Bought a watch and the tracker wasn't working so i emailed them immediately and they responded within the same day and explain it's because it was bank holiday the delivery will be resume the next day. Received the watch via Royal Mail in less than 2 working days and the package is well wrapped with bubble wraps. The watch is authentic, model no. engraved at the back of the watch with legit label and serial no. attached to the watch. I'm pretty sure I'll buy again from this website.

Over the past 20 years I’ve worked with many web companies; start-ups, big companies, all sorts and in many locations. I shortlisted Magento experts and found iWeb. And having worked with them on transforming an ecommerce site, I have to say that iWeb is probably the best of the lot. They have a great project management process, their style guides are incredibly good way of working and their approach has been very helpful. Overall service businesses are about the services, systems and staff and iWeb scores highly on all of these. Personable, helpful staff, responsive approach and great systems. Ridiculous company Terrible service its been 18 days since I ordered a phone and it still says preparation in progress. For the last 10 days I've been sending emails at the begging they were replying saying don't worry in the next few days we will send it; know they've stopped replying. Dreadful service buy from Amazon or eBay even if you have to pay 10£ more, it's not worth the hassle.

I purchased a PIPO TV box with Windows 10 (sent to a U.S. address) and received a device programmed in Chinese. Because it did not have a legitimate copy of Windows (no product key), I had to purchase a product key just to attempt to change the language settings. After several hours of trying to locate the right language setting (all were printed in Chinese characters), it was still running Chinese in the background whenever I logged onto the internet. So I tried loading a new English version of Windows (another expense) but kept getting errors messages and the process would not complete. Company finally responded to my complaint after several weeks and authorized a return but only if shipped via the postal service. As of May 2, 2019, the USPS will no longer ship any type of computer that might contain a battery, so I tried UPS instead. They wanted to charge twice the cost of the device, and since the company would not reimburse for return shipping, that made no sense. I've already spent way more trying to fix this device than it was worth. I've learned my lesson and will never deal with this company again.

Starting a e-commerce business with no knowledge of how to populate a website, understand the system and market the business via SEO requires guidance. Which they have provided every step of the way. Do not give this mobicommerce any money, they will trick you with discount overs and good sounding deals, At the end our $1400.00 dollars have been flushed down the toiled and we have nothing ZERO to show for it. Their system is absolute garbage and you can't look at it unless you buy all the different devices on the market. There is no assistance from them in confirming all the different formats they ask you to buy all the different devices, Also by the way you are doing all the work, not them. So unless you have a development team to implement their bad system, you lost big time. Of course they don't tell you any of that upfront. Their customer support is not support at all, they only have one answer and they repeat it until you finally realize these people are stupid or they are running a cone job. We finally gave up as communication with these Indian people was going around in circles over weeks and always ended up exactly where it stared, no solutions nothing! Complete waste of time and money. We finally had to cut our loses as we they delivered nothing and communication with them was a complete nightmare. Stay away from Indian mobile solutions companies these people either act dump or are very smart con artists which work YOU into the dirt until you give up. We have no working version as we where promised and the whole thing was a bitter realization that we were had by Indian con artists! I'm spreading the word about mobicommerce on scam alert and where ever I can, At least I can warn others as our money is lost, as they refuse to refund. Their scam is like this, they refuse to refund, because we couldn't meet their requirements! LOL! What a joke, Clear on job! Whenever you read or hear mobicommerce, move on as quickly as possible and don't sent them any money no matter how good the deal sounds. Unless you want to throw your money right out the window.

I need their services for my e-business and I faced only issues: 1) they don't answer to request of information or only after sending them 3-4 email and after 15 days 2) they request a lot of data, bank approval and they take much more than 3 working days to process them. 3) finally, they stopped the process of subscription because they didn't want to include credit card as a payment for my customers (all e-commerce transactions are done with credit cards !) without giving me any answer. They have a good and active team, if you have any question related to the platform they can contact with you directly in their Facebook Group, so one of the best support you could have. I've now just passed the 6 month(!) mark for a simple change in our client info with Bambora (which was an update of our VAT/CVR number). Why it has taken this long I don't know. I've been in contact with numerous employees, none of which have managed to settle the case in question. I have an email thread about 2 meters long of both the same questions repeated, new things asked at random, no-one on the Bambora end knowing what they were doing. I've spent many many hours jumping around trying to figure out how to make this simple thing happen - but for some unknown reason it's been impossible to do on the Bambora part. Bambora prides itself on the website of having great client service and that customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of their business - but I cannot in any way recommend Bambora to someone who gets fed up quickly with sloppy work and half-written emails. As a ecomonic impact I've now twice had turnover held back for days because Bambora was not able to put it into my new account - even though they had already done so successfully previously, but then somehow forgot how to again. It's completely Kafka'n, and a true test of patience. This case is STILL not solved, but I'm writing this review now instead of after the case so that if another 6 month pass before my issue is resolved, then at least people are warned. >>>> Update: 21/12-18 (6 months and 15 days into a CVR number change): I've now been told that the same department that has previously not managed to settle this is currently having another look at it, and that they will get back to me at some point. Not very reassuring. I will post further updates as this progresses. >>>> Update: 27/12-18 (6 months and 21 days into a CVR number change): I've now received another question, which Bambora could have asked 6 months ago. I don't know if there are more questions coming, so I decided to call customer service so they could confirm this was the final question, or if they could pool the questions together rather than ask 1 at a time which is what they've done so far. No luck after about an hour on the phone on hold. >>>> Update: 03/01-19 (6 months and 26 days into a CVR number change): I've now, prior to getting any kind of reminder or letter of a claim, gotten an email from a 3rd party collector, which on behalf of ePay/Bambora has a claim that they want me to pay. I have zero unpaid invoices and I have no quarrel with Bambora as such, other than the change of the CVR/VAT number with is coming up on its 7th month for fumbling around on their part. This is absolutely absurd. >>>> Update: 04/01-19 (6 months and 27 days into a CVR number change): The Bambora legal team did not accept that we do not ship to, but still have products visible in certain countries on the webshop, and they demand a cumbersome and costly webshop back-end solution which geo-segments all incoming purchases on the webshop and then filters them for which product people buy. We do that my hand currently - we're a small shop. So, I've simply just taken those products of the webshop. I guess a cut into our shops product-offerings is a cheap price to pay to be on this never-ending journey. >>>> Update: 10/01-19 (7 months and 3 days into a CVR number change): This may be my final entry into this journal. The path I have trodden has be a treacherous one with many pitfalls and unforseen obstacles that no man can prepare for. More than once have I doubted that I would complete this journey, not knowing whether it was unfunny candid camera or if it was Kafka himself writing the email replies. Staying strong in the face of idiotic corporate companies with employees that don't care or don't have the skills to solve even the simplest of tasks is not easy, but stay strong out there, whomever you are that decides to engage with this company. I know what an effort it must take to write that, and I completely agree that you writing that reply to me balances out the countless hours I have spent on the phone and replying to mails with half of your staff. Oh wait, no it doesn't. It doesn't count for anything. I stand by my review - 1 star, as zero stars is not an option. This parcel took at least 3 weeks to arrive. It couldnt even be tracked to see where it was. I have followed up for a refund a number of times and now am receiving no contact from them anymore. I'm so disappointed. I spent 25 dollars on this and couldnt even use it because it arrived so late, well after the 1 to 2 week advised shipping time. I just want my money back. Really disappointing experience

Having used 4 other CMS systems over the past 6 years we have become comfortable now with the Cloud Commerce system and set up and have the system in a functional state of where we need to be. We had ALOT of issues upon set up at the start due to technical data not working correctly and some strange errors, these where all resolved quickly and we were reimbursed for our losses. Every CMS system i've used has teething errors at the start and it takes months for a company of our size to get to a point where it is running smoothly. We mainly use CMS systems for dispatching orders from multiple sites in one place and integrating with couriers, CCP's courier rules and integrations have allowed us to do this efficiently with no issues. We have now moved onto using alot more of their new features such as stock control, stock alerts, margin reports, purchase orders which all help to make our company more efficient. Sarah & Mel in CS has been a great help through this process and we now feel we have a system we can fully rely on and move forward with to improve our growth. Cloud are still improving daily and have a long way to go to catch up to the big CMS systems in terms of integrations, particularly with Ebay & Magento but for the price compared to the other systems it's a bargain!

We at Auto Power used Adlister and Nventree before signing up for Cloud Commerce Pro, we now save hours per day in order management, product management and stock management. We have suggested improvements for the system which Cloud Commerce Pro have taken on board which has benefited us and we believe the whole community using the system. Cloud Commerce Pro is a forward thinking company working with James Wright we will request more advancements in the system moving forward. The Shipping Helpdesk are really easy and pleasant to work with we have API’s with Royal Mail and My Hermes and moving forward we will be integrating with DPD. The general support team either fix or create Development jobs as required and they update us when the jobs have been completed and ready to go, although we may suggest an interim update in the future. Cloud Commerce Pro saves us time on the old systems we had, we are working with them to continually to advance the system in the areas of ebay listings and day to day processes and reporting as we work together improve our customers experience.

The plugin is not working the way it is. I have requested for support to communicate the issue instead of using tickets. This is because, there are so many issues and fixes and using a ticket each will cause confusion. I adhered to their request to log an issue per ticket. I am not sure who is handling what and communication is not available. I start seeing my live website down, deactivating of pugins ( never reinstate as well) ALL without informing. Is this the way to troubleshoot? Really bad.

I've been working with CMSmart for several months now and their support team have been great. I have actively raised several tickets for them to answer, of which I have received a swift response with clarifications/solutions. Binh has been particularly prompt in providing solutions for me including snapshots and walk through videos. Several customizations have been developed in the backend for my platform, and the development team have delivered this within the agreed schedule. CMSmart has a series of strong online platforms within their portfolio - all of which requires time and patience to ensure these are utilized fully. Not everything is plug and play as you have to customize things as per your business requirements. We have been with a traditional merchant service provider forever, and after our fees continuing to increase for years we decided to look into some of the newer merchant service providers. We narrowed it down to 3, and ultimately chose Dharma as their knowledge of the interchange processing and transparency is second to none. They spent time answering all of our in-depth questions to find out what and why we were being charged with our previous provider, and what will happen at Dharma. They made the transition a breeze. Since switching, our merchant fees have been halved!!!! Amazing! Another pleasant surprise with Dharma, we get our funds in half the amount of time than our previous provider! And last but not least, their customer service/response time after signing on has not dropped either. Every time I have reached out my questions are answered...within minutes. I processed with them for about 1 and a half year and in the end, they stole my rolling reserve money of more than $20,000. Not only that, they were not honest in providing the real revenue number and were always reporting less than the actual revenue to embezzle money for themselves. Avoid at all cost. There are better alternatives out there for high risk processing.

I've been working with Fred and his team for the past few months and have been very happy with their work. They initially started by adding new listings to our ebay and Amazon inventory, including learning how to use our inventory management software which was new to them. It does take quite a bit of time for approval if you are in the high-risk pool and the rolling reserves together with the G2 crawler at $150 per month charges are excessive. It makes you wonder what is the risk that the merchant account really have when they are making more than 3% per transaction and crippling your receivables along with additional operational expenses. We recently upgraded the system to be mobile friendly and improve the MOTO functionality. The new web shop looks extremely good and has improved aesthetically by 100% We are very pleased with the progress of this project, and think it should be of great benefit commercially. If you spend all of your time in Bill.com, it's probably a great product. However, everything breaks down when you use any of their integrations. Both the Quickbooks Desktop and the merchant account interfaces to Vantage/Paytrace have so many bugs. Their tech support is good about helping you out with any challenge, but the bugs never seem to get fixed no matter how many time you point them out the them.

Just got off of another frustrating chat with bill.com support. We've been with them for about 3 years now and I've never been impressed but they were cheap when we were getting started. We have held our nose and stuck with them so we don't have the disruption of changed over all our accounts to another service. When bringing on new clients we've had about a 40% success rate of getting the client set up cleanly for invoicing. This means that most of the time something goes wrong the customer gets something 'off' just a little bit and the account won't work. When you talk with support they absolutely refuse to help you figure out anything from the client side...i.e. 'Has the customer set up a properly linked account so we can invoice them' ... 'I'm sorry I'm not permitted to disclose that information'. We currently have a handful of our customers just sending us live checks because of the frustration of getting their accounts set up with bill.com. The last think I would do at this point is jeopardize the client relationship by sending them to bill.com support to try and fix something that's not working... Easier to just have them mail us a check... it's 2019... and that's pretty lame. They also seem to make internal software changes on a regular basis that will change/remove features in the user interface... like adding an attachment to an invoice. Then when you talk with support they don't know what you are talking about. They also make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to the chat support ... it's something like 11 clicks before you can 'talk' with a person on the matter. Even though it's a pain we are going to have to migrate to another platform since we just cannot deal with this disfunction any more.

Recently got this card just to use for misc. items. I dont' want to alway have to use my bank & credit cards.It is great my transfers are instant, I use it everywhere. As a mother of 6 this card is great for grabbing things on the go. Its accepted everywhere I shop. Its the best on in the prepaid common sector. There is a monthly fee but its very low compared to others, and I haven't been hit with any HIDDEN FEES.....which has happened before via other prepaid cards.

Elavon is by far not only the worst Merchant service company, but probably the most dishonest and unethical company currently operating on planet earth. They said whatever they needed to pull our business from our former merchant provider of 7 years. Within our first 3 months, they processed $1.3m which is our standard. Then without warning their Risk team decided to hold our funds without provocation or reason for the past 3 weeks holding over $70k and let us know unless we provided a $700,000 Line of Credit our account would be canceled?!? NO Warning, NO ability to other options, nothingand weve never had a chargeback or return in 7 years. No chargebacks, no fraud, no reason whatsoever to warrant this action. They would only respond after multiple follow ups, only agreed to release funds after multiple follow ups and incorporating attorney involvement. They lost a client for no reason and well certainly do all we can to warn others to not get blindsided by this corrupt company. Costco should be ashamed this is their preferred partner.

I've called and emailed them and to ask what the deal was and I've gotten ZERO response! I've INCREDIBLY disappointed b/c from all of the reviews I've read, SignMountain.com was "supposed" to be a great place to order stencils, vinyl letters and banners, etc, and while they probably do great work, their customer service is ATROCIOUS!! If you use Miva Merchant, make sure your hosting company has lots of experience with them. - I have used miva merchant for years and the problem I have always run across is that the hosting company MUST be an expert using their miva merchant software or you WILL have problems. Lots of hosting companies claim to support miva merchant, but in my experience most will not waste too much time solving all of the miva problems. So, be really really careful if you go with Miva that your hosting company has lots of experience with it.

My experience on charge.com was not good. - Their first scam is, each application is automatically approved. That should be a heads up that this is a bad business. The second scam is you say what your sales will be and if you want MC or Visa. And then somehow automatically you are taking AMEX and JCB and discover, and paying that AMEX fee. Then when you want to terminate because of their non existant customer support, it costs you $300 to leave (and that is why there is no set up fee). All they have is a good domain name.

I signed up with them, they cancelled my account 1 week later saying they don't want to have me as a client saying my transaction level is too high. They then charged $1000 cancellation fee for 2 account I just setup for my 2 business, and they are holding more than a $1000 of my money which I processed through them. I am the most ethical person, and there is no reason why any one should go through this. They are extremely anal, and arrogant to deal with. I would never recommend this merchant to anyone. There are merchants with no cancellation fees, lower monthly fees, and processing fees than this company. I would never recommend anyone go with charge.com

Definitely a bait and switch. Invested $10 in their 2 days plan, requested and got paid. So I invested a $20 into the same plan. When it matured, I requested for a withdrawal via Payza but it never came after a week. I emailed them and they told me to wait for another 3 days. After which, still nothing. I contacted them again, only to be told that they no longer pay via Payza and that I should withdraw via another processor. I've a Paypal account, so I made a withdrawal request to Paypal, but still nothing!! I contacted them again and they were not replying!! Tried few more times, and they never got back!! Fortunately, I didn't get too greedy and only loss $20!

Scam site that never pay!! Invested $30 in their 8 days plan but never got paid. When I ask for payment after my investment matures, they took a long time to reply and kept finding excuses. At first they say they'll investigate then they ask me to withdraw using another payment processor, then another processor and then another. On our last conversation, they told me to wait 1 month for their payment to be transferred but I find it fishy. (It would be over the 3 month time frame to call for a refund in Paypal) so I immediately file for a refund. I was lucky enough to get my money back.

I purchased from Cleverbridge a license key for a software called Winrar that I was supposed to receive in my email. The key never arrived. I emailed Winrar directly several times and they were completely unresponsive. Therefore I called Clverbridge directly since they are the company that I actually engaged with and paid. They said they would reach out to Winrar. Still no licence key. It's been about two weeks now and I am asking for a refund. Cleverbridge refuses to help since they say the decision is completely up to Winrar. I did not engage or pay Winrar, I paid Cleverbridge and I am Cleverbridges customer. They have my money and delivered no product. Of course I will be disputing this with my credit card company but I really shouldn't have to do that step. Very bad customer service and they definitely lost a customer. Hopefully other people will think twice because giving their credit card number to this company.

Cleverbridge processes payments for Hidemyass. I have already written the HMA is being blocked by Netflix so I can't access US Netflix when I travel, which i do regularly. I had an annual contract with HMA but wanted to cancel since it no longer works for me. NOPE, can't cancel, can't get your money. You are basically left with contacting the credit card company, complaining of a fraudulent charge and getting a new credit card. I am done with these companies. If you buy a service and it no longer works you should be able to get your money back. The companies should be embarrassed to provide poor service and if they can't fix the problem then refund your money. Bad

After 5 years of using Magento, knowband sold me by far the worst software I have ever used. I was actually insulting how bad it was once I started to find all the issues and how incomplete it was. It was a hacky mess and their support were slow and lacked the required knowledge. I left a product review on their website and they removed it. I had to buy a solution from another company as they stopped replying to support tickets when they saw how many issues they sold me for $150. I feel like I was the first very person to try and use the software. They refused to refund me even when I gave proof I had to buy another solution elsewhere.

I bought an expensive, ambitious module to solve prestashop checkout's shortcomings. At first it worked, but soon there was an error message saying "update". The module would not update on my server. It also stopped saving any changes made from its own control panel. Support was hard to find on the Knowband web site. You need the yellow balloon icon. Refund requests have a different screen and are not replied to. The support screens required a lot of FTP and logon details, but refused to save them, so I sent them in plain text, to allow them to try to solve the problem. Knowband support staff did manage to save individual changes on the module but not to make the "save" button work. I believe it is something to do with whether php is allowed to open files on a server, but they would not comment on that and pretended misunderstanding or obfuscation, asking for an on-screen video, and later closing the request attached because they said they'd already replied. I've asked for a refund for paypal. If Knowband staff were allowed and encouraged to admit what their module cannot do, it would save a lot of their customers' time and their own reputation.
