Took out insurance last year and was offered your multi year cover but on further inspection feel it was just another insurance con al you did was add the next years rise a year early seems to me that when you get extra years no claim your insurance policies should go down as when you make a claim it goes up surely when you don’t claim it should go down but not the case just more insurance cons hope this helps

I like the site for the most part, except when a small change may be needed/wanted and if done without knowing a "right" or specific way to make those changes then the account is labeled as a "CHEATER" and it becomes unuseable, which I do not agree with.

If you are a professionel who whant to publish an accomodation they are making presure on you by blocking your add and force you to subscribe to their verified system. if you are a student be very careful by their verified system because they verified nothing !! they just took 15% commission on a rental accomodation to the person who publish the accomodation but they are not checking if the advertising is a scam or not or if the pictures are real or not.

I had a very strange experience at this dealer. Having been a caravaner I am now looking to buy a motorhome but only when I find one that Is suitable and that I really like. Before my visit I checked their website and found several models which were of interest. Since this dealer keeps all of their motorhomes locked, a salesperson is required to facilitate viewing. The one that “helped” me seemed to have little knowledge of the stock and what was advertised on the website. He was reluctant to let me view several vehicles and even suggested that I should choose from a catalog and then he would he let me see the one I wanted to buy. The bottom line is that I am not going to spend around £40000 buying from a brochure. His attitude was really strange, everything was too much bother and he seemed totally uninterested in selling me anything. Perhaps he thought me a time waster with no intention of buying, which I am not, but I have never come across anything like this from any retail business and there didn’t seem to a queue of customers seeking his attention. I could go on at length but enough said, just prepare to be patronised. It makes me wonder what their after sales service is like. The thing is that they are the by far biggest dealer in the area and having to rule them out would be very inconvenient. Maybe that is part of the problem?

Beware of 'auctioneers discretion' when they sell an antique japanese coffee set for £2. When I commented that I was not happy with the auctioneers discretion I was informed they could have gone to charity or been returned. Quite frankly I'd have had them back. I'll never use Byrnes again.

Got off to a bad start when ordering as the code NEWCUSTOMER10 did not work although I was invited to use it. Then DPD sent a text and email yesterday to say my parcel would be delivered today. And could not be left with neighbour etc etc. So between my husband and me we made sure to be here all day. Result - no parcel arrived. Would try hard not to order again from Liberty.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. As soon as there are any problems they come down on you like a ton of bricks. It’s basically pay no excuses, even with Covid-19 at the moment they will not show any sympathy. How these type of companies get away with this horrendous behaviour I will never know. I wouldn’t wish anyone to lose their job especially in this pandemic, however the way they treat their customers will eventually catch up with them and they will follow in the footsteps of Quick Quid etc. I for one will be rejoicing if they do close and then they will know what’s it’s like to really struggle with a pandemic going on at the moment and people are dying.

Do not buy from them. I ordered a dress camel maxi shirt animal print dress and received a cheap pink and white abstract skirt. I contacted them via fb msg and emails prior to returning it, to see if they were going to refund the delivery and the cost for me to also return it I was ignored. Was only days after they decided to reply. They actually received my return ages ago now and I feel thry are delaying my refund deliberately because I had the audacity to be annoyed at the terrible service. As my emails were ignored I popped a letter in explaining I wasn't happy and what had happened and that I wanted delivery and return fee also refunded. I needed that dress for an occasion for 1st time I was going out in 2yrs and they ruined it. I don't even see how sending me that skirt was an easy mistake to make they are 2 complete opposites in garments. I've received terrible service. Snooty email this morning from someone called Trixie saying will not tolerate abusive language,as I had emailed this am to see what's going on with my refund and I hadn't even received an email confirmation saying they've received the cheap market like skirt back a simple enough question. I wasn't abusive at all I was extremely annoyed the other week and had every right to be, how dare I have the audacity to be unhappy with the entire service. Customer service is awful. Rude staff. My patience is running thin now, I just want my money back delivery and return fee included. Im going to have to let PayPal deal with it by the looks of things, so frustrating. And I wish I had looked at their reviews, even from former employee's say they weren't treated right and how bad they are to customers. I can not stand rude customer service. Just because its online doesn't mean can be dismissive patronising and rude. If i could take it back like in a store would you be that rude then. DLSB made the mistake not me, I'm entitled to be annoyed especially when you can not reply to an email or a msg, now blaming it on a ticket system. I won't be ordering again
