From bad to worse over the last year... This company a few years ago was top notch. A+ customer service, was my go to umbrella. Over the last 18 months and several contracts i have used them it has nothing but late payments, missing funds, late invoicing, constant chasing, no replies or anyone that even seems remotely concerned to deal with THEIR errors urgently. Is a real shame to see a company go downhill like this so quickly and also not a surprise that they have recently been bought out, now trading as Crest plus. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a seamless, simple, agony free payroll experience.

We've had an excellent experience with CEDR Solutions from day 1. We've received amazing response times and excellent HR advice. The training resources are also helpful but I'd like to see more webinars.

As the Office Administrator, I deal with the issues first and take the larger problems to the boss but not before contacting CEDR to get their advise on the matter. Then when I present the issue, I have logical, legal, objective, advise to present to him along with the problem. Keeps us both happier.

I've been working through Diverse for several weeks now and they have been great. As a newly qualified class 2 driver they offered me a placement that fitted in with my full time job so I could gain experience. And maybe they'll be an opportunity for full time employment further down the line. They have sent me to the same place each week giving me the chance to learn about the vehicles, procedures, get to know the people and the job. I'll be giving Diverse 5/5 as they've really helped me in my first steps to being a professional driver. Danie

I was quite recently placed on a contract through Core Asset consulting. The role has not turned out to be as described, not being made to feel overly welcome, and at no point since starting has the core asset consultant involved made any attempt to contact me to find out how things are going. Very disappointing.

I understand the deal between job seeker and recruiter, but I found core asset to be dismissive, try to sell you roles that you don't want, and disorganised. On several occasions I felt as if my decisions and choices were always second to the employer. I wasn't listened to by the Accounts/Payroll Team nor my recruiter or his colleague who covered for him when he was away. There are a lot of recruiters in the city, and I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend them.

I received a fantastic service from Rebecca Henson. She was able to provide advice and a solution for us in a short space of time and the reports set up shortly after that. Very friendly and helpful.

Only ever had one contact to ask how the temp was going and they have been here for nearly 12 months now, call was mainly to remind me that Enterprise where there if I needed temporary resource again, not to just check in on the temp When they were off on ACC and returned to work I did all the chasing round to ensure that there desk was set up correctly didn't see a person from enterprise once. Have had to email multiple times to change purchase order numbers.

I think that Hastee is a lovely app which helps you to receive your salary earlier from 10% to 30% it is good for if you want to save your phone bill or something

It does beg the question as to why companies changed from paying people daily, then weekly and now monthly.Hastee is amazing.

We have received fantastic support from HR Solutions over the past few years. They have guided us trough some very difficult processes which we would not have been able to manage with our own knowledge. Aftab has been incredibly supportive and if he is unavailable we always get a response from somebody.

My company has been using HR Solutions since January 2018 - during this time they have assisted us greatly in setting up new processes. They hit the ground running with the things we needed to do and ensured the new processes were robust & ready to use. They have made our HR support much better and it is good to know they are there when we need them

The trainer (Bob) was really welcoming and kept our focus with the exercises he set up. I have learnt a large amount.

I would highly recommend Bob for training courses in the future and have already started. His courses are interesting, fun and brilliant. I personally find it very difficult and struggle to stay focused when it comes to learning but Bob's training method had my full attention 100% of the time all day and I really enjoyed and gained a lot from it.

I had to wait three weeks for a confirmation of my course being booked. After that it was pretty much straight forward.

What really impressed me was her ability to grasp the brief so easily and fully and then to create and deliver what we needed with such a great empathy for the audience and the sponsor (i.e. me). I received some amazing comments about her workshops from some of the most unlikely of sources ….. including (from a very long in the tooth Engineer) …. “whoever decided to get MAD-HR involved was a pure genius – the best session I have ever been to” …… maybe I can claim a small amount of the praise for doing the appointing but the accolades fully belong to Carole. I would not hesitate to engage her again if I needed to deliver significant people change and/or cultural development programmes.

Bizimply takes the pain out of scheduling hourly employees, speeds up payroll with our Timestation iPad app, and give managers instant access to all HR files. It also allows us to see real time information on sales, issues and developments at our site without actually being on site. Before Bizimply I used pen and paper to schedule 35 employees spread over two locations. Creating schedules took me 5/6 hours a week between creating them, changing them and then preparing employee timecards. Thanks to Bizimply it has been cut down to less than two hours a week. It has loads of other features that make life so easy for managers like me such as a clock in station and employee and employer apps. I love using Bizimply!
