off for Christmas delivery. In the days before Christmas I discovered that collection from their warehouse could be an option so I called to get an update on my purchase. They couldn't give me an answer straight away, but texted me later that day to advise me it would be despatched the next day and arranged for express postage at no extra charge so I would get it in time. My boyfriend was super impressed with his present. Super impressed with their commitment to their customers.
