I ordered two items, both were delayed by weeks. One was so late that I missed my opportunity with the plumber to have it fitted. If I hadn't called the company about it, months later they would have just kept the money. I can honestly say I was really reasonable about all of this but they were sooooo rude on the phone I feel I have to leave this review.

I did initially have a problem with my tap I purchases but I have to say Sam got it sorted and has sent me new inserts and I am very impressed with their service dealing with the problWk We have so FairPlay to them I am very happy with their service and would recommend you use them as their service is second to none !!

Never worked with such a bad company!!! First, our mirrors were not delivered in time, we had a big opening from our beautyinstitute and had no mirrors!!! The company told us, that they have lost our mirrors... thanks for nothing. After 8 weeks of waiting the mirrors came and they had the wrong size?!? We will never ever again order something...we really have huge problems now just because of ordering from this company. Very sad...

Never use this company, unless you like to gamble with your sanity... Short story - no information given about whether your order is actually in stock even after you have placed an order, let alone before. Therefore "Next day delivery" boast purely random feature of the experience. Phone line almost impossible at times to get through on. Delivery of entirely wrong parts, not just one, but all of them. Lying about ability to satisfactorily correct this. Finally Petty and desperate attempts to get out of paying for the £3.90 return postage of incorrect goods. Intrigued? Here's the long story.... Initially chose to order from them because website boasts "UK Next Day delivery if ordered before 1pm". Placed order. Received cursory email to say order had been received. Decided to call and check everything was ok as nothing further had arrived by midday. Phone line was impossible to get through on. After numerous attempts connected to someone who informed me that one part on my order would take up to a week to get in stock! No indication given in the website order process or email received to indicate this. Needless to say needing items for the next day I cancelled that part as I was told the others could be sent through in time for next day. Next day arrives and I wait in all day. No delivery. It turns up the following morning instead and on opening the parcel I find that not one but both remaining parts of the order are wrong! Manage to get through to customer service who tells me he can get the correct parts to me today, he will call back to confirm in half an hour. No call back. I manage to get through again only to be informed that it will only be possible to get them in the post today, not to me. Annoyed as (add expletive to taste...) I cancel and have to run round London to find the parts myself. Next day ask for returns procedure info/ reference and am told I can "use any delivery method I want" with some obscure words about the delivery cost. I make a point to clarify that I will receive my return postage costs refunded and get further obfuscation. Looking at their website notice small print that says they will "arrange suitable collection" of any goods sent by mistake. I point this out to them. They reluctantly tell me it involves sending a label and me dropping it off for pick-up at "corner shop". This seems more hassle than just sticking it in the post so after receiving further assurance that "Yes, once returned we'd refund the entirety of the order, postage and product in full" I just stick it in the 2nd class post instead. On informing them of this I am told that what they meant was outbound postage only, not my costs...!! Pointed out they were lying again, to no effect. I guess this is part of their customer services policy, to lie to their customers. At this point I actually became amused at how shambolic, inept and pathetically venal the whole transaction had become and decided to cut my losses on the worst transaction I have ever had with any entity that purports to be able to sell me a good or service. WORST EVER guys. By a long clear margin. Congratulations. I trust your business will survive long enough to learn and grow. But... then... I doubt it.

After placing order received email stating item was in stock and had been dispatched, and small item was posted by Royal Mail first class and was supposed to take 1-5 days. After 4 days nothing happened so emailed. Reply said we are expected stock any day now! Also money for the item was debited. Not remotely impressed.

I was delivered the wrong bath ! After informing the Exeter Branch, i was informed they would contact the supplier for a replacement, and ring me back. 3 times i was told this each time i rang. The person told me it was on his to do list. Meanwhile i had bathroom fitters waiting for a bath. After i blew my stack on the phone in frustration. I was told the supplier had none in stack, and i was offered a refund which i accepted. this took 2 days and a number of calls. This left me extremely frustrated and angry and without a bath !!

Going into administration and taking my money is unlikely to encourage a positive review! Am £400 out of pocket and nothing except a note from the administrator to show for it. I hope the directors who fleeced the company spend some serious time at Her Majesty’s pleasure!!!

I was Let down by another online Bathroom company so decided to try Bella Bathrooms, they had exactly what i needed and all in stock local to me in Durham, i had the option to collect or receive delivery at a good price of £20 so opted for a pallet delivery, i received an email stating that the goods would be delivered within 48hrs, no date was given so called the Bella team and they rang the courier to see when they had the delivery scheduled. The delivery was timely and all in good order, very pleased with my purchase and would certainly order again.

I purchased some new toilets and concealed cisterns on advice from an operator and had them delivered. I had them installed and the cistern water is too small for the pan as the pan is requires additional water. The mechanisms in the cistern are very poorly made and I am trying to get to speak to someone about this. I am getting emails from lots of different people with no solution in sight. Most frustrating. Poor customer service and annoyed. We are experienced renovators and this is the first time we have come across this.

Ordered from them on Tuesday, paid £6 for the 'named delivery' service. The earliest day to pick was Friday - which was the last day before the installation. I called them on Wednesday morning to ask them to make sure the item arrives before Friday (I was happy for the earlier delivery) to which they told me not to worry. Nothing happened on Thursday with my order, so I called them again to find out what was happening, was told it was dispatch and promised a tracking code which was never sent. I called again to be told it was NOT dispatched - thanks! They eventually sent it with Hermes at 6pm on Thursday - the worst courier anyone could have picked (obviously pocketing the difference between the £6 and whatever Hermes charged them). No surprise it failed to arrive on Friday - spoken to a number of people there including a senior manager - was told I was rightly ignored on Wednesday with my request to expedite sending because it was "the process" and the best they can do is a refund of £6. They refused to send the parcel with a more reliable service to ensure it arrives on Saturday or do anything else - oh well, I vote with my feet.

Have not received them... not sure why they’re asking me to review what hasn’t arrived yet but here it is! Ok UPDATE! The package arrived today - one day late. But oh was it worth it!! These are GORGEOUS towels and I cannot wait to hit the beach with them. Also they’re a great size for under my yoga mat for outdoors yoga classes! LOVE that zipper pocket. The zipper is far enough up that it won’t be annoying when you lay on it! Exceptional quality and the presentation is gift worthy!

Just had a bathroom and en-suite totally transformed by Quality Bathrooms. The advice and help Jamie gave was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and creative and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. Tony and John, the fitters where great too. They are very friendly and chatty and involved us in all the simple and small decisions that have had the over all rooms look amazing. The whole experience has been fantastic and cannot recommend Quality bathrooms highly enough. 5 Stars isn't enough

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Ordered two products online. Advised one of them wasn’t available within the time I needed it, so asked cancel the entire order (as their delivery charge for orders under £500 is astronomical). This all happened within 24 hours and obviously no product was delivered to me at all. Sent 5 emails and also completed their website form advising of my wish to cancel and requesting a full refund - they haven’t even acknowledged any of my requests. I’ve also called them twice - hanging on for a very long time - but their phones just ring endlessly then cut you off. I have had to involve my bank now to recover the monies. Seriously, find another firm to buy your products from and do not use these people.

Utterly disappointed with customer aftercare. I ordered taps just as the UK went into lockdown so couldn’t get a plumber until after this was over. The taps weren’t even out of the box for this time. Unfortunately the taps were not the right size so I wanted to exchange them, I was finally told as it was outside the returns period they wouldn’t accept this and I was stuck with them even though they hadn't been even opened and I wanted an exchange. Customer services take ages to get back to you and when they do they are very unfriendly. Working flat out during the Covid crisis in the NHS I wasn’t able to do anything with the taps myself and plumbers wouldn’t come out, still no understanding from these guys, flabbergasted at the lack of ‘customer support‘. Don’t get anything from them, they won’t accept returns!!!!

After my first one exploded (o-ring failed and then cover flow off), shooting water all over my bathroom and drowning my mobile phone on the other side of the room. They told me they could not supply a replacement O-ring but then a couple of weeks later, I was sent a replacement cover and o-ring. Shortly after that, the mode button failed in between two settings. I am left with a weak stream from a combination of 2 sets of the outlets. Very disappointing experience.

So, I'm not going to say this company is rubbish nor the best going. What they offer is cheaper than usual cladding - which I am happy to pay. Now, the company itself isn't really a problem, can contact them via chat on the website or by email (check your spam, it might end up on there) and they kept in contact with me throughout the process; I think the problem lies with the delivery company they use - XDP. Obviously, this company is probably a lot more cheaper for the company to use, but XDP are terrible. Some items I received were broken, like the trims, very easily snapped , and they did ; but I managed with what I had. I think XDP just throw everything around and don't really care about the items they are delivering. I also ordered 25 pieces of cladding at one point, and only 5 pieces showed up. My partner took the delivery, so went unnoticed. I said 'wheres the rest?' the tracking said all items delivered. So got in contact with the company to find out. We left it a few days and XDP finally delivered the rest of the items. They seem to do as they please. With all that behind us, I managed to install all the cladding in my bathroom and complete it, albeit , a little longer than it should have took. My advise to the company - to stop these bad reviews, find a better currier service like DPD and charge delivery prices rather than free? I realise free is a nice incentive, bit a better experience in tracking and delivering would be a massive advantage for you guys.

Lovely customer service, Sophie and Beth was very helpful. The wall cladding is to a very high spec. We bought the tile effect cladding and it is so beautiful. So very pleased we choose The down side was the couriers they used, XDF, unreliable, text you they on their way and didn’t show up for days. This defo learnt me a lesson to read the write ups on what courier is being used and how reliable the couriers are to deliver the goods on time as they stipulate when the goods are being ordered.

My bathroom doesn't come with any kind of ventilation, so the brand-new shower curtain bought on Amazon became moldy after 1 month of use. I was SO HAPPY to have found Dripp's shower curtain. It's been 4 months since I have it in the shower, and no visible mold or smell of mold AT ALL. I wish the curtain came in more colors.

love this portable bath tub, I had a problem finding it on line. when I did find the HomeFilos portable tub on Amazon it was sold out. I called homefilos company that sold this product the portable bathtub. I had the pleasure to speak to David, he told me that the portable bathtub was being sold by Walmart. I a mediately went on this site to buy the bathtub. I couldn’t find it I went through all the pages. So I called back again and spoke to David. He was kind enough to find the link and sent it to me. I’ve never dealt with a small company that is so willing to go above and beyond to help out a customer. What a wonderful experience. I totally Recommend this product.

Pleased with my first order and my second went smoothly as well. I ordered an American Standard faucet (4147) on 9/10 and it arrived 9/20. Shipping was free and I saved $20 by joining their mailing list. Even better, I saw the same faucet for over $150 more at our local Expo store. --------------------- Good company. I ordered a Kohler sink (K-3086) on 07/14 and it was delivered on 07/28. This is phenomenal because no one in my area keeps this sink in stock and all said they would need 1-2 months to receive it via special order--at a much steeper price than what I paid. The price at two other online stores I looked at were less expensive, but faucet.com offers price matching and has very good customer service via email and phone (important for me to have a toll-free number to call staffed by knowledgeable people in case there is a problem). They also did not charge my card until the item had shipped, a nice courtesy that many online stores do not extend customers. I was also very pleased with the way the sink was packaged for delivery. The original Kohler box was packed inside a larger box very securely with heavy-duty, high-quality packing material.

I ordered a faucet a month ago. I finally got a tracking number that showed it was delivered to Texas. I am in Colorado. I called, and a replacement faucet was sent, then I got an email saying that order was cancelled. Hold time was over 20 minutes for both calls. I missed my install date. This has been like trying to work my way through an insurance claim, all just for a simple purchase. I give two stars instead of one because the help is friendly.

This review is based on the customer service after a purchase and when you are outside “12 month” guarantee. The roller on a shower door had broken. So I emailed the customer support. All I wanted was a part number or even better a link to the product so I could purchase the part. Instead I had a reply with links to 5 websites to trawl through. I’ve gone through two already with no success. I think this is very poor. When I’ve done the same with other purchases from other companies I’ve had a direct link. Surly their purchase or quality control could of assisted

I would highly recommend Newcastle Bathroom Renovators. On inspecting the work, Mick made sure every detail was to high quality standards to ensure a perfect finish. He is efficient and goes the extra mile to ensure you love your new bathroom. All the tradies were professional, punctual and easy to have in our home. We've had a very disappointing two year experience with The Shower Repair Centre. The waterproofing of our showers had problems after 6 months and after requesting to have them come out and fix it per the 25 year warranty, they have avoided our emails/calls and to come out and fix it. They had claimed that we used the bathroom within 24 hours as opposed to letting it dry. We have 3 bathrooms in our house, why would we need to use the one repaired? And we actually waited 72 hours before using the bathroom. Be warned as they make excuses to avoid having to fulfil the warranty! We were forced to spend another $2,000 to get it fixed elsewhere. From reading the other reviews that have been posted it looks like we aren't the first and certainly not the last. In the interest of your home, wallet and mental health, please stay away from this company. We've sent a complaint to VCAT and the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. Save yourself this hassle!

The shower repair centre was engaged by my strata manager last year to repair a leak to the balcony causing water stains to my ceiling. Ever since a tiler first came out, I have had nothing but issues with the poor quality of work, numerous site visits by many different sub-contractors to the shower repair centre, and an overall absolute waste of my time. They had to come out to my property 5 times over a period of 4 months to finally resolve the issue, and clean up their mess, though the grouting remains very inconsistent and skirting tiles were never cleaned properly. This company just sub contracts the work out to whoever they can, though there was 1 tiler who actually works for them who came in to clean up the mess as best he could. It really is just the luck of the draw if you get someone half decent. I would never trust them to touch another tile in my house, and highly advise against engaging this company for any work.

I have now had three jobs in investments for myself and a client completed by this business. I discussed with Mat the "negative reviews" left on this site and the position of the business. I'm not one for posting reviews on any platform, however some posted on this site are extremely unfair. Its very clear that there are always two sides to each story! the "verified customer" banner may provide a more factual experience. I can confirm my dealings with Resurface It! have always been prompt, professional and reliable. I have had surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens updated and each and every time the service has been impeccable. I also spoke with a previous customer before I engaged the business, and their experience had been perfect too! I will continue to use and recommend Resurface It!

I was concerned about the negative reviews before the job But after the job is completed, i can say that i cannot find anything wrong with mat and his business. Communications with mat was good and easy. He turned up on time (before i arrived). The bath tub was resurfaced properly and his price is competitive. I am not sure if the negative reviews are true or not, but I am sure my experience is definitely positive.

DO NOT USE. Obtained written quote which included photos of requested work (bathroom). Ultra Glaze CBR completed 2/3 of agreed work at the beginning of May 21, paid in full on the day however now they will not return emails or calls to complete agreed work. Taking this matter further however sharing our story to prevent others having to deal with the same frustration.

I have used the Wollongong franchise previously which went well. However when I went back to use him again the price had doubled for a bath... to what is really an unreasonable amount. Maybe the building boom has caused a supply and demand issue, however when I asked for an explanation I got no reply.

Edit 11/5/2019 FAO TrustPilot Compliance Team team please be aware that I have had direct dealings with Elixir and spoken with Mr Gretton on site with client Mrs xxxx and by his agreement he has received photos from me of the damage caused. I have also informed him that I am Mrs xxx's advocate to represent her and hope that this satisfies your criteria for first person involvement with the firm. Elixir/MrP Gretton has threatened his client -who I represent - with a solicitors letter if she does not remove this review. The lady is one of my closest friends and is unable to deal directly with Mr Gretton due to ill health and a dislike of him. I have dealt with him directly to mediate and he accepted this at first meeting.He has not repudiated the facts of the matter or that I represent his client in the matter of his service to her. Finally TrustPilot, I maintain that this is an honest review of the service as I experienced it and Elixir are wriggling by any method to have it withdrawn. They have had plenty of opportunity to put this matter right and I have been forced to issue them with a notice to stop them harassing their now ex client to stop this review. My notice to them was to point out that harassment is a criminal offence whereas a negative review is not. MCPHEE:- Poor Show Elixir:-You refused an initial plea for help by demanding a surety of £100 to investigate an escape of water from the bathroom due to 2 weeks out of warranty.This seems despicable on a £16k bathroom. The following tale unfolds 54 weeks after installation in March 2018. I write this on behalf of my close friend, her husband has severe Alzheimer's and a new £16k bathroom has caused nothing but trouble recently. She chose Elixir simply because they were £3k above the next best quote. Why? - because in her old fashioned way she misguidedly thought that she would get a better product with personal customer care.During the first year she had numerous faults which were attended to reasonably promptly. Unknown to her during this time an exposed vulnerable redundant union under the closed in tiled bath was spraying water and soaking her foundations.A high water bill alerted her to the problem. I phoned Elixir & told them that I was going to the site now to remove tiles to investigate the sound of water coming from the bath , I would send photos but they were welcome to view my proposed work. They said they were too busy and at such short notice they would not attend. Surprise- two hours later while in the process, Elixir's owner turned up, then left when I said I would send photos & report. When I broke open two tiles & found the leak they sent a plumber round to break open more tiles and fix the leak (citing existing corroded pipe fault) but denying any liability and refused to replace the tiles. There was no leak before Elixir started the refurbishments! The email copy below from me to Elixir summarises the extensive correspondence. " Hello - We have decided not to take court action against Elixir owing to only a fifty per cent chance of succeeding. Your word against Mrs xxxxx and mine would be the subject of debate at the court hearing and the drawn out details are counter productive to Mrs xxxxx health Your response to Mrs xxx plea for help may be legal - but it's certainly not moral nor ethical. To refuse to freely investigate the escape of water because she was 2 weeks out of warranty seems despicable. In short, this was penny pinching by you on a £16k project. I was present when she challenged you over the initial conversation about the £100 - you refute her version. Your claim that your firm had not disturbed the unprotected protruding fitting that failed would not stand scrutiny - you were not there and you would therefore be speaking on behalf of your workers. My claim that you had not protected the fitting is obvious from the photo I supplied, but damage to it by your workers, although likely, could not be definitely proven by me. I am surprised that you have risked your firm's reputation over this matter which you could have easily rectified in a day at small cost. I feel disappointed to have to let this go for the present and I repeat that this penny pinching by you does your firm no credit." **End of email I speak as a retired engineer who has reformed our house in Spain with 3 new bathrooms and fully tiled the swimming pool as well as refitted two bathrooms here in Lincoln. In my opinion the leaking protruding union was an accident waiting to happen.It would have been almost impossible for tradesmen to avoid knocking it during tile removal and bathroom fitting. Elixir's owner cites corrosion was the cause of failure. The bathroom has only now dried out sufficiently as at 30 April 2019. 3/5/2019 Edit Elixir have not refuted any part of my lengthy entry. Instead they have applied to have my negative review withdrawn. This certainly could happen on a technicality and would mean that that no one would know of these details. I will be given opportunity to amend) appeal this by Trustpilot and so it will drag on. Elixir have been quite scathing to both Retford Waste (their lady employee used their own website by mistake)and to William Muir, -calling Mr Muir a liar.( See their reviews below) I have given Elixir an email that contains an instruction not to harass Mrs xxxxx again with a threat to her of a solicitors letter if she does not have my review removed. My email to them includes, among other things, an offer by me of compromise - Within 7 days to reinstate the bath tiles (approx 10- & are spares held by their ex- client) and I will withdraw this Trustpilot review. The offer expires in 5 days. After this time I may publish said warning email to Elixir here or elsewhere. My intention is not to hurt small business but to achieve fairness for people that do not have the resources, I.T. know how or business acumen to achieve a fair result. NB-I was all set to arrange the minor retile of the bath at Mrs xxxxx own expense until Mr Gretton phoned & upset her. That set in motion this quest to achieve a fairer result. This is not a witch hunt. Elixir could do the honourable thing and complete as requested. WMCPHEE. 3/5/2019

After giving these guys a very good review A month ago we now find the Plumber that came recommended managed to put a Vanity Unit in with 9 joints in hence it leaked making a mess of the unit. He also managed to plumb the beautiful quality fittings shower Hot to Cold Yep school boy errors. Very disappointed to say the least but having to pay up front to collect the replacement Vanity Unit makes us feel very annoyed as if someone doesn’t trust us to return the damaged one. Not a great way to help out a customer who spent ££££.

Due to covid 19 the bathroom project had to be postponed to keep everyone safe , once the work started ,noticed a damage on the bath which I reported (builder ) . The answer was , the company only offers 30 day inspection period. Costumers are in they 60s , don’t know how or where to check the items. I won’t recommend this company to my costumer and I won’t use them again.

My bath which is 22 years old was completely resurfaced and it looks brand new. Beautifully white and smooth and all the chips and rust gone. It was a first class professional service from when I first made contact right through to the aftercare briefing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After 18 months the cartridge in the faucet has started to leak. They do not sell sell replacement parts and no plumbing supplier (i Have been to two pro shops) has even heard of the brand name of the part?! I'm told by MTD vanitiesI have to buy a whole faucet again.

An Horrendous and stressful experience Now in our 70s every single aspect of our dealings with Purestyle Bathrooms and Kitchens has been been horrendous and extremely stressful. No care, professionalism was shown to us by the company, refusing to answer letters, calls, emails, texts. Anyone considering Purestyle, do not be as naive as we were in trusting the company and so making the same mistakes. We were charged hundreds of £ more than the rrp for appliances. Units are the poorest quality - nicks and holes in the melamine, so we need to find another company to replace them. We have not been refunded for items not installed. We were left for 6 weeks without water to wash clothes or pots, 6 weeks with no way of cooking. After 7 weeks Purestyle cancelled the combi oven - I bought my own within 4 days - they took another 3 weeks to refund the cost of this. Was shipped via Fed Ex same day as ordered. Took about three weeks to deliver, got notice, to be delivered Mon. then postponed to Tue, then Wed, then Thu, then Fri, found it in the mailbox Sat morning. Bottom part nearly fell off by itself, top was stuck firmly and I needed a rubber mallet, to get it off and get to the handle inside. Handle had a big rust mark on it, that I tried to remove with a wire brush and a polishing machine. Still left some deep pitting under the rust . Grinder is not very stable to hold, need strong hands, trying to keep it in place as the base is fairly small and does not sit on the surface stable enough. Not suitable for people with weak hands or hurting joints. The ground coffee is quite fine and very suitable for a percolator or Turkish coffee. Had to clean off remaining black polishing paste on the joints and the body. The mill is very ornamental and all in all, I would say, it would be nice on a shelf as decoration, rather than a practical machine in the kitchen. Though it works, if you are desperate, but I got other mills, that are easier and better to operate, maybe not quite as ornamental, but first of all I like to enjoy some nice coffee, then some nice equipment......

Would give zero, if I could. Purchased a pair of boots on 25 November from a ‘Silver Seller’ who claimed he posted them on 28 November by InPost24 but they have never arrived. Have spoken with InPost24, who confirm a tracking number was generated but the boots were never posted. I have to date, sent exactly 20 messages to the seller and HEWI support. For around the last 10 messages, HEWI support have responded by saying they are awaiting a response from seller, before providing a refund. HEWI do not appear to have grasped that the seller has not dispatched the boots and the seller is not responding to them. This has truly been the most appalling online shopping experience, I have ever had to suffer. Nothing comes remotely close. Fortunately, the boots were purchased through PayPal, who I am going to refer this matter to!

Sold a white coat through HEWI, 2 days after the buyer got the coat, apparently there were stains that were not shown on my pictures (since they were not there then) and the "buyer" forced a return, I checked her out, on her social media there are pictures new pictures where she is wearing said coat while being with a bunch of friends, all waving cocktails and being quite "refreshed" - so I am getting back a coat that is damaged and somebody wore it, poured stuff over it and I am getting a damaged item back. Closing my account, I am not running a "borrow my item for free and return it ruined and I pay postage" thing, I just wanted to get rid of items that I don't wear and offered for very little
