I'm a short girl, 5ft, but also a rocking a 36 dd bust and a small waist. I love working out but finding sports bras that work for me was near impossible. The best one I had before my SHEFIT was good in my ribcage and bust but the straps were too loose. With no way to adjust them cardio was still a pain unless I wore a sports bra on top of it. Also it was ugly and boring! Bust girls deserve cute sports bras that work and I got that in SHEFIT. Since it adjusts so many ways I feel completely supported and as my body changes I will still be able to use it. Definitely going to have to buy more!

My oldest Granddaughter LOVED Sherri Hill dresses and when she was a Senior, we went to Chicago to try on dresses. Five years later, her younger sister will be going to Prom in JUNE - late this year because of Covid-19. It was an easy experience once I had figured out what dress I wanted to hire! I even had to change the delivery date to a day earlier in which they made seem effortless. The dress arrived on time, and fit perfectly to what they had recommended. It was great quality and everyone at the wedding complimented my dress saying how beautiful it was. I bought a dress from this company and took a chance on them. I paid through Paypal. Apparently they just ship to whatever address paypal has on file. Well Paypal has an address from 10 years ago!!!! I could not remember that address if I tried. I called and explained that no I could not drive from Virginia to Mississippi to personally return the package. They offered to send me another one at price of course. No I don't want to buy another dress! I want the dress I paid for! Horrible customer service. Had they taken care of me I would have bought many items but they've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Poor quality clothes, I expected way more for that price! Once I bought the dress and I want to return as the size were so wrong, the customer service team refused to refund and gave me a store credit. Once a sales was on, I decided to use it otherwise my money would be wasted then I have been advised that my store credit could only be used on FULL PRICE ITEMS. What??? I’ve purchased several things from knix over the years. First was a bra back in 2018 and they just didn’t have inclusive sizing. So it was returned. 2020 came around and I gave them a try again. I bought three body suits and did some exchanges for sizing.customer service was 5 stars , so good but Out of those three body suits, once sizes were figured out, two of them had to be replaced due to quality issues and the the garments not being finished properly or with care. Customer service was so good they sent me replacements and I moved on. When I saw the new rompers I loved them and I bought two, in two different colours..so many problems ..they weren’t even the same fabric as each other and they didn’t wear or stretch out the same way. The size chart for the romper was again inaccurate based on measurements. Secondly they were sewn SO poorly. Right away,The stitching was all coming out. I’ve had to hand sew them to fix them, more than once. They sent me a replacement for one of them and the same thing happened to that one too. Most recently, I ordered a bathing suit and after one wear I had welts on my back from the unfinished work on the straps where raw elastic was left open without being covered. This time I was told they’d do me a favour and let me return it but was told I should get a different style, something with thicker straps. The thickness of the straps wasn’t the problem it was once again the poor quality control of knix wear. Not to mention that the panty line protection they send the bathing suit with, once removed, leaves so much glue and sticky stuff all over the garment. In addition, the size charts are NOT accurate. and the price tag is so -high- for what you get. Truly not worth it. I’m super disappointed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t keep ordering from a company that literally doesn’t seem to care about quality. I don’t know how more people aren’t having these issues, it cannot be just me that “happened” to get a few duds. . I’m over it. No amount of excellent customer service can make up for ACTUAL bad products.

Initially I was disappointed, I’d placed my order back in middle of May and until early June, heard nothing. I contacted them via email, initially no response but they did respond upon a second email. I explained I needed to receive my order before end of June and it was delivered 17th June. I require my blouse to be made longer in the body and cap sleeves. This communication was had via WhatsApp - I thought this method was brilliant. When the garment arrived - wow quality of the silk, embroidery and sewing was amazing, as was the fit. I was very delighted and now have a new outfit for my cousin’s Hindu wedding. I am English, Married an Indian and live in the UK. A very happy customer and would recommend ShopKund to my friends and I’ll be sure to use again myself in the future.

They used to be good but now it's just a Huge Scam. Devin Brugman and Tash Oakley you should be ashamed of yourselves. Customers order items, they don't arrive for weeks even though you pay for express shipping. The majority of the items you order aren't even in the package. Monday swimmer refuses to take any liability and tells you to take it up with UPS. UPS can obviously do nothing when it is clearly Monday swimwear at fault. Monday swimwear refuses to offer any kind of refund or help, they send rude emails and stop responding.

I had sales assistant Gopesh and he was very good. Helped me pick my outfit and also helped me customise. Outfit arrived late obviously due to covid but it is fine as my event had changed. I recently went to pick up and outfit is great only some minor problems like stitching at the zip etc that you can't notice. Gopesh has also said I can take outfit back for alterations. Mongas have the best selection of outfits for South Asian weddings so I recommend

One advice, do not order here if you don’t know your exact size and measurements and are 300% sure it will fit you. Otherwise, you are screwed. As they promote they are a ‘sustainable’ brand, they won’t give you any refund whatsoever. They let you pay for your own return and end up giving you store credit. Don’t really understand what they mean with sustainability? Next to that, their sizing is really off. I tried on 3 different sizes, and returned them all. You can imagine how painful it is to be obligated to pay almost €400 for items you don’t have anymore, paid €20 to return it, and also with no intention to order from them again. Feels a like robbery.

My dress looked nothing like the picture. I payed 50 AUD for express delivery, and still didn't receive it in time. Now I can't go to my event because I have nothing to wear. Im so disappointed in the service runway goddess offered and I would not recommend this shop to anyone! NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I tried to message them but they just said I should write to another mail, which is the same mail as the one I wrote to the first time.

I purchased a trench coat from here a few weeks ago and must say that it is one of the most comfortable and trendy trench coats I have owned in a while. The quilted lining is great as it is removable - many others I have owned have not have removable linings therefore can become quite warm especially in warm spring months. The only downside is the price tag, if you are willing to part with the cash the this is a great buy. Overall a 4/5

I recently ordered some dress shirts for my nephew who lives in Saratoga Springs, NY. I realized immediately when the order confirmed that it was showing my home address as the shipping destination. I called right away to change the address and I was told it was impossible to do that. When I asked if I could cancel the order, they said NO that would not be possible. What kind of company does that? I've ordered from them for years but that's not happening any more. I'll continue to write these reviews in the hope others won't have this problem. Not a good idea to order from them if you looking for good customer service.

The order was placed on Sunday, 19th July. It was confirmed on Tuesday and was shipped the same day. We got the item this Saturday when USPS delivered it right into our mailbox. It was nicely packed and arrived in great condition. Basically we had ordered WB STRAPLESS and PUSHUP as per the size we wanted and the item we got is the same. It fits properly and we are really happy with this purchase. Thank you to seller because they kept the size of item which we use. I ordered Xmas gifts online from NY & Co. on Cyber Monday that were guaranteed to be here by Christmas. I got a confirmation, but never received the clothes, so I called the customer service line. I was told that the order never got processed because of a system error and I had to go online, find everything again, and place the order AGAIN! By now, the prices had gone up, they couldn't be shipped before Xmas, and half my items were out of stock! It took 3 additional calls to get the order rushed for free, and get the prices adjusted. And then I was asked to call back in 30 min. to see if it actually got processed and to cancel my previous order. And when I tried to speak to a manager to express my frustration with their logistics and service, I was given the complete runaround both by phone and email and never got an apology or chance to speak to anyone. By the time they realized the system error and actually notified people affected, it was January!! I will never order from here again!

So disappointed in the customer service :( I wanted desperately to love this brand after watching live try ons on Facebook- I gave their plus range a try hoping the online advice was accurate. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and nothing else in their range will suit. I reached out to explain my predicament but the company were adamant they would not give me a refund. So now I have a credit voucher for a range I can’t wear. Ultimately my mistake- but I’m really disappointed in Lilac & Mila for being so uncaring and inflexible and I’m annoyed I had recommended the company to people before this experience. I won’t be doing that again!

Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are on TrustPilot etc. I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots! Many have had the same experience as me - not just very poor quality, but the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small). Returns must be to China, and within 7 days - as items come separately over a period of several weeks, this is not practical. Returns must be sent with their post label, which they do not send, to an address which is not published. I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow. If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full. If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!

Echt waanzinnig goed geholpen bij wed2be team eindhoven! Was al bij meerdere winkels geweest maar hier werd ik zo goed geholpen! Luisterden goed naar wat ik mooi en belangrijk vond, namen de tijd en vonden het ook geen probleem toen ik er een nachtje over wilden slapen! Dag daarna werd ik weer net zo goed en lief geholpen. Mijn dochter werd ook helemaal in de watten gelegd met haar mooie jurken! Super lief! Thanks voor de top service en natuurlijk mijn prachtige jurk

Referring to the Ann Taylor - Short Pump store in Richmond VA, I was not happy with the return policy. I tried to return a pair of pants after 45 days and they gave me a store credit which is absolutely fine since I took so long to return them. What was completely unfair was that they only gave me the mark-down amount even though my receipt clearly stated I had paid full-price. I would understand if I didn't have a receipt and they had no way of knowing how much I paid, but if my receipt clearly stated that I paid $71 for the pants, only giving me $53 credit is basically stealing my money. That is not good business. Also, the cashier who was waiting on me was on the phone with another employee at home asking why she hadn't shown up for work and arguing with her that she was on the schedule ... all while ringing up my purchases. I couldn't even ask her a question, because she was on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed on AT has declined in recent years.

When I call I am told "oh, it is now going to ship next month". Then I do get an email saying they are working on improving communication. Can't tell it from me. And still no product in hand.

Stay Away! They may be filing bankruptcy since waiting for my refund for 8 weeks! My work wardrobe in the past was from CWC so I tried again. Horrible clothing - nothing like what they used to be. Also, they steal your money. I returned over $215 worth of clothing using their return label and tracking shows they received on 8/3/22. On 8/24/22 I called asking where refund was and was told will take an additional 14 days under expedited processing - what about from 8/3 the actual day they received the merch? I called back on 9/9/22 and was told that it should hit my account within 5 business days! Updated 9/29/22: on 9/11/22 received a letter from CWC that they refunded money to my CC and on 9/28 I called again since my CC still doesn't have the $$! I started a dispute through my CC since it has been 8 weeks and I believe CWC is going bankrupt and has no intention of refunding my money for merchandise I returned on 8/3/22!

I bought the high waist shorts in botanical print. The fabric is really nice and sturdy, and the print is beautiful! I also think the cut is very flattering, particularly for wider hips. Even folded over for tricks where I need exposed sides they're flattering. They do sneak up the butt a bit but I don't know of any shorts that don't. I wish Apex would come out with more prints because these are fantastic!
