I recently purchased a solid silver ring, with fingerprint laser engraving and inscription inside the band from the team at Wedding Rings Direct. Here's my unbiased review. From the very start the team, my main contact was with Kim and Tom, were tremendously helpful. They are a very friendly bunch of people and kept me constantly updated about the progress of the ring. I fouled up slightly with the first fingerprint I provided, totally my fault, and they very quickly sent out a second kit for me. My advice: make lots of fingerprints on the sheet of paper provided, it gives them a good chance then of doing an excellent engraving, and boy did they ever! The ring itself was a solid silver ring for my wife on our silver wedding anniversary, and she was thrilled to bits with the ring. She's not a showy sort of person but *everyone* she has come into contact with has been shown the ring and is awestruck by how great and unusual it looks. The ring itself is solid, but without being chunky, and the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear you just know it will last down through centuries as a family heirloom. In future if my family, my friend and my colleagues are looking for a ring, and they don't just do wedding rings, I will be pointing them in the direction of Wedding Rings Direct, and they won't regret it, not one little bit. Had the band for my watch that I couldn't find anywhere else. The only issue is since it is an aftermarket band it took a whiled to get it on the watch. It was not an easy process and probably took me close to 10 minutes to get it on. I can normally do a watch band in under a minute. Quality seems good so far. Maybe a little stiffer than the original band that was on my luminox Series 300

First time. Fine so far. Upon receipt of two strap pins it became apparent that the price was per pin, not a pair, like anyone else I have ever bought from. That made pricing excessive. Add a handling/mail fee of over $6.00 made it a deal breaker. Service was good and delivery time via regular mail was fine too. The upgrade in quality over standard pins is not apparent. I have installed on dive watch and will see how well they perform vs. standard pins.

A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart . I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

The necklace overall was a great purchase but the beak of one of Odin's ravens broke off within an hour of putting it on which made me a bit upset since all the reviews for it seemed to be great. It is a bold statement. But yes, "GREAT EVERYTHING" from the website navigating, to placing an order, the package in which the product comes in, the quality of the product and customer service. I stumbled upon this website on a whim. Looking for a torc (which I had found and ordered and recieved) and earrings. Now there was a problem (which i won't go into detail) but after communicating with customer service they remedied my situation very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with EVERYTHING I am very please with them and will be returning to purchase more. I only had one problem. When I ordered the watch band I was not given the option of ordering the pins that go along with the band. When my husband put his new watch band on his watch his existing pins broke and we desperately needed new pins. I called your company and the representative told me what pins I needed to order and that I had to do it online. She said that she couldn't take care of it for me. Unfortunately, when I returned to the website I could not locate the pins in the 22mm size that I needed or for that matter I couldn't find any pins at all. I did several searches but it kept telling me that there weren't any matches for my search. It was very frustrating because I was using the details that I was given. I had to order the pins from a different company. Too bad.

My Wal-Mart-bought suspenders work fine, but eventually the clips rip my jeans. Found your video online, and trigger snap suspenders sound like the answer to that problem! Site was easy to navigate, easy to register, and easy to order! Looking forward to my new suspenders! Update: Now that I have them, they work great, but they seem to twist in the back sometimes, due to the way the trigger piece spins on the end. Would an X-back eliminate that? Is that even available as a trigger snap? It might just be that I'm not used to the way Y-back feels on my back.

One of the owners, Dean, came off very condescending when I contacted them about a minor concern on an order. Something that turned out to be our mistake, and he definitely made sure it was clear in a patronizing fashion. It's to bad, we liked the items and were ready to make a very large order but we'll have to seek another supplier. Not to mention, the order took a very long time. Out of all the companies we ordered samples on, this was the first we ordered and the last to arrive. 2 weeks after order before it shipped. Again, these were just samples.

I make jewelry and sell them. So I never stop looking for cheaper suppliers (of course the quality should be good). I have ordered several sites, and most of the time I am not satisfied. Some are expensive and some are of poor choice compared to this site. This one is a good place to go to. They provide varieties of beads at standard quality but in low prices! Such a variety of charms for a very good price on cobeads. There are several butterflies, keys, turtles, etc...but all are different in design. I only found one design to have an exact duplicate. Some charms have a front and back to them, like the angel, it has words on the back and the angel on the front...which I like. The only flaw I found was that the peace sign is upside down. I was supposed to receive 100 charms but I counted more than 100! I am so pleased I purchased these from cobeads and highly recommend them.

Hopefully I can update this someday soon, but I placed an order for buttons on April 13, and here we are nearing the end of May with no order in sight. I'm in the US and tracking hasn't updated at all, USPS says it's still waiting to receive the package. When I emailed kbeads to ask for a refund and cancellation a month after the order was placed, I was told to be patient. I knew the prices were probably too good to be true, but this is ridiculous.

I ordered several times with some good experiences, but the two bad experiences I had, in which dollarbead.com charged me for items that I never received, has made me close the door on this business. When I contacted Dollarbead.com about their mistake, I had to argue my case (as if I had done something wrong), and Dollarbead.com was slow to respond, until Paypal got involved. Not a way to win the faith of this customer. I'd much prefer to pay a bit more to a bead business that values customer service. So for those reasons, I'm out.

I have ordered a few times and I love that the beads are cheap and you can order different things to see what you like and want to reorder. However, the packaging is horrible! My last order was over $90 and if you have been on their site you know that's a lot. Everything is crammed in the priority mail bag. Beads have fallen off the string and things were broken (this order and last order). I have sent many emails and no one responds to me. I decided to order one more time and it was delivered on September 3. Many items were out of stock and they replaced them with other items that I don't like. I rather them just credit me. Also I was missing items and was still charged for them. It is now September 16 and I still have not heard back from them. I guess I will get PayPal involved as they will be happy to get my money back. If you are just beginning to make jewelry and want to know what certain beads are, this is a good place to go. You can but a strand for a buck. If you don't like it, you're not out much.

I should really have read reviews on Beadaholique before purchasing from them! They seemed so reputable and widely-recommended, and they even sell on Amazon! I purchased some Swarovski Becharmed beads from Beadaholique. One of the Becharmed helix does not come with any Swarovski markings on the steel core! I'm not sure if they should exist on all Swarovski Becharmeds, but they definitely did on those that I got from firemountaingems! The inconsistency seems really dubious... A gold vermeil chain that I'd ordered from Beadaholique clearly had some gold-plating worn off, and even had distinct orange marks on it. Apart from these problems, the rest of the products seemed fine. Shipping took quite a long time though. I sincerely hope I've not falsely accused them of selling fake products. Nevertheless, one should exercise caution when it comes to Beadaholique.

I am new to this product but just got a sample in the mail yesterday. This product is a soy based product. It has a lot more fragrance over a larger area than when I tried the "diamond candle" brand. The tarts are huge almost three times the size of the others. The prices aren't as steep as the other companies either. I would totally reccomend this company and all of its products.

I have ordered some seed beads from Beebeecraft and received them well packaged soon, these are great little glass beads, We use either a thread (for beading) or a wire. This is a nice assortment of colors, The beads come in a nice compact case for storage. It is a translucent case with separate compartments. I find the Beebeecraft products fantastic. The deals are so good! I have received bead kits, metal dies, floral tape and many more items. Each product has arrived safely in secure packaging. Even for a novice beader/ crafter, I have had great success with their kits. The metal dies are very sturdy. Many items come in their own plastic cases for easy storage. Great gifts too.

I ordered a pair of Lindstrom pliers PL8155 from jewelrysupply[dot]com because the description says it has a maximum cutting capacity of 16 gauge. However the pliers I received (RX 8132) only has a max cutting capacity of 22 gauge. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to explain to them the issue but they wouldn't listen and maintained that it was my fault for ordering the wrong product.

I was initially uncertain about buying from Jewelrysupply because of the lack of reviews but it's actually really great! My order was shipped out on the next working day the first time, when I did not qualify for free shipping. The second time, my order was shipped out after three working days when I qualified for free shipping... The quality of products are high; I ordered two strands of pearls (both graded A/B) and they were completely unblemished! And they cost something like $6! Not all prices are competitive though; for example, Swarovski elements and chain are more expensive on Jewelrysupply, while the pearls and jump rings are cheaper! Jewelrysupply.com offers products true to the description. The descriptions are a lot more detailed too. For example, they mentioned that certain pearls (like those graded C) are blemished. This allowed me to make a more informed decision when making my purchase. I will not hesitate to order from them again :)

I bought BOHO Japanese beads and DIY beads for my kids. We all love it so much. 100% Good quality and brand new. The bead colors are very durable and no fade off problem. For making a bracelet, I bought a set of jewelry tool. Hopefully, I can make a pretty nice bracelet and keep to buy from UKstock.Pandahall.com. Recommended it.

My order came very quickly and I am really impressed with the silky fabric the masks are made from. I ordered the bundle package and don't think I will use the ear piece that you have to purchase with the bundle. I would prefer that not be a requirement to the bundle package. Another note - I purchased the small adult masks & they are barely big enough for my face. If I could change my order, I would have ordered the full adult size for a little more room. I have already recommended these masks to many friends! You won't be disappointed!

Thank you asti for the quick shipping and quality product. When I first started wearing my mask to the grocery store, I was one of the first. I love that the product is washable. As soon as I walk in the door I throw the mask along with my coat and whatever clothes I'm wearing straight into the washer. The mask dries quickly and is always ready the next time I need to leave the house.

From when my order was submitted the interaction and communication was initiated by Cape Masai Leather. Ever friendly and helpful. Even with my second order, colour advice and options were shared patiently. Delivery was quick and I was always kept up to date with the progress. As a follow-up to my previous review, we contacted Zozi and their management was quick to resolve the problem and send our missing payments. I still can't claim they're excellent, at least for inns, since their entire site seems to be focused on "adventure weekends". Bed & Breakfasts, in contrast, are about relaxing, and generally avoiding adventure. At least the sort that lands you in hospital. :)

I own a tour company in North Carolina and I received a call from Zozi asking if I'd be interested in trying out their system. I said maybe, but I'm in love my current software with TicketLeap. I told them to call back in a few weeks. However every single day I received a call from "Jacob," as they desperately tried to get me to use their system. I eventually blocked the number they were calling me with but began calling me from a second number. I blocked that number as well but more unbelievably they tracked down my Mother's phone number and began harassing her! Unbelievable! Still debating on wether to report them for this or not.

This is the second purchase from which the quality of the seamstress work is awful, it is as if they don't even care. I order a white jumper to wear to an all white party I opened it to the night of, big mistake I should have checked this before the party, the thread was coming apart at the seams. I contact the company, they were no help stated the garment did not come to me this way... I was livid because I know for a fact it did. They offered no assistance and were in my opinion accusatory. The other garment I purchase was a dress to wear for a Valentine's day date, also the threading, horrible, they did refund my money for this one. I will never order anything from them again, they have surely lost a customer.

I had purchased a few things from muteyaar back in late February/early March & have only just received my items yesterday. So it's been a good 4 months due to covid-19/lockdowns/living quite rural once it was eventually aloud to be shipped overseas & sent to me (Far north QLD, Australia). I ordered a beautiful pair of juttis, great design, lovely deep maroon colour I absolutely adore, very comfy & very intricate little design cut work made. As well as the juttis, I also ordered 3 pairs of parandi. Also very beautiful work, although they ran out of 1 parandi I sought to buy they promptly advised me they were out of stock and gave me first hand the available options which I am also pleased with what I received as replacement. Lastly I ordered jewellery, jhumki/tikka sets etc. all very nice, different to what I can get here in Australia for a cheaper price & although it is not 100% the best quality as you're paying for a cheaper material they are very sufficient and will go unnoticed to the untrained eye of a jeweller. I am pleased with them as they came exactly as pictured and look very nice, I will have no choice but to order more as I love all of mine. I can not wait to buy more products and items in the future although I wish they could find a way for postage to be a bit cheaper as my items weight total was just around 1kg & paid roughly $30-$50 off the top of my head. So if you are buying online from this store I suggest you keep that in mind and possibly look into bulk buying as to make the postage worth it. Thank you Muteyaar for your great customer service, always prompt and professional with an enquiry I had. I will forever be a customer and look forward to my next purchases.
