I have been a customer of QCCU for several years with home loans, savings accounts and other health insurance all now with QCCU. I have been able to deal with the same loan manager for several years and always have them come back to me with correct factual information, the loans managers always call back when they say they will and do what they say they will do. Because I have a home loan with them their fees are extremely low and their interest rates are only a few points different to the absolute bargain basement lenders whom have no service whatsoever. Every time they have issued a new card it has worked as promised, their web site is simple, secure and clear and intuitive to use. In every case where I have changed/altered account settings or automatic debits the change/transaction has been executed correctly and without delay. Now that Westpac ATMs can be used by QCCU customers for free this has filled in the last gap that QCCU had in comparison to the reach of other major banks and ATM operators. In the rare occasions that I do visit a branch, the staff are always able to answer questions in a clear and timely manner without unnecessary "upsell" or having to call someone in head office to check. I also like the idea that profits go back into the business and that my fees aren't converted into big fat bonuses for executives or dividends for shareholders. I have no hesitation at all in recommending QCCU banking even though there may be slightly better interest rates out there I am highly satisfied with this credit union as they put their customers first, comparision with other major banks is like chalk and cheese and I have used ANZ, Westpac and CBA in the past.

I have been a member a very long time using on line no problem till I moved to the city it was hard to get to a branch not used to traffic.No atms near ie 20 klm's plus their site crashed for a long time nobody would admit site crashing told to check your system get IT Technision etc I could get an site around the world but not 18 qccu sites only work sites. as a pensioner not able to drive far moved to city area 2 yes ago.So moved to a mid sized bank no problem now local branch 3 klms away small town use all ATMS everywhere except Bendigo bank and private ones.Branches everywhere even 4 different types of ATMS outside branch.Bigger daily withdrawals on card better interest

Today received a statement of my account which I was charged money for and apparently I have a membership number as well, which I thought I was rejected by them. Putrid slime-ball scum-buckets who do nothing all day and take pleasure in deliberately pushing people to the very last second of every single one of their obligations to their customer. Their own code of conduct contradicts itself by promising to do the very best they can and not confronting several banking issues which is in those written promises of other banks to their own customers. They will laugh in your face after telling you that your issue won't be dealt with because it is not their problem and constantly lie to you if they have made an error. I have experienced this several times with these evil, morale-less criminals.

I opened an account with this bank a few months ago because of their high interest rates on deposits. The account set up through the app was simple and easy and completed within a few minutes. I recently needed to transfer some money from 86400 back to my Westpac account and was very impressed when I had to increase my daily transfer limit. All it took was a simple phone call and while I was on the phone as an added security measure a code was sent to the app which I logged into to receive. The customer support staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me.

Instarem is rated D by the Better Business Bureau in the US. That rating is well deserved. I was sending money (only US$65 from to US to Hong Kong) to a friend for a charity fundraiser. Instarem called to verify the transaction a day later. I spoke with them and provided the requested information. They said the transaction was verified. Then they cancelled the transaction 3 days later without explanation--they literally gave no reason whatsoever. Just: "Sorry it's cancelled." Now 4 days later and I have to go find another transfer service. Instarem isn't reliable.

I bought GBP just before Christmas to transfer urgently to London . It took 2 days to sort through some issues and then I was told they would be in recipient's account the next day . they did not arrive and when I called on 28/12, 1 week later, I was told the funds would leave immediately i.e. up till then they had not been sent . I then phoned, twice emailed asking for an explanation I heard nothing - very poor service . Would not recommend company

I will never use Bpay ever again. I made a payment of $3024.46, but the payment didn't come through for three days, so I have had to pay it again through debit card because it was due to. Now after a month and a half I am still fighting to get my first payment back from Bpay, because they are holding my money back. I have reported this to AFCA but even that will take up to 120 days. This is disgusting and nothing but robbery! On their web page they are saying “PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SCAM AND FRAUD” They are the biggest fraud and scammer!

I was charged $14.80 for a declined $62 direct debit(bank error), spent ages trying to figure out who the company was and what the fee was as they hadn’t contacted me to let me know. The only way to find out about it seemed to be to put my credit card details into their website which I was not happy to do. It seems immoral to charge people that much for a failed direct debit - I think lots of the gym’s members would be Seniors/pensioners and students as it belongs to the local council, and this must impact them greatly. I’m now looking for ways to avoid having any of my money support them

I would like to give zero stars. Since my after-school care company started using this company I have been hit with a bunch of fees $14.80 a pop due to ridiculous dishonor debts. The attempted debits from my account were well over my normal fee but with no warning such as an email or something to say how much was to be debited and when. Seems they are making a lot of money this way. I much prefer paying my after-school care well in advance than having to pay these dodgy characters.

When I moved US shares into my ANZ (legacy etrade) account, it took several months. US brokers could not fathom what their problem was. Finally shares transferred to AU platform, but 1/3 of the securities have gone 'missing'. Do these guys get paid for this? As soon as this is sorted will move accounts. Any recommends?

Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

November 2019, i was travelling in Thailand and despite telling TMB of this, my card was blocked during my first transaction and trying to get help from this awful bank was so unbelievably frustrating and disappointing.. i kept running out of credit on my phone so i called my Aunt in Australia who called TMB for help and they refused to call my Thai number to help me (ING, my other bank,called me twice to help me). Disgusting service. Today, after emailing days ago to ask for help during this covid crisis and making repayments despite being unemployed, i have heard nothing and am still being charged interest although other banking institutions are helping their customers with a hold on this. Money suckers and an unhelpful institution. Cannot WAIT to work again so i can pay my credit card off and leave this awful bank.

I have been with TM Bank for about 40 years since they were a credit union. They obviously do not employ enough staff for their extended hours calls. Today I needed an urgent overseas transfer of money to London. I emailed the scanned request before 9am. They rang me back at a 4.30pm and asked me to ring them back. It took 1.35 hours to talk to someone who then refused to give the Overseas transfer people a message from me .. as of course by then they had all gone home. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM... unless you have a life to waste!

I am a medical doctor. I obtained my home loan via Investec (now known as BOQ specialists) who offered me the home loan with Adelaide Bank promising no maintenance fees and a free offset facility. I also received a discounted interest rate due to my profession. On paying off 2/3 of the loan things changed. The interest rate rose rapidly to make it worse than other banks advertised rates (not their discounted rates so what happened to my discounted rate lol). They failed to merge my 2 accounts into one and then instituted a $10 charge per account amounting to $240 per annum. To make matters worse, they want to charge approximately $1000 to discharge the loans despite their arbitrary changes to the contracted terms. They alleged feedback and desire to change archaic account systems but introduced fees when others were making banking fee free. Avoid them at all cost. Would love to give them no stars but it won't let me.

I am using this application for several months and I must say that this is one of the BEST, FASTEST and SUITABLE applications to transfer funds between your different accounts especially if you are living on two different countries and you need sometimes fast and reliable transfer your money from your salary account to your home account which is in different currency. I have used several money transfer systems before and all they have limitations in time of operation, or work with limited number of banks or have very strict limits of transactions or higher commissions. That application really happy mean for all above. 1. It works with almost all master card banks i have used to transfer money. 2. It is really fast which means that money will be at your account within really minutes sometimes. 3. You see the commission for your operation at once and it will never change surprisingly. 4. You get reliable transfer rate, not the best but one of which suits me and I can count on the money I see in conversion section. To summarize, I'm pleased with this application and will recommend for my friends to use.

I have been using GCEN to transfer money from the UK to Spain since 2009. For a couple of years, the transfer was very slow and would sometimes take up to 12 days. Since then, the service has improved considerably and the transfer now takes about 2-3 days. The exchange rate is very good compared to other currency exchange companies and the rate increases between GBP1-5k. Once your account is open, the process is very simple and takes a few minutes online.There is a limit on how much can be purchased online because of money laundering regulations. I would definitely recommend them.

At the start I was impressed by what they offered ... Ie free ATM , 2% cashback on purchase using paywave , $100 referral bonuses and 50c bonus if u cash out $200 or more As time goes on they take the perks from us. There is no longer 2% cash back and the 50c bonus. In addition to that they made it a lot harder to get the higher interest and free ATM.. u now have to make 5 card purchases a month... You know what I'll just go to CBA .. I can go to any of the big 4 ATM for free...

I have used Key Currency this week for the first time, and am very pleased with the level of service I have received. I was given the initial recommendation by Vicky Vich, who set up the introduction, and was then assigned a point of contact, Andy Dyer. Andy has been extremely helpful and patient, ensuring I understand the process, providing the best exchange rates, and communicating both by email and mobile, to keep me up to date with the progress of the transaction. The process was simple and cost effective, for paying a UK invoice from a Spanish Euros bank account, compared to using online banking, which can be costly. I would recommend Key Currency to businesses who deal with international suppliers and clients on a regular basis, to private individuals, either making a one-off transaction of for regular transfers. My experience after more than 5 years as a KNAB customer: I have a company doing import & trade of goods (B2B). KNAB seemed a good and inexpensive banking option at the time I started my company. Over the years I ran into some business obstructing limitations like their inability to process a Letter of Credit and work with online payments (modern form of the previous "wired money transfer") of non-Euro currencies. Lately their KNAB app stopped working correctly on my Huawei Android phone after an update through Google Play store. I couldn't log on and approve payments without using the reader device, which worked fine before using the KNAB app. I reinstalled the app but it still crashed right after logging onto it with my app-PIN. I reported the problem through their online chat on my laptop. They registered the problem and hoped it would be fixed with a new release of the app. So did I and I waited for more than one month for this new version of their app and this morning it was finally available in the Google Play store. I installed it but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I deleted the app (again!!) and reinstalled it. Couldn't get it to work because the option to register the newly installed app with my ID-card/passport didn't work. Got a link from their online chat that allowed me to make the link between the app on my phone and my account. That link was not shown in the app! Luckily that seemed to work but now the option to log on to my account on my laptop using the KNAP app instead of the reader still doesn't work, letting the app crash again at this point. I tried several times but each time the app crashes at the same point after I typed my app-PIN. I fully agree with the previous reviews that the KNAB app is very unstable and buggy. It is not what you expect from a banking app and what you want to spend your time on if you have a business. Their customer service again and again suggested that I should reinstall the app and re-establish the link between my device and my account even if it made no sense to try the same thing again and again. They seem to forget that it is not my job to professionally test their software/app and constantly gave me the impression that I am the one who does something wrong....having an IT background so I understand how the mechanism should work! They even suggested that I should get a Samsung Android phone instead of my Huawei Android phone because they claim that their app works well on Samsung Android!! I wondered whether they had lost their mind! I decided to write this review with my experience because if I could make the choice again knowing what I know now, I would not choose the slightly cheaper option of KNAB banking but would rather have a bank that provides a significantly more robust banking app to business owners. I feel stuck now at this bank having made company paper with this banking information on it and having this account number communicated to all my customers. If this problem is not resolved shortly I will take that loss to never come back to this bank that treats their customers like app-testing fools. The image they broadcast in their TV commercial is that of a modern, trendy bank for small to medium sized businesses but instead of spending money on such flashy commercials, they should rather invest the money into getting their app stable from one version to another without needing their customers to jump through all sorts of hoops to get the basics working! Response to KNAB-reply: Please read the last paragraph of your reply again and seriously reconsider what you are writing there! To expect that I have multiple (up-to-date) smartphones at my disposal doesn't make sense to me and I seriously hope you are not suggesting for me to purchase another capable smartphone to let your app work properly! That would sound ridiculous to me! Wasn't the purpose of your app for me to have "my bank in my pocket"? I sincerely hope that your app-development team can get the app stable.....also for the Huawei Android platform.

I make sure to stay in excellent standing with my payment in order to maintain my card with them. I plan on continuing to use Merrick Bank because of the fact that they increase your credit limit accordingly per the way that the account is paid on a monthly basis.

Hello, On 18.03.2019 i have received a message from MisterTango about started investigation on my account. I asked how long will it take and answer was: "It can take up to 90 days". When 90 days have passed, on 19.06.19 i wrote a message regarding my account. Their support told me that they haven't received any information from the responsible department. Last time i heard from them was a 2nd of July, they told me that there were still no information. It is 24.08.19 already. More then 5 months i can't access my account. I wright here to ask you when will i be able to access my account or at least withdraw my money? And what kind of investigation can take up more then 5 month? I hope to receive a proper answer and not one more message about responsible department. Thank you

I have been sending money to Zimbabwe from South Africa for quite a while now. I have never had issues with the exchange rate but now Mukuru has not changed their exchange rate in 2 weeks. Effectively they are charging 15% with the other 5% charged through the exchange rate. What do they mean when they say 10% guaranteed when there is another 5% on the exchange rate? Currently the official rate is R12.45 against the US$ but they are charging R13.66. Is this the guarantee they promise?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I thought PayPal were a law unto themselves when it came to extremely poor customer service but these guys now take the award for that. Truly awful. To explain... like others I experienced my account being suspended randomly (I didn't get told as their terms state they will do, instead I had to find out trying to buy food when my card was declined). My ability to log into my account was stopped - which means no seeing my balance or any transaction history. A number of days later they inform me (after I chased them) they are closing the account instantly. Nope I wouldn't be given the balance left in my account, in stead this would be returned to the most recent senders 'in 6-10 weeks, possibly longer'. I've requested who and how much this is but they won't provide this info!! This has left me scrounging around friends and family trying to find thousands of pounds to cover my rent that they have kept hold of. As for trying to discuss any of this with their customer service.... nah! They refuse to discuss this over the phone, and IF your emails get replied to then all you can expect is copy and pasted answers which will not answer your questions. Financial Ombudsman is currently fighting my corner and compensation will be sought. I suggest anyone else who has had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this business to do the same. TO ADD - Just to further add, despite them saying that any attempted payments into this now closed account would be immediately declined and returned to the sender, this has NOT been the case. They have kept hold of an attempted payment made 15 days ago (a week after they closed the account) and WILL NOT answer any attempts to have them track and decline/return the payment. The sender (also a bank) has provided the tracking details for them to do this but they are simply ignoring all attempts to do this. They have now been reported to Action Fraud @ Greater Manchester Police.

Avoid like the plague. After a request for additional proof of identity I was blithely informed, before I could provide it, that they'd 'decided' to close my account and that the balance would be returned to the accounts it came from. This will, apparently, take between SIX AND TEN WEEKS, possibly longer. Their so-called customer "service" department won't discuss the issue and any emails are simply cut-and-paste non-answers. Reading other online reviews, it seems Arro make quite a habit of this - and that's IF they return the money at all. I wouldn't want to say anything libelous, but it brings to mind a word beginning with F that rhymes with 'broad'.

The assistant manager at the westborough location was extremely helpful. He asked me many questions to get to understand me first before advising me on the options that best fit me and my family's needs. I have never experienced anything like that from a financial institution in a very long time. Hence, I have not had a checking account for many years because I couldn't find one that was the right for me. I sent over just $300 to Peru with CurrencyFair and have been charged about $75 in commission, or about 25%. Although CurrencyFair only took about $4, various banks in the system took the rest. I brought this up with CurrencyFair that as a peer-to-peer lender, the idea is to avoid the worst parts of the banking system and not end up paying substantially more than I would had I sent the money with my own bank (I was quoted 18 GBP with my bank). : Their reply was that there may be extra charges in the system "Any transfers which are sent in a non-local currency need to pass through an intermediary bank in order to be completed." Well, if I thought it was going to be charged $75, I wouldn't have used CurrencyFair to send dollars to Peru. They really need to give more information so that consumers have a better picture of charges. Palming it off on third-party banks just doesn't cut it. Either give a full picture of expected charges, or don't offer the service. I've sent euros with them to my account in Spain from the UK and never had a problem, although if you don't use the reference number you can expect to be wait weeks for the problem to be resolved

Currency Fair is the one I use to transfer my UK pension to my French bank account. I always get a good rate, it's quick and very convenient. My only criticism, and I am of a certain age, is that like all websites it is "difficult" to navigate, but I'm sure a 10 year old would manage.

I attempted a transfer of $2300.00 from my Chase checking to my HSBC checking on 6/25. HSBC unilaterally closed my account (in good standing) after 20 years of being a customer because I refused to provide detailed personal financial information. No problem. I didnt like the bank anyway. However the $2300.00 that I attempted to transfer did not go into my account (because they had closed it) nor did the money get sent back to my Chase account. Today is 8/20. They tell me its not their problem. Chase concluded their investigation with proof that it was not their fault. HSBC has been dragging their feet for 2 months. I have wasted countless hours on the phone and in the branches to no avail. NEVER BANK WITH HSBC UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR MONEY IN JEOPARDY.

Recommend for IN PERSON services only. For that stuff, they are amazing. The fine details and other things, just an average to poor, infuriating bank. It is sad that even the credit unions are becoming detached and impersonal, these days. I love my home branch though, but do hate the 800 number, they can be very attitudinal and I lose my cool at times. It can be stressful and counterproductive. They have good credit cards and have been great on helping me repair my credit after a Ch 7 bankruptcy. Their app is excellent and you can do almost every banking function from it. Difficult to resolve unusual issues with tech support.

I requested that my bank step in to get my money back when I realized Waistshaperz was not fulfilling their agreement to have my items in at the time I paid them to deliver it... I contacted Navy federal in early April to try and resolve the situation. I contacted them on 3-4 different occasions and had only received a message saying they're basically looking into it... from early April to literally TODAY... I receive a letter stating, we've resolved the issue now that the company sent your items 2 MONTHS after I ordered them... They literally sat on the issue giving the company all the time they needed instead of stepping in like they were supposed to. Horrendous customer service!!

We've had at least one Citi-backed credit card for decades. We;re giving up on Citi and moving to Amex. Issues: 1. The customer service line is poor. It is automated with not-quite-working voice recognition. It is infuriating. 2. Their choice of security questions for online accounts does not work for joint accounts (Heaven forfend that their customers might actually be married.) If they allowed more than one online account (one for each person, say), this would be workable, but they don't. And, the extra security questions get asked in the situation of a session timeout, so having the login and password are not enough. 3. Their fraud detection, although laudable in intent, seems mainly to detect that we're actually using the card and then gets in the way, forcing us to deal with their customer service line. Part of the problem seems to be that we don't use the card often (geez, I wonder why). 4, There used to be an app that let you generate virtual card numbers. These are very handy for things like trial offers and such that you don't want to renew or have a hassle to cancel. They apparently broke it in an apparent attempt to make it more secure. I can no longer use it. Wasted more than hour, much of it on the phone with their their service line before completely giving up.

As a financial professional, I am frequently asked by my client to recommend financial institutions for their needs. In the past, I have been very supportive of Bank of the West (BOW), but no longer. I contacted BOW concerning one of my clients who was looking for a local bank with whom to do business. This client is a multi-million dollar corporation headed up by a 34-year-old female president. She was looking for a local bank that could offer them a line of credit as well as the other banking services they required. Bank of the West (know known as WestStar) advertises themselves as particularly interested in helping local businesses and they had assisted a variety of my clients in the past. Unfortunately, it seems they are only interested in doing business with men at the helm. My client was turned down because "the Equity doesn't add up" which, in my experience as a financial professional of more than 30 years and multiple Master's degrees in the field, is simply not possible. One cannot have equity that 'doesn't add up' since the equity is, by definition, the result of all the activity of the business. Therefore, one need only look at the activity to determine any changes in equity. It is obvious to these seasoned financial eyes that the 'reason' was fabricated because it makes no sense and, in this world of computerized accounting, is, frankly, impossible. Worse, when I attempted to speak to the reviewer who was the head of the loan department and a Board Member, he was borderline abusive about my client - implying fraud but not outright making the accusation - and personally insulting to me which was highly unprofessional. I have a variety of clients who were approved for larger loans with much less income/profit and who provided less-accurate financial information on their businesses to the bank. I know this because I saw everything they submitted when they brought it in for my review after the fact. This business provided much more information that was more accurate and professional because I prepared it for her to take to the bank. Her annual growth has been astonishing, her income exceeds that of every other business I sent to BOW but one and her profit margin is higher than most. Her income and assets to debt ratio are both better than the majority of the businesses that were approved and, in fact, her debt base is lower than all of them. These are the very things looked at by financial institutions in the loan approval process. So, since every one of the factors used to evaluate loans was better, why was she not approved like all the other businesses? What is the difference? Since they refuse to provide a valid financial reason for the rejection, I have no choice but to assume that the real problem was that the management/ownership of the business was not to their liking. Unfortunately, the only difference between the management of the approved companies and this one is that the other businesses have men at the helm. Which then begs the question of gender bias and prejudice. Obviously, I cannot say for certain this is the case, but the circumstances certainly lead this educated and experienced professional to believe that it could be. Either way, i shall not be recommending this financial institution to any of my future clients. I require an institution that is trustworthy, consistent and that isn't going to dissemble when asked a valid question. Regardless of their real reasons for refusal of my client's loan, at the very least, Bank of the West is none of these.

After suffering through the subhuman experience of banking with big guys like Wells and BofA I am very appreciative of the consistently high level output by a relatively small institution. I moved back east ten years ago but their online banking is so good that I saw no reason to close my account even though the closest location to me is 2000 miles away. Highly recommended.

At first glance the Mango PrePaid Debit Card looked to be a great card to have. Almost zero fees and they are the only card that is eligible to receive money from your PainPal account. Actually, the fact that they are even tied in somehow with PainPal should have raised red flags, bu xt it didn't occur to me at first. First off, I don't even know how the Mangomoney card even has anyone using it at all. I went to their online sign-up website to register for an account as I have done with many other prepaid debit cards. The information they requested was about as simple and basic as it could be. All they wanted was my name, birth date, and social, and address of course. I entered the info and immediately I got a message saying there was an error. They said their system was not able to verify my information at this time. What?? They couldn't even verify my name, address, or social?? I sent an email and advised the company of the situation and asked how to work around it. Then I called the number they provided. The rep I got told me that sometimes their system makes a mistake and said I needed to try entering my info again in 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and tried again and I still got the same error message. Then an email response came in and it told me that I needed to try a different browser. So I tried again using a different browser on my PC. Same error message again. Now, let me make it clear that I am 58 yo, born and raised in California, been here all my life. Same name and social always. I've had drivers license, bank accounts, many other prepaid debit cards, all the usual, normal types of services that require a valid ID and verification. Any time I apply for anything it sails right through without a hitch. Never a problem of any type until......the Mango money card. So I did everything they told me. Although it was a little strange that I inquired three times and each time received a different resolution to my problem, none of which worked anyway. After the third attempt I began to realize that this was ridiculous. The error message kept telling me that their system was unable to identify some part of my information. What part could that possibly be?? My name, birth date, and social. What could be so hard about identifying any of those three most basic forms of ID?? I called customer service again. I told the woman, sounded like Philippines, what I had been experiencing. I wanted to know what part of my info were they having a problem with so maybe I could help with some additional info to correct the situation. She said they cannot give out that information. I asked so what can we do to rectify this situation. She said some part of my info was not able to be identified, even though that was obvious by now. I said, I realize that...so what do we do to work around that problem? Again she said, Our system is having a problem identifying a part of your ID. I asked her several different ways how we could make this work and every single time she said the exact same thing as if she hadn't heard a word I said. I told her that when their was an ID problem with any other institution they always asked me personal questions pertaining to my public info on the net. She said Well, our system apparently can't locate any public info on you to verify your information. I said, So you're telling me that your system is flawed in some way because it can't perform the simple functions that every other company has no problem with. Her answer? I'm not allowed to give out that information. In other words, I can't tell you that our system has problems. After 20 minutes of going around and around with her robotic answers I asked to speak to someone else. She immediately got very defensive and tried to convince me over and over that no one else could change the outcome of my refusal. If their system denied me then that was the last word according to her. I said OK fine, but I still want to speak with someone else. She put me on hold for a very long time. Then she came back and said Sir? As if she wasn't expecting me to be there. I said Yees...right here. Oh...I'll transfer you right away. Thought she already did that?? Another even longer wait.....hello? Yes, I'm still here and not leaving. Oh...yes sir...I'll transfer you right away. AGAIN?? How many times can someone be transferred right away"??? It was very obvious at that point she had been stalling me and hoping I'd give up and leave so she wouldn't have to deal with it anymore. After it became apparent I meant business and wasn't being driven away she finally switched me to a "supervisor". From the sound of her voice the only thing she was eligible to supervise was the middle school softball team. I explained the situation and told her it was extremely frustrating and aggravating that my info was being rejected when I'd never had any problem like this before and there was obviously no real reason for it. Immediately she started in with all the same "remedies"...wait 24 hours....did that.... use different browser.... did that....since that wasn't blowing me off she casually said OK sir, then you need to wait one month and try again. One month??? I said How will that change anything? She said, That will give our system time to regenerate so it can process your information fresh again. I wasn't falling for that load of crap. I said, Uh..I don't see how it could possibly take a lightning fast computer a whole month to "refresh" itself. She could see I wasn't going for her lame ass story, so she began trying to steer me away to other prepaid debit cards. I told her I knew all about all the other cards and that's why I wanted to try this one. She kept on telling me all the benefits of the American Express debit card. I said I know about it already, but too few merchants accept it. I kept asking her how we could get around this seemingly minor problem of simply verifying in another way whichever part of my ID was having a problem. Same robotic reply as the rep....we're not allowed to give out that information. I said, So how can I possibly know which part of my ID is supposedly having a problem and try to correct it so my info will be accepted? She had no logical answers for anything and knew I wasn't gonna let up. So she suddenly hits me with what she figured would just squash any further questions. After everything she'd already told me she suddenly says Actually there's nothing we can do for six months anyway. I said, Six Months?? Why is that? And she lays out the biggest load of pure bull$#*! I'd heard yet.....She says, Because "actually"(again) it takes six months for the computer to "clear itself" of all the applications you've submitted.....so there's nothing that can be done for six months. First it's another browser, then it's 24 hours, then it's one month, and now the "actual truth" Six Months. I was so dumbfounded that she could seriously say something so incredibly stupid and ridiculous that I barely realized she'd said so Have a Nice Day and hung up. The thing that really concerns me now is that Mangled Money has my social floating around in its flaky ass system just waiting to be accessed by one or more of the highly trained employees who actually draw a paycheck there. If I'd gotten the run around from just one inept rep my complaint wouldn't hold much water. But remember.... I talked extensively to two customer reps and a "supervisor". Now I figure it as a blessing that their system is so flawed it denies perfectly eligible applicants. After knowing what the staff is like and how they operate, there's no way in hell I want them managing my money.

The Mango Money Card appears to be a good deal and so I tried hard to sign up for one. In the end I was successful however the process was insane. Their site is more poorly designed than the original healthcare.gov. First the site kept saying that "This action cannot be performed outside of the United States." Prior to the oil boom I can understand some people being unsure about whether or not North Dakota is an actual state and apparently there is in fact some bizarre legal grey area in this regard but the rep I spoke with said that in fact Mango considers ND a state and I should just try another browser because I CANNOT REGISTER FOR A CARD BY PHONE...really?! So I tried four different browsers to no avail and called back. Then they said I should try another internet service. I tried BEK (fiberoptic) and then CSI cable with same result. Finally I registered by turning off the WiFi connection on my phone and using my phone's browser. The very simple form however took about half an hour to fill out because their site has a forced mobile zoom function, instead of selecting a text box it zooms in. After clicking 100s of times I learned that the trick to filling out the form is to click slightly below the box and if the fourth form field won't work no matter what you try, reload the page because otherwise it never will. Another mind boggling issue is that the form fields are bizarrely strict. To enter your birthday you must enter 1/1/1900 not 01011900 or 01/01/1900 or 01-01-1990 or 01 01 1990 or 1 1 1990. Also if you put a space at the end of any field it is considered invalid. It took me reloading the page six times to successfully get through filling out the form from beginning to end. Why did I bother? I guess I wanted to know if it was possible to sign up. It is. Hopefully the card is worth it but I can't imagine the next best card offer has a website this infuriating.

So I looked up online for pre paid cards and Green Dot came up as a well recommended card for use. Well I purchased two cards on the 26th of Dec,$500.00 on each card. The first one went as planned was able to set up my acct and use. Two days later on the 29th I decided to activate the other card, well here we go so after trying multiple times to activate card it said that I had to enter valid card info. After driving back to the Hartford Ct Walmart and dealing with the attitude of Victoria the manager in charge who should play NBA basketball cause her spin around juke move is definitely NBA status. Then since no one at the money center (where I purchased the card) could be of any help. I then had to go online to trace down a live agent at green dot, who then after going back and forth told me that there was a problem with my card number (wow you mean the same thing ive been saying for two days). Then to make it all better they informed me that it would take them 2 weeks to issue me a refund check, no way to just fix it in the system I'm just screwed SMH. So thank you Walmart and green dot for tying up a working guys money on new years eve.I also just wanted to suggest that you get some live people on the phones and less rude people at Walmart. I guess when all you do is turn up your nose at the customers that pay your paycheck you just get used to doing it to everyone that walks through the door.

I've been trying to load someone else Money Card online & this person got it 05/27/2020. But when I put the 16 Digits from the card online they say the card # is an invalid period. & Why in the world, when most people are on a restricted income & Walmart, does to individuals do & even I shop w/them myself & online but after this, they lost my business 4 real. & this amount isn't $10.00 it's more & you don't even return the Money & who does that . Hey Walmart you lost my whole account I will take my business else where starting now. Thanks for nothing w/ your fake ass Money Cards & you have the nerve have loadedable. I have PayPal, Discount Tire, and Lowe's credit cards that are actually issued and maintained by Synchrony. Everything is fine until you have a problem. When someone stole my credit card number, they locked me out of my account. Later they sent me a "your statement is available" email with a link to my locked account. The due date came and went while I waited for a replacement card and access to my statement. A woman in their call center with a big attitude could not understand why I might not want to pay a credit card bill that I had never seen. Calling Synchrony for help is about as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist, although to be fair, that's somewhat insulting to dentists.

i am in Kuwait for more than 23 years and thought of trying LULU exc.. but i have never seen such a no professional and deplorable service . no working contact telephones, e mails are bouncing back and no platform to lodge customers complaints... my transfers are still pending to credit after 4 working days... Dear sir, I've been ur valuable customer since a very long time. But yesterday when I went to draw some cash from lulu exchange (western union) at the branch hor al anz, Dubai, UAE, they made me wait for 40mins atleast & wer sending me from one counter to other saying go to the next counter. When I was getting upset about the whole thing, they have directly told me that the MTCN number that I've provided was wrong. They just wanted to send me out without checking on the system. When I went to the first counter, there was a lady. She couldn't do the work properly as she is a new join girl to the office I guess. She told me that she was not able to do it & asked me to visit next counter. I then waited 30mins for next counter & when my turn came, the guy tells me that the number is wrong without even checking. I got really upset & said how can u blindly say whiteout checking? Then he said no sir the lady checked first & it says that the MTCN number is wrong. I refused to move from the counter & asked to check one more time. Then he said fine go stand in another counter. I said no I've been waiting for almost 40 mins now. I won't wait anymore. Then I went to other counter & the third guy tells me I can't get the money until I show my passport. I was really upset with the whole thing & I had taken money from Lulu before also n they have my information feeded. Am sure they did it wantedly. This is horrible sir. Horrible experience. Am sorry to say but I will never ever go to the lulu exchange ever again.

STAY AWAY!!! Stay away from moneybookers.com !!! This web site state that they are the same like paypal.com and some other financial services on the Internet but they are in fact a big time scam!!! They say that they are legitimate and all but once you have your money sent over thats it. They do not gurantee you that they are responsible for it at all. So lets say you want to spend it, oooooooops sorry you can not! You have a limit of $50 within every 90 days. And lets say you want to have it back, oooooooops sorry can't have the money back. So your money will be sitting there on there website. And if you read carefully it will state that the figures there are not the real money but that it represents the curency which you deposited to their account. So in other words its nothing more then some numbers on the website. Plus on top of everything they charge ridiculous ammount for sending the money over... When you try talking to their customer service you will not get anywhere as they will repond 5 days later with we are sorry for deleyed response, but we can not do anything for you at the moment! What a crap service!!! USE PAYPAL.COM much better service.

Several years ago I purchased a bag online in Germany. The only way to pay was through Moneybookers Ltd. We ended up sending the bag back and requested our money back, one would expect that to work automatically. I called Moneybookers several times. The last time they requested a copy of my passport !, can you imagine Amazon doing that? Needless to say Moneybookers still has my money.
