Totally disgusted with this company. Never use this company. They aren’t the cheapest either, but I thought the reviews did not look too bad. How wrong I was. Never again. I usually never write reviews, but now I know the importance of reviews. I have warned all my family and friends never to go near this company. Please avoid or your holiday will be full of stress and worry. I booked an arrival and return journey from Doha thinking this would save me the hassle and airport taxi fares which are usually extortionate. However, before boarding my flight to Doha from the UK- (7hour flight) I received an email highlighting that the driver had turned up at the airport to pick us up and we were not there. Ridiculous Hoppa had mixed up our evening arrival time with the morning time and had the cheek to blame me for it, even though I had given them the flight details. I rang Hoppa’s emergency number after being put on hold and going through so many options which was so unclear, I finally spoke to someone who was more useless then a chocolate tea pot. They kept shifting the blame to me like a broken record player and said the flight details were wrong and so was the timing. I asked Hoppa to contact the taxi firm to confirm they could re-arrange the pick-up for us and for them to investigate this before I boarded my flight. She put me on hold for 2mins and then said she just spoke to them and they did not have the capacity to do so and the taxi firm could not find the flight details either. I asked to speak to a manager who was even more useless then the first person I spoke to. I asked Hoppa to arrange with another taxi company and they refused stating they only have one company they use in the whole of Qatar- Doha. Ridiculous. They did not even have a contingency plan for emergencies. She kept shifting the blame and did not want to help at all. The pathetic thing was there was x7 hours before my arrival and they could not even arrange a taxi for us? I then sent them an email to cancel my return journey after I landed, and they did not reply to me at all. I contacted the taxi company they had arranged with in Doha directly and they told me that Hoppa had not even contacted them about the missed transfer nor spoken to them about re-arranging the pick-up which they could have done. Furthermore, the first contact they had from anyone for my booking was from myself. They also informed me that the flight details I had provided were accurate and it did say evening flight, so they attempted to contact Hoppa, but no one picked up. As a result they had no recourse but to cancel. Basically, Hoppa lied about the whole thing to shift the blame and did not even contact the taxi company as they said they had. After I directly cancelled in advance my return transfer with the taxi company in Doha, Hoppa replied to my email and cancellation request via email x3 days later. Totally useless. 5 months later they still have not resolved my issue or complaint nor gotten back to me even after numerous promises to do so. The icing on the cake was: the airport taxi fare to and from the airport in Doha was less then half of what I initially paid to Hoppa. Uber was cheaper! How ridiculous and it was so straight forward. Will never use this transfer company again.

Worst customer service. Booked a holiday with a travel agency where Hoppa Go was responsible for the transfers from the Airport to Hotel and viceversa. On the departure day I have received a phone call from Hoppa Go representative to confirm my booking but at the Airport there was no one waiting for us. Called the local emergency number just to find out Hoppa Go didn't payed for our transfers so we were just left stranded in the Airport. We had to hire private taxi to travel to the hotel and back to the airport. I have written an email to Hoppa Go asking what happend and they simply replied they have cancelled my bookings and to address my issue with the travel agent. No excuses, no empathy for letting us stranded in a foreign country. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again we will use their services.

I will never rent a car from Turo again. I rented a car using Turo in San Francisco. When I turned the car in, there were a small amount of food crumbs in the back seat. Even though Turo's policy says that I can't be charged for this, the renter tried to scam me by telling me that I would be charged $100 for not vacuuming the car out myself. I even volunteered to take the car the gas station across the street to vacuum the car but the owner said it was too late and I would be charged a fine. Turo went against their own policy and fined me. Plus, the car had a large number of scratches and paint damage that was not disclosed in the description and I would have never rented the car had I known. I tool over a dozen pictures of damage on almost every panel and bumper on the car. This was my first and last time using Turo.

For this type of business, it needs a strong mediator between parts that takes the time to listen and analyse and, the most important, to not allows illegalities happens on its platform. This is exactly the opposite of TURO. Everything is allowed there and TURO doesn’t care who is right or not as long as it has access to money; and they always have because you need a credit card to make an account. Our story: the owner we have rented a car asked for damage we haven’t done: the photos the owner himself posted before and after renting show that the damage was there before. We have written to TURO and they gave us a phone meeting (precise date and hour to talk on phone) that they never attempted, after that they was never answered to our e-mails. Another detail: you will see perfect or almost perfect reviews on TURO platform (five stars), because TURO allows you to make a review only after 10 days following your rental and you cannot change this review after that. Problems occur after this period.

I was unfortunate to have Kevin from Glasgow branch . He was aggressive and rude and took great pleasure in charging £570 for a tiny chip on windscreen... Which was there when we picked up the car . Myself and my 10 yr old daughter were very upset to have used Easirent . We will not forget this very unpleasant experience and will do as much as possible to let people know about this bunch of crooks in a shonky car yard in Glasgow .

Although I canceled the order due to the Corona and could not reach any questions or problems I had quickly answered that way they provide service and so I recommend working with this company. DO NOT RENT FROM WISECARS. They are strictly a middleman. (They don't have any cars.) Yet, when my flight was delayed, and I immediately emailed to let them know, they failed to pass on that information to the rental car company. Their reason: They were closed. Thus, the info did not get to the rental company, I became a "no show," and not only lost my car reservation, but 100% of the money I paid Wisecars. Tip: Forget Wisecars. Rent from companies that have cars. Not from middlemen.

Avoid as much as you can. They charge extras after the event, and when you try to get it refund the attitude of their customer service (Jay) is absolutely out of tone and close to be insulting. Of course, the final outcome is that they are refusing to accept evidences that the additional charges are not legitimate. Better work with the global players who have some key values such as transparency and Customer Service.

My husband and I and another couple were traveling to the UK for two weeks from Canada. We were looking for a vehicle that would be comfortable and large enough for all of us and our luggage. I found 4x4 vehicle hire on the internet and contacted them for a quote. Riaz got back to me very quickly and I found him very helpful and friendly. Not only did he do his very best to try and help me find a vehicle that suited us, he helped me stay within my budget. Riaz truly went out of his way to help me and I can’t begin express how much I appreciate that. The Land Rover Discovery 5 was a perfect fit for us. The vehicle was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our luggage fit perfectly and it handled the weight with ease. It was a luxury to drive, excellent to handle and made our travels a pleasure. The company, 4x4 Vehicle Hire dropped it off with us and picked it up from us, eliminating any extra expenses and mostly time. This was something that was extremely convenient for us and a bonus. It was so easy. Everyone we had contact with was very nice. I can’t recommend this company enough. They are definitely top shelf with their vehicles but also customer service.

We booked a party bus for my Fathers 80th birthday for March 28th and provided the required deposit of $300. COVID19 then started to spread through Canada and mostly Ontario. The federal government advising to cancel all group events and self isolate. The Ontario Government followed a day putting the province into a state of emergency and asking all non essential services to shut down. Following the guidelines put forth by the government we cancelled the entire weekend. Every single company that we had given "non refundable" deposits to instantly without question refunded us our deposit... except for Dorchester Limo. We hadn't even initially asked for a full refund from Dorchester. My Sister called and asked if we could apply the deposit to a future date when we reschedule. They refused, would not listen to reason and basically brushed off my Sister. I attempted to call multiple times the next day, and left a message with no response. I finally sent an email to them CCing in Ontario's Consumer Services, demanding a full refund. They responded stating that their policies had changed within the day and that my Sister should call back as they would allow us to use $225 of our deposit for a future date and charge us $75 for the cancellation. The also stated that many other companies are not refunding. Since then I have talked to many people and not a single person has had any issues with any company refunding them due to cancelations because of the virus. Purely out of principal our family will not give another cent to a company so greedy that they would take advantage of the dire situation the whole world is in to make a buck. I will also do EVERYTHING in my means to fight for our deposit back. Not because we care that much about the money, but out of sheer principal. Companies like this need to be exposed, and unfortunately the F rating they have on BBB is not doing enough. I have now filed an official complaint with Ontario Consumer services, I am writing this complaint, I will be looking at avenues I can take with the Federal government, and am about to start a media blitz against this company (social and non social). By the time I am done they will be well known as the greedy bottom eaters that they are!

We are a construction company that have used vehicle rental companies for the past 15 years and have used a number of different providers, including many of the big names. If you are looking for a brokerage company such as Nexus I would strongly advise that you look for an alternative as I believe Nexus are ruthlessly profit driven and you are likely to be cheated at some stage. The last couple of vehicle hire reps I have met have told me that Nexus have a very bad name within the industry with their vehicle providers, who they are forced to chop and change all the time. Our company has had a very bad experience, being invoiced incorrectly and fighting a losing battle when trying to get charged fairly. For example, our company was charged £250 for a 'valet' when the vehicle went back... this is just the tip of a very nasty iceberg! If you think you can come to a common-sense resolution with Nexus when they overcharge you, my experience suggests that aggressive and rapid legal action (with extras on top) will be coming your way if you don't pay what they want.

I have used Affordable and Tesco vouchers for the last 4 years and this is the first year I have found difficulty getting information on dates beyond a few weeks of the date you input data information. If there are restrictions which I know there are (no recognition of Tesco pricing) they should be highlighted to explain either no availability or prices unknown. It is very frustrating being presented standard pricing when you have been pushed towards Tesco voucher pricing and constantly get presented standard pricing..

1Cares was amazing! They helped us arrange a tour to the French town from which my family emigrated to the United States in the 1800's. Based on the scant family information we had, the customer service representative helped us pinpoint the location, and our driver facilitated a visit to the actual site where my ancestors lived. They helped provide the exerience of a lifetime, and I am so grateful to them! I appreciated their helpfulness, prompt responses, and professional service. While they delivered exactly what was agreed upon (type of car, English speaking driver, fee, etc.,) they went above and beyond in service! They do not provide guided tours, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a customized driving tour.

When I went to pick it up in Barcelona, they tried to extort more money: or pay for higher insurance than was already purchased, or lose the car and everything paid on it. I lost my money and was left in the street with no transportation in a foreign land.

Driving Assessment/Car availability Be very careful with the Driving Assesment of this company I drive for 25 years with no points in my driver's license and no fault accidents. I failed this test. The attendants did not believe the test and went to question the instructor. DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS TEST. Possibly because there is no cars available. FRUSTRATED. 2 cabs did not show over 2 hours with no explanation. I was reliant on this taxi company for school pick up. My elderly parents (doing the pick up) were left feeling v stressed and my kids were v upset at no one coming to get them. No phone call to explain why a cab wouldn’t be coming, constantly put on hold when I phoned then taken off hold by someone who didn’t know I had aleady called (“hello angels cars”). I was repeatedly told ‘he’s five minutes away’ inly to have no car show up. Not the first time I had problems with them. Never use this company, they are totally unrelaible, disorganised and unprofessional.

Dealt with the Seattle location only. Easy process for pick-up and return. Friendly staff. We took some food/kitchen supplies at pick-up, which helped us in the first few days. Campervan drew some attention while travelling, especially from the kids (they said it was "cool"). We had the Kid Fish van and although filling up the tank was a bit pricey, it travelled about 450-500 miles between fill-ups. I would definitely recommend this company should I be travelling out West in the near future.

If I had the choice,I wouldn't even give a 1-star to rate their customer service or support team.I have worked for uber for a while in England and then I moved to Scotland and contacted them to update my details in order to be able to see the promotions in that city and organise my time properly. By the way each city has its promotions that drivers can benefit from but when you work in another city apart from the one you signed up in ,you won't be able to benefit from the promotions in that new city unless you change your permanent address and update your information with Uber. It is the driver’s right to update his details when he permanently moves to another city and it is Uber’s duty to do so.They refused to update my details in order to work for them Without taking advantage of the promotions. Europcar took TWO YEARS to notify me of a missed payment when returning a vehicle to one of their rental depots in Amsterdam.It was rented and dropped off in good faith that my card details were on file and Europcar would deduct the amount. It's not the customers responsibility to ensure payment is taken correctly, the onus is on the organisation to ensure payments are processed correctly. Utterly ridiculous that it took this long. When they finally decided to get in contact, it was over email, with spelling and grammar errors, which was assumed to be a phishing email. Will not deal with Europcar again the future nor recommend their service to others.

Paid for an airport pickup...no one showed ..did not find driver with name board..even after walking around for over an hour and a half. Ended up paying for another taxi. Which was cheaper to take me to the hotel. Contacted Rideways and all I got was nothing but excuses..no refund...they took the driver's side of the story.. since he claims he was there...but no one could find him ... wouldn't recommend them to anyone...they can keep the money..which they said they wouldn't refund. I had pre booked a car at Birmingham airport and went to the Hertz desk there to pick it up. They checked their address system but could not find me on i and so they refused to let me have the car. Apparently they use a system from Experian which does not recognise my address. I happen to live in the Highlands of Scotland and have done for a considerable time. The agents at the Hertz desk were not at all helpful and just kept saying that I could not have the car I had already paid for. This was despite the fact that I had my passport, driving licence and had a DVLA code for them to check my licence. I was therefore stuck in Birmingham airport and had to ask my son to drive over 50 miles to collect me. Other car rental firms would hire me a car but the cost as a 'walk up' was ridiculous (350+). It is clear that the Experian system that Hertz use is incorrect and I would therefore advise anyone to avoid hiring a car with them.

I booked a van for moving to be delivered to an address where I was dropping off a hire car days before the delivery date. At 5pm on the day before delivery (due at 12pm) they called me and said there was a problem with delivering to the address and could I do a walk-in somewhere nearby to get the van. I said yes, that would be fine. I was told that they would email me back with details. They sent nothing that day and their phone lines were closed. The following day, nothing and all calls were met with "We'll call you back". I drove an hour and a half to drop off my hire car and pick up the van, and 15 minutes before it was due, they called me back to say they couldn't do it now and there was no availability until 10am the following day. This left me stranded with no vehicle, an hour and a half from my home in a remote location and with no way to move out. Basically, they messed up, did not seem to care at all, offered no attempt to help, no discount, no recompense; not even sympathy. I find it hard to believe that a company can get away with treating its customers like this.

I have rented cars for many years all over the world and have often been shocked by the tricks - and downright dishonesty - of local franchises of major international brands. I have never used local companies because I always assumed their cars and all round service would be unreliable. I intended to use an international chain fo a ten day holiday to Crete. But their prices were high, and the cost of reducing the insurance excess to zero was absurd. So I looked at Flisvos, a family owned company with offices in Kalyves and Alymrida, a 45 minute drive along the coast from Chania airport.. They were cheaper, polite and professional. I booked with them, though I suspected I would be disappointed. In fact, I was delighted. One of their team met off the flight and took me to the car park near the terminal where they hold vehicles. He took payment (€220, in cash) and that was it. This included zero excess insurance and a half tank of petrol. There were no last minute extras or ‘deposits’ on my credit card. Next day I popped into their office in Almyrida - we were staying in a village nearby - and said the car was a little small. They offered to upgrade me, for a nominal cost. (I decided not to.) We drove hundreds of miles around this mountainous island and the car performed superbly. Flisvos are friendly, professional and honest. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This website is a scam!!! I'm shock and mad that I've rent or even enter on your website. Nothing it's clear, you think you are renting the cheaper car in Fuerteventura but you are just being a scam. You have to leave with this very serious people a caution of 1200€ that they just refund you 30 days after you gave the car back. if you don't want that solution or maybe you don't have that money since you are not rich (and that's why you spend almost 2 hours in line to have this stupid car) you have to pay 4 times more, and that value isn't refundable. So what you think it's the best offer ends up being the most expensive one. If you ever think or for some unfortunate you end up on their lovely website just run for autoreisen!!!

Se si utilizza un servizio come gettransfer è tipicamente per 2 ragioni: essere sicuri di trovare qualcuno che ci porti da una destinazione all’altra quando siamo in viaggio (ad es. dall’aeroporto all’hotel) e dunque risparmiare dato che si prenota in anticipo. Bene, in realtà entrambe le cose possono essere disattese. Questo è quanto mi è accaduto in viaggio a Budapest: dato che l’aeroporto è molto lontano dalla città e non vi è la metro all’aeroporto, penso bene di prenotare un transfer fino all’hotel con questo sito. Non l’avessi mai fatto! Non appena messo piede a Budapest inizia la disavventura, con il driver che dapprima non si riesce a trovare in aeroporto, ma che alla fine riesco a trovare in quanto noto il mio cognome scritto su un cartello (una scritta piccola e con il mio cognome pure scritto male). Questi non è nemmeno il driver che avevo scelto, ma si presenta come un suo “socio”, lasciandomi non poco perplesso poichè non ero assolutamente venuto a conoscenza di tale sostituzione. In ogni caso, dopo essermi fatto portare da tale sostituto all’hotel, lo stesso mi chiede di pagare l’INTERA QUOTA DEL TRANSFER, sia quella della prima corsa, sia quella della seconda corsa, che mi avrebbe dovuto riportare dall’hotel all’aeroporto. A quel punto nasce un’animata discussione, col signore che mi tratta come vengono trattati troppo spesso gli italiani all’estero: come degli imbroglioni. Io insisto per pagare solo il prezzo della prima corsa (d’altronde avevo già pagato, come richiesto da gettransfer, un acconto sull’intero transfer a/r e tra l’altro non mi fido di lasciare tutti quei soldi a una persona che non conosco e che non è il driver che ho selezionato). Alla fine riesco fortunosamente ad averla vinta, dunque pago in contanti solo la prima corsa, e subito dopo scrivo su whatsapp al driver che avevo selezionato facendogli notare l’accaduto e informandolo del fatto che già avevo pagato la prima corsa al suo collega (sempre sperando che questi si comporti da persona onesta e non dica invece al driver ufficiale che al contrario io non ho pagato nulla! Anche perchè assolutamente non mi è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta di tale pagamento!). Questi legge e non risponde. Gli invio un altro messaggio inerente il transfer per il ritorno e nemmeno mi risponde. Siccome dopo diversi giorni non ho ricevuto alcun aggiornamento in merito al mio transfer di ritorno, arrivo alla conclusione che almeno questo driver non è molto serio, probabilmente non mi crede nemmeno e ritiene che io non abbia pagato alcunchè per la prima corsa, pertanto decido di chiedere direttamente all’hotel di provvedere al mio transfer e dunque di chiamare un taxi. Che mi fa pagare di più di quanto avrei pagato sulla carta con il transfer di gettransfer, ma che in ogni caso FA IL SUO DOVERE E MI PORTA A DESTINAZIONE SENZA PROBLEMA ALCUNO. Una volta tornato a Roma e tolta la modalità aereo dal telefono, mi arriva una mail “infuocata” dal driver, in cui se la prende con me con parole forti, scrivendomi che per colpa mia lui (o il suo socio?) ha aspettato tantissimo davanti all’hotel per portarmi all’aeroporto senza trovarmi e dunque asserendo che gli avrei procurato un danno. Tutto ciò però è completamente falso: infatti il parcheggio dell’hotel è piccolissimo e sempre strapieno, dunque è impossibile stazionare lì per molto tempo; in ogni caso, dato che conosceva il mio nome e cognome, avrebbe potuto anche recarsi nella hall e chiedere di me: gli avrebbero risposto che già me ne ero andato e sarebbe finita così. Come se non bastasse, mi contatta anche una russa del servizio clienti di gettransfer (che sapeva parlare solo inglese e russo) e mi chiede, in inglese, dettagli sulla vicenda e la mia versione in merito. Io le elenco dettagliatamente tutto l’accaduto, ma questa poi mi risponde arrivando a chiedermi di provare quanto da me sostenuto inviandogli delle prove, consistenti perfino in screenshot delle conversazioni e delle chiamate con il driver! Ora, alcuni di questi screen glieli ho inviati, altri no, pure perchè ritengo che violino la mia privacy e non vedo il motivo per cui glieli dovrei presentare, dato che non sono sotto processo! In fin dei conti, ritengo che scegliere un servizio come gettransfer equivalga a fare un salto nel buio: non puoi sapere se ti affidi a conducenti corretti oppure no, e se ti va male rischi di rimetterci tempo, soldi, avere numerosi disagi (perdere voli, appuntamenti importanti, check in negli hotel...) e anche molte arrabbiature.

Please avoid because the quotation they send you is not what you really have to pay at the desk!!!. Hereunder my story. I booked a car through AirportRental: 10 days car rental with ACE company at Cancun airport with the maximum additionl insurance, the so called Protection Plus. Total 260USD+120USD=380USD. When I got to ACE desk @Cancun airport I was told that, by law, they could not give me the car without one of these two additional insurance: - Basic insurance: 220USD (189USD + VAT) - LDW2: 324USD (279USD + VAT). I decided for this, the equivalent of the Protection Plus I have already payed to Airport Rental. Moreover I had to pay additional 60USD for an Airport fee! Obviously none of these expenses were in the quotation I had received and booked from AirportRental!!! After approx 20 emails and 2 months with customer service AirportRental gave me back 120USD of protection plus and 60USD of airport fee. So at the end of the day I spent (approximately) 380+324+60-120-60=584USD instead of 380USD! I don't think this is correct.

OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

very poor unprofessional. I booked Great Britain cars for pick up and collection from Stansted in April for a family funeral. we were on a day trip . Booked online taxi to bring us from airport to funeral and return journey that evening. On arrival, car was late and the company and they said the car had a breakdown and they would send a replacement which they did. I was informed by phone i would have paid this driver and the company would refund me by the end of the day. i emailed and rang the company in afternoon reminding them of pick up for departure and they weren't to be late as we had made the flight that evening. The taxi was over an hr later we barely made our flight and the company still has officially not said sorry for making a sad day more stressful. or provided a refund a month later. despite phone calls and emails and letters to the company. The company are totally unprofessional and unreliable

We arrived at Tilbury in March 2018 and were met by David who drove us to the office in St Albans where our hire car was ready. We returned the car 3 months later and David delivered us safely to Southampton to catch our ship back home. That is the second time I have used Traffic Self Drive as dealing with Paul is ‘hassle free’, and driving with David is a pleasure, as he is a good driver plus a very affable man. Horrible service in the airport of Malaga, Spain, the agent by the name Maria, thought she is the boss, trying to make a show there. First, they did not give me the car which i rented, second they had some extra fees which they wanted to charge and hide and most important, NEVER use AVIS, most horrible service i ever had in my life. Being such a big company, they should take care first of all of their employees, because they are the reason why they suck!

Your partner AVIS in Mallorca has charged 300 euro from my credit card for a 2 cm. black spot that already was in the forward bumper. I sent a letter of complaint and yet have no proper answer to that...
