What a fantastic experience I had in the wed2be store in Swindon. All staff were super friendly and warm. The member of staff who helped me throughout my appointment was a lady called Reah. She made me feel very comfortable throughout and her advise was appreciated during my visit with my family. After several dresses I found mine. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I got the staff member who went above and beyond her some flowers and chocolates and her reaction to them were priceless. Overall my visit was excellent. Recommend to anyone wanting a dress! ?

Honestly, the material of the leggings is next level stunning. Unfortunately I'm really short (5ft) and need the leggings to come in a 7/8 length, they were just too long and didn't quite fit as plush as other leggings I own so I've had to return them. I plan to shop again in the future maybe for shorts or if they bring out a 7/8 length legging.

I’ve tried a lot of Leggins in my fitness journey but these have to be the best that I’ve tried. I love the thickness, I love the colours that you can choose from, and I absolutely love that there are no paper labels inside the leggings as they always irritate my skin!. I’ve already had loads of compliments and looks as I walk around outside which make me feel great. I will 100% be buying more in the future. Thank you!! I am an international customer of Bella Bodies. The shipping has been fantastic and the product is highly desired by me in a place it is not easy to get larger sizing. I would love to see Bella Bodies look at a range more suitable to the very hot climates. Some of the products I love but they are just too hot for the climate I live in. I also go up a size or more so that the garments are not clingy in the hot weather.

It did not fit & quality was horrible so requested a refund. They refused saying it was a custom dress. I didn’t do customizing size I ordered from their chart and the dress didn’t fit. The shipping took to long to get here and I couldn’t return it on time to get a replacement. There customer service is horrible I’m fighting for my money back on PayPal. I’m out of a dress for my son’s wedding and out of 117.00 dollars I paid them. Don’t buy from them unless you want to be disappointed!

Promhoney is a scam, within moments of the dress arriving, we noticed it didn't fit. I emailed the same day to initiate the return process and repackaged the dress. It has been three weeks and they will not respond. They have deleted all negative posts and have blocked me from warning others not to shop here!

We ordered our daughter a dress for a formal high school event and the photos on the site looked great. The $169.00 dress was suppose to arrive approximately March 12th. It finally arrived a week later. After we wrote them every day trying to find out the status, they finally put a rush on it. The website photos show a dress with no sheer material across the chest or back. The dress we received had sheer material in both the front and back. This material totally changed the look of the dress. Also, the website images shows white floral designs sewn on. When we received the dress, the floral designs were the same color as the dress. Lastly, we selected the color blue and the color received was turquoise. We contacted support several times and were repeatedly told "our dresses are hand sewn, so they might be different." We could understand some minimal differences, but this was too much. No type of refund was offered, but they said we could get 20% off another dress, if we wanted to order another. TI'm sure the markup is 40 - 60%, so they would make even more off of me, if we had ordered another. I do not recommend this company and their customer support was not what is stated on their website.

I love the high waisted leggings an wear them everyday, however there is still a issue with the very thick overlooked seams, they really dig in and leave imprints on my waist and hips that are quite red. I've said this to you before, it would be so easy to flat lock the seams, I've tried this at home on my machine with a old pair of leggings, it's so much better and the seams lay flat and are also very strong. I love your leggings but, please look at the seams to see you what I mean, it's such a easy change. You said at my last review that you would look at this problem but, the seams are still very thick and dig in, tried a bigger size to see if it helps, it doesn't, plus a size up is to big for me so sticking to a size 16 and covering the thick seam round the waist with ribbon that I have to hand sew on. Unethical, scam company that no one should buy from. Ordered some clothes on 1 April 2020 and was not notified that the items I bought on “back-order” would not be delivered until... one year later. They refused to do a cash refund and insisted on a store credit refund... which was spent on a few items, one of which was “sold out” eventually. Cue another store credit that has to be used up. On the quality of clothes, the quality has gone downhill. Other than the material, the manufacturing itself is also poor. All in all, I’m glad I’m done spending the damn store credits. May the founders of MDS find their karma.

DO NOT order from Shona Joy if you live in the US. I ordered bridesmaids dresses that arrived in a shipping bag that was ripped, with dresses falling out. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could return the dresses, but I was left with a $120 return fee to pay for on my own with USPS. It would have been over $450 with UPS!! The dresses are not good quality in person and definitely not worth $300+. I do not recommend.

Although it looked lovely on the website, the dress I bought was of very poor quality. The fabric was swim wear like and looked very tacky. The dress also had a bad smell, as if it had been stored in a damp/humid place for months. I returned my order - which cost me €9 - and was refunded the price of the dress minus the shipping fees... In total it cost me €13.95 for a dress I've never used or worn. Pretty disappointed. Oh Hello Clothing invites you then to leave a review after your purchase, which I did... They obviously manage each entry and delete if not 5 stars as my review never made it to their website.

This was a very disappointing experience. I bought two dresses to the US for an event, with the hope of trying them on in person. Neither dress fit, so I went to return them both. First, my order number did not populate in their return system. I immediately emailed their customer service who replied a few days later pushing me to keep or exchange the dresses. They eventually gave me the address to return the dress. I then went to UPS where it would have cost me $160 to return - I ended up returning it through USPS for $89. Weeks later my return still had not populated. I reached out to Nadine Merabi and they said that their was nothing they could do without the tracking info (understandable, but I don't have this a month later). I have not been able to reach USPS, as everyone knows this is a huge pain. I'm now out $700 with no dresses to show for it. I get that this a small company and they follow certain protocol, but the experience overall was just very disheartening. I have never given a one star rating to anything in my life, but be careful before you order dresses from this company.

I ordered $50 worth of product on my Woman within credit card to get a "Free" item (which was a white floral blanket). This item matched a painting and I wanted to use the throw on my couch. A few days later, after telling my husband about it and showing him a picture of the "free blanket", he said we should order another one for the other couch. So HE placed another order, this time on his card of $50 so we could get a second one. A couple days later, we both get postcards in the mail stating the item is on backorder for a month. Disappointing, but we were willing to wait. A month later, more postcards, backordered even further out. Growing frustration, but again, willing to wait. Then we get yet another postcard in the mail stating the item is no longer available. So I call customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explain that the only reason we placed these orders was to get the free blankets, and we had been waiting for two months. She was very rude and treated me like a low life, acting as if I was trying to take advantage of their promo. That I didnt understand, because isnt the whole reason of offering a "free item" promo with $50 purchase, just that, to get people to spend $50. How am I taking advantage of anything? I have been a customer of Woman Within for almost 20 years, there was no need for her to treat me so rudely. If anything, SHE should have been apologizing to me!!! What a scam. Total bait and switch! They promise you something to get you to buy stuff you dont need, then they drag out the whole "backorder" scheme only to tell you later, that you are never going to get the free item that they used as a scam to get you place orders. I doubt they ever even had the blankets to start with. After being a LOYAL customer for nearly 20 years, I doubt I will buy anything from them again.

Purchased 3 pairs of wedges, when they arrived the quality was not satisfactory. The wedges looked cheap and badly made. I returned the wedges within the 14 days policy. No refunded given after a month of waiting. No reply to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I opened a paypal dispute which they also never replied to. Paypal dispute team decided in my favour and I finally received my money back through papal after two months! I have posted a negative review on their Facebook and instagram, which they have deleted.

I have just recieved my Latest Karen Millen dress, and the quality is really bad. The stitching, the feel, the large gold plastic buttons, small sizing, the way the label is stiched in, the list is endless, plus it is creased up, which is not what I would expect from a knit body con dress. I am so dissapointed as my Karen Millen dresses have always lasted for years and years. Shocking service. Ordered around £350 of clothes and waited 10 days before the courier randomly decided to return the items to Yumi. I queried this and was told they couldn't deliver the items, which is a complete lie, as it was to a 24/7 business address and zero attempts had been made. After keeping my money all this time, Yumi are now refusing to ship the items so I get what I ordered, because "we recieve a lot of returns and can't reship." I havent returned the items, they HAVE NOT DELIVERED THEM! And will only refund me when the crappy courier decides to send the items back.

I saw mixed reviews, but I still decided to order from them. They first insulted me about my measurements. Their sizes are off so I had to order a customized dress which of course is non returnable. I was very excited to get this dress for my cousin's wedding. I have never felt so betrayed and heart broken over a purchase. The response back from them is that I can sell it on craigslist. Totally dishonest company to work for. When I was diagnosed with lupus there was a meeting held in public where district and regional managers were over heard discussing me. They said that because I was having health issues they needed to replace me! Well they did this by saying that my stores sales were down, however this was at the time of the September 11 twin towers attack. All of our stores sales were down then, please don't go to work for them! I hired a corporate attorney however it was my word and my witnesses word against theirs so the case was dropped with the understanding that my records were to show that I resigned and no bad references were to be given about me. Well I had thought I landed another job when only to find out that the new store manager had given me a negative reference saying that I was non retrievable. Don't trust them!

When I do receive a reply I receive a "standard" reply telling me that they have escalated my complaint to the manager (4 times now) - and I have yet to actually hear back from this "manager". After several attempts to request for a refund... I am again told that my concerns will be addressed my the mysterious manager! AVOID THE STRESS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from Inftnity. It is a scam. The company is called "广州夏航科技有限公司"(XIAHANGKEJI XIA), a Chinese company. I placed an order but no response over a month. I contacted them via PayPal, and they made some excuses not to ship/refund. It was very clear that they had no intention for shipping items nor refund. Then, they agreed for refund but they took 20% of the total amount. That is how they make money. Just DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I just ordered the colette set from the “everyday uniform” collection with Filippa haag and felicia akerstrom and I’m very dissapointed. The quality is bad, like worse than zara. It’s very dissapointing as the collection was made in collaboration with someone who preaches quality over quantity. The tag was on the dress when I returned it. Then they said there was makeup on the dress. I don't wear makeup. I am now stuck with a dress that i don't want because they returned the dress to me. I wish i could give them less than 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

The dress came a month earlier than expected with was amazing! It's a bit too big, I wish the dresses were more customisable. The company answers very quickly on Instagram and Whatsapp which is a huge advantage. I highly recommend their products!

So I've been chatting with customer service for three months now. I had three different packages coming even though I only made one order. One showed up 8 weeks after I ordered. It was ok. The next showed up yesterday - it was just bottoms, not a whole bathing suit and they were made horribly. Awful quality and the seems don't line up. AND I'm still waiting on another package even though all the tracking numbers that customer service provided me with say that all packages have been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and don't send your packages then don't provide you with any explanation. They won't give me a refund or cancel the order either because they say that it's already in transit, YET all the tracking numbers show that it has been delivered to my mailbox. No one would be able to steal from my mailbox. It locks and the postman is the only person with the key. It wasn't delivered. These people are scam artists and I'm pretty sure they're going to keep all of my money even though they didn't send me everything. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will not see you packages for months and months even if they do show up! BEWARE! Attached is an image of the second package I got - one bath suit bottom missing it's top. But zoom in to look at the seams! And ends of the ties! It's SOOOO cheap! They didn't even tied of the ends! It's so awful. I wish I could get my money back! This company really just sucks.

I ordered online on 18/10/2020 and waited more than 1 month to received on 25/11/2020. 1 item was missing and the parcel was from China! All the products are made from China with cheap flimsy material. The bikini top doesn't fit well as it was badly sew and out of shape. The photos and review on their website are fake. And all negatives comments on their Facebook and Instagram was deleted.

I had to return my dress ($319) because as listed on the website "one size fits all" is not an entirely accurate statement. I am a US size 6 to 8, which I think is average. However, with this dress, I could not even get this dress over my shoulders. It doesn't have any zipper, elastic, or anything to help accommodate different body types. I don't recommend ordering from them unless you are a size XS. Just sent my dress back; however, after reading several reviews, I don't think I'll get my money back. Also, for returns, they did not send a return label, so to send back any returns or exchanges, you must pay for those yourself on top of their already expensive items that aren't of great quality for the price they are.

Ordered a $400 two piece gown that looks like it costs no more than $30 to produce. Cheap thin fabric which looks like the lining from a dress. Not even nice enough for a table cloth! My first clue was when the gown arrived in a box the size of a pack a loose leaf paper! What a disgrace...would absolutely never ever deal with this company again. No wonder they have a no return policy! Otherwise no one in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars for a gown that probably costs 30. Now I’ll have to pay hundred more at least to line the piece of junk or just trash it because it’s completely see through

My daughter is finally getting her first communion...postponed twice because of covid....and the dress is as promised and more. My daughter is in love with this dress and doesn't want to take it off. One note...I did have to attach each butterfly with an extra stich to stay in place...but otherwise me and my daughter are pleased. Also there was a sizing issue with the first one but customer service was incredible and I got the second dress without hassles in a couple of weeks.

Worst Customer Support with replying times over 2-3 weeks After receiving the product, the same was returned because of sizing issues. Only 4 months afterwards I got the confirmation that the dress was delivered to Bali (I received it in one week period). I asked for a refund because no other product was in mind. Aya Sacred Wear said it was ok but 2 weeks later it was not possible because the period of refund time as passed. The customer support of Aya Sacred Wear normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to reply to an email, obviously the refund period was over. The customer should not be harmed because of these replying times, after trying to communicate to Aya Sacred Wear the company simply stopped replying and now, no dress neither refund, 6 months have passed. This has been the worst customer support I have encountered, I don’t recommend it and there is zero Love & Light, only Money & Ghosting. I’ve seen other reviews online with the same issue as me.

They charge you and then say they need verification because payment wasn’t received. It’s a scam they try to get u to send drivers license and card photo. And they don’t ship the items. U can’t even get the money back if u cancel because they claim they never got it. They also never respond when you try to contact them. Extremely bad experience, I would recommend better brands like gul Ahmed or sana safinaz. Maybe they are fine in person in Pakistan. But online they are scamming you.

WORST SERVICE EVERR!!!!! I Placed an order on the 8th of july with expedited shipping which is supposed to arrive in 10 days, but I still have not received it. I placed another order on the 14th of july with expedited shipping and I have not received it. They never reply to their mails. They never picked up their calls. They don't reply to their DM's either. They ignore all their negative comments on facebook. Very frustrating. I had placed another order with Jazmin.pk on the 8th of july and I received it in 12 days WITHOUT expedited shipping!!!! These clothes were supposed to be worn on EID but oh well. Not anymore clearly.

Terrible. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS! The images displayed do not adequately explain the quality of the clothes. I purchased two items and they both arrived sheer, completed see- through! Although I would consider these items faulty they refused to refund me, only offering store credit for further terrible quality clothes. I think that the reason that they only offer store credit is because they know that you wouldn't want any other clothing from them, so they can then just keep your money in the end. There are a thousand and one other online merchants for similar styles, and I recommend trying them all before wasting your time and money with Billy J.

Ordered a dress for an event, which ended up being too BIG, I double checked the size guide before purchasing again to ensure it fits for an event which is tomorrow. Upon trying this dress on, it is too SMALL. This dress is so short i cannot wear this without my underwear showing (while standing still). I now have to pay an additional shipping fee to have this dress sent back which will now be $15 in return fees plus what i had paid for both to be shipped originally. I am definitely upset with my purchases and I I’ll be requesting a REFUND as I will not be buying from your store again. Expressed my disappointment and got a standard response saying I need to pay for this to be returned again. Not happy.

This company "BLUE OFFER 7" is a SCAM! After 4 months of waiting and disputing the charges with my credit card company because I never received my order, they FINALLY shipped my order. The items are sort of similar to the (very nice) photos they post, but they are NOT the same products! They make it SEEM like they shipped it by sending you USPS shipping number... but that number does not mean it was actually shipped! Now my CC company says that evidence was provided that the order shipped so they are not reversing the charges for me. I could push back harder on this, but it's not worth the $50+ I paid... and the BLUE OFFER people count on this, I'm sure. SHAME ON YOU, B.O., and shame on me for ordering from you.

Terrible returns policy. They make you pay all return costs to THE NETHERLANDS. It is not clear the company is based here from their website. Buying bras online, you are likely going to buy a few in different sizes to see how they fit. I am now in the position where I have to decide if returning this £28 bra is worth the hassle and cost. Very annoyed.

Attention for the EU: For already an overpriced coat that does not justify the quality or design whatsoever, you must pay delivery costs of around 40 EUR and sit tight, customs taxes, which are minimum 200 EUR! In short, you pay between 700- 900 EUR for a coat. If you think a simple faux fur coat is worth the hype, I simply don't. In addition, you are caught in a dead end, if for instance you decide to return the item, you have to pay again the customs and the delivery. Disgraceful.

Following on from the original review, I’ve still had no resolve from the Charlotte Simone faulty Jacket. I sent my contact number over and further emails, but still nothing? Shocking customer service! If I was trying to purchase something I bet I’d get an immediate response. Please be careful when purchasing anything just in case you have a genuine problem with an item. You shouldn’t need to keep chasing the company for a response!

Ordered a dress from here, 10 minutes after placing the order I got a call from someone at Coco Boo to tell me the dress I ordered was actually out of stock. They said they could give me a refund or they could send a more expensive dress similar to the one I ordered, without me paying more. I found this blouse so versatile as I can wear it in the day and I can wear it to go out in the evening. This is the third item of clothing I have purchased from Karmicwitch and all of the items have been of great quality and true to size. They all come beautifully packaged in a Karmicwitch tote bag and the delivery is fast. Lastly I have to say that it so satisfying purchasing ethically sourced clothes knowing that the person who makes these beautiful items is paid a decent wage and their working conditions are good.
