Dreams have taken money for a product I am yet to receive after 8 weeks. Instead of providing me with answers or even assisting, they keep palming me off on their 3rd party supplier who refuses to answer calls or respond to emails. I would advise extreme caution as depending on who is actually supply dreams the bed clearly has a huge impact on service levels. It is a real shame that a company such as Dreams as just happy to pass the buck and leave a customer without their order, or money. As a long term customer of dreams, this is absolutely going to give me second thoughts about using them in the future. A real shame.

I was Let down by another online Bathroom company so decided to try Bella Bathrooms, they had exactly what i needed and all in stock local to me in Durham, i had the option to collect or receive delivery at a good price of £20 so opted for a pallet delivery, i received an email stating that the goods would be delivered within 48hrs, no date was given so called the Bella team and they rang the courier to see when they had the delivery scheduled. The delivery was timely and all in good order, very pleased with my purchase and would certainly order again.

Terrible customer services no communication regarding delay of order so was left stuck and with no toilet!seriously use another online bathroom specialist.its cost me £100 on Palletline’s charges.i should have gone with my intincts the 1st time I phoned and attitude problem usually reveals staff that are constantly dealing with complaints?

I purchased some new toilets and concealed cisterns on advice from an operator and had them delivered. I had them installed and the cistern water is too small for the pan as the pan is requires additional water. The mechanisms in the cistern are very poorly made and I am trying to get to speak to someone about this. I am getting emails from lots of different people with no solution in sight. Most frustrating. Poor customer service and annoyed. We are experienced renovators and this is the first time we have come across this.

Ordered from them on Tuesday, paid £6 for the 'named delivery' service. The earliest day to pick was Friday - which was the last day before the installation. I called them on Wednesday morning to ask them to make sure the item arrives before Friday (I was happy for the earlier delivery) to which they told me not to worry. Nothing happened on Thursday with my order, so I called them again to find out what was happening, was told it was dispatch and promised a tracking code which was never sent. I called again to be told it was NOT dispatched - thanks! They eventually sent it with Hermes at 6pm on Thursday - the worst courier anyone could have picked (obviously pocketing the difference between the £6 and whatever Hermes charged them). No surprise it failed to arrive on Friday - spoken to a number of people there including a senior manager - was told I was rightly ignored on Wednesday with my request to expedite sending because it was "the process" and the best they can do is a refund of £6. They refused to send the parcel with a more reliable service to ensure it arrives on Saturday or do anything else - oh well, I vote with my feet.

My mum loves it. The natural weighted blanket was a gift for my mum who struggles to fall asleep at night and also she can get a little too hot, so one concern I had was that the fabric/materials used might be too warm. The natural blanket is brilliant, the material is soft and feels lovely to the touch. She said she feels comforted, it helps her to relax at night and at the same time she can use other blankets on cool nights because the weighted blanket doesn't make her too warm. She would recommend trying this blanket. Although it has only been 2 weeks, the blankets seems to be of good quality and with speedy delivery, good service.

What a shambles this company is! Placed the order told not all was in stock asked if I would like to wait for complete order, I said yes, then got part order next day! waited for delivery of remainder didn't come! e-mailed reply said they would look into it - NOTHING, emailed again, NOTHING, emailed again - NOTHING left a message on answerphone which asked me to email! phoned again spoke to someone who didn't have a clue!! eventually said still didn't have the stock and I would have to wait another 4 weeks! Thats 8 weeks in total if it arrived! Conversation got a bit heated with the old duffer on the phone and was told they would cancel the order! I said I would leave a bad review - he said they they didn't have a review site!! well I'm writing this one somewhere I hope someone reads it! Do not use this company they are hopeless, particularly the old duffer on the phone!

Have not received them... not sure why they’re asking me to review what hasn’t arrived yet but here it is! Ok UPDATE! The package arrived today - one day late. But oh was it worth it!! These are GORGEOUS towels and I cannot wait to hit the beach with them. Also they’re a great size for under my yoga mat for outdoors yoga classes! LOVE that zipper pocket. The zipper is far enough up that it won’t be annoying when you lay on it! Exceptional quality and the presentation is gift worthy!

Just had a bathroom and en-suite totally transformed by Quality Bathrooms. The advice and help Jamie gave was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and creative and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. Tony and John, the fitters where great too. They are very friendly and chatty and involved us in all the simple and small decisions that have had the over all rooms look amazing. The whole experience has been fantastic and cannot recommend Quality bathrooms highly enough. 5 Stars isn't enough

Ordered some cushions and pillowcases from these jokers, after 8 weeks of waiting they still didnt arrive. Requested a refund and didnt get that, you phone and dont get an answer and get told to email, you email and dont get a reply. What a way to run an online business, they dont deserve to be in business! When I finally got someone on the phone it was some old dodgery guy who hadnt a clue what I was talking about and was very rude indeed. Avoid these jokers and order from John Lewis like I had to.

Excellent customer service, cannot fault it! I purchased cushions and had to return some as they didn't match my curtains. I emailed Linenfields and they answered back very promptly and courteously, giving me info I needed to send my return. They even emailed me to say they had received them back and would be giving me a refund. Can't say any fairer than that. Don't hesitate to deal with this lovely Company. I shall certainly buy from them again.

Overall really pleased with my purchase. Fair to say I had a few concerns ordering this item during lockdown as I'd been let down by a few other orders promising delivery dates that never materialised and continued to be pushed back. So first the reason for not giving 5 stars: After extensive research, I found the item I wanted (a dining table) at a very good price with this firm's website and better still, it was showing 'in stock'. Order made! Within a few days a message was received saying the estimated delivery date was 4-5 weeks away - odd when the item is meant to be in stock, but at least they told me quickly. As I was 'on alert' I asked if all was looking good for the planned delivery date about a week before due and was quickly told the item was due to arrive at the warehouse today. Some more nudges and update requests followed for the next 2 weeks before I was then given a firm delivery date, which was just over 6 weeks after original expected date. Now the good stuff: Comms were responded to quickly and with lovely, humoured personalisation (which look away a lot of my nerves). Item was a great price and the packing! ... well I have never received an item so carefully packed - faultless - and friendly delivery service people too. So overall, I think I may have been given a bum steer around the 'in stock' info at the start and delivery expectations may have been on the optimistic side, but great item, great price and great service. Would use again.

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge in business operational procedures with a patronising attitude to the consumer with poor and misinformed information. Very much lacking the knowledge, experience and humanity to address all areas of the issues that they have on various issues of the business which from a customer service point if view is apparent but also from a distribution structure in which they confirmed previously. Amazing to see a business operational with such attitudes in all aspects and needs massive changes made to implement growth in the future if it has any desire to build reputations of excellence or just be content and take payments for products they sell and care nothing more than that, in which is clearly the current business plan in place.

Bought Grey suede memory foam bed for granddaughter who lives 60 miles away and arrived in excellent condition and on time. Bed was very comfortable and she was very happy with it. The only disappointment when it arrived she was on her own and the delivery driver left it at the front door and would not take inside. Bear in mind when purchasing as can be unacceptable if adverse weather conditions.

Rubbish company, ordered bed and never arrived, still waiting for my refund !! Two failed attempts, one saying no one was home but driver was outside our long driveway as he took a photo of our sign and never drive In to where the house is, we were there all day, common sense to drive to the house !!! Didn’t even call, then they arranged it again but for a week later and it was there mistake !? Waited all day I had tracked it, went all down to Cornwall, last seen at 9 pm Exeter and I get a email to say it’s cancelled as no one home but I live in Taunton so they obviously never had it on the van, no interest in getting the bed to me the next day so waiting for a refund !! £342 joke of a company!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Ordered two products online. Advised one of them wasn’t available within the time I needed it, so asked cancel the entire order (as their delivery charge for orders under £500 is astronomical). This all happened within 24 hours and obviously no product was delivered to me at all. Sent 5 emails and also completed their website form advising of my wish to cancel and requesting a full refund - they haven’t even acknowledged any of my requests. I’ve also called them twice - hanging on for a very long time - but their phones just ring endlessly then cut you off. I have had to involve my bank now to recover the monies. Seriously, find another firm to buy your products from and do not use these people.

Utterly disappointed with customer aftercare. I ordered taps just as the UK went into lockdown so couldn’t get a plumber until after this was over. The taps weren’t even out of the box for this time. Unfortunately the taps were not the right size so I wanted to exchange them, I was finally told as it was outside the returns period they wouldn’t accept this and I was stuck with them even though they hadn't been even opened and I wanted an exchange. Customer services take ages to get back to you and when they do they are very unfriendly. Working flat out during the Covid crisis in the NHS I wasn’t able to do anything with the taps myself and plumbers wouldn’t come out, still no understanding from these guys, flabbergasted at the lack of ‘customer support‘. Don’t get anything from them, they won’t accept returns!!!!

UPDATE: After the duvet cover completely came apart (within a few months of purchase) I was refunded for both sheets and duvet cover. Still love the mattress. Thank you customer service. ____________________ UPDATE: Not even a month later, the duvet is coming apart at the seams. Waiting on a response from customer service, but I’m not thrilled. They market their bedding as good quality, so it should hold up for more than a few months! ____________________ While their mattresses are good, their duvet covers and sheet sets are not. I contacted customer service with premature wear and tear concerns (our sheets already have holes and three months and only a few washes in) and they refunded only $50 of the $250+ I spent. I would steer clear of their bedding line!

On the 22nd of January my partner and I went to Babyworth-Homeworth store in Peakhurst to look for baby cots and dressers. We had looked online first and decided what we wanted. Albert( doubt it was real name), the owner of the shop told us if we purchased what we wanted now, he would give us a better price and organise delivery, as that worked better for him. We were told to wait roughly 6 weeks for the delivery as he didn’t have any in stock. I paid by card and the EFTPOS machine had run out of paper. He claimed he did not know how to change the paper and gave us a hand written receipt. Very dodgy indeed. The receipt was very messy and I had to make sure he had written everything on it as we had agreed. Two months later I didn’t hear from him so I called him. He couldn’t find the receipt. He asked me to send a photo of the receipt and then told me he will deliver the furniture next weekend. I called to find out what time he would deliver and he said he couldn’t do it this weekend but during the week. I told him that during the week is not possible as my partner is at work and I can’t carry heavy things, as I am quite pregnant. After arguing for a bit, he said he will come on Sunday 6pm(it was obvious he didn’t care). Around 3 pm I received a text saying the chest was quite big and didn’t fit into his car, and needed to rearrange delivery date. We exchanged a few texts and finally we arranged next Saturday 6pm for the delivery. The day arrived and the delivery guy kept calling me after I called him first to remind him about the delivery, to tell my husband to come downstairs to help him with carrying the furniture. He was in a hurry as he had hire a ute from bunnings to do the job and he had only until 7pm to return it. He arrived 6:07 pm, dropped the furniture, the cot was in parts and the dresser was assembled, packed in used boxes and taped together with thin sticky tape. He tried to leave everything outside on the curb. My partner told him as part of the delivery he needed to help him bring in to the apartment. He helped my partner carry the dresser to the lift and then ran off. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The dresser was all marked in different places, the color on some parts was different than the general color and as I took it apart to clean it, two of the drawers had mold at the back and one of them looked like it had be sitting in a moist room in result the wood was eaten and someone tried to repair it. The dresser’s drawers weren’t closing properly and the back was damaged. The whole dresser looked like it had been dumped on the side of the road (worse than any floor stock I have ever seen). It smelt of mold. A drawer for the cot that we paid for had not been delivered. We weren’t surprised. The mattress of the cot was the most alarming and revolting. Look at the photos and tell me who would put their baby to sleep in a mattress like that. It was broken on the sides, stitched with big staples, had mold and marks in different parts. How could anyone think this is acceptable To all moms or moms to be out there, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! WORST business ever! Do yourself a favour deal with a Reputable business or chain. The prices are similar and quality is better.

They promise to beat any price by 10%. THEY DO! I found a Waterford bed set for less at Sears and the matching Waterford decorative pillows cheaper at Bed, Bath and Beyond. They beat both prices by 10%, AND I received the set in less than a week! The quality--AMAZING! I've bought Hotel Collection bed sets at Macy's in the past, but this one is by far my favorite bed set. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I needed sofa bed sheets in a nice color, and this company was the only game in town. The good news: the fitted sheet is indeed perfect... stays put and tight as a drum. Also: to the person who complained that the attached flat sheet was upside-down: this is the way it should be, so when the be is made, the top sheet overlap is the 'right side' of the fabric. This brings us to... the bad news: the attached flat sheet is quite short and does not allow for a nice overlap over your bed clothes. I remedied this by taking apart one of the pillow cases and stitching it to the top of the flat sheet to give it extra length. I'm not thrilled with the feel and texture (I orderd the 300ct cotton model) of the sateen finish... but that seems to be what is out there these days at retail in sheets... no more crisp cottons. And for the price, the set is not as well finished as one might expect. I would be more willing to try more products from this company but for their unreasonable return policy (hefty unrefundable shipping charges PLUS a 15% re-stocking fee). Bottom line... although I'm relatively pleased with the product, I most likely will not be buying from this company again.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT CSR POLICY I bought their comforter with the 30 days try-out. Unfortunately it was to warm for me, but the customer service when I wanted to return it was amazing. Instead of them being annoyed that I wanted to return it, they where amazingly friendly, and even offered that I could drop it of at a homeless shelter instead of returning it (and still get a full return) - what a great concept! They even helped me find addresses for homeless shelters in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I didn't succeed with that option but that wasn't a problem and they just sent me a return label instead (with no costs for me). AND my refund was processed the day after I had sent it. So thanks to Buffy (and their very friendly employee, Kyle) for showing me that some companies actually still provide amazing customer service. Kind regards Line

I loved the ad that said it would be cool and great for someone who gets hot flashes at night. NOT true. It's the hottest comforter I own. And super slippery fabric covering it makes it feel like I'll fall out of my bed when I sit on the edge of my bed in the comforter. I hear their sheets are good, though...I do not recommend the comforters.

After my first one exploded (o-ring failed and then cover flow off), shooting water all over my bathroom and drowning my mobile phone on the other side of the room. They told me they could not supply a replacement O-ring but then a couple of weeks later, I was sent a replacement cover and o-ring. Shortly after that, the mode button failed in between two settings. I am left with a weak stream from a combination of 2 sets of the outlets. Very disappointing experience.

So, I'm not going to say this company is rubbish nor the best going. What they offer is cheaper than usual cladding - which I am happy to pay. Now, the company itself isn't really a problem, can contact them via chat on the website or by email (check your spam, it might end up on there) and they kept in contact with me throughout the process; I think the problem lies with the delivery company they use - XDP. Obviously, this company is probably a lot more cheaper for the company to use, but XDP are terrible. Some items I received were broken, like the trims, very easily snapped , and they did ; but I managed with what I had. I think XDP just throw everything around and don't really care about the items they are delivering. I also ordered 25 pieces of cladding at one point, and only 5 pieces showed up. My partner took the delivery, so went unnoticed. I said 'wheres the rest?' the tracking said all items delivered. So got in contact with the company to find out. We left it a few days and XDP finally delivered the rest of the items. They seem to do as they please. With all that behind us, I managed to install all the cladding in my bathroom and complete it, albeit , a little longer than it should have took. My advise to the company - to stop these bad reviews, find a better currier service like DPD and charge delivery prices rather than free? I realise free is a nice incentive, bit a better experience in tracking and delivering would be a massive advantage for you guys.

Lovely customer service, Sophie and Beth was very helpful. The wall cladding is to a very high spec. We bought the tile effect cladding and it is so beautiful. So very pleased we choose The down side was the couriers they used, XDF, unreliable, text you they on their way and didn’t show up for days. This defo learnt me a lesson to read the write ups on what courier is being used and how reliable the couriers are to deliver the goods on time as they stipulate when the goods are being ordered.

We bought this sofa bed to replace a futon and it has massively improved our spare bedroom. We now have more space to use it as an office, but also there is more seating space as well (most often by the cats). It looks stylish and is easy to clean. For the final coup de grace, according to my parents it also very comfy to sleep on being better then not only the futon but their bed at home. It provides a hard mattress with good support. Delivery took a little time but was according the advertised date at time of buying. It comes apart in bits and a is little fiddly to assemble but worth it.

We are a serviced apartment operator based in Cardiff (Airserviced Apartments). After searching high and low for the best sofa bed solution for all our apartments we have settled with Cocoon. Simplicity of use, durability and serviceability are all big factors for why we chose to work with Cocoon. Our guests have not complained either, in comparison to the cheaper IKEA or Roll Out beds we upgraded from! Definitely a great choice that really works well for us.

Unfortunately, my partner and I have had a terrible experience with this brand. We purchased an entire set for a queen bed less and a year ago and have since had many issues. Within a couple of months of owning the sheets, the majority of the buttons fell off. Fast forward a couple more months and the sheet have worn so thin that they have torn. The customer service we have received when enquiring why this has occurred has been terrible. The issue has not been solved and we are left with torn sheets. For a luxury brand and for the price you pay, the quality of the sheets and customer service is extremely sub-par. I would not recommend this brand to any customers.

My bathroom doesn't come with any kind of ventilation, so the brand-new shower curtain bought on Amazon became moldy after 1 month of use. I was SO HAPPY to have found Dripp's shower curtain. It's been 4 months since I have it in the shower, and no visible mold or smell of mold AT ALL. I wish the curtain came in more colors.

Ordered 4 ornaments (2 sets of 2) on Dec. 4 ... according to their website it would ship in 7-10 days and shipping was 5-10 days. So should arrive before Christmas. I did not receive it by Christmas and contacted them (they said due to shipping issues, which I know it was a crazy time, it was delayed). I bought other small presents for these 4 people and told them the rest would be here soon. I did not receive my order until Jan. 7 and I only received 2 of the 4 ornaments!!! So I contacted them again and finally received my other 2 ornaments Jan. 22. The ornaments were beautiful and great quality, but the rest of my experience was dreadful. And never once did they offer a partial refund or anything for all the trouble. Poor Customer Service In my Opinion

Took 2 months to get my custom puzzles. They arrived in broken plastic boxes. No picture with the boxes. The 2 puzzles were scrambled together. Also the pieces are all blurry and the coloring not like the photo that I uploaded so you cant even look at your photo to figure out the puzzles. I've tried contacting the company 3 times, but they have not responded. Waste of $85. Total rip off! I would have given a 0 review, but it wouldn't let me submit review without clicking at least 1 star

I used their online purchasing for 2 McCaw and Allan oxford pillow cases in the 1400 range of linen and a McCaw and Allan single king size flat sheet also in the 1400 range of linen. With regards to the flat sheet I phoned to see if they could help and Chris went out of his way to help me with the order. The linen bedding is truly the most unique and of the highest quality you can find. The fine weave to the lovely stitching is perfect and has that lovely feel that only linen can provide.

I have ordered 100% pure linen bedlinen from Givans and have to say the quality is superb, there is nothing better than sleeping in linen and I found Givans to be very well priced, fast delivery and very efficient service. I know that pure linen is expensive but it is a worthwhile investment as it will last years and the best part is it just gets better with every wash! I definitely recommend this company.

I bought a picnic blanket for my daughter’s friend as a wedding present, it’s duck egg blue with a yellow back and is totally fabulous. Most picnic rugs are small and dull, this one is generous and vibrant and luxurious. It’s not cheap compared with others but then it’s the Aston Martin of picnic blankets and will see years of service. I’m delighted, bride is delighted and my daughter will be getting one of the picnic sets for her birthday as she loved it too...and everyone else I know will be getting picnic blankets for presents ever after. It’s a fabulous, fun, practical thing, who wouldn’t want one?

I called homefilos company that sold this product the portable bathtub. I had the pleasure to speak to David, he told me that the portable bathtub was being sold by Walmart. I a mediately went on this site to buy the bathtub. I couldn’t find it I went through all the pages. So I called back again and spoke to David. He was kind enough to find the link and sent it to me. When you purchase and pay you are promised a link to track which does not work. Order a mattress throw amazon. Using this company. Didnt arrive on the day it was ment to got a message the next day from amazon saying company had not informed amazon of despatch date. When I message company directly they said the had a despatch issue and it could take up to 2 weeks. Which at time like we are in understand. The next min my order has been cancelled. Apparently sent me 3 emails only received one. And the text to explain what happened. Could not tell u about product as didnt set eyes on it.

These hooded towels are fantastic! An excellent purchase! The quality is amazing... soft and fluffy and extremely warm. My 7yr old daughter and 11yr old son, really love them. Decided to move our 3 month old into his cot to hopefully get a better night sleep ourselves. On his first night I woke to our bubba face down fully swaddled. It was really scary. I think the only way I could get back to sleep afterwards was knowing that he was on the numu roo breathable mattress. Even my husband in the morning commented that the mattress had just paid for itself. For peace of mind and a better night sleep we 100% recommend numu roo- don't even think twice!!!!!

Their bedframe is not cheap and it's very poorly constructed. The setup was very confusing and I ended up calling in a professional who informed me that the pieces were missing and the frame doesn't have the necessary structure to be sturdy. It's cracking at the corners and the best the company could do was offer me a $50 discount. Do not buy this bed, it's unreliable. Every time I turn over I hear a large creek and crack and think, this is it, this is the time it collapses. (I weigh 150lbs). Additonally, I've attempted to write two reviews on their website and they've taken them both down.

We have had our King size OkiFlex for about a month now. There was definitely a transition period of a few days for us and the off gassing was awful- but that is to be expected with any mattress like this regardless of brand I would imagine. We absolutely love this mattress though. It cradles our bodies so well and we sleep so soundly these days that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning now because we are just that comfortable. All my back pain has now gone away and I finally feel well rested when I wake up in the mornings. I can’t believe how inexpensive these mattresses are for how great they are. The only thing I would mention is that the shipping service they use took much longer than anticipated/stated (and I’ve seen other buyers complain of this as well..) and to make sure you have a second person to help if you buy a big mattresses! It definitely took me and my husband! All in all, we are really happy with our purchase and we will be buying OkiOki from now on when we need to replace our other mattresses in our home.

Ordered tv cabinet, unfortunately I messured it wrong, so asked for a refund, and to change the item to a smaller one, not as easy as I thought.... they want £60 collection fee which I have to pay to get the item delivered. Even though ive ordered another cabinet which I'm Still waiting for... The collection company couldn't find my address so have aborted pick up of the cabinet. Do you guys not do refunds?? I offered to meet the guys to show them where I live but was advised they cant do that... My address isn't that hard to find, it got delivered ok, but can't collect it... come on sleep station, what's going on..... Will I get a refund, will this tv cabinet get collected, or will I have another day of sitting in where you can't find my address..... I ordered some furniture from their website that stated 7-10 day, free 2 man delivery. They make a big deal of the delivery part and its a big icon when you get to their product pages. I ordered on the 1st Feb and chased them on the wed 12th Feb for an update. I recieved an email from Mathew and he said "it’s definitely with the delivery company they collected from us on Monday” After 3 no shows from the delivery company (Keen and Able) I called Mathew telling him I wished to cancel the order unless he would organise a different delivery company, I felt I had been inconvenienced too much by them. He said he was completely unaware that I had not received my order and something about concerns over damage and convenience he use another delivery company so he felt it would be best to give a refund, which he did in full, the next day. So why did i give one star? As I understand Bed station's role in my transaction was to order furniture from the manufacturer that I order from them, then organise the delivery. In affect they do the least in the transaction, they have no showroom no stores and hold no stock but have positioned themselves to get a portion of the profit by acting as a middle man, fair play. However as a customer if someone uses: free 7-10 day, 2 man delivery as a selling point, they should put some effort into making sure that part of the transaction happens and if it doesn’t that should be taking the lead in finding out why, and where possible organising solutions. Saying “I didn’t know anything about this” isn’t an excuse it’s an admission that you not only failed to to deliver the service you advertise but didn’t really care.
