I recently wanted to buy a pair of Yeezys (700’s in carbon blue), this is my first pair of Yeezys so I wanted to make sure that I bought the right size. Majority of sizes were available online, however I travelled across London to the shop so I could try them on and hopefully pick up a pair whilst there. Tried on my size, was told there were none available in stock. I said no worries I will order online. The lady who served me said that the likelihood is, if they are out of stock in the store then they would also be out of stock on the website. (Understandable as sometimes websites don’t get updated regularly). However I questioned her as I stated they have been in stock for at least 3 days according to the website. She went away and came back and said yeah they are all out of stock both online and in store, however we can source them for you but that will cost you an extra £150. I of course said no, I then went home, ordered them online and received my trainers 4 days later. I think it is a joke that they tried to scam me out of an extra £150, because someone (or myself) could have fallen for that and taken the offer. I think it is quite disappointing as this is a well known company who already make a lot of money from their sales, and for them to add an extra premium and lie about their stock levels is dishonest and a disappointment as apart from that I was happy with the service. Guys please please if they offer you this but they are in stock online, please try and order them, if they then go out of stock then maybe use them to source them for you, but don’t believe them when they say they are all out of stock!!

I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. I still do not have the shoes. The tracking hasn't updated since April 28th and I have emailed many times and they always respond with "Give it 2-3 more days and if they don't arrive we will refund you full amount." I filed a claim with paypal and they haven't responded to Paypal yet. I still don't have the shoes or my money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Hello from Chamonix, France! First of all, I would like to thank all the teams for the work they have done so I can enjoy my new pair of ARKK sneakers - that I absolutely adore! Secondly, I must tell you that I am in love with the design and especially the colors. The sneakers are also very comfortable for walking in the woods and they match with long pants, shorts and skirts - did not yet try them with a dress. Unhelpful and I'm very let down by there attitude to even trying! I would have been happy to leave 5 stars for prompt delivery! Until the gift I ordered for my brothers Christmas was trainers at £360 which i ordered in October due to this years pandemic I started early but the trainers are too big and all I've asked is if I can change size of them, not even a refund! They have said no even though I've explained it was christmas gift but they ain't willing to even try! In response to your reply my name is Christine Graham I have been emailing from email address starting yoyo20 and 14 is not acceptable for Christmas gifts especially when it's only a change of size and this year with pandemic people have had to shop online early I would have thought u would have understood that and been more helpful as all other company's appear to be doing.

Me and my wife were intrigued the first time we saw the advertisement for these shoes online. We, attended quite a few stores, before we found one that still has them in stock. I assume this is due to manufacturing challenges Baabuk has with shipping from Nepal. However, after trying them on, we noticed the “comfort” part of the advertisement of these shoes is a massive exaggeration. The soles of these shoes are crap. One solid piece with no cushioning to speak of. Which is a true shame, because we were quite ready to purchase these to wear for work, as a blend of fashion but but with the comfort of something like a sports sneaker or slipper, and to support our home canton of Valais, as the true Valaisan we are. Unfortunately we cannot do so at this time. If these sneakers/slippers were considered high fashion, we could accept the level of comfort these shoes provide. I recommend that Baabuk work on making these shoes actually as comfortable as a pair of sports shoes, and we could see ourselves buying a pair in the future if this is the case, and a price markup would even be acceptable for it. But until then, we will not be purchasing anything from Baabuk in the future. We rate these shoes 2 stars because while the shoes are indeed fashionable, the lengths to go through to try them on in listed stores are unacceptable, and they are simply not comfortable shoes to wear. Also the return policy online doesn’t work if we simply don’t like the shoes after we have purchased them.

I sent an email 9 days ago, and received a response which confirmed that the shoes had not been delivered, but still awaiting even the followup email. If you're going to send review requests weeks before you even deliver the shoes, how can I possibly give a positive rating? I wish I could, I own two other pairs and like them.

Ordered a size 11 (43) Women’s sandal/shoe. Sent me a size 10 (42). Sent many, many emails to customer service. No response. Finally, involved PAYPAL. Then I received a response from company, that a size 10 is the largest size available which is not what is on their website. They offered me $10 and to keep the shoes which don’t fit. My advice, be very wary of this company. I am still working on my resolution. If need be, I will file a claim with PAYPAL.

In store they were super helpful, gave me plenty of time and advise, which included an analysis of how I run (I'm new to running). I tried to contact on twitter last week and I was ignored. There was a note on the porch to say it had been left in a safe place but I couldn’t find it anywhere. We eventually found it under my Dad’s car (which he could have easily ran over when reversing) and the box was bashed. I have been using Saucony PROGRID ECHELON LE 2 for more than 2 years. I had plantar Fasciitis problem. After using this shoes my feet is more supported and aided recovery. It has Full-length cushioning system maximizes support and comfort, Heel-to-toe offset reduced from 12 mm to 8 mm and Orthotic friendly. It is a bit expensive. After 2 years the insole started to perish.

My Swivells are so beautiful and I absolutely love them. The champagne color makes my heart so happy! However, after the second time taking them out social dancing, I was disappointed to see the glitter champagne color fabric (not sure what it is?) ripping off the boot. I'm not sure if it's just this model that is like this, but I am a bit sad that these won't last me very long with multiple use every week. I was hoping they would be a bit more durable. Aside from that, the fit is super comfortable and the sole is great for slides, spins, and turns. I've never had so much fun dancing in a pair of shoes!

Straight forward. Easy to navigate back to shopping cart after curiosity led me to other things in which I may be interested. upon checkout, I clicked on the cheapest/slowest delivery, $4.95 or something, yet it punched me up to the $9.99 amount, negating any savings. I searched far and wide for the best deal. In the long run I could've driven to REI and gotten them that day for $2 more. The website would not let me start over, and by then I had already invested my time.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Gearcor. Part of my order had to come from the manufacturer which the site had indicated. After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. Once my order was shipped I had it the next day, awesome! I would definitely purchase from Gearcor again.

Lots of issues with shipping. Customer was easy to talk to and tried to correct the issue. But I was told several reasons for the problem, but was told initially that you guys don't stock the boots coming from the supplier. Then eventually the boots shipped from your store in Annapolis anyway, customer service was great they eventually fixed the issue, but overall it seemed very disorganized the process. But I do have my boots now, I'm happy with them. In the end that's all that matters. Thanks.

Shipping was a mess with my order instead of getting them on a Friday I got them the following week on a Wednesday and I call support he told me that the boots was coming from a new store and they hadn't processed them right for pickup so if I wouldnt have call they would still be sitting there he apologize and said he was go credit my account with 10 dollars never happened

Keller aren't a name that comes to mind from a U.K. perspective. I found them as a chance price hunt on a particular shoe, and decided to give them a try. Price was great, website worked correctly with realistic stock information. There was the offer to join a discount club that you do often seem to see on German webshops (We tend not to get this in the UK so it's a bit of a novelty). Delivery was by UPS and faster than promised with obviously well treated box and items well but not excessively packaged. Recommended, I'll definitely be looking here again.

I love cycling and hiking. Again and again, Decathlon has proven itself to have an excellent choice of all kinds of sports equipment - waterproof sneakers, rain coats, tents, hiking sticks, etc - with a price range that even I, who used to be an unemployed student working part-time, could afford. I can't recommend them enough.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of boots last year and wore through the soles, and Frye has a policy to resole shoes for life. I got them back in a very quick manner, but two months later they fell apart again. They are my favorite boots, so I was heartbroken that this might be the end. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pair the next day. words cannot express how grateful I am for Ana and their whole customer service team. I am so pleased and so thankful! Wonderful experience all around.

I bought a pair of Frye boots which fell apart quite quickly. I returned them and they sent me a note saying they did not accept returns of worn boots. Well if they hadn't fallen apart I would not have wanted to return them! For an expensive boot it was pathetic customer service.

This used to be a fantastic company. I made a couple of purchases online. Alas, it has gone down the drain. Long processing time, slow response from customer service, and even slower shipping - I guess because shipping is free. We supported them when they were growing and we were treated like kings. Now that they have all grown up, we are treated like trash. Never again.

My buddy purchased your shoes for his wedding and he mentioned that it is very comfortable and the height increase is something that no other shoes can offer. So I tried and check your website and purchased Mr. Marsh. The delivery is on time, the design is exactly what is on the website. Upon wearing the shoes, it really gives you the height increase that was advertised. It is very comfortable and you can wear it all the time. I use mine for work and since then I got a lot of compliments and a lot of people mentioned that I look taller and they are also surprised when I told them that it was because of the shoes. The shoes look as if it is a regular shoes, it wouldn't give out the bulky look or chunky. It discreetly gives you the necessary height increase that you need. Superb! Nice work! Love the product!

I've seen your store online when I googled height increasing shoes and I did purchase Mr. Ferras Black. I've received the shoes on time, the quality is amazing and it is very classy. I did wear it on a formal function, you can definitely feel the height increase and the good thing is, no one noticed that I am wearing elevator shoes. I will order again and try a more casual style. Kudos!

I know someone who will only wear this brand. I ordered a pair directly from this brand's website as a gift. They are quality shoes but I find their sales not be be much of a sale. That is my one and only issue. The ordering process went well and the shoes arrived quickly and undamaged.

A few years ago this company supplied great shoes at a great price. However the last 3 pairs I've bought have been terrible, poor quality materials and poorly made. I will never buy from them again, a real shame as they were a great company a few years ago.

As always, they arrived on time , beautifully packaged with a token gift pin. I have dozens of pairs. They are the only socks I wear for many reasons. Love the fact that the cuffs do not have elastic, and the Bavarian lace is beautiful. I am 81 by the way, I wear Dansko shoes and these socks. I get lots of compliments. Way to go Catherine Cole!

I ordered a pair of OH My Sandals online on Monday. They arrived in the UK from Galway on Wednesday morning. Amazing service and delivery. I first bought OH My Sandals in Majorca on holiday and have looked for them in the UK ever since as they are the comfiest sandals I have ever worn. Would highly recommend the brand and Logues for their amazing service too. My kids were delighted with the two free lollipops too!!

I ordered a pair of brown velvet thigh high boots with gold heels and i got them within 4 days!!! i was scared that since i got them so cheap, the quality would reflect that but i pulled them out of the box and put them on and have never felt more like beyonce lol. they were unbelievably soft and good quality, and they feel super stable. the heel is connected well, doesn't feel like it will break or come apart at all! even the zipper is good quality. thank you!! order #2394060

I ordered two maxi skirts and a pair of wedge booties. The maxi skirts were beautiful comfy and fit great, everytime I wear them out I get asked where I got them. However the shoes were much to narrow. I wear a size 10 and I could barely get my feet in. Even my roommate who wears a size 8 said they were too narrow for her. They were only wide enough for my sister but she wears a size 7! However I returned them and got refunded with no hassle.

Staff give advice on sizing over phone, delivered very fast and well packaged. If your item not in stock they contact you to see if you want an alternative. Refunds and returns process very quick. To improve customer satisfaction the stock availability shown on the website should reflect what is actually available as a couple of times I have ordered what looks available and then they call me to say it is not.

- I came across Simply Feet when I was looking for some orthopaedic shoes. Having suffered for many years with my feet and trying various methods and pain relief to make them feel better I thought there was no hope in finding shoes that were comfy. I purchased a pair of women’s shoes- they provide total support for my feet. There is information on the site to which shoes benefit your health which was very helpful in choosing them. I would recommend using Simply Feet again. Although these shoes were quite expensive and out of my budget range, the quality is great and worth purchasing. They were delivered on time as promised. Very good service.
