Purchased 2 items from company. A skirt and the Aubrey puff sleeve dress. I ordered then both in largest size 24. I'm a size 18-20 max The dress is tiny. If you have a bust size over a size B good luck. Although I could move the zip the zip is of very poor quality and I fear it will break when crossing the waist portion. Insult to injury it cost 10 pound to ship it to me and its my responsibility and my cost to ship it back. A further 10 +in euros. I also had to pay customs . In total 95 euros was paid for the dress and ill be making a loss in returning it. Will not waste money on this company again

their sizing is AWFUL, ordered 2 dresses one in size 20 and the other in 22 and if anything the size 22 was smaller than the 20. i’m usually an 18/20 so very disappointed. Messaged them twice with no reply as of yet; no clear indication of how to send item back so might have to learn how to sew so i can wear the dresses.

My most recent purchase was a lovely black silk blouse but I couldn’t resist two 3/4 T-shirt’s as well. I love the clothes in this shop and always end up buying if I walk-in. They have a fabulous array of colours and the personal service you get in there is fabulous. The lady in Marlborough is so helpful and greets you like a friend ! I would definitely recommend... but don’t really want everyone to know for my own selfish reasons ;)

I contacted Ami at the start of the year, Ami was very honest about time scale, as I only had 5 months. Two weeks left before the big day, and apart from seeing the print design, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with how our outfits turned out. They were beautiful, even down to the little detail of having a matching pocket square for my husbands' outfit. Ami and her team did an amazing job!. I had been following Ami for a few months and I was continuously looking through her work and saving photos of outfit I loved. As soon as we booked our wedding date I got in contact with her. I told her about a dress I had seen someone wear and she knew straight away what i was loooking for. Over the next few weeks we met and we began to create the dress I fell in love with. Ami would always make sure she covered every detail with me, from materials, to embrodery and even gerneral updates. When i saw my dress I was in shock. It looked amazing! Ordered suits for Eid on the weekend and they were delivered in just 3 days. Really good quality and perfect for this hot weather at the moment. Look a lot more expensive in person when they arrive, pictures don't do justice! I contacted their whatsapp number to check when the order would be dispatched and they were super responsive in getting back to me in minutes and have been really helpful. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Sue came back almost immediately to say that whilst the dress what not in stock it could be ordered. With Sue's help we ordered the dress and it was delivered the following week. I was told about Cargo Clothing by a friend and it was a relief to find an online prom dress shop that was genuine and based in the UK. Having found a few which had reasonably priced dresses, only to read the reviews and discover they were fraudulent I was beginning to dispair finding a dress that was what she wanted but affordable. Cargo Clothing have a range of dresses, to suit a variety of budgets. I made an enquiry about one particular dress and got an instant reply by email, with some alternative suggestions as the dress we wanted wasn’t available in the right size. This was great service. We ordered another dress and it arrived within a few days, beautifully packaged, and exactly as it appeared in the picture. I can’t comment on the returns policy as we won’t be returning it

After 2 months of waiting... I can’t believe what they sent us. It is not as closed as in the picture. They sent us a garbage item. Unbelievable! Unfinished product, no lining, no button. Just a pattern of the coat. They never respond to my email. No phone number to contact to.

I ordered a dress for Valentine's day 2020 from HiMrsCoco online. The dress did ship in time for Valentine's day but when I received it, it looked like a piece of rags. It was made from very cheap see through material. It was nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed because I saw other items that I wanted to order but I'm so glad I didn't. The company said they could give me a refund of $10 and I could keep the piece of rags or I would pay more for shipping to return it. I told them to give me the $10 and I would throw their rags in the trash and write a review telling everyone NOT to ORDER from this site because if you do, you'll REGRET IT FOR SURE. I wish I had read the Reviews before I ordered and my REVIEW wouldn't be here. I didn't know this company was in China or else I wouldn't have ordered. I paid $30 for a piece of rags but mostly I was totally disgusted at the SCAM with the pictures of MAKE BELIEVE clothing. Don't waste your money or your time????

This order took almost 2 months to arrive and once I got it I hardly recognized it. I ordered the Quinn romper and what I got looks like a LONG skinny version of the outfit. So disappointed! I may be able to do some alterations to make it wearable but will never look like the picture!

This was my second purchase from Couture USA, but the first one was purchased in store so I was able to see condition. It made me a little nervous this time ordering on line, but I had no choice since the store is currently closed, and I trusted that Couture USA would not send me anything less than promised! I bought three pairs of pants and two dresses for my daughter and love them. Unfortunately, my mom shrunk one dress and one pair of pants even though I told her to wash them extra carefully. Recently, I decided to buy myself a beautiful light pink sleeping top and sleeping pants in wool and silk. It is so beautiful and comfortable, but of course a bit loose given the material. So, if you are doubting buy the shirt a size smaller. Wonderful products!!!

Dishonest company. Sent me an item that was advertised as a completely different color (white not burgundy) and also described the hijab as Georgette but it was a completely different fabric, suede like. I filed a PayPal claim and they made me return the item at my own expense, although it was not even the same item I had ordered, at their own fault. Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could say it was hyperbole, because I really want to be able to support a Muslim business with plus-size options, and I am not a person who writes reviews like this. But unless they change dramatically: do not trust this business. I had been waiting two weeks trying to clear my order, being handed off to different employees, and in that time I was assured that my order was approved and on its way TWICE. Then, 17 days after I placed it my order it was cancelled, suddenly and without notice. So here I am, two and a half weeks wasted with nothing to show for it but stress and some terrible customer service.

I was struggling to find a qipao for a wedding ceremony in China - wary of buying online and having to get altered and not wanting to get ripped off in Chinatown. I then came across East Meets Dress and all my problems are solved! All their dresses are beautiful and cut in modern silhouettes or more traditional. Disappointing. Ordered an item early in the week for weekend event. Order confirmed and received a nice thank you email the next day. Later that day another email advising the item was out of stock. I then stupidly ordered another item for next day delivery and paid £7.50 for this service. Three days later no item, no response to my enquiries and the tracking number I was given is not recognised. I now have to find another outfit, send this one back if it ever arrives and wait for my refund which I expect will also be delayed. I also expect my delivery reimbursed given I did not receive the next day service I paid for. If you look through other review sites other people have had similar issues. I will not be purchasing from again which is unfortunate as their clothes look lovely, just a shame about the awful service.

MSU have lot of products online , which creates a toll on the quality control of the product . This year we bought 5 Sarees from MSU and 3 of them failed in quality check ( product had defect so order was canceled) . The funny thing about this product was that I ordered same Saree before but my order was cancelled saying there is defect in Saree , I did saw the reorder tab on my online account account even thought they said Saree is not available , so we tried ordering again and it went through . We did check the Saree when it came home . It didn’t have any defect . So we were lucky .

I bought 3 pairs of pants, paid for them and then was told final sale when given the bag of pants. A week later, I purchased 2 cardigans at what I thought was Buy 1 get 1 50% off. Was told at cashier there was no deal on those cardigans even though there was a sale sign right above them. Apparently the sale was on new items only on the wall. Anywho, bought the cardigans, 2 days later found out new job is very casual attire. So, was going to return 1 cardigan for a refund...nope only store merchandise credit!! The staff in Suzy Shier are pathetic! Is it store policy to give terms of sale after the sale or no terms of sale at all? I don't even recall a return policy being posted in the store. Read the receipt!!

China-Based CROOKS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the fraudsters. They will say your items are in shipping transit, but they are not - they send you a fake tracking number and it stays in limbo. PAYPAL will do NOTHING to help as they defend the crooks and don't give a hoot about the victims, and share in the spoils. Retro Stage is FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE! This is a SCAM! This FRAUDULENT Company is based in China and their racket is sending the buyer a fake tracking number from a fictitious shipping company where it is updated with false tracking status information. When the buyer disputes and requests a refund through PayPal, Retro Stage plays their protocols by updating the shipping movement thus causing PayPal to extend the dispute case resolution date and never refund the buyer. This is a SCAM, and PAYPAL is in on it because they get a cut of the action. PayPal sets it up where the Fraudulent Seller (Retro Stage) has more rights in the transaction than the Victim Buyers. They can all GO TO HELL. BUYER BEWARE! Now, Retro Stage will reply to this review with a generic statement thanking me for my order and claiming everything will be alright.....typical. SCREW THEM!

I finally received the dress I ordered Dec 5 for NYE on Dec 31. Talk about the 11th hour! I've bought 3 dresses from retro-stage & I love them. They need to improve their lack of customer service. The clothes are really cute and and what you see on their images is what you get. The quality is AMAZING, prices are good and shipping is extremely fast. Customers are responsible for the shipping of their returns, and if you follow their returns instructions you won't have any problems. I've sent back numerous dresses and have gotten my full credit for them all within 2 days of receiving my return. They have the measurements of their model and what size she is wearing on each dress which helps a lot in figuring out your size. Love this site and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

This is the second purchase from which the quality of the seamstress work is awful, it is as if they don't even care. I order a white jumper to wear to an all white party I opened it to the night of, big mistake I should have checked this before the party, the thread was coming apart at the seams. I contact the company, they were no help stated the garment did not come to me this way... I was livid because I know for a fact it did. They offered no assistance and were in my opinion accusatory. The other garment I purchase was a dress to wear for a Valentine's day date, also the threading, horrible, they did refund my money for this one. I will never order anything from them again, they have surely lost a customer.

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered about 20 items on April 15 and just received them on May 27. I am highly disappointed. Nothing fits I ordered up a size or two and they still don't fit. The material is cheap and very thin. When I asked for a return address they are giving me the run around. I ordered a couple of dresses from this company. When I received them, the material was incredibly cheap and not well made. The sizing is way off. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard a response. All I want is my money back! DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T order anything from this company. I wish I had known ahead of time how awful the customer service and the merchandise is.

In the hunt for lolita shoes, I came upon this website and they seemed to have a really cute selection. I did not realize that they are associated with Milanoo before I purchased, so given the mixed Milanoo reviews (a lot of the negative ones are old though...), I was nervous that this would turn out disastrous. But it was awesome! I got a confirmation email immediately and a shipping notice a week after my purchase, and I received the shoes about two weeks after the ship notification. The shoes came in a box and each individual shoe was wrapped in a protective sleeve, and had the normal paper padding filling out the inside shape etc. The sizing was perfect, the shoes were exactly as pictured online, and there were no quality issues - the buckles worked great, the material was sturdy and not scuffed or anything, no issues with the construction. I was really thrilled with the purchase and would definitely buy shoes from this website again!

Received my dress and upon wearing there were major defects . Bra pad somewhere between shoulder area and armpit, left one is folded over and stitched inside with the folded pad. Uneven stitching with bunched up Cheap material. Sent an email to them and their copy paste reply is " We made it custom to your size" without even reading the email and checking pics I attached. They hide behind the CUSTOM MADE so they dont have to return the money . I will be fighting with them till I get my money back. On looking at various sites like trust pilot , site jabber etc , I see its a common practice to cheat people. They will sell you defective products and not return your money. Do not trust the reviews they have on their website. they will only post glowing reviews and mislead you into thinking they are a reputable business. No quality check. The phone number and address on their Facebook page are fake. t There is no one to answer the phone number. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I spent over 400 on clothes from Your Designer Wear. I ordered a number of saris and had them stitch the blouses for a trip I'm making to India. I got the order and the blouses were stitched horribly. Also - the sari material is awful for the money I paid for them. The customer service is horrible. Mansi answered the phone and was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. DO NOT ORDER from this site!!!

My wife bought a suit thru craftsvilla. The dealer was in surat and when we got the suit, it had a very prominent stain on front side. We couriered it back but still refund awaited. Order# 100008203 This has been my very first experience with Kabayarefashion.com and sure will be my last! I have placed an order for a total amount of €105.92 on 03/04/2015 for the following items: Chic Stripes Maxi Dress - €51.78 Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress - €30.60 Plus paid additional €23.54 for international shipping to Belgium. Waiting for the delivery for over a week to find that the Chic Stripes Maxi Dress I've received contains a quality issue. The sewing pattern around the waist right around the bellybutton area is off track, sewing over doubled material for almost 5 cm. This is very obvious due to it's position and makes the dress fall awkwardly while fitting. I would not make an issue out of this if I have not paid almost the price of a 2nd Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress for the shipping and could just return my order with free return labels. But now I am left with faulty item, shipping costs and return shipping costs that cost me in total almost €50 just because kabayerefashion has a poor quality control department. I have immediately contacted the customer service regarding this issue, asking them how they can resolve this issue, but have been completely ignored. I have written them an e-mail on 3 different occasions and am 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply!! They do not send any automated confirmation that your contact form is received. This is beyond acceptable, as I work for the customer service of a major brand and am well aware of my and their rights and obligations. This is the only reason why I have been so patient and understanding, but this is where I draw the line. Surprisingly leaving a review is also not on option, because kabayare apparently only permits positive reviews to be visible on their website. I'm VERY disappointed with this website and my shopping experience here and will make sure that others will not become a victim of this website. I still expect an answer asap and demand that my issue is resolved by refunding my initial shippingcosts+return shipping costs so I can return this order or providing me partial refund off the poor quality dress you have sent me!

MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! This dress came in very quick. The color was exactly what I needed for my bridesmaids and they fit is great for any body type. They do run long and would need an alteration for the shorter gals. But overall very satisfied with the dresses and customer service at kabayare.

Where do I even begin? The first red flag of this place was watching all the people above me be demoted to my position because of their 'performance.' I soon then found out that the company had legal issues as they fired too many people, so their alternative was just to 'demote' them after the years of service to the company. Then, it was the round of people before me all quitting at the same time for the things I have now realised. Another example of the company's little morals, our supervisor, who was the glue of the company, was demoted after 3 years of service - with no reasoning - to the lowest position in the warehouse. He had to effectively quit because they treated him like he wasn't there anymore. Then slowly, it almost became a weekly occurrence that our manager would fire people with no warning or justification. They gave us an illegal amount of breaks (despite this being brought up on multiple occasions), they made empty promises on so many occasions that it's embarrassing to say, they never cared about our health and safety, nor did they ever make us feel like we belonged there. They are the worst company I have ever and hopefully will ever work for, The staff turnover rate is excruciating, each staff member will last 6 months until they can find someone to replace you. They will use you until they can replace you. Make you feel like you are doing your job well, then out of nowhere, you will be pulled over and fired because of your 'performance'. They have no morals, and is the closest thing to working at a sweat shop. As far as the products go, so overpriced, so poorly made, everything comes wrapped in individually wrapped plastic. They care about the environment just as much as they care about their employees and customers which is nothing. They only see money in their eyes. Please do yourself a favour never work or shop here.

After coming home from the hospital after giving birth and recovering, I found the lack of nursing bra selection for large busted women really depressing. Nursing with the Hot Milk bras helped give me a self image boost I desperately needed. Beyond being functional, they are well constructed and very feminine in styling. The six settings for the hook and eye closure gives room for both engorgement and post baby weight loss. I've machine washed on gentle and dried flat and it still looks great.

HotMilk bras are amazing. I have tried a few other brands of maternity bras but found them to be less than supportive when it comes to this large ta-ta'd mom. I'm a 40E, the other bras I have tried have either been underwire, and poking me in the armpit, or no underwire with no support what so ever.... that's not cute. The HotMilk bras are very comfortable. The sizing is spot on. I have no spill over, which rocks. They are actually cute for a nursing bra! I don't feel like a 90yr old woman.

We found Breakout Bras because there were no dressing rooms open anywhere and we were constantly guessing what size my daughter's bra was going to be. We came here and they sized her, told her how they should feel, gave us some tips and tricks, and set us up with a couple of really good bras. The staff were helpful and pleasant while I was there but it seems rediculous to pay so much for a bra that I had for a year only to have it come unstitched. I hand washed it and air dried it but it still came apart. Poor product if you ask me. I prefer Dillards and Victoria Secret any day over Breakout.

I told myself that through my pregnancy I'd wear primarily non-pregnancy clothes that I can wear post birth. I decided to splurge on a few basics to get me through the last 4 months. This was THE place to splurge. I found maternity JBRAND jeans (which are my favorite non maternity jeans), amazing Pea in the Pod brand denim shorts, a basic black dress, and the most comfortable maternity underwear you will ever put on. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME! I ordered this dress and what I received was nothing close to what I ordered. The top of the dress I received was completely see-through with no padding and the entire dress is so thin with no lining, you would have to wear something underneath it. The pattern wasn't the same and there were no sleeves, which is clearly not what is advertised in these photos. When I reached out to customer support to return and get a refund, they told me I can only return the dress via USPS and it will cost me $30 of my own money to return to China. I asked for them to reimburse me for this cost in addition to the dress because it was their mistake that they sent me the wrong dress and they stopped responding altogether and I haven't heard back in 2 weeks though I have reached out several times. So basically I'm just out the money for the company's mistake that they aren't willing to take responsibility for. I would never order from this company again and I suggest that you don't either!

I purchased this dress for my mother-in-law's wedding and it fit perfectly with room to grow and was the color it appeared to be online. currently a 34D and 21 weeks pregnant and the medium was perfect. It does touch the ground on me when barefoot or in flats, however that was what I wanted.
