Everything was made so simple and straight forward, As this was our first motorhome holiday there was a lot of uncertainty in what we were getting ourselves into, but again a first class service was provided from start to finish with 24 hour support if needed, We will be definitely be using Go Explore Scotland again and have already started preparations for our Motorhome holiday next year,

I arrived at Newcastle airport on the easyJet flight that was cancelled to Tenerife 22/2/20. Promises from the aircrew of coaches to airports to get a different flight so we could reach our holiday destination must of been to keep us all hopeful and quiet Yet when we arrived we were all told to go to arrow counter book a taxi get a receipt and claim it back. Can I just point out that the two ladies who were working your office showed the easyJet passengers a lot more care and understanding than the airline staff did They were both polite kind caring and understanding at our frustration Those ladies handled the situation in a professional manner It’s the first time I’ve used arrow cars and will be using again The customer service we all received is second to none

I book an airport transfer in February for our Tenerife holiday in April. When I in February I booked airport transfers for our April holiday. When all flights were cancelled I contacted Arrow to cancel the journeys. I have now received confirmation of my refund and have been advised that the standard 20% cancellation fee has been charged ( normal terms and conditions). I appreciate that in normal times a charge is appropriate ( though I do thing 20% is a bit excessive) but we are not in normal times and cancellations are unavoidable in fact necessary in lockdown Britain. Perhaps Arrow could have reduced their cancellation charge or better still not applied it at all, possibly they could have offered a credit for future trips. Their stance is not appropriate at this time

After nine months from my rental, I received an email from AutoVia stating that due to the failed payment from the bankrupt broker where I made the reservation Autovia is entitling them to take a further sum of 282.77 pounds. They also told me to contact the broker Vehicle Rent to dispute the first transaction. As the broker is bankrupt is no longer contactable, and I am unable to debate the early charge with my bank because it is nine months old. If AutoVia had the courtesy to inform me within the first three months, I could have the money paid to Vehicle Rent refunded. Overall I paid for the rental 577 pounds. Thank you AutoVia, for the prompt communication with your customers, your custom is equal to zero, and you will no operate for much longer.

Refused to pick us up from airport (unless we payed 61 EUR extra) even though I called 20 minutes before they closed and asked for pickup. Cancelled car even though we asked them not to and told them that we were coming to pick up the car the following morning. According to rentalcars.com the car was not cancelled but staff at rental office claimed it was. Refused to give us another car the following day. Took 3 hours of negotiations and us accepting a much smaller car before we were able to rent a car even though they had available cars the entire time. Terrible service and staff that was unwilling to help. Location is not the best since if you are unable to use their shuttle it costs 25 EUR one way for a taxi even though it is really close to the airport. On the positive side. Car was clean and nice.

Rented an AVIS car in Dublin Airport in Jan 2019 and again Mar 2019 Both experiences with the staff were exceptional, I had forgot to book a car when in the US and the Manager on duty when I arrived at the Dublin Airport was a Mr. Gerry Glynn. Mr. Glynn arranged the car I needed with an upgrade. Mr. Glynn's staff were also extremely professional and respectful in each of my transactions. Cannot say enough about the Irish welcome I received from this Avis team, especially given the waves of tired and irritable customers like me that appear at their Avis desk in the early hours of the am from the US. We had a text 2 days before being picked up at Gatwick giving the name of the driver and model of car he would be driving. Then a further text from the driver giving his mobile number and confirming he would meet us in arrivals 30 minutes after the plane landed. He was on time and the driving was superb, very smooth ride. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again

We rented the 2018 Unity Murphy Bed rig, which was perfect for a 10 day trip through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The Unity was very well equipped and Derek gave us a thorough briefing after which we were very comfortable starting out. The Unity is easy to drive and can be parked in most car-sized parking spaces. It has lots of storage space and we were able to load enough groceries for the entire trip. We made a wide range of meals in the kitchen and the nearly king-sized bed was very comfortable. We had only a few questions during our trip, which Derek and Conrad were always available to answer. We will definitely be renting from Bliss RV again (unless we buy a Unity MB first....).

Specs: Family of 4 (1 kids and 1 baby) plus a senior medium-sized dog relocating from BC to ON during COVID-19 pandemic. Our trip was unique in terms of the season we did it: imagine having to exercise complete physical distancing, and the majority of the RV stops and parks are closed to decrease the impact of a pandemic. Sounds like an horror movie, but it was the opposite! Canadream Maxi RV (MHA) unit was extremely reliable, easy to maneuver (first time driving a 30'), and comfortable. The Canadream team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and was able to address several of our requests in no time. Distance ~4,500 km Mileage was around 3.0-3.5 liters per 100 km Gas tank: ~200 liters Propane tank: 63 liters

Check in was a slow process, our rental service agent was more concerned with phone calls than in helping with our rental The car had close to 100,000 miles on it and it had numerous scratches, dents, we also had issues with the automatic locks not working, could have been a battery issue,the fuel tank was supposed to be full but only was 8/10 full. The return of the car went well the agent was courteous and polite.

I have had to cancel two bookings with Centauro due to Covid flight cancellations and, while in the past they have refunded the charge back to my card, on this occasion they have only credited my account with "points" to use on future bookings so please BEWARE that while Centauro conditions state "you can cancel without any cost" this doesn't mean you will get your money back. Lesson learned is don't pay in advance just pay a deposit! It seems that one affect of this virus is that some companies are taking the view that it is ok to take your money and not provide what you have paid for and then not refund your hard earned money!

Hi Centauro We have used your car rental in the past many times and if we needed to cancel we would receive refund in a quick and timely manner our booking number is 191125-918338 and we cancelled this booking over 2 weeks ago now for a trip we had planned for next month. We have also emailed and got no response on our refund being issued. I understand ye are probably very busy cause of covid19 but can someone let me know when we will be receiving our refund. Because our flight arrived 30 mins early Raoul went above and beyond his job and arranged for another taxi to pick us up at the airport. The taxi was there is 5 minutes, very courteous service, nice car too! On the morning of the pick up Raoul arrived about 5 minutes early and said no rush at all, take your time. I have to say the service was excellent value for money and just made things so much easier for us. I would certainly not hesitate to use the service again if we are back in Amsterdam.

The driver was extremely nice guy, all went perfectly with the moving but all my tries to arrange the exact date/time during the day last Saturday failed miserably as there is no customer support during the weekend (I finally received a call by the company in late Sunday) while the driver was responding to my questions in the website`s chat once in a day.... So, instead of Saturday I had to move my stuff on Monday

Review over Do you Spain ABSOLUTELY don't rent a car with DoyouItaly (local partner Surprise cars)!. You pay but don't get a car. You can't reach them and they don't respond!! Last Monday we arrived at Napoli. We had a delay of about 1,5 hours. After more than an hour searching for their office we could not find it. We asked arround (other car rental companies) no one could tell us where to find the agency. We could not reach them by phone either. There is no number for emergencies. No where a warning or message that they will be closed at a certain time or what to do in case of delays. It's strange they ask for your flight number and contact details but they don't do anything with it. No call or message at all. In the middle of the night we were helplessely with our family. Since it was late and our hotel was 20 minutes outside of Napoli we had to take a taxi for the double of the rate. Next morning (after a short and stressful night) we again could not reach the agency by phone. The hotel also tried to reach the agency several times for us. We lost all our hope in DoyouItaly, we still did not know where to find their agency and had no time nor energy left. The hotel advised us to book a new car with a reliable company. Since we just had a short trip we had to rent an other car with an other company. We had again to take a taxi to go back to airport to rent a car. It was a very expensive and bad experience. They still do not respond on my e-mails. Doyouitaly Cons: Dont rectify their mistakes, Far too many to list - incompetent, No car given, Useless. Absolutely don't rent with DoYouItaly!!!

We hired a new motorhome from Easicampers at Edinburgh and dropped it off at their Manchester airport branch. We had a marvelous experience in a brand new motorhome . Ted was brilliant and looked after us when we messed up on the fridge controls. It is complicated sometimes to understand how everything works in a big motorhome but now we are used to it. Would recommend and we will do same next year.

The service from this company was 100% however it took 12 days for Proximo to get it sorted from the day of request also there was a large stain ( urine ) on the lower bunk mattress where the driver needed to sleep so we had to clean it ourselves before we used the truck ( maybe a valet before deliver would have been (appropriate).

1000km weekly limit is too low compared to Uber's low base rates Weekly limit should be raised to 2000 or at least 1750km Also all tyre care should be included is the weekly rental including punctures.

Last minute change in price was disappointing. Pickup point was listed on original request. Driver refused to let 1 passenger to sit in front which would have allowed the other passenger to sleep. It was the lowest priced service and it got us from point a to point b and we would use them again.

The socket on the trailer was damaged and I had to do a ad hoc repair. The service starion guy was v sympathetic and helpful and the call centre took charge of the problem when I reported the problem the next day but I still spent a couple of hours rewiring the trailer at midnight.

It was an easy process to book and pick up the trailer although feedback worth considering would be to allow an extra 10-15 minutes per booking so the service station staff can have the connectors and shackles ready to go. Customers lose the 10 minutes setting the trailer up and with a 4 hour booking every minute counts

I've used AutoSlash every year since i first learned about it. Each time was effortless, and over the years AutoSlash has saved me hundred$ of dollar$. Mind you, each rental was domestic: i will try Autoslash in Europe when quarantine restrictions allow Americans back. And i'm a very basic and undemanding traveler who's learned that a teeny bit of flexibility is rewarded with outstanding customer service. Several years ago I had a bad accident with an AutoSlash car, and the AutoSlash person i reported to was extremely helpful. Since then i've always opted to get car rental insurance (Allianz is my favorite provider). Since i save so much $$ with AutoSlash i'm happy to pay a little more for insurance. I've tried to convince friends to use AutoSlash, but they're boomer little old ladies who can't wrap their heads around the e-mail business model. As a boomer little old lady myself i find AutoSlash's methods to work just fine. If you can love a company i love AutoSlash, and i don't know why more people don't know about it. AutoSlash still seems to be a best-kept secret of sorts.

4 days before picking up a car rental that was reserved two weeks in advance, I received an email telling me my rental had gone up over $100 more than my original reservation. Fortunately, I was able to book my rental for an even lower price than I was quoted through Autoslash. How is it that the very online price I directly can get is lower than one quoted by Autoslash? To say the least, I feel totally ripped off by Autoslash and will not use them again.

I was a bit worried because I saw a few bad reviews but we still decided to book with them because me and my boyfriend are still young drivers and they were one of the rare companies that has the policy of lending to anyone older than 19. When we arrived, someone picked them up at 7.40 although their official hours don't start until 10 a.m. They said they were out of Group B cars and offered us a convertible sports car with no additional payment. Someone bumped our car while it was parked and I called Michael and he comforted me that the car is fully insured to this went without any additional payments as well. Also the drop off went very nicely at the airport. I would highly reccomend!

Rented an RV from Cruise America in NJ to travel across the country with my wife and 2 baby girls (2 year old and 2 month old). They didn't properly clean the unit. It has bedbugs on the bed in the back, we had to cut our trip short and my wife and I went to the urgent care with allergic reactions. The company proceeded to tell us there was nothing in the RV, that we were to blame for bedbugs, and offered no real assistance. We arrived in California and waited 5 hours for a manager or anyone to call us to figure out what to do next - the call never happened and we had to leave riddled with bite marks and had to throw out half of our stuff in the garbage as we were afraid to bring anything back home with us. Cruise America told us they could only refund us the days that weren't used which wasn't remotely close to the amount of money we spent on the trip itself and all the things we've had to throw away. Absolutely awful experience. It's been a month and we have yet to receive a call or anything from this company to help us. it's absolutely ridiculous.

I was a first time buyer and I am happy with my purchase. Pros: all appliances worked, new tires, clean engine, no leaks & simple purchase procedure. Cons: upholstery and curtains ready for replacement. I recommend that you rent a unit before purchasing in order to gain familiarity with these RV's. When you purchase, camp locally and use the unit for several days before departing - Cruise America will make repairs, if necessary. I purchased a 23' because of access to national, state & county parks - every additional foot further reduces access. Remember, these are homes rolling down the road - you will have repairs.

We have chosen Limo Hire Guildford for our business purpose. Our guests were very pleased as they have reached an event on the right time. As the service providers offer multiple pickups, all our guests did not feel uncomfortable at any point of their trip. My Newly husband and I had an amazing experience during our wedding. The limo driver who was to pick me up in the to take me to my ceremony was 30 minutes EARLY. During this period he helped me and my brides maids. By loading luggage, entertaining the children, and consistently asking if there was anything else he could help with. Not to mention his proper manners. The bookkeeper made it extremely convenient for us. There was no hassle, no extra charges, no surprise, which I appreciated. Even after the reception, on our way to the airport, our driver even assisted bringing the luggage into the airport. Diamonds Limousine and my driver helped my wedding in so many ways go smoothly. I couldn't imagine the extra stress if my driver was late or if he wasn't willing to help. My only regret is my mistake of not using them for my bachelorette party!! Thank You Diamonds Limousine
