Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. I am waiting on delivery (scheduled to arrive today) of my first order. The fabrics are stunning and not all are extortionate, the cushions are very fairly priced.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

These guys worked so hard on a 2 day move, under bad circumstances. Initially the traffic locally was against them but they kept in touch. It’s so important to look after them with drinks and a good gratuity. 2 12 hour days. We were tired but can you imagine how they felt? I would recommend Andrews without reservation and thank them for their patience and efforts. Well done!

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind. Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner. Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day! All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Three weeks ago I went on my own to Malaga so I decided to use the help of Be Mate. It was fantastic choice! They looked after me from the moment I booked my apartment to the end of my stay. First Time Buyer with zero experience in property. The team at Jackson Grundy performed brilliantly in handling my first property purchase in Daventry. Ever-courteous and prompt in their communication, I always felt they knew their industry and could handle my case professionally. They organised a viewing quickly and made a good impression from the word go. Once I put an offer on the property they made no delays in getting started Communication was excellent; they provided regular updates and were always on hand to take my calls to offer advice. Whenever they were unable to take my call (which wasn't often) they were quick to respond and extremely helpful in talking to the vendor to ensure everyone was up to date and happy as the legalities were underway. Ricky spent a lot of his time handling my case, and at no point did I feel he was putting anything short of 100% effort into his job. My particular purchase was marred by my Solicitors at almost every step, however Ricky and Jackson Grundy as a whole were superb in making the situation more palatable for me as a first time buyer. The whole purchase process was new, daunting and very stressful but they never once let me down. My drop-in conversations were always a highlight to the ordeal and made a very unpleasant situation much more bearable given how welcome they made me. Good people, fantastic service and a professional team. Thank you.

The company director was outstanding and very friendly at the time of Offer negotiation, however from there on, the customer service was not outstanding from our position as a buyer. Communication at times was misleading and unclear. Not proactive. As a buyer we found speaking to the conveyancing team more accurate and informative. Initial viewing information was incorrect. The house sold itself, it wasn't sold by the agents representative who was more interested in their mobile phone during the viewing.

We rented a lovely flat through Loddon Properties and we were there for 3 years. All of staff we dealt with at Loddon were great, but especially Carla and Lyle. Lyle was who we initially dealt with when we rented the flat and he was a great help in getting everything set up. After that we dealt with Carla who was always a pleasure to deal with and was always professional, efficient and friendly. Carla does a fab job:) I would definitely recommend Loodon Properties if you are looking to rent from a professional, knowlegeable and friendly agents.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

Instead of renewing my policy for a further 12 months you managed to cancel it. This was discovered when I enquired as to why you hadn't taken the relevant payment from my account. You then had to open a new policy for me for which the new premium was £111 more expensive for the same cover. You agreed to reimburse me for the difference, which you said you completed on 15th Oct, but which has not reached my account. On enquiry I was told that this was due to an IT malfunction. The new policy commenced on 8th Oct and it is now 29th Oct; the premium I am now informed will be deducted on the 7th Nov, and the reimbursement of the additional premium will hopefully be effected before then.

My son rented a flat through Romans. When he moved in the flat was filthy. The heating, shower, curtains and microwave were all broken and Romans didn't care. The electrics were in a disgusting state and hadn't been checked for years. The flat wasn't fit for human habitation. Complaints were completely ignored. When he left they kept a large amount of his deposit with no justification. They exist purely to exploit and rip off clients. Disgusting company.

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Tried ordering over the phone like I was advised to do, but ended up having to order online because waiting for a reply concerning if the product was still available and if I was eligible for a military discount took well over two weeks........Since my project is on a rather tight timeline I ordered online. Two of the "j" channels were damaged upon arrival, at this point however I'll make due with the damaged product.

Jennifer responded quickly and professionally to me questions. My only problem with the website is it was difficult to figure out that you had corners for the panels. I would suggest some sort of linkage to related products. You could be losing sales opportunities. Aaron

Not sure why but I had to call many times to get things corrected the way I wanted. I never received a call back. I would email or leave a message and did not get a response in a timely manner. When I did contact the company everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The site is great. Shipping and packaging were amazing, BUT...Product samples do not look like they do on the website. Product texture looks like real wood, but colors are flat and look plastic and painted. Rather disappointed.

I ve been shopping online only for many years. This has been the worst experience ever. Don't know where to start. First the shipment took forever. Order the digital canvas bubble print. Once received. The print image was reversed. Buckles and bulging on both top and bottom of stretch. Quality of image was very poor (blurred) craftsman ship was even worst. Totally a different product then online. Been trying to speak with Florent, but he will not call. All I been getting is vague emails. This company is a scam and suggest consumer to go elsewhere to spend your money. Because you will not get what you pay for. Price is raised 30 - 40% more than others. Extremely poor return policies and shipping method. Company that does not back up their product. Just excuses justifications and lies. Then ignore you when you call. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL BE SORRY! don't let the customer service team fool you. The product is what counts. This company is DECEPTION in its best form. Please be aware and take all the negative reviews online seriously. You will waste your money and be extremely disappointed.

False respresentation of product. Ordered wall decals, purchased them for $72.00. they were stickers. They offer credit only they do not offer money back and charge $19,00 for a restocking fee. I am unable to post anything on their website regarding product. You can send them email only so consumers can't be warned.

our viewing of property ref. 0099 has been a total waste of time, money & plane tickets due to Gavins companys misrepresentation & lack of due dilligence with regard to this property. The plot was nowhere near 4.000m2 but rather 1/3 just over 1000m2. There are morgages of 76.000 which he never told us about & which the Seller expected us to take over. We are disappionted & regret involvment with his company. Michael

Mr. Derrick Orberg the manager of Westside Village in Windermere and Associa have wrongly breached privacy of tenants, encouraged owners to evict based on hearsay. Associa and Derrick won't rectify the situation but rather they ignore in hopes the problems will go away. Time for a lawsuit!

This company's follow-up is the worst I've ever experienced. They treat the customer like second class citizens. Customer service is a foreign concept and it starts at the top. I tried to discuss my issue with the president of the Mid-Atlantic regional office and it took 3 attempts to even get her to return my call. Frankly when she finally did connect she didn't seem very interested in helping. Use caution if you're looking for a management company for a homeowners association. Quick to take your money but slow in delivering service.

Andrews and co at Cheriton, Kent provided me and my wife with a first class service. Because of exceptional circumstances we needed to purchase our property fast. And fast was achieved. Stacey, Natalie and Ian were my point of contact throughout. They provided professional support, recommended a superb solicitor and also councilloring when my stress levels rose. Stress I would add that was self inflicted because it was about 34 years since I last bought a house and online, email and Internet were not in general use. The Cheriton three were always contactable by phone and gave me constant updates when I requested, reassured me when I was in doubt and smoothly acted as the intermediary between me and vendor. (This sounds a bit like they were guardian angels, but I digress) Anyway if the bad press about estate agents is to be believed then this team are exceptions to the rule. They are caring professionals and a credit to the Andrews and co.
