I would not hesitate to recommend Arbon & Miller to friends, family and clients. The service provided was excellent, the staff are all professional and efficient while still being friendly and approachable. The service was first-class and as someone who in their professional capacity, deals with estate agents on a daily basis, Arbon & Miller have worked wonders in raising my opinion of estate agents. Chris Jones and his team offer a superlative service in a warm and friendly environment.

Stay well clear of these kitchens, the quality is absolutely shocking. I had a total of eight units replaced due to hole alignment issues and an additional unit that had surfaces resembling something that had being kicked around the car park. Other issues included; damaged edges, poor quality edges, panels not aligned, parts missing and joints not aligned. Despite bringing numerous quality issues to the attention of the customer care team almost two months ago they have failed to resolve the outstanding issues. Due to delays whilst waiting for replacement units, the lack of action to resolve and acknowledge the poor quality, implicated costs, substantial amount of time spent trying to sort, the whole experience has being extremely stressful. I have added several photos to highlight these issues.

Horrendous experience from start to finish (although technically still not finished) Started later then the agreed date and they didn’t let me know in advance or even in the day. I was chasing to find out what was going on and had wasted taken time off work. All materials did not arrive when their installer was at mine to fit it, which resulted in half days here and there and doing the install in bits over a 3 week period. The installer rushed to complete due to the delays experienced and start their next job with magnets, which resulted in wonky units, chipped worktops, and uncompleted works which have not been sorted several months later. I would never recommend magnets and have no intention of using them on any future refurbishments. Magnets also wrongfully charge for electrical certificates even if no electrical works have been carried out, taking advantage of people that are not from a construction background.

OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

That is not exceptional service in my opinion. when you have a customer on the phone or in the store, complete the transaction or risk losing their business altogether.

They have cornered the market (I believe) on selling comic single issues. The tiles arrived at our Michigan residence within a few days of ordering them and were easy to install. We were a little worried about the border tiles when we cut them but they look good. Installation was very simple and the tiles for the canned lighting were easy to cut with a sissor. A delivery person remarked how nice the ceiling looked and we agree. We've only had them for a couple weeks but are happy so far!! I ordered online which was a snap!!

I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

We purchased a garage from a local vendor and if it were not for him and the local build team this would be a less than 1 star review. Here is the break down. The local vendor went out of his way to accommodate my family and me. He worked to get what we needed and explained everything to us. We made the deal and explained to him we would have to prepare the site and it would take some time. (The vendor (Chris) also suggested a truck driver who could deliver the base material for site prep). He said to call "Eagle Carports" when we were ready for delivery. Two days later Eagle Carports called wanting to set up a delivery date!! I don't know what they didn't understand about "some time" to prepare the site. We called the delivery driver Chris has suggested and he was nice and reasonably priced. (again Eagle called wanting to rush us) but finally I was able to get the site prepared and we called Eagle up. They said they could deliver the next Wednesday. The following Monday my mother-in-law called Eagle to verify payment information (who to make the cashiers check out to). She explained who she was an told them we were expecting the deliver for Wednesday. They said it wasn't scheduled for that day and had not been set up. WHAT? We had rearranged our schedule to be ready and now it isn't scheduled. We ask when it could be delivered and they said they could not give us a date to deliver. They would have to call us back. We contacted Chris and told him what was going on and he contacted Eagle and tried to work it out with no success. Later that week Eagle called us back and said it could be delivered the following Tuesday. Again we rearranged our schedule to accommodate them. On the following Monday we got a call saying the construction crew was having trouble with their trailer (now I understand mechanical issues come up. The pushed it to Late Thursday into Friday. On Tuesday the construction crew called an explained it was going to be an extra $250 for a piece we had not been charged for in the original contract. We explained we had a contract and spoke to Eagle (Adrian) who also told us it would be $250 more. We again got Chris on the phone and he worked to get it all straightened out. We were close to cancelling the order at this point. After many phone calls and much frustration we got that worked out. Later that day Adrian called and ask it they could be here Wednesday instead of Thursday and we agreed. The construction crew arrived Wednesday morning and worked most of the day constructing the building. With the exception of screws on the ground after the build (which is common in construction) the crew did an excellent job building the garage. Eagle needs to streamline the process of getting the buildings to customers. Their is too much confusion in their process while conveying information to customer. Last minute fees should never happen!! I will continue to do business with Chris but will never buy another "Eagle Carport" Building again.

After a storm blew in both 12 ft garage doors, we were able to schedule installation. We were ìn an emergency situation with our building located 100 miles from our home and plenty of equipment sitting out in the open. I took off work to meet the installers. I was told they would arrive after 12pm. By 3:00 no one had shown or called. I called the office to verify only to be treated with disdain. I was told the installers WOULD be there and that they work until 9pm. I finally received a call from the installer at 8:45 pm informing me that he wouldn't be able to make it. Ridiculous! It's been 7 weeks since the storm. Eagle Carports made no other attempts to schedule an installer. We were expected to wait for someone in the area to need a product from them in order to get an installation team scheduled for our repairs. There was no concern for our equipment that could be easily stolen. We finally purchased materials from a local company and hired our own installer. To make matters worse, we purchased our building from Eagle Carports about a year ago to withstand hurricane force winds. They never mentioned the doors came in high wind bearing strength too. They automatically put cheap, lightweight doors on our building (that was built to withstand 135 mph winds). So ridiculous! Never use this company! They will take your money but their customer service is completely nonexistent if and when you need it!! Also, if you talk to someone named Chris that works there, he is very rude. I will go without a building before buying from these jerks again!!

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. My only reason for parking here was that my vehicle would be safe & secure whilst I was on holiday with my family, this obviously was not the case as when my family & I arrived back to my car on level 8 in the multi storey car park at approx 9pm on 19th April 2015 We discovered damage to my rear bumper and passenger side door. I have attached photo’s of the damages for your information. I contacted the Security team on the barrier to see if anyone had reported this but they advised no one had so whoever did this damage clearly just drove off.

I have just returned home, after spending the last fortnight at Villa Jasmine. I would like to thank all the team at DirectVillaHolidays for the villa holiday. This is the 3rd time I have booked with yourselves for this villa, and feel that the service I have received deserves to be complimented. When we arrived the villa was clean and tidy, and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived after 11pm. The pool cleaner needs to be commended, as he must have a thankless task sometimes, and also the cleaning staff were excellent. My initial enquiry regarding booking the villa was dealt with by Vivian, who, as always, dealt with my request very efficiently and provided friendly communication throughout the booking process. I feel it is worth letting people know when they are doing things right. Best Regards, and I am looking forward to booking again next year.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service possible. Robot generic answers via e-mail and phone... Prices are extortionate. Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've just returned from a weekend at 'Mariners Moon' on the Whitesands development in Camber with some girlfriends. We had a fab time in a lovely house. The beach at Camber is fantastic and the hours walk to Rye on the cycle/footpath is well worth doing as parking in Rye can sometimes be difficult. We have a lovely lunch in The Globe Inn Marsh, Rye. It gets very busy and you can't book so turn up early. Booking with 'Beside the Sea Holidays' was a joy, they made everything so easy. The excellent information about the house and the area received beforehand and the welcoming email and text messages to check everything was ok were something I had not experienced before and I have booked many houses with lots of different companies. Thank you also for the milk, apple juice and the locally made carrot cake and macarons, they were delicious. Well done to Richard and Sophie at 'Beside the Sea Holidays' on the excellent way they run their business. We'll hopefully use you again soon. Karen

After being let down by another company the day before we were due to travel, our group of 6 made a last-minute reservation at Seaglass cottage. The communication right from the start was fantastic, with an electronic house guide full of useful information being sent. Having never visited the area before and with little time to investigate and plan, the inclusion of local information was invaluable. We arrived at the cottage and were blown away, the gifts of lemon cake, biscuits and apple juice made our arrival feel special. The house was immaculate, so cosy and inviting and contained everything and more than we could have needed during our stay. The little touches are what made this place, beach towels and a picnic blanket were there if you needed them, children's games in the living room, buckets and spades in the shed - perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! We will definitely return, and may work our way through the rest of the cottages as they look equally as fantastic. Thank you guys for saving our bank holiday weekend and making it an even better experience than our original plans :) **

It’s a couple of years ago now but the owner of this business is still the same. I was a regular customer for car services, pink slips and not much else. I had a critical problem with my four wheel drive, I needed a part that cost several thousand dollars. He said he got me a bargain which still cost nearly as much and after at least a month of waiting he completed the job. Turns out he got the replacement part from the wreckers or worse still didn’t change it at all. I had an specialist company remove and inspect the part who confirmed the problem. The specialist then rebuilt the part which cost further substantial costs. The owner of Jannali Car Care Clinic was belligerent and hostile and never returned my calls after that. This business is poison, steer clear. I had spoken with ex employees of his who confirm he is not to be trusted. I was so stressed I just wanted to put it behind me and move on, however I did call Repco (he’s part of their group) but got no response to a phone complaint.

I had a very bad experience with a guy who introduced himself as the owner. I went to the Jannali Car Clinic recently, and was shocked - to say the least. He was very rude, unhelpful, and cursing me all the time. He had no right to be intimidating and forceful. It appears to me that the owner is happy to take your money and scream and intimidate you at the same time. I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I DON'T FEEL SAFE TO BE THERE.

I was put on to the Geelong office where I was told I would get a 9 month bridging loan and so and so per cent and so i waited and waited for the paperwork, including emailing - to nothing. I then wrote again and was put through to the same office. The same guy spoke to me, this time stating he didn't think Rams offered that and he didn't know why he'd told me. I might add that both referrals were to a woman at Rams Geelong who never bothered to make contact even though she was my port of call via the Rams site. I have never been so disgusted in a company in my life, how dare they! So now we have to sell first, to then buy where we're going for my daughter to go to uni to do a double major/Masters, and we were hoping to move stuff out and buy first so I could fix the house up here first. Can't be done, and they led me on. I hate them and there should be an inquiry into their ethics. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!

I currently have a home loan with you. Each time I’ve contact customer service I’ve had a horrible experience. The very first time was when I got a message to say that my direct debit of $50 for the construction loan was overdue. I called to rectify this straight away as I am never late in any of my bills. When I called the call centre I spoke with this very rude and abrupt lady, she implied that I was crazy as “RAMS don’t do direct debit as it is illegal” she would not let me speak, shut me down each time I said my previous construction progress payments were being direct debited. She got frustrated with me and said she will transfer me to someone else. This was very stressful for me, being my first home loan I really didn’t want to get on a bad start. I finally got through to another RAMS representative and I had to start the call like new. Full ID check, had to relay what my enquire was and what happened in the last call. This lady was nice and very helpful, unfortunately the first person I spoke with didn’t leave any notes so the second representative was unsure what she was talking about. She explained to me that direct debit is normal, the only reason I got the message was due to the public holiday and it will get processed following business day -nothing to worry about. The second time I called was to discuss what to do when my construction loan is completed. I called the call centre. They said they weren’t too sure but to call the person that set up my home loan account. Once I advised that they are no longer open she then referred me to the closest RAMS office to enquire. I believe it was RAMS Mooloolaba, I spoke to a lady that was extremely rude. I wish that call was recorded and she was extremely condescending, she would not answer my questions and told me to call the call centre. When I asked her if I could get the valuation that my house was valued at she said that RAMS don’t do a proper evaluation, someone only goes out to make sure the house is completed after the build. This I found annoying as when I first signed up with you, [name removed] was my loan advisor, he said that we would get a valuation of the home once completed. So am feeling deceived as now I need to pay to have one completed. Then I called to simply request my bank details be updated as I simply changed banks. I thought I could do this over the phone like any other company. But no, I I was sent a form to complete. I completed and emailed the form back, only to receive it back again to say it was missing information. I had to print the whole form again since the last one was chucked in the bin. I don’t hear anything. I tried calling, long wait in the queue, couldn’t get through. Then get an email to say to call RAMS. The call centre isn’t exactly to get a hold of. But I tried, couldn’t get through. Now to my most recent events with RAMS. The end of my construction loan. I received a letter to call RAMS to get my change over fee waived. Great. Called through, no you can’t change until a week before the 1st of April 2020. Alright, Called a couple of days before then, spoke to a gentleman, didn’t catch his name, he said good news we can waive all fees and you can get an interest rate of 2.79% without any prompting. I thought this was great as I was considering refinancing for a similar interest rate. I also wanting to change my monthly payments to weekly or fortnightly as that works better for us. He said I was entitled to all these changes. But he can’t do anything until the 1st of April 2020. I requested 6 call backs in the last week. I haven’t received 1 call. I have called, I have been on hold for 20minutes + each time. Which is not suitable for a couple who also work full time. Wasting all breaks to try and get a hold of our home loan financier. Hence the request for all the call backs to get everything sorted. So I called the office this morning, spoke to this lady, she was nice but seemed to not know too much information. Just kept saying she would transfer me through to the department that sorts it out but then kept remembering they don’t open until 8:30am. Not convenient for me as that’s when I start work. I end up updating my payments to fortnightly. A little annoyed that she said that will start from May as I couldn’t change it for the month of April, even though I was told I could a week ago? And she also advised of my new interest rate of 3.81%. I’m a little confused to why it could get changed to this amount but not the 2.79% as per prior discussion. I was not told 3.81% would be my interest rate ever. No letters, emails or phone calls. So I tried calling the office for my lowered interest rate and a refund on my “waived fees” but phones are busy and I’m still waiting on a call back. I find RAMS customer service is atrocious. I work in customer service myself and we promise our customers we will get back to them that day, we don’t have long hold times on the phone, we respond to emails. Even in these tough times. I really hope all calls are recorded, as not one service representative advised me that on any of the calls. I did load a complaint message to the company but never heard anything back. extremely disappointed, I wish someone had of warned me earlier. They have been giving me the run around. STEER CLEAR

If you’re slightly late paying your credit card or loan back they will call you from a private number roughly 6 times a day. Pretty disgusting. I just switched banks and I’m a lot happier. Can’t wait to pay off my credit card and close the account.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

Claim submitted & acknowledged on 2/4/19 with comment could take up to 10 days. It is now 1/5/19 and still no feedback or payment. Rang 30/4/19 mid afternoon to find out why the delay and had to leave message to return my call as no one would answer. It is now am 1/5/19 and still no call back. If this is typical of how slow they process a claim, then I will think about cancelling the policy as from what I have been told most other insures typically pay within 5-7 days. Very poor customer service.

I decided to get the same Pet Plan cover for my German Shepherd dog Ruby-Rose that my sister Kim has for her German Shepherd dog Titan too. As Kim is very pleased with the insurance cover plan she has with you for Titan. You came highly recommended by another friend of ours too he is a disabled man and is totally blind and has had several guide dogs over the years which have also had Pet Plan insurance too for all of them. He told us you were always fair and covered the total cost of whatever he needed for his guide dogs whenever they became very sick. One of his guide dogs had bad cancer and another needed an expensive operation and you always covered his guide dog's treatment / operations / medications ..etc...which would have been very costly with out of pocket expenses had he not had them all insured by you. So that's why we decided to go with Pet Plan insurance for both our German Shepherd dogs first you came highly recommended by alot of our friends eg...word of mouth to us. And secondly we also did our research before commiting to your insurance. We looked at all the other Pet Insurances around but we thought yours covered the life of the dog which we liked and you did not discriminate on which type of breed of the dog you had too as some Pet Insurances do. So both of us are extremely happy with your Pet Plan insurance and will stay with you guys indefinitely. Kind regards Debbie. .

I have had Prosure platinum cover for my Airedale since we got her as an 8wk old puppy........she is now 8yr old and its the BEST thing we ever did. To have the piece of mind that you have the support and backing of this insurance is a blessing.......... we have well and truly needed this insurance over her life thus far, and use it regularly Prosure are professional and very helpful. :-) My only negative is the claim system (even though its very good) Claims are submitted via paper form and must be posted. Therefore, the claim does take 1-2wks to go through due to postal system. Prosure, you need an online claims process ASAP

Ive been with this company for 5 years and they have never rejected a claim. My older Lab required complex surgery costing me over $11000 and they refunded 80% minus an excess of $50.They can take up to 10 days to process claims but Ive had no problems with this company and had to call them once and the operator was helpful. They only accept claims by mail which slows things down a bit. Efficient and they did exactly what the PDS stated the excess

Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My wife has 2 Super accounts with CFS, one in her married name and one in her maiden name. Attempts to have both accounts combined into her married name have been nothing short of horrendous. When told it had been done we found out that it hadn't been. There are always excuses that the signatures on file don't match, which is not strange given the signatures are 15 years old. Then there are always other excuses as to why requested things haven't been done. Don't even consider trying to draw part funds from managed accounts - lost paper-work or a myriad of excuses to delay things. We would not and could not recommend CFS to anyone.

Only few hours on the day of inspection for the property, I call to make sure the property is still available. The inspection is confirmed and ongoing. While waiting for a while and nobody show up I call to find out what is going on. The answer from the receptionist :"Sorry the property is rented out!" . I took the day off from work for that inspection and receive only wet shoos!

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.

I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

I have recently completed construction on my house with your company. I would just like to say thank you to the summit team, specifically Jon Rees my build supervisor and Justin Bryannt and Isabella Carr at pre-start for all their efforts and guidance through my first house build. Through the building process I was pleased with the high standard of service and construction carried out on the property. I have many friends in the building industry who would walk through the house at various stages to inspect the workmanship and comment on the quality of the work being done, along with the cleanliness of the site. Any concerns or queries I had were quickly addressed and resolved. I work away and Jon was able to wrap up the completion of the project ahead of schedule so I was able to be present for the final inspection myself, which was of great comfort as I would be away for the next 28 days. Once again thank you and please express this to Jon and Isabella on my behalf, I will recommend family and friends to consider summit as their builder in the future.

Just wanting to take the time from my end to say thank you to the Summit team for the overall experience that I have undertaken of the past 10 or so months building my new home. Basically when I made the first enquiry I received a phone call from sales consultant Natalie Scott the day after my initial email to New Generation Homes. Which was phenomenal and really put me in the mindset to go with New Generation Homes as I had made similar enquiries with other builders in Perth and didn't get the same initial customer service with responses weeks and even a month or so later. Going through the selection process for the first time and by myself it was a little daunting as I couldn't really put a picture as to what I was selecting and on completion a couple of the selections that Cerys recommended really turned out to be a winner. (bench top selection for the kitchen, paving colour for the driveway and surrounding the house and little details regarding the bathrooms). Her availability via email after hand over of keys is something also that was much appreciated Finally when meeting Brendan and starting the construction process he basically kept me at ease with the overall schedule of the build with his weekly updates and keeping in touch when I had a query or two along the way. It made the process seem quicker because It made me less inclined to go and visit the property as frequent as I may have without the consistent feedback/schedule updates. Once completed and the initial inspection completed by myself there was very minimal corrections that need to be made just a couple of touches which shows me the quality of the overall work. I advised Brendan that I have spoken to work colleagues plus family and friends who all could not believe the quickness of the build but more importantly my description to them the quality of the work . I know of a couple of people who will be looking to build in the next 6 or so months and they most likely will look to be building with the Summit Group. Overall the house design/colours have come up great considering the block is only 400 sqm and I was limited in what I could do on that size. After hand over i have applied some additions, landscaping, fencing and the finished product feels like a home. In the 6 months from handover Cerys was great once again with any queries i may have had and pointing me in the right direction regarding contact with the maintenance team .. A few minor defects were corrected in a quick and smooth time frame by the Maintenance team also. Rob was very helpful in explaining why a minor defect may have occurred regarding my situation (minor grout issue). I waited 6 months after handover before making this review as I felt the 6 months after handover were just as important and the customer service could not be faulted. The build was managed wonderfully, from our design stage with Joanne to our handover stage with Nick. Everyone provided great communication. We had issues with our broker and securing our finance in a timely manner, and as soon as it was approved, Sarah pushed us into the build as a priority client and the house was built very quickly. The cost was on par with what we had estimated at our design stage and we were able to build a very affordable first home, with the little luxuries we wanted, such as a free-standing tub and walk through master robe without breaking the bank.

We met Kristen a number of months prior to us actually signing up with Hickenbothams. We had some trials and tribulations that prevented us from getting to the start point but no matter what Kristen was there for us and this set the tone for our relationship throughout or build. Kristen is a 'no-crap' type of person but within a gentle and kind wrapper. Once we decided on the house, we wanted we sat down with Kristen and talked over our plans and what we wanted to do. For those who have been through this bit you will know is daunting at best, but Kristen was right there no matter the dumb question or design idea on my behalf. In the end she helped us make some very very smart decisions which today we reap the rewards of. We had a bit of an unfortunate experience during our build but one again Kristen was right there in our corner getting things sorted out. Don’t let her pretty looks deceive you, she stands up for her clients and will do whatever she can to get a satisfactory outcome for you. Kristen does her best to make sure when she is doing your initial quote that she is as accurate as she can be to prevent any 'bill shock' down the line. Her specialty is making sure your footings quote is as close to reality as possible. She was that good that ours was only $7k more than her estimate. In a $250k build and without an engineer’s report, that’s pretty bloody good in my book. Even once we had our keys and we were moved in Kristen kept in contact to make sure everything was working out for us. Her customer services skills are hands down some of the best that my wife and I have experienced. When you are building your forever home having Kristen in your corner really makes the journey a pleasant one. If you want the same experience, we did make sure Kristen Williams is your Building Consultant.

After several issues we had with the house in the past years and every time we’re being promised that they’re going to do something about them, our three year old house started leaking water from the roof into the toilet and through the fan for about a month and that’s every time it rains and the floorboards started to move and get separated in the living room next to the toilet, we called Englehart homes to come and have a look and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is and told us to call when it rains so we can come and have a look when it happens. They fixed the roof though but they weren’t sure if what they did fixed it. And apparently rain damage to the roof that they make is not included in the warranty and they asked us to go through our insurance. Now the insurer and the contractors are fixing the issue and we’ve been told that it has been happening for more than a year and they had to remove all the plasters from the walls ,all the floorboards in the living area and the tiles in the toilet, put the cabinets and fridges outside and trying to dry the moulds that’s been leaking For more than a year between the walls and floor and it’s been a disaster. Not to mention when they built the home they have used one layer of glue on the floorboards to save money or something I don’t know, also the contractors had to remove the tiles in the toilet and it hasn’t been waterproof, the pipes in the garden does not flow the water and all the water goes under the house. The insurance company has given us a hotel but the problem is we can’t take our dogs with us as it’s not pet friendly and that’s been another issue because the weather getting so hot and dry and of course not gonna rely on just a review.

My wife and I would like to acknowledge your Construction Manager for his efforts last Saturday. I had spoken to him during the week with regards to our front door that we were unable to lock. His professionalism and genuine care for us as clients was very much appreciated and proven by the fact that he came to our house expecting to fix just the front door but stayed on to attend to other minor items. This is an example of the service Lucas Morris provided us throughout our entire building phase, building our dream home was very important to us, exciting as well as at times daunting. We made numerous changes and were supported by the Lucas Morris staff in a caring and patient manner. Lucas Morris attention to detail was excellent we felt at all times that our home was their home. Once building was completed, the staff were still on hand to provide us their service to attend to any maintenance concerns. We are very proud of our home and have Lucas Morris to thank, we can't recommend them highly enough.

I am a US citizen working OCONUS as a US Government contracting consultant. I own a firm and had intended to open an educational platform to develop an online presence for marketing and media outreach. I began with the registration and paid the $399 to get the entity formed...as soon as I paid the $399 I was directed to a Registered Agent checkout screen, an additional $99. Then a WA state compliance registration, an additional fee. At this point the lack of transparency up front when compared to other platforms was a red flag. I immediately reached out to submit a customer service ticket and request a refund per its 60 day refund guarantee policy. I have not heard anything back from them since and have submitted an additional 4 tickets, all going unanswered with the exception of an automated recognition email directing me to the FAQ/Support page.

I write as a buyer rather than a vendor. Having found the property that interested me on Rightmove I found it very quick and easy to contact the agent and it was then just as quick and easy to arrange a viewing at a time that was convenient to me. Having viewed the property, I was able to have a very open conversation with the agent that had accompanied me on the viewing and subsequently placed my offer. I received a quick response to my offer and the purchase proceeded from that point in the normal way. I was kept informed and updated as was necessary and again, keeping in contact was quick and easy. The part that I most appreciated was that there was never any sense of pressure or any kind of "Over-sell". I was shown the property, had any questions answered and was then left to make up my own mind.

These estate agents work very hard, work 7 days a week and from 8-8, always on hand to ask questions. We sold our bungalow through them and sold very quickly, and without to many problems. Would recommend them and would use them again if I needed to sell in the future.

This was our second trip with Andean Discovery. The first was to Ecuador including the Galapagos, and this time was to Buenos Aires and Patagonia. As before, they did an excellent job of working with us to determine what we were looking for and were more than willing to discuss changes in their proposed itinerary so that it was a truly customized trip. Everything went smoothly, and we had another amazing adventure. Their choices for hotels, tours and guides were all excellent. I would definitely turn to them again if we decide to return to South America.

Andrews and co at Cheriton, Kent provided me and my wife with a first class service. Because of exceptional circumstances we needed to purchase our property fast. And fast was achieved. Stacey, Natalie and Ian were my point of contact throughout. They provided professional support, recommended a superb solicitor and also councilloring when my stress levels rose. Stress I would add that was self inflicted because it was about 34 years since I last bought a house and online, email and Internet were not in general use. The Cheriton three were always contactable by phone and gave me constant updates when I requested, reassured me when I was in doubt and smoothly acted as the intermediary between me and vendor. (This sounds a bit like they were guardian angels, but I digress) Anyway if the bad press about estate agents is to be believed then this team are exceptions to the rule. They are caring professionals and a credit to the Andrews and co.

Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. I am waiting on delivery (scheduled to arrive today) of my first order. The fabrics are stunning and not all are extortionate, the cushions are very fairly priced.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

These guys worked so hard on a 2 day move, under bad circumstances. Initially the traffic locally was against them but they kept in touch. It’s so important to look after them with drinks and a good gratuity. 2 12 hour days. We were tired but can you imagine how they felt? I would recommend Andrews without reservation and thank them for their patience and efforts. Well done!

We had 3 casts done with Helen for each of our granddaughters. Helen was so professional and helpful throughout and so patient with the little ones. I bought two 3m cedar trees that I had professionally planted - they looked fabulous. However, one of the trees started dropping its needles after around 15 months and eventually, a little after 2 years, it died. After discussing the various actions I had taken trying to nurse the tree back to good health, Barcham kindly offered me a replacement at half price that I will be able to purchase later this year.

Very expensive trees, even common varieties, and a very limited 12 month warranty; some other suppliers trump that by offering a 2 year no quibble guarantee. Having said that their expertise is first rate. I have experienced issues of poor packaging of accessories but that is evidently being addressed. As with all areas of the market place, comparisons with other suppliers is essential to getting the right product at the right price and level of service.
