Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

Becky was an absolute rockstar! She was so warm and accommodating to each request I had. With me living in California and the time difference between us she still was very diligent and quick to respond to my emails. I love to be able to support small and local businesses (even if it’s in a different country!) and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. My son rented a flat through Romans. When he moved in the flat was filthy. The heating, shower, curtains and microwave were all broken and Romans didn't care. The electrics were in a disgusting state and hadn't been checked for years. The flat wasn't fit for human habitation. Complaints were completely ignored. When he left they kept a large amount of his deposit with no justification. They exist purely to exploit and rip off clients. Disgusting company.

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. I made two bookings with Skiddoo which I was very happy with except for two small issues. The first was a return trip to LA on Qantas at a very good price.....Wonderful but my only issue was that you had to pay quite a lot extra to choose a seat on each flight (4 in all). The second was a trip on Alaska airlines. It said no baggage but I will have a bag to check in and there was no option to pay for this during my booking.

After making a thousand phone calls and hundreds of emails I didn’t get a single reply after 2 days of trying so I could reschedule my flight! Every-time I called the answer was phone would tell me to send and email. The email response was to call the phone. Absolutely shocking experience at a really difficult time! I will never use this company again!

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.

I have done already 3 photoshoots with Dimas. It says a lot already. And I will do more any time i come to Thailand. He is absolute professional, plus you feel so relaxed in front of his camera. I trust him with all what he advice to do and how to look and move during the shoot, and it's happening in very natural way. I can recommend him for everyone you will be happy with result!!!

Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I purchased a Chi flat iron from this company. Just want to warn all consumers out there, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! The iron was malfunctioning, not only did it scorch my hair but it also blew an entire electrical socket in my home that I need an electrician to repair. I have been using the chi original flat iron for over 10 years and never had a problem. I purchased the same iron from beautydeals.net and it was a nightmare. Never again. Please beware when purchasing products from this seller. Not sure of the authenticity or the working condition.

horrible both times. I even gave them a second shot after the first let-down. I waited over one week just to find out that my order was not even going to come meanwhile they billed me. The woman on the phone told me the items were damaged and returned. You would think someone would notify you if something like this would happen. I never even received a confimation of shipment or tracking number. second time was the same. This site is horrible. When you call you will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I'd rather pay more just to not go through this.

The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful Brighton Beauty Supply.com has it. I can ONLY find it at Ulta and they rarely stock it. That's frustrating. I was able to get 10 from BBS.com at almost 1/2 the cost! When my order was "still pending" 3 days after I ordered, I email them to get an update. They responded immediately and said it would be out in 2 days. I got it on the day they told me I would. I will definitely order from Brighton Beauty Supply again. Now that I know it may take a week or so, I will simply order it before I run out!!! Good customer service, quantity I need at an excellent price! Thank you!

This product is amazing! I have always had long and thick eyelashes until I started getting eyelash extensions that really damaged my eyelashes. My lashes became tiny and would break easily. After using this serum twice every day for 4 weeks, the length of my lashes had improved tremendously and they were stronger. When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

I haven't had long hair for years, and this body wavy hair extension just rekindled my love of long hair. So far, so good. I washed it as soon as it arrived. I was surprised that there was no harsh smell, in fact, it has a very neutral smell and I love that. I purchased the relaxed texture hair, while it looks natural, it is constantly shedding throughout the day. It also does not hold curls well at all, it is best to purchase if you are going for straight styles. Not helpful when your hubby loves to see you switch it up...

I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine.. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. so I cancel my order altogether. Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.
