I ordered 2 bras, one being on sale. I then received an email 5 days later saying that one of the bras was cancelled from my order with no explanation. I sent an email to their customer service, no response after 7 days. I called, waited on hold for a while and then finally someone picked up. I asked why my item was cancelled and explained that the same item was still available on their website to be ordered, said I wanted to order it but didn't want to pay another $5 for shipping since it should have been sent the first time. They said it was cancelled bc maybe it wasn't in inventory, and they hadn't updated the inventory on the site yet. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and their online inventory is THAT SLOW TO UPDATE?? She then said I could place the order again, then call back, then they could refund my shipping, but the order would probably be cancelled bc it's probably out of stock. I told the girl never mind, that this process was ridiculous, that I emailed a week ago with no response, and I shouldn't have to go through this all over again bc they can't update their online inventory in a timely fashion. I said I was going to shop somewhere else, and she responded in a VERY SNOTTY WAY "OKAY BYE!". What a horrible company.

This company has horrendous customer service and is useless with returns. I placed a large order in March and was missing two items that I got charged for. I also had some returns that I sent back for store credit. The company never returned my emails to return the clothes I ordered for other sizes and never even accepted my return when I sent it back. I also got charged for two items that were missing from my order which is fraud. I understand covid happened but every other company I have dealt with during this crisis handled any returns or problems. I also find it interesting the company stated they were closed for covid so they were unable to accept my return but somehow they were able to ship out my products amid the crisis??? Save your money and DO NOT Shop here. Also the clothes quality is also not what is advertised. I received several of their "new" clothes that looked worn and used. Save yourself time and you are better off getting new clothes on sale at a real maternity shop.

They took my money for a dress and expedited delivery. I never got the dress. I received a response to my complaint when I told them my dress was never received. They responded saying my order was still on hold, would I like for them to still send it? I told them no, as my baby shower had already passed. I told them I wanted a full refund. They never responded. That was in January of 2020. I have since reached out to them again. If they respond I will update this, so far no response. This is highway robbery and a despicable thing to do to expecting parents. I can only hope that other people read this before making a purchase there.

I placed my order on October 10th 2019..and still to this day have not recieved my dresses. First they said my order was presale then they were sold out..then said it was canceled!! Then said to be patient. Then stopped responding to my emails! I spent 160 $ and have nothing!! Do not order from them. They suck!!! They need to be reported and not aloud to do business anymore!!

Absolute rubbish company. Refused to take my fiancé's concerns seriously when there were at least 5 stains on a white dress when purchased. A few of them looking like blood stains. It was a $300 dress that looked completely different from the photos on the website. They just ignore you, know they're doing the wrong thing and hope you'll shut up about it. Don't go near them.

It's an hour to the closest store, which is why I didn't immediately rush out madly to use my $20 birthday gift the company emailed me. I had signed up for their rewards program (at the store) just after my birthday and was pleased that they'd still send this, but I had obviously just been to their store! As luck would have it, the store closed due to Covid two days before I would have been able to go again, and the $20 off expired another two weeks later. OK, fine, everything sort of went upside down during that time. Now that the store is open again, I went yesterday and they would not honor the expired coupon in store. I was told to call customer service, which would give me a new code - I did, but they didn't. Not only could the CS rep not find my account, but she said I'd have to order by phone in order to use the coupon. Today I chatted online with another rep, who again could not find my account or any notes from yesterday's conversation. Conveniently, and only after I told him that it seems Lane Bryant CS reps need better training because the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, that most other companies are trying to be accommodating due to the Covid issues, that this runaround had cost too much of my time and I'd shop somewhere else, he found yesterday's notes and a case number. What a coincidence! I had worked in customer service a long time ago, and this is just BS (word to the wise: most times, when you ask for a manager, what you'll get is the person in the next cubicle, pretending to be a "manager"). He said they'd honor the coupon if I order a FULL PRICE item. Yeah, right. The gift was for $20 off ANY purchase. At this point, I neither want to order anything nor even check their store when I get there again. While I like the fit of their clothes, I find them a little overpriced, unless you can get them off the clearance racks (where I have, admittedly, gotten some killer bargains, so I'm giving 3 stars for the clearance section).

I keep ordering online and they keep cancelling items days later. No explanation, no apology; they just remove items. The people in the chat are useless. They didn't apologize...they didn't even attempt to explain. Horrible customer service...just shop at Torrid.

Very poor business practice. Great website and designs, product less than the image. You contact them before you order regarding the returns policy, within 2 weeks you are reassured. However no return address is supplied with your package, the sarees they sent you are not a great as the advertising. You ring them for a return address, they try and back out, reluctantly you get a P.O. box no address in North London. You send your parcel as a tracked package to be signed for, eventually the Post Office delivers it back to you 2 months later, not having been delivered or collected. You contact them, and of course it is nothing to do with them. This is a company that does not have robust business practices, either do not know their own returns policy or have no intention of honouring it. The website is sophisticated, they are not. Any decent company would supply a return address and accept parcels returned to them. AVOID!!

Have been using the website on and off for several months now, I have had a fairly good experience with their customer service on the one occasion when my order somehow became a double order. Other than that, no problems, delivery was reasonably quick and the selection of products is quite wide. I mostly go to the Dress4Less.com for their jeans, although they do have a large variety of dresses, tops, etc as well. Recently they added hair care, skin care and perfumes but I haven't really tried any of those yet. Good option for relatively cheap but stylish clothes...

Tons of super cute frilly and lacey and spooky stuff! I love japanese fashion and am so happy to be able to get stuff actually from Japan! And the prices are not bad either. Though the shipping is gouge-ish that's sort of hard to avoid when it's international. I had a few questions which were answered promptly, and paid with Paypal and had no issues there. Do not order a dress from this company. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, 100% regret purchasing. Zero responsibility for defective dresses, zero help offered to their customers who need to get a dress altered because it was sent defective, zero chance I will ever ever ever spend another dollar at this store. I am in a wedding party of 8 women. We all ordered the Tiziana dress from Boutique 1861 in Burgundy. It fit everyone like a dream, the colour and silhouette was beautiful - I was showing pictures to everyone, raving about the company and its beautiful dresses. I spent a few months travelling abroad, and just a few weeks ago finally got my hands on the dress. We had ordered a dress the previous year for everyone to try on, so I knew that this dress would be perfect on my body, knew my size, etc. I tried on the dress the other day to gauge if I would need any alterations done, and I notice that one side of the top of the dress is sewn under - making the entire top twist in a very ugly and asymmetrical way. I look under the dress, and see that whoever had sewn the dress had slipped with the sewing machine/fallen asleep at the machine/who knows. The dress is discontinued at this point, and the wedding is in November 2019 (2 months from now). Seeing the stitches, I knew that the dress could be fixed by a seamstress. Because the dress was sent to me defective, I contacted the company to see if there was any way they could help me (cover the cost of the alterations, allow me to send the dress back to them for fixing, etc.) I paid $200 for the dress as pictured on the website, the same dress that everyone else received in perfect condition. I understand that accidents do happen, but when you are advertising a product a certain way and charging a decent amount for it, you have to deliver that product to the customer, and take accountability when you send out a product that is defective. Did their quality control team fall asleep as well?! I contacted customer service, and because I was contacting them outside of their 30-day return policy, they could do absolutely NOTHING for me. They couldn't even cover the $39 alteration fee that I was quoted from a local alterations company. They went all the way to "speak with the president," and still told me that there was nothing they could do. I explained that I had been travelling out of the country for a few months, and just got my hands on the dress. They basically said "too bad, once the dress has left our hands, and it is past 30 days, it is the customer's responsibility." Absolutely zero ownership, pride, or accountability in their product. I have to spend more money to get the dress that I was supposed to get in the first place. Honestly, save your money. Being in a bridal party is stressful enough without having to beg a company for a couple dollars to repair a dress that they sent to you defective. I am sick about this whole thing. I understand if I had said "oh I don't like it, I'd like to return it" - that's when the 30 day policy should kick in. But they are sending out defective products and claiming that they are not responsible for their screw up outside of 30 days. It is wrong! Oh and the kicker is that I am maid of honour in another wedding, and was about to purchase 8 additional dresses from this company, plus a maid of honour dress. Like I said, they have lost me as a customer and I will be telling every bride, maid of honour, bridesmaid about the awful customer service, and awful dress quality from now until the end of time.

Ive bought several dresses over the last few years from this site. They fit me like a glove highlighting my best parts and minimising my not so best ones.. the fabric quality is great, the cut is fabulous...the best...and great dresses that you can use for work and/or play. Very sophisticated, some fun & playful, all classy and elegant, most subtly or not so much.. sexy. The only downside is that they have a limited range of dresses at different times in certain sizes so you might have to wait for a specific dress. However it's worth the wait. They ship internationally without any issues- everything arrived as expected. I will keep looking for new styles/colours to their collection as I absolutely love the timelessness and compliments I get.

PROs: The clothing from this company is excellent. The items run true to size and fit like a glove. I was very impressed with my first order. The quality and workmanship of the dresses is unlike anything I have seen from ASOS, NastyGal etc. I would definitely recommend this site to any one looking for retro dresses. It is pricey, but worth every penny given the quality of fabrics, stitching, fit etc. CONs: I've ordered twice from the site and on both occasions, even though they have had all my shipping/billing information entered correctly in my order forms, both times, the items were shipped to some non-existent blended version of the two addresses. As a result, even though the UPS shipping they use is super fast, it takes forever as the packages get returned to sender and have to be resent after I've contacted Stop Staring and informed them of the error. On the upside the mistake was corrected and I did receive the package eventually the first time. I am currently waiting for my second order to make its way back to me. I will likely order from this site again; hopefully without the added hassle of the shipping issues.

They have an excellent variety of clothing and accessories with the additional advantage of being able to return the items if they are not correct. The only disadvantage is that shipping can be slow, this is more the fault of the transport company than of this boutique. Your tracking emails often indicate that the item purchased will arrive at a certain time, but it is usually a few days or even a week later. Even so, it remains one of the best shopping websites that exist

The amazing customer support staff saved my order online where the delivery man fraudulently signed the delivery while I was at work. The team investigated in a timely manner and found my package was in no condition to be delivered again and arranged for a new item to be delivered safely the next day! I love the quality of the clothing. Shipping to Canada on regular International shipping takes about 2-3 weeks but they're shipping from Australia and when you ship regular and not express you don't pay customs. Prices are a little steep but the quality and originality of the clothes makes it worth the price in gold! Customer service is top notch!!!! Love these hotties to death!

I ordered 2 pairs of beta brand pants because they looked wonderful on a co worker but the order was put in on August 9 and I have yet to hear anything! My 13 attempts at “chatting” with someone else’s futile, the connection was consistently lost and no one has answered one of my 8 emails!!! Really? I will never purchase from nor recommend this company and it is a shame because j would have been an avid and loyal shopper due to the product.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Betabrand on April 24, one of which is a pre-order, so I won't comment on that status yet. I received one pair of pants on May 5, right on time according to their estimate. However, as of May 28, I still haven't received the second pair of pants. DHL hasn't received the package from Betabrand yet. Luckily, I did seem to have better luck with customer service than others on this forum. I contacted Passport, their shipping coordinator, and they arranged a refund for the pants I didn't receive. I've checked my bank account, and I did indeed receive the refund for the full price of the pants. They also gave me 30% off a new order, so my dumb self decided I should reorder the pants. I placed a second order for a sweater and two more pairs of pants on May 19. I received the sweater on May 27, and I love it. The other two pairs of pants haven't even finished processing yet, so tracking hadn't begun. The whole order was promised by May 28- June 1. They're blaming DHL for the delay due to Covid19, but it hasn't even gotten to DHL yet. I've emailed Passport again as well as Betabrand directly. They have given form responses so far. Overall, I am not satisfied with their shipping practices. It is not okay to charge customers and promise a date without delivering on that date.

I'm not one to write many reviews - but I feel I must warn folks - first of all it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from date ordered. When it arrived, the belt was broken- the quality.,. What quality? / really! The fabric was so so thin it was almost see through- and cheap. The size- wow! I ordered medium- and I tell you, it would fit the average 2, not 6-8. The price - nearly 40- was way off what it cost to make it! This dress was not only made in China, it literally was shipped from China with Chinese letters/characters and shop address on label. I'm hoping they take it back- I don't need to spend another $40 to send it back... Please do your self a favor and skip this one-I’m so disappointed about the company houseofbrides.com and turn to another website of vandres ses.com which turns to be a right choice.

Definitely avoid! The prices are good I suppose but you're way better off going to an actual store to order your dress. Our of 8 bridesmaid's dresses, only 3 people didn't have an issue with their order.

Was so thrilled to order from this gorgeous Australian website and actually have the items come in exactly as pictured and in great quality materials! I ordered two sets- and have already ordered a third because I have never received as many compliments as I did wearing one of their signature sets to a formal ball at my Uni! Their pieces are both classically feminine and fashion forward. My only note is that the skirts on the sets do fit small at least compared to Canadian /US sizing so I would ere on the side of caution when picking a skirt size! Otherwise-these outfits could not be better- so get shopping :)! PS. Did I mention worldwide free shipping?!

Please avoid dressafford. I initiated a return and have had no response since. I have sent several emails and called the number which tells me to put in a number and then each time it disconnects. The dresses are vaguely like the photos with careless and poor attention to detail. Fabric pieces are sized large then made for smaller sizes. huge seams for illusion sleeves and still too big. No way to wear these at an event. I'm uncertain whether I could even sell these to anyone and feel good about it. The grossly uneven applique work can't even be repaired because it was attached with what I believe to be fabric glue.

I bought a wedding dress and they said shipping was not at all impacted by the virus. I was supposed to get the dress over a week ago at the latest. The representative I have talked to is rude and isn't very helpful and said supposedly it was sitting at a shipping carrier. I now have almost no time until my wedding and no dress!!! This place has left me depressed and frustrated! Never ever ever purchase a dress from here!

At first i was skeptical as most are when ordering over the net etc. But when i received the dress i was beyond impressed with how perfect it was and how accurate the picture and what its like in real life is. So much so i did not have to alter the dress one bit. Speaking to the makers was easy and they only want to ensure you get the dress of your dreams. I would honestly recommend this site as delivery, dress, and contact were above average.

I bought a dress and it was beautiful. They contacted me via text and email and I talked to real live people. You can send in custom measurements and they will make it exactly to fit you. However, on the website it says that you can choose a color and a fabric and everything else. I ordered satin material and I received a cheap cotton. I specifically asked the representative if I could return the dress if I do not like it. They told me yes. Four weeks later my dress arrives. I go to try it on and it fits almost perfect. The straps that go up over my shoulders are too big and I specifically asked for a 6" plunging neckline from my collarbone down. I put the dress on and the neckline goes all the way to the top of my belly button. Since the straps were too big almost my entire chest was exposed! There were loose strings on the embroidery that were just sticking out! I contacted the store via email and text and ask about the steps to complete a return/refund. The representative was very sassy with me and completely went back on her word about returning the dress if it wasn't right for me. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT A DRESS ONLINE WAS BECAUSE THEY SAID I COULD RETURN IT IF IT WASN'T RIGHT FOR ME! Now they're telling me how it's unfair to them because they paid for the fabric and the workers. I PAID OVER $200 FOR THIS DRESS AND I KNOW THAT THAT PAID FOR THE FABRIC AND PART OF THE WORKERS WAGE TOO. I do not trust this company and it is a scam. Definitely do not buy prom dresses here or really anything from this company.

Okay so- I ordered this gown because it was modest and simple enough for the event I needed it for. I am wearing it for my reception as one of the top state officers in my organization, and am THRILLED with this gown! I wear gowns all the time and this one is fairly high quality, pretty, with good material, and fits exactly how I thought it would. Im 5'7 with a 36D 135 lbs and the 6 is absolutely perfect. I will absolutely wear this gown more than once! It does smell a little odd, and is a little wrinkly, but that's just to be expected.Thanks Ombreprom

I needed a knock out dress for a big night out and I ordered a dress from Naked Dress as for long time now I have loved the look of their dresses and really wanted one. The site claimed that the dresses were ordered in specifically for that person/order but that delivery would take 3-5 days but after 2 weeks I was still waiting with no sign of my dress and nothing from the company to tell me what the delay was. After chasing them, I was told that the stockist was closed for August and the best thing to do was to choose a dress that had "Next Day Delivery" beside it i.e one that was already in stock as it had presumably been returned by someone else. I didn't see any harm in doing this but it proved to be a BIG MISTAKE! The dress I ordered didn't fit me and now they are refusing to honour their return policy as the are claiming that it is stained yet they are completely choosing to overlook that I am not the first person to have had this dress sent out to them. Incidentally, I had this dress on for 5 minutes in the comfort of my home and I did not see one single stain on it, they just don't want to honour their policy as they are having trouble selling this particular dress. Avoid unless you are happy to potentially be stuck with an expensive mistake.

Recently, I found Mack Tack online and I am really impressed with the huge collection of awesome designer dresses. I have never seen any website with such gorgeous dresses. The best part is that website is easy to use and the customer support is very responsive. I called them about the size issues and the operator was very experienced in satisfying the customers. I bought 3 dresses from an online store that appeared to be Spanish and operate in Spain. The dresses I received were very shoddy copies that bore little resemblance to their marketing materials. When I insisted on returning them for a refund, Yivette told me I’d have to return the dresses to China at my own expense, which I did. They claim never to have received my return (which I suspect is a lie). I plan to report them to the police and I have told them this. They have given me 50% refund on the cost of the dresses but I am still €54 out of pocket. This company is wholly fraudulent from pretending to be a company operating in Spain or UK, to the poor and fraudulent quality of the products, and lack of consumer accountability. Do yourself a favour and avoid Yivette!

I have placed an order on 1st May which have not arrived and through my email communication I get sent the same reply of an order which seems to have been shipped from China and has been at the ´Plan Depart Airport´, from 28th May. Cheap products. Bad quality. Shipped only the tops of three bikinis and did not accept any returns since the products were on sale. Canceled the rest of the order (the bottoms) since I was waiting already for three months and did not get my money back. They pretty much exclude everything from returns (items on sale which are always all items on their website; opened packages even when tags are still in place, and so on). Customer service is very slow. They point out they only accept returns within 14 days which is not possible if they need more than one week to answer your request. Address for returns is not shown anywhere on website or within package. For anyone needing it: Plumeria Swimwear Moreland, GA 190 Bridgeport Blvd, Moreland, GA 30259 On top of all these issues, they declared the value of the package as almost 300USD. I did not even pay half of that since everything was on sale. In order to receive my package I had to pay another 100€ to customs to later find out that half the items were missing. DO NOT ORDER IN THIS STORE! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!

I filed a dispute because I returned items, at my expense, that they said were final sale. I did not understand that BOGO meant you were stuck with them if they didn't work. They would only ship them back to me, at my cost again, or donate. They were unwilling to work with me when my initial return was due to the poor quality of the tops. I finally filed the dispute because I had been a customer that had made many purchases prior and felt like they were not standing behind their merchandise. So, fast forward to yesterday, they cancelled an order I placed and said they will cancel all future orders, based on my dispute previously. The irony is they still spam my phone and email with deals. I am very dissatisfied that they do not value their customers.

This company has a terrible exchange policy and should be updated to all sales final. I bought a pair of leggings and they were a bit too small when I received them. Per their exchange policy I ordered a new pair and sent back the first pair where they stated I would get a refund. I returned the original pair in the exact same condition that I received them, with all tags attached. The leggings were only ever taken out of the packaging long enough to try them on. I recieved an email tonight stating they wokt refund my money because the tag was shredded, the pants smelled of mold and the outside tag appeared to have been wet. This is dishonest because the item was returned in the exact same condition that I received it. I feel as if they made up excuses to not honor their exchange policy.

I've shopped at Al Hannah for a few years now, and never had any bad experience with them until recently. Lately, they've sent me a few wrong items, or didn't have the item that I ordered in stock. It took a long time to get everything sorted out. It's really hard to get a hold of them, even during the day when their business hours say that they should be open, they don't usually answer the phone. It took kind of a long time to get my refund from them, but in the end, I did get it, so that's good. Mind you, up until now, I hadn't had any problem with them at all. I've received all of my past orders in a timely manner, and I've always been really happen with the items I receive. They have good quality imports and a pretty large selection to chose from. And for a place that sells imported goods direct from the Middle East, they aren't expensive at all. That's why, even with the not-so-great experience that I had with them this last time, they still get 4 stars, and I will still buy from them in the future hoping that that mix-up was a one time thing! I still like this shop a lot :)

The 5 star rating says it all. I love them so much that I think every Muslimah needs at least one outfit from this site in their wardrobe! They have beautiful, high quality, and modest clothing. Everything is priced well. It's not overly expensive, but it's not cheap either. Mainly, it's the shipping that gets you since they are based out of France but ship outside of Europe as well. They ship with Fedex though so your items will arrive quickly, so it's worth the cost. I will say again though, that although it's not cheap, every sister should have at least one (or a few!) outfits from Al-Moultazimoun. The outfits are perfect for every occasion, formal or casual, and they're so elegant that you'll never want to take it off! A++

Please DO NOT BUY there. I order sets and unfortunately do to improper sizing on their website, they did not fit.( If you are Ds - even large will be too small for barrettes) I returned the sets the following day, but did not get refund - they offered the credit, but nothing will fit there for me..... Also, they accused me of wearing the panties, which I did not even tried... Lastly, I sent several emails to request their customer service number (it is not posted online - business without the number already is concern), they refused to provide saying that they will not help me....

I would never recommend ordering from this website. I'm very disappointed in the product sizing and the return policy. I purchased a set of pajamas as a maternity gift for my best friend in FL (I live in CT) and was visiting her 4 weeks after she delivered her baby and the pajamas clearly didn't fit. I called tummystyle customer services and basically was told too bad that they would not refund my purchase.
