I do not believe busbud is credible at… I do not believe busbud is credible at all. I made a booking for the 29th of July and did not see the bus. I chose the refundable option and paid for it. I have been shooting mails to busbud to no available. Book with them AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

If I could give -5, I would! Terrible experience on July 24, 2022 on line from Split, Croatia to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Late arrival due drivers decisions to drive locals on there home address, even they have to take off from the main bus road. Including one of drivers. Totally primitive drivers, not speaking any language, but very disrespectful and rude to passengers. Also driver is smoking in the bus and throwing cigarets out throw the window. Drivers skills very bad, one by one passenger was complaining for not feeling good…. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Very disappointed, my daughter had a layover in Atlanta 5 hours, the passengers were dropped off, I guess at a empty parking lot. She had to stand outside in 30 degree weather. Paying customers should have a somewhere safe to wait.

Having recently booked in advance a return ticket from Heathrow Airport to Tiverton parkway at a cost of nearly £60, I was then refused travel as the information I had was not deemed valid as it was not an ' E ticket ' inspire of proof it had been paid for by way of demonstrating bank statements etc, I then had to purchase A NEW TICKET that was unable to sustain the duration of travel needed.... Suffering from severe anxiety as well as other mental health issues, I feel that the customer services and advice I was given / received was beyond compare! I have never felt so humiliated, ignored and degraded EVER before. Just HORRENDOUS... I am utterly disgusted and with seriously have to consider if I will ever use Great Western Railway services again... As far as being a ' cost effective and environmentally ethical alternative to cars, busses or flying to London... '. Forget it! :( :( :( 1/10. Angry and upset beyond words!!! I will be seeking compensation!! / Refund!!!

The car parks may be free unless you contravene ONE of the signs in the car park which states that customers & disabled people in bays will have a parking charge if overlap the marked bays. The charge is an extortinate £100. There is a reduced amount of £60 if paid within 14 days but if you appeal to the ombudsman you loose this cocession.

Hi, if anyone gets the 524 late at night i need to warn you that sometimes they DONT SHOW UP. My boyfriend gets the 524 at either 8:45 or 9:15 and sometimes they dont show up. I would like to see this improve.

I am absolutely shocked how cold it is inside the trian. The is no heating whatsoever. It is colder inside the train than outside. This is not the first time either. Many times I have boarded these trains and its freezing inside. Currently I have had to leave my coat, hat and gloves on in the train which is ridiculous. It's completely unacceptable to think it's ok to treat you customers like this. Do I need to bring a thermometer on the train (to send pictures) with me because I am almost certain that there needs to be a comfortable amount of heat for commuters to travel in?

I was able to purchase a discounted cheap return and get Nectar points. I found it useful that when you ran your pointer over the various times and prices you could read relevant information. So many tickets, so many regions and so many chances to fall foul of rules you don't know, don't understand and then pay a fortune because you were misinformed.

Southwestern Railways used to offer a fairly reasonable service, but over the past year have deteriorated alarmingly and their customer service as well. On the 17/10/18 I bought a ticket to travel from Bracknell to travel to Clapham Junction, a journey of approximately 45 minutes. The service was delayed by just over an hour and then an announcement was made en route that they would not be stopping at Clapham Junction and that passengers should get off at the next station and wait for another train. I eventually arrived at my destination two and a half hours after my scheduled departure. The ultimate insult was that I submitted a delay repay claim - an time consuming and tedious process - and have just received a compensation payment of SEVENTY THREE PENCE!!

We had the great experience of being transported by a red RouteMaster Bus (from 1966) from townhall to Kenwood House and back, showing the sights of North London to the guests at our son’s wedding recently. We were well looked after by Jennie and her team, and could relax knowing they knew what they were doing. Preordered champagne and water, that was served on the bus, chilled and just perfect. Additionally, they handled glasses, tidying up after etc, which is a very good service on a day like that. All in all, we are sure they are the best bus hire company out there!

We booked a bus to take us to and from an NFL game at Wembley. Jennie was very helpful, responsive, and nice throughout the entire process and the day of the event. The day went seamlessly - they arrived early for the pick-up and were there on time to pick-us up. Jennie and the driver were very patient with a lot of very enthusiastic NFL fans on the way there and back. It was a lot of fund having the double decker bus for the event. I would highly recommend this company.

HUL MAN - no matter what time you decide to travel (and yes that includes the 5:35AM train), it will be late. 16:48 (or 15:48) return at LDS will be late... every single day... for months. Oh yes, if that's not bad enough, it'll have 3 carriages. Every single day. If you have to catch your connecting train at Selby, it's also fine because it'll be late. Every single day. Slightly depressing.

We booked a bus for 21/11/2015 through their Sydney company & we are still waiting for the bond to be refunded to our bank account. Booking the bus was fine, the bus turned up & was good for what we needed it for. The driver wasn't good at navigating to our destination so we arrived late. I have been emailing to arrange for the bond to be refunded & have NEVER received a reply. I have made numerous phone calls to the mobile number of the driver & he NEVER answers! ONCE he actually did answer my call, I asked about our bond & he claimed that he would have refunded it the following week after we hired it, this is what usually happens. He said he would look into it & get back to me. I still haven't heard from him. He finally answered another one of my many phone calls & admitted to not having refunded the bond yet & asked for me to email our bank details to him so he could arrange to refund it for us. I asked him if he receives my emails because I have been emailing for MONTHS & have never received a response! His reply was "Yes, I have been getting them" I then asked why he wouldn't have replied to any of them regarding this matter & he said "I have been busy!" We are still waiting for this bond to be refunded. Very unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend to use this driver from Sydney.

I recently used Night Cruiser Party Bus Tours to surprise my partner for his birthday. The whole experience was terrible. Firstly It took 3 days to get through to the call centre to pay the final amount via Credit card, the service was shocking. When it came to the night to my own surprise a competitors bus turned up for our tour (one which i had already looked at and didnt like the company) I was then told I owed more money when I didn't and there was another tour on our bus which I was never informed about at all. I was also under the impression there would be a tour guide who would come with us for the night - there wasn't. After all of this the bus left the whole tour on the side of the road at the end of the night!!!! I still have not received my bond back after many emails and attempts at calling (which are never answered). I was very very disappointed in the whole experience and will never recommend them to anyone!!!

After already 30 minutes delay, the bus drivers decided to have a 15 minute teaparty to change shifts. When the new bus driver was driving approximately 10 minutes, he decided to have a 15 minute break. At that time we were already 40 minutes past our original arriving time! At the end we arrived an hour later on a originally 2 hours bus drive.

Bus was late with more than 1:20 hours without explenation. The people working on the bus had no information and when I asked about if they had picked up something in the bus that I was missing they just laughed and when I asked the driver when we were going to arrive he did not even answer at first and then he Said he did not know. The wi-fi was also really bad. Only good thing I guess was that they not turn down the AC to artic temperatures as many other buses do.

Getting the pass is really tricky, I spent the better part of half a day going from one place to the next because the locations I was sent to had signs directing me to another location. I felt the 7 day pass was expensive, I just came shy of break even even with four of Shinkansen trips and numerous reroutes after taking the wrong line. Unless you are taking long Shinkansen trips I’d probably get an internal pass. Remember quite a few destinations won’t take this pass and small town buses don’t either, so I’d only go for this if touring the major cities.

Back on the 9th of April I took my family to visit Freiburg for the day. We travelled there in the morning and returned to Loerrach that evening with Meinfernbus. However, on the bus journey home, my mother unfortunately left her phone in the seat pocket. After realising this very quickly I phoned Meinfernbus within 1 hour of loosing the phone. I was then told by a very helpful member of staff (who was american which was of great help to an English speaker!!) that a report had just come through from Loerrach saying that they had found the phone, which was great! I was asked to fill in an online form and email it to Meinfernbus and that they would reply ASAP so that I could get the phone back the next day before my family flew back to England. This did not happen. I then phoned Meinfernbus the following day to ask what had happened and where I could collect the phone from - this is where problems started to occur. I was talking to a French man who, despite agreeing to receive a call spoken in English, was completely unwilling to take the time to speak to me in English and clearly showed how angry and fed up he was. I'm a patient person and always try to communicate myself clearly, however, this member of staff didn't listen to a single word I said and kept repeating that I should fill out the form online, despite me telling him that I already had done this. After a very difficult and useless conversation I decided to wait a few more business days to see if I got a response. I then called Meinfernbus again and was told that all lost and found enquiries are only done via email and that i have to wait 4 weeks for a response via email. This was frustrating but i waited the 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I still had no response from meinfernbus so again i called the help line. I was told over and over again that all i can do is wait, the member of staff checked my email to lost and found and said that no one had even read it yet! Finally after waiting 6 weeks i got an email saying that the phone has not been found - despite the confirmation that i had received on the day of loosing the phone saying that it had been found! I called the help line to ask what was going on as 1 person has told me the phone has been found but it seems to have been lost when meinfernbus moved the phone to Munich. I was told to just go to Munich - a 6 hour drive away with no promise of the phone being there! Surely it isn't procedure to brush off customers and tell them to "just show up" at a companies offices unannounced. Meinfernbus have refused to pass on any phone details for the lost and found office in Munich and simply want me to email lost and found again to waste another 6 weeks! How can a company be so unorganised? Of course a high volume of lost and found reports come through each day but to take 6 weeks and change the answer from "yes, we have your phone" to "no, sorry" is ridiculous! Members of staff seem completely unwilling to help in any sort of way and never give an answer or useful advice. My case has been reopened now after complaining several times, however, I have little hope of ever seeing the phone again. I am very disappointed in this service. In the past i have always recommended meinfernbus and for the past year i have been a frequent user. I can now say with certainty that i will never be using this service again after this experience. As a company, Meinfernbus seem to only care about collecting money and not at all about the follow up service.

We were two persons who went to Prague for a weekend for about three weeks ago. The bus were supposed to go from Munich to Prag but to our surprise it never showed up (!). The personnel that worked in Munich convinced us to pay for another bus and they told us that we would get our money back by email Meinfernbus costumer service. It is now 18 days ago since a wrote my email to them and I haven't got an answer and I haven't got my money back (66€). I am both disappointed and irritated and it seems like I'm not the first one who has got this bad service from Meinfernbus. I can also mention that on our way back the bus didn't showed up either (!!!). But then we were able to rebook our tickets to a bus that went over 7 hours later. To be honest, I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. UPDATE: I have now waited for more than a month for an answer from MeinFernbus. No answer and no 66€ refund. I have already convinced many of my friends to choose the train and other bus companies instead of MeinFernbus and I recommend everyone that reads this to do the same. It is not worth it to choose a company like this even if they are cheap. Stay away from MeinFernbus and support other companies instead. Mail apparently doesn't work so who shall I contact to get my refund? I'm going to update this review once more if MeinFernbus solve this problem.

We booked 4 days of local transportation in Orlando last minute. Alusaine with Metropolitan Shuttle was extremely responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. We got everything booked within hours. Since they source to multiple companies, we had a different driver every day and a different bus everyday. This worked well since our group number changed daily and our needs changed daily. The flexibility was exactly what we needed! All drivers showed up on time, buses were clean and everything went smoothly. I rarely leave reviews, but when I was initially booking with this company all the negative reviews scared me a bit. I'd like to add my excellent experience to the mix. After my experience with this company, I will be using them for group trips again in the future. Thank you Al!

With one night stops at Brussels, Munich and Turin and three nights at Venice the whole trip worked perfectly. The Interrail Pass allowing UK travel as well was a real cost saver. The only hiccup were that the RER Metro tickets in Paris wouldn't open the gates. We took them to the service desk and they were promply changed. All the hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and tidy. The highlight of the trip was the ride over the Brenner pass in perfect weather as was the return through the Alps from Turin.

Train arrangements all worked smoothly, with ample time for connections and great seat reservations - table for two, window seats etc. Documentation pack was detailed and specific, including instructions on best route from station to hotel, which took all the hassle out of navigation. Hotels were good to excellent. I have recommended them to one friend and will certainly recommend to others.

Our travel in bus with you was horrible ! 1) It was more expensive if you compare with the price in hotels in Ha Tien or Chau Doc, but it's ok if all your organisation was perfect and confort was better ! But it wasn't !! 2) we taked 4 bus and between them nobody explain to us why we need to change or where we had to go ! 3) in your information, you say the arrival was for 11.30am... we arrive at 2h30pm !! Never again with you !

Oh my god avoid this "service" if you can. I have to use them daily for work so I know. They left a vulnerable adult stranded in an unfamiliar town during the "beast from the east" snow storm in early 2018. Could not have given less of a passing concern to his wellbeing. Refused to even consider the possibility of compensation for his 3 day ordeal. He was seeking the whopping great sum of £170 to cover part of the cost of having to stay in a hotel. A hotel which was 2 miles from where they abandoned him. Remember this was in blizzard conditions and involved him walking along a dual carriage way with almost zero visibility. Disgrace to the great nation of Scotland. Please ensure you all claim for any delays to your journeys. Its easy just google delay repay scotrail. A couple of minutes and you'll be done. If you're delayed by 30 minutes they have to compensate you. 2 hours and they have to refund the full cost of your ticket. Make their pockets hurt its the only language they understand.

Bad enough service, but when you write to customer services it is even worse, four months to get any kind if response or apology, even the CEO is no better, an offer of £25 goodwill gesture is not what was needed, and understanding and genuine apology rather then excuses would have been far more welcomed Booked seats, but carriage was closed, no seats, eventually was given a seat by a kind lady, only to be told to move trains to another platform, so lost it again! Unsafe definitely, packed like animals, (they get more space by law) no ability to see toilets let alone get to them, Scotrail should have paid me to suffer what I had to with them, and no one cares at Scotrail, £250 would not cover the pain suffered using what no one could ever call any kind of service.

We decided to try flixbus because their prices were very competitive, well there is definitely a reason. I booked a roundtrip from asti to Rome and back. The first trip to get us to Rome changed 3 times in the 3 weeks before our departure, which is ok, but today, day of departure, i tried logging in with my itinerary number and the app said that the trip was canceled or changed and to add the new itinerary number (which i did not have of course) So I called the customer service and they told me that they had to cancel my bus but gave me an other traveling option for the same price. So instead of having an overnight bus directly to my destination I know had to stop in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere at 11:30 pm and wait there for 3 hours for another bus to take me to my final destination. There was no way to get a refund just a voucher for an other trip, and because they told me only 3 hours the departure i could not do anything but getting this 2 busses. Here I am in a cold parking lot on a bench for 3 hours with no open place to go for 3 hours. Awful. Cold. Snd in the middle of the night. I have meetings in the morning and i will not be able to sleep all night. And no refunds. I will never use this again!!!

DISGUSTING COMPANY, AWFUL SERVICE After more than twenty hours flying from the US to Venice, my girlfriend and I had a bus ticket to go from Venice Airport to the town of Cortina de Ampezzo. I received a message informing that the bus was cancelled and some minutes later, I received another message informing that the bus was simply delayed. I called Flixbus and their agent confirmed that it was delayed. Same thing appeared in the tracking section of Flixbus website. After a tiring couple of hours waiting, there was no sign of any arriving bus. The office did not reply to our numerous phone calls as it was not office time anymore. It was much later than the delayed arrival time that appeared on the website. Finally, an Italian customer managed to contact a local agent in Italian and informed us that the bus got finally cancelled. It was already night and still, the information on the website showed that the bus was delayed. Should I still be waiting? As we had to arrive to Cortina de Ampezo urgently, we decided to take a taxi and it was obviously very EXPENSIVE. It was the only way to get there at that time as there wasn´t any other bus available. I have sent Flixbus several emails informing and complaining about this situation and THEY NEVER REPLIED. I have spent a good amount of money on INTERNATIONAL calls to Flixbus, but NEVER GOT HELPED. It has been now one month and half since then, and STILL WAITING FOR compensation or at least, APOLOGIES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. TERRIBLE. They really deserve some sort of CONDEMNATION.

When my husband and I were planning our first trip to Europe, we wanted to travel by train to get from country to country. Rail Europe had the most user-friendly website, and without independent knowledge of how to coordinate trains between countries, we assumed Rail Europe would be a good place to use. We were absolutely wrong. After our purchase, everything seemed ok--we were able to print tickets for England and France at home, and it simply said that when we arrived in Italy we would need to enter our confirmation code to print tickets at the stations. It seemed simple enough. However, when we arrived in Italy, we discovered that all trains were Trenitalia, and that the confirmation codes issued through Rail Europe were invalid. When we first had the problem, we waited in a long line and nearly missed our train to talk to Trenitalia staff. Multiple staff members became involved in our case, and none could figure out the problem or how to use our confirmation codes from Rail Europe. Despite their best intentions and trying to be helpful, the best they could offer was to sell us a new ticket and ask for a refund from Rail Europe. We boarded our first train with the instructions from Trenitalia staff to explain the situation and buy a ticket from the conductor when he came by. He never came, so we did not have an issue on this ride. However, in the meantime, we emailed Rail Europe for advice. It was a kind email. When they responded (which was not immediate, so we had to deal with this issue again before we heard from them), they evidently did not read our initial email. We clarified that we did not need a refund, but that the Trenitialia staff didn't know what to do with us except tell us to contact Rail Europe and perhaps get a refund and re-purchase tickets in Italy. Rail Europe denied us a refund we did not ask for. They also blamed us for nearly missing our train, stating that because we booked the first and second legs ourselves, the 25 minute layover was insufficient so it was our fault. They completely ignored the fact that we could not GET our tickets. They also booked us various trips with multiple legs with much less than 25 min layovers. I was infuriated to receive their response, which not only did not address our concern or offer any solutions, but in fact blamed us for the problem. I responded stating that their response was completely unacceptable and stated that they needed to respond to me urgently, as all the remaining tickets we had were booked in Italy through Rail Europe. They never responded again. My husband and I wasted valuable travel time getting to every Trenitalia station early to see if anyone there might be able to help us. No one could figure it out. As a result, we rode trains with only receipt/confirmations, but not actual tickets, worrying the whole time that we would be fined for something we could not control. The stress and time this took was ridiculous. Finally, the very last station had a man who figured out how to issue our tickets. Unfortunately, his English was not great so we do not know what he did to make the confirmation codes work. We had to handle the entire thing on our own. I NEVER heard back from Rail Europe, despite various emails including stating that I was completely disappointed and would ensure that review sites heard about their unprofessional, unacceptable practices. So, buyer beware. Book through Trenitalia directly if traveling in Europe. Someone should penalize Rail Europe for taking money from consumers and not providing the service/ticket that they say they are. I hope someone may read this and it may save you the stress, anxiety, and time that we had to spend trying to resolve it.

We are a tour company, we have used RailEurope for two years now. They have messed up almost all of our bookings. Names misspelled, miss information, they tell they have sent us the tickets, they never show up. Miss bookings. They never read a complete email. Never answer all of your questions. NO 24 SUPPORT. DO NOT USE! YOU WILL BB VERY SORRY And on top of everything else,they do not care, they act like it is your fault. Did I mention that you will be very sorry if you use them?

Not very reliable at times when you need them. The ride can be bumpy or annoying at times especially if your tired and want to take a nap during your ride. But each bus has WI-FI built in it which can ease your boredom. The only thing this company is missing is USB ports for chargers. If USB ports were put on buses, it would help a lot of people with their daily life's.

Every time I call them, I speak with a new person and they don't help. They still charge me the £181.63 for the monthly ticket and I buy weekly tickets since November last year. No one helps!

Took over two hours to get from JFK to our hotel in Manhatten. Took 40 minutes to get on shuttle, then it sat there for 15 minutes waiting for driver to return to bus.
