Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both broke within 2 wears. Contacted customer service about it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was asked to send pictures of the unglued shoes which I did immediately only to not even get an acknowledgement of my email. When I emailed again and pointed that out I was asked to post the shoes back. I replied immediately that I am happy to do so once I receive written confirmation of when the refund is going to reach me and also get reimbursed for the extra expenses they are causing. 2 weeks later still ni reply, no refund and 2 pairs of broken shoes... it is not enough to sell vegan products and pretend to be an ethical company when you can't look after your customers! Disgusted of it all!!!

As a healthcare worker being on my feet constantly and a recreational athlete on the basketball court, these VKTRY performance insoles are A Must Have! At first though, it was stiffer than most orthotics I've worn especially having wide, flat feet. However after the break-in period which for me took several days, I've grown accustomed to them and actually feel a slight spring back from the carbon fiber. Whether I interchange the VKTRY insoles from my work shoes and athletic shoes, I am pleasantly surprised that these have performed better than I expected. In fact, I even feel less feet fatigue just using them. These are my go-to insoles.

I suffer from severe knee, back and foot pain almost daily. I know it has to do with my weight but I also coach volleyball. So I needed something to relieve the pain. It has been hard for me to jump the last few years so I put the insoles on and within 30-45 minutes later I was jumping with nooooo pain!

Love my new EnVe golf shoes. I have arthritis in the left ankle from an old injury and in both big toes from who knows what. But I still like to walk when ever possible. I have tried almost every shoe known to man kind. These are the best to date. I'm walking 18 on a Saturday and another 9 on Sunday. I still have foot pain but less in comparison to other shoes I have tried. I notice it mostly in the ankle. This shoe gives great support to the ankle and preforms all around as great golf shoe. I purchased a black pair to try them and now have a pair of white ones as well. I would like to see Athalonz take this technology to an every day street walker. But I might try the G-Force 2 for this. Thanks John Massey

Received the Athalonz golf shoes just over a week ago, and I've already played 4 times wearing them. WOW! Athalonz recommends that you order a half size larger than you normally wear, and that is true! BUT....when you do that, they fit like a glove! They give superb support, and are comfortable right out of the box! They obviously use top notch materials, and I expect them to be more durable than the vast majority of shoes. They are good looking, extremely stable, and have quickly become my favorite of several pairs that I own. Simply put, they are worth every penny!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this site, they came very quickly and update emails were sent with the deluvery status. The shoes didn't arrive in brand new condition, I contacted customer services and they were super helpful, immediately offering to replace the shoes. It was resolved quickly and I am now a very happy customer. Would have given 5 stars if shoes had been in perfect condition as they are really comfortable and excellent quality workout shoes.

I would not trust their site’s ratings. I ordered two pair of shoes and returned one and gave them three stars. They left my comments, but changed my rating to 4 starts. The other shoes aren’t really working out either. I got the Chanel cap toe heals and straps do not stay on despite taking to a cobbler to have the elastic tightened, which was recommended in the reviews. The cobbler said the elastic can’t be tightened anymore. So sadly I wasted money on these, but they do look nice. I do have a friend who liked their rock stud flats though. Just beware they tweak their reviews.

I ordered shoes March 18, 2021, never received them, tracking information never worked, requested refund for lost items and as of May 2, 2021 have not received a refund. Customer service has stopped responding to my e-mails. There is no number to call. I put 2 one star reviews on their site and they took them off. The reviews are not accurate. Don't order from this company.

I started off ordering The "Basic Painting Kit", which contains 6 paints of different colors. There was no problem buying the product, but the delivery was really bad. It took 20 days for the paint to arrive. And when it finally arrived, the paint brushes were bent, and I was missing a green color. The packaging was also terrible and messy. A positive thing, is that the costumer service was decent, and they were quick to respond.

I ordered a shoe horn and was sent a suede brush. Then after clarification, I received my order, late. Now this second time I have ordered a shoe horn for a friend, the only notification I got was that they have received my payment. I have been waiting for a week. So I ended up calling, and only when I did I got a notification that my order is on the way..surely..what a bad experience I have had two times..So disappointed.

Second time shopping with Lucy and this time was disappointing. I purchased two items with a 30% off coupon. Five hours later I get a text saying buy one get one free. That coupon code obviously would saved me more money, but when emailing to ask for a price adjustment (like most stores do), they refused and they said they couldn’t cancel either (even though i never asked to cancel the order). Very poor and rude customer service and will not be shopping there again.

The customer service is excellent, delivery was lightning fast, returns were a breeze. If you exchange an item the exchange ships right after shipping it out to the post office. However I would not recommend buying final sale items. I bought a pair of shoes that were final sale thinking they'd be amazing and comfortable due to all the hype and they didn't even fit! My usual size was too small and half a size bigger was too big. So now I was stuck with $200 in store credit, very upset. I then decided to get a pair of boots with the store credit, and they were SO painful. I could not even wear them. The width was too narrow and it killed my feet. Again, half a size bigger was too big and the boots slipped off my feet. I found out that these were only returnable for store credit so now almost $400 down the drain. Maybe I can try selling them online... I also bought a pair of Scoula loafers and they were so so painful (again, half a size up and they slip off my feet) I can barely wear them for an hour without my feet aching in pain. They are not soft and very stiff. I thought I could break them in but they don't not soften even after months. Also, I had only worn them for a week and they were super scuffed and looked like I had them for years. I would not recommend this store if you're looking for comfortable shoes.

I was so excited about my M. Gemis & they were comfortable! After only 3 wears, running errands not going on long walks, the bottoms started to show significant wear. I took them to the NYC store only to be told they cannot do anything. I won't be buying any more shoes from a store that doesn't stand behind their own products.

Wrote the info on the label as directed. I am now 20 days out with no refund. And vans is acting like they have no idea what I am talking about. Their return policy puts all the onus on the customer. I placed an order on 20th April, got an email on 21st April saying it had been shipped, but it still wasn’t showing as received by yodel on the morning of the 28th. After reading the reviews on here I was worried I wouldn’t receive it for weeks and thought I’d made a mistake ordering direct, so I sent a Facebook message to Vans asking about the order. They got back within a couple of hours confirming it had been shipped but the distributor in Europe might have some delays. Later that day I got an email from yodel saying it would be delivered today, and sure enough it was. Maybe I was lucky, but I was happy with the service and how quickly they responded to my query online. And they delivered it within the 7 business days so all good. I’d order from them again.

I got shoes on this site for my daughter for homecoming. The shoes were exactly what we ordered. She wore them to the dance and at the end of the evening the heels broke off. I contacted the customer service team. They replied immediately, refunded the shoes and advised there will be future trainings to avoid things like this in the future. Things do not always go according to plan but when they don't the customer service is where it counts, and I am impressed. What a great experience

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Footsmart maY appear to have good prices on some things. However, should the order be anything but perfect, don't expect any help from customer service and be aware that they will charge you to return an item. Their return policy is unreasonably narrow and rigid. I would advise everyone to avoid this company, especially since there are now so many options for online shopping. Internet commerce, especially for something like footwear, needs a reasonable and easy return system.

Their main web page advertised "Take an Extra 15% Off All Summer Clearance" Enter required code at checkout: EXTRA15D." So, after shopping when I tried to put the code in the "code" box at checkout, it said the offer had expired. Their customer service agents confirmed this in a phone call saying the offer had had expired at midnight the night before. They suggested that "my browser needed to be refreshed". The hitch is... my power was out until 3:00 pm today because of Hurricane Irene. My browser is pulling in the LIVE offer on their website... which THEY FORGOT TO TAKE DOWN, but which they also WOULD NOT HONOR. I won't do business with folks who are not honorable.

Joe continues to provide lower prices on virtually all of New Balance's offerings with low or no shipping charges. I've compared with local bargain outlets and they sometimes beat Joe on a running shoe that has been discontinued and is only available in extreme sizes and/or widths. But, that's rare. I ordered a bathing suit for my vacation and was told that it would arrive by Friday. I ordered over the phone and the customer service agent did not send me a confirmation. When I called, they had typed the wrong email. Although they said they corrected it, I could never access my order via the internet. When my order did not arrive I started calling and emailing. I never heard from them. After I returned from my vacation I had the package. When I tracked the UPS number I found that it was shipped on 8/29, a full week after I ordered. From reading some of the other reviews, I guess I was lucky to get my shipment at all.

Avoid this company!! I went out on a limb and decided to buy a pair shoes from this company. My mistake! After 10 days, my order still showed "In progress" status. I emailed them... no response. I called them and was finally told that my order was being cancelled and a refund was needed. No reason as to why until I continue to ask for justification. Apparently their shipment did not come in. What does that mean? Horrible customer service and no follow through on making it right. In any case, I would avoid buying from this company unless you want a painful and disappointing ride in shoe buying.

I ordered a pair of Nike air max ltd 3 and it was shipped in a reasonable time ( about 5 days). So my husbamd was smiling from ear to ear when he opened the Nike box to see his white/grey/black sneakers. To our amazement and disappointment The sneakers were creased, had stains all around them with some kind of hard sticky substance. Pissed was not the word!!! I called and a representative tried to give me the run around in regards to a refund. She was giving me lip about sending a picture and deliberating in the next 3 days with her supervisor and making a decision and .....so on and so forth. She basically said it would take me a month for my refund and tried to talk me into an exchange instead. Should of did more careful digging before shopping with this fraudulent website "sneakerhead". Could not take the hassle any longer. But I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. I give this company a " D" for deception or rather an "F" for fraudulent.

I recently bought a pair of running shoes from Kelley's (March 2017). I needed a larger size, and wanted to exchange, assuming I would get the same price. I called customer service to guide me and sent back the original shoes. They told me they could do the exchange and provide the same shoes with the increase of 1/2 size. Instead, they sent the same mode/make but latest version, and charged me 2X more than the original price. I have complained to multiple customer reps for Kelley's, but to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM KELLY'S RUNNING WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LOOKING TO SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

My fiance ordered some Danner boots for me on Sunday evening. She received an immediate confirmation of the order via email. By next Tuesday (7 business days later) I received the package - delivered by UPS. The boots were brand new and delivered in the original manufacturer's box. The only discomfort I had during the ordering process was that bootbay never sent an email stating when my fiance's card was charged or when the item was shipped. I did call customer service on Monday (6 business days later) to get an update and the rep told me that I will receive the boots on Tuesday. I was extremely happy with the quality of the item and price.

I ordered a pair of Teva sandals, last year's model. They were about 1/3 of the regular price. Too good to be true, thought I, so I checked the seller ratings here. They were okay, so I went ahead with the order. I'm here to say that this was an excellent experience! Order shipped out same day and I received it in good time. They have a large selection of shoes, free 2 day shipping on MBTs and free return shipping on some brands. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes because I wasn't sure how they would fit. They immediately refunded my money on the pairs I returned. Their customer service people are easy to reach. They are very helpful and friendly. They sell some expensive shoes, but have good prices compared to other sites.

Swiftwick Pursuit socks are my go to socks; they are perfect for running, tap dance, walking, every day use, etc...They are comfortable, breathable and most of all they do not move. When I say they don't move, this is the sock for every runner to avoid blisters. It's a great year round sock. I love them and they are the only socks I wear!!

I ordered two Superfeet insoles on Sunday. They were shipped out on Monday via USPS Priority (the best IMO) and were in my mail box on Wednesday, all the way from New Jersey to the Seattle area! The insoles were in retail boxes, excellently packaged for a great price and free shipping. Wow! This is one excellent seller in my experience. Highly recommended.

I placed the order in the evening but soon realized that I wanted to add something else to it. There was no way to change the order online. In addition, it already had the tracking number assigned. Called them next day in the morning. The pleasant lady looked up my order and said that since it has not actually shipped, she'll contact the warehouse to process the changes. She called back in a couple of hours to inform me that everything was taken care of. Very nice experience overall.

Bought a pair of Abeo sandals in February, tried to war several times but they caused a blister and callous on the ball of my foot. Was told can't be returned as it was a fit issue and not a defect and outside the 30 day window. They won"t stand behind $129. Shoe? My husband and I spent $430 on that shopping trip and that will be the last, but obviously from the complaints posted, they don't care!

Absolutely do not order from this company. It's been 25 days since I placed my order and i still do not have my package. I've emailed three times and the response is always the same: apologizing for the inconvenience, telling me it's at Fedex, and telling me to check the tracking number in a few days. Well Fedex is showing that a label has been created but the package has not been shipped out. This company is a joke and I want a refund.

I love Locals. I had a pair when I lived in Hawaii and I took them with me when I moved back to the mainland. The original pair I bought lasted me over ten years and I wore them every summer. Just recently I bought two pairs. One for me and a pair for my fiancé. He loves them too and he normally doesn’t wear sandals. My only preference is that I prefer the original classic sandal over the massage style (little foam bubbles). I’ve now tried both and the massage is a little too soft for me, but for some people they may prefer it better. Either way, I hope these are always around because they are by far my favorite flip flop ever.

I recently bought *another* pair of Locals flops and on the first wear, slipped and blew out the right flop. Luckily I had some electrical tape that kept me both flipping and flopping during the remainder of the camping trip. When I got back I emailed Locals customer service with my problem and they promptly sent me out a new pair. Great customer service! I love the fit, feel, and look of Locals and will continue to be a loyal customer. Best. Flops. Ever.

I chose UPS Priority SDA so I could get the item after 2/4 days. Apparently, you need an extra 24 hrs where they make the sandals. Merchant said this was stated on the website, but I didn't see it. The sandals arrived 9 days later. I asked the merchant for a refund on shipping fees, even partial, as I did pay for 2/4 day shipping and it got to me late. We had a series of frustrating emails where she was asking me to take care of things myself. I did contact the shipper and they said the merchant had to apply for a refund. I forwarded this email and kept writing the merchant but she just stopped responding. The sandals were pretty and well made, though it runs big. It's a pity because they have good products, but customer service is not their strength. Buyer beware.

I’ve bought a number of pairs of shoes from Sophia Webster and this is the last time I’ll buy anything. They sent shoes which didn’t look like the website image. I sent them back over 2 weeks ago and still not received money back into my account. Also not had a response from my enquiry. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had. They took a double payment before and I had to wait a week till they released the hold on the funds. When I asked them about it I had the most rude customer service experience. I’ve bought Louboutins, Valentino, jimmy choo shoes and the customer service and experience is the polar opposite. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on one of these brands who know how to treat customers.

I have to disagree with the person below who alleges crookedness. I could not find a particular pair of trainers anywhere so I was surprised to find that Footway had them in my size 9.5. I placed my order and they arrived by DHL from Sweden in two days (signature required). I can not think of anyone in the UK who could better that.

Be very sceptical DO NOT BUY from this company they are crooks. They will send you a pair of named brand shoes/trainers that are either fake or rejects and when you complain about them cutting your feet they will tell you they will send you a replacement pair and that it must be Nike's quality control fault. But no replacement will come and two weeks later you will have to take your complaint further to Trading Standards. If you want lots of grief and really poor customer service buy from these crooks!

We ordered 3 pair of jungle boots for our trip to Northern Tier (BSA) in Bissette, Manitoba and we couldn't have been happier with the boots. Dont waste your money- You'll be cold and wet and get the same cold shoulder from customer service if you can reach them!You will regret every dollar spent on Pajar products as you shiver and freeze in your new boots and the wind whistles through your new coat.I bought 5 products and within a week had to go buy real winter gear-there is alot out there alot better performing for alot less money from brands that care alot more! Canada gets winter pajar is a scam.

Slow Delivery, but the items were Great! Placed the order on the 29th November, and didn't recieve it until the 10th December- I think that is too long, esp when you don't recieve any notifications when waiting this length of time. I chased them and got told they were busy. But when you are ordering christmas presents you expect a 5 day turn around. Don't order for Christmas you won't get it in time! The item was great.

Ordered and paid for items in discount sale.after 5 days wondering what was happening received email cancelling my order.contacted them on their chat app on the website.after explaining I hadn't cancelled the order they said it was due to no stock.i pointed out I could still purchase the item on their website but at higher price and after going round in circles was told nothing they could do but I could still purchase it at the new inflated price once my original funds were returned.....laughable customer service and extremely poor attitude overall. My advice would be to go to a supplier of sporting goods who actually cares about its rep and customers.if you look around they have shocking feedback wish I'd read it before my initial order.
