Made two orders so far and Wizard's Cupboard has been prompt and exact. I also like how they wrap the single cards I buy there in multiple layers of cellophane so as to minimize any potential damage to the cards while simultaneously water-proofing them.

I purchased a card from this company for $30. It arrived and was put in a sleeve and binder. Later I purchased a card from another vendor that had been fake. Deciding to test the cards of high monetary value under a black light, I checked to find the inking was much darker and lacking the phosphorescent quality used by WotC. I sent out an email asking me to send it back via standard shipping. Upon doing so, I also inquired why all my packages have been doubled or tripled up in the same envelope. My friend had the same issue with this. Once this happened, they investigated to find they had taken $10 worth of shipping this way, but could only authorize to put it on store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which I reluctantly accepted. 2 days later, I received an email about the card. I want to say, I mailed this in one of the priority mail USPS Priority mail stiff envelopes, in a penny sleeve with a top loader inside of a standard envelope. They told me the card was creased and I was not allowed a refund, conveniently after pricing has changed on this quite a bit. I was then told the rep, Chris, would go ask and examine the envelope and card for damage and photographs. He came back telling me it was in just an envelope, to which I called him out on, then he said the toploaders still allow cards to be damaged. I told him, if it's creased inside a toploader the envelope you saw should have been damaged too. I then pointed out how suspicious it was that I recently caught them skimming on shipping, had been sold a questionable card, returned it damaged for inspection, and that I was to now believe it was damaged in hard plastic with no visible damage to the envelope? When I asked about the card itself, he said he didn't personally see the damage, then stated the woman who handles returns took a day off, as well as that he could not find the card and "Maybe she's already mailed it back to you, I don't know." I told him this gets even better now as my possibly fake card that I purchased from them is now damaged and missing, he can't show the damage when questioned, and if it is found, I'm going to take the hit for this, despite it not being used upon me receiving it. He stated he was the only person and it wasn't a call center and that I had the wrong impression. I argued that it's irrelevant and I was told if I have nothing else to say, he'll talk to her but he needs to go because he has other customers to talk to. Do NOT buy from these people. Stealing shipping, reports of false "damage", counterfeit issues, missing products, I don't think there's much more to say to their credibility than that. Reported to BBB.

I ordered photo stuff for 46 pounds. I paid equivalent od $5 for shipping from HK to UK (that's less than any other UK company would want!) and received everything nicely packed within 7 working days. The declared price on the package was $10 and it was declared as gift, so I didn't have to pay VAT and customs. Perfect service, perfect prices, will definitely shop with them again. One more thing - I wanted an item that wasn't in stock, so I emailed them to ask if they can notify me when the item arrives. I got positive reply in two minutes and was notified after the item arrived.

I placed an order online for two Pokemon cards and recieved an email asking for confirmation of an address. I sent it but recieved no confirmation from them. When I checked the order status, it had been cancelled yet my credit card was still charged. I tried sending follow up emails and phone calls but no response. Customer service is non existant so do not bother with them. Their policy of not charging your card until the order has been fully confirmed is false and misleading. Buyer beware!

I was told that my order would process in 72 hours hours. After initially reaching out after 5 days, I was told my order would be shipped that night. This was a lie as it took another 48 hours to be shipped. I was also told that my order would be shipped with expedited shipping, since I had called three times at this point to complain. Today it went into shipping status, and won't arrive until Monday the 12th without expedited shipping shipping. I placed my order at 4 am on the 2nd. Do yourself a favor, and order from TCGplayer.

I placed my first order with CardKingdom.com on May 23rd. I purchased 34 magic singles and 3 accessories. I could not believe when on May 26 I already received my order when I only paid for regular shipping. Everything was extremely well-packed (the cards were all in a hard-plastic case, everything was in a box packed with peanuts, and the box was inside a USPS envelope). There we no errors in the fulfillment. The cards I purchased were all advertised to be in mint condition and they all arrive as advertised - mint. Oh, and they even included a free Magic pin with the order. A small token but it means a lot! The prices of the items I purchased seemed very reasonable. I am extremely happy -- I will definitely be using CardKingdom.com again for future purchases. A++++++++++

My seat $152 was all the way off to one side 4th row and the curtain cut off almost my whole view. I had to just watch the screen (could have done that on YouTube) The chairs were connected too close and the lady next to me was a large lady, she kept pressing against me. I ended up leaving my chair after the first song and just stood near the wall.:( I would never go to Harrahs for a concert again!!! But man-O-man Air Supply was unbelievable and just plain awesome!

I really like the hotel itself and the pool, etc. this would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn't overbooked and prevented me from getting a room. I haven't gone back since. I traveled out of state and needed to get a hotel room on the way back home because I was so tired and the experience was basically a waste of money as a result. I wouldn't have needed to book a hotel room on the way home if I had the one o was planning on. I know my room wasn't being cleaned for the 3 hours I waited before I needed to leave. Fortunately I'm buying a house in the area so I can stay there when I visit, but they definitely missed out on a lot of money.

So many fake 5* reviews on here, seriously they're all from accounts with a 21.co.uk review being their only activity...in fact not just 21.co.uk, but the entire Leovegas Gaming group are renowned for their fake reviews and I'm surprised Trustpilot's left them all up... Also if you do stumble onto this cesspit of a site they don't actually pay out the bonuses they promise or let you opt-in to. Do yourself a favour and go to a non-tinpot competitor like Bet365 which has a site that works and customer support who're actually helpful when needed.

Con merchants Deposited over 1 hundred pound using phone bill. Have pending withdrawals for days on end. Have sent multiple ID and proof of address and still not enough. Amateurs! Claim it’s to prove my identity etc but they take money no questions asked and only when you win do they bother to verify you. Now I’ve got to send phone bills and my grandmothers proof of address along with her ID. Advised it’ll take another week or 2 to get my money, then had cheek to ask me to refer a friend or try out a new slot game. Made my blood boil. Card market has stolen over 2,594 euro from me! I recently joined cardmarket.com to sell some cards and try it out, I saw mixed reviews but wanted to give it a chance - THIS WAS A MISTAKE! I sold the following cards for a total price of 2,594 euro: 1 Volcanic Island (unlimited) 1 Underground Sea (revised) 1 Null Rod 2 Force of Negation (foil) 1 Klothyx, God of Destiny 1 Scourge of the Skyclaves (foil) The buyer of the cards signed for the package but then told me in private message to refund him the money and he would send me back my cards, as he doubts the authenticity of them. He then sent the cards to cardmarket staff who told me (I have the screen shots as well, I am actually taking them to court for this) they *believe* the cards are not authentic and 'doubt' that I purchased them from where I said I did. They then refused to reply to me for several days until at which point a customer service agent "Matteo" replied to me that according to the brands directive (however ignoring the European Union laws and laws in Germany) they decided to keep my property and not return it to me as they *believe* the cards are not authentic. In this case cardmarket has assumed the right and responsibility as judge, jury and executioner seizing my propert in value of over 2,594 euros. I expect the staff to return all of my property at once, feel free to consult your lawyers. I have already began the process to start litigation if my property is not returned. The next step from this review will be publishing across reddit, youtube and MTG forums my experience fully documented of the theft of my magic cards from cardmarket and the audacity of their staff to pretend they have the right to seize an individuals property.

Slots are great but if you win big...... I won 4k the withdrawal system is terrible, you are allowed maximum 2k a week withdrawal, I feel this is just a ploy to keep the money in my balance so I will eventually lose it. Also the site makes it hard for you to set your limits, most sites you can click a button and enter your daily deposit limit, on this site you have to contact customer support and they can take 72 hours to get back to you...... by then bank is empty and the wife and children are eating beans on toast for the next 6 months

We used Chris and his team at Fun Casino Nights for our Las Vegas 'Rat Pack' Hollywood evening at the Atheneaum in Bury St Edmunds. Five stars is simply not enough to rate this fabulous company. Somehow disconnected and went back to support tried again to find out I had to go back in the que that now put me 8th. When I finally got someone they couldn’t help. Tried another support later and finally got results. Took 1 1/2 hours.

Purchased items here before. Excellent service. Only down side this time was the box containing the ticket tumbler I purchased was severely damaged, and the tumbler had a huge dent in the side. I was able to press the dent out (kind of), but the packaging could definitely have been sturdier.

This is the 2nd time we have used Elite Casino Events and both times have been great. Dawn and her team deliver quality work to ensure that the event is a success. Working with Dawn is also easy and a pleasure, it's like working with a friend. Our first event in 2016 was in Pittsburgh. The team arrived on time and setup the tables so everything was ready to go at our designated time. The team at the event was great and explained the games well. After the success of this event we knew we would hire them again the next year. Our event in 2017 was in Indianapolis. This is technically outside of their listed area, but they made the 5.5 hour drive from Pittsburgh to help us achieve a great event. This event was just as great if not better. All the dealers were amazing and explained the games so well. They were fun to chat with and were having just as much fun as we were. Dawn and her team are amazing and we would definitely hire them again!!

Just want to let you all know what a great time we had at the Home Depot meeting held on 9/17. Jessica was fantastic at the roulette wheel. She made playing so interesting. I have been playing at this site for many years , some of the time i have paid to be a member and others I have played for free. Either way, I have enjoyed this site totally and always get a nice welcome. There are times when the odd person arrives to cause hassle in the chat area but you learn to ignore them and thankfully it is not often. as a supervisor of canasis i feel that i am able to comment on those who have reviewed this site as well as the site itself. first i have worked with many players who have had difficulties here and the problems almost always arise when they do not follow the instructions correctly or have outside problems [their computer or server not working properly] as for this site it is maintained for the players to not only have fun with the games but to be with others - it is small and intimate and many people here have become friends both on line and personal - we strive to have a safe, clean and fun site all are welcome here and "newbies" are quickly absorbed into our family

To anyone reading this, this is not what I usual experience while shopping here. I have bought many item from here and generally the experience is amazing. I get the cards early, they are in great condition, and I end up happy. But this past transaction was not so. The tracking on my item said that it was delivered, so I go out to grab my mail. The package wasn't there. Note that this was a while ago. I waited a few days, sent emails to the Costumer Service, and eventually got a reply. All I got was wan apology which was nice. But got nothing back. No like, we will be resending or a refund. It may not seem like much, but $75 is a lot to me so to buy that much and get nothing is disheartening. I will till probably buy from here, but I'm definitely much more cautious.

thieves, chose yo give my cards a lesser grade than deserved.when i asked for another look, they came back with the cards in worse condition, including heavily played and inking on side. these were not the cards i sent them. now they requesting funding to send back to me. seems more like a ransom. and i know i wont be getting my cards back. horrible buisnes practices. by from them during sales sure, but i feel i dealt with some hobbit- hipsters.

I am a girl of options and have tried many online rummy websites in India. From all the websites that I have tried, Rummymillionaire.com is easily the worst online website for enjoying a game of rummy online. Just last month, my friend complained to their customer support that though money was debited from her bank account, the credit has not been made in her Rummymillionaire.com account. Absolutely no action was taken about this and her pleas were ignored. I followed suit and created an account with Rummymillionaire.com. Then I debited Rs. 100 from my ICICI bank account and that did not reflect on my Rummymillionaire.com account. I called the customer support and they asked me to wait for 2 days. When no results were noted after 2 days, I called back. I was now assured the complaint will be taken on fast track and in 2 days I should be hearing from them. Still no luck I called them again and again. Its 2.4 months now and I am yet to receive an update. Yes, thats how bad their service is. For those who wish to play rummy online, I strongly recommend the KhelPlay Rummy website. This website is genuine and they have very transparent cash transactions. If any issue arises, it gets resolved in maximum 5 days. I have not once faced an issue though and thoroughly enjoy playing rummy on this website.

Hello friends, today I need to share with you my pathetic experience with Tajrummy.com. At the time of registering, I was informed that I will be receiving Welcome Bonus amount of Rs. 500, but when I registered nothing was credited in my account. Then I contacted their customer care staff and asked then to resolve my query. They assured me that within 3 days they will reply back. I was really impatient to try my hand at online rummy, so I went ahead and joined a table for which I had to pay Rs. 25. I did the same and the amount got debited from my bank account, however, it did not get reflected into my Tajrummy.com account. Confused, I retried and again the same issue happened. I again had to contact the customer care and further asked me for 3 days. After 3 days, I was told that no Welcome Bonuses are offered by Tajrummy.com and the issue regarding my money has been resolved. I still could see Rs. 0 in my Tajrummy.com, it should have been Rs. 50. I called up the customer care and they asked me to join a table and pay Rs. 25, then Rs. 75 will get reflected in my account. I did as was told but my account was and still is at Rs. 0. I have wasted a lot of my time and money on this website and recommend it to no one. Instead opt for KhelPlayRummy.com. This is the best platform for online rummy and is even legal.

Gameduell is possibly one of the worst rummy games you will come across. These guys are cheaters. When I joined this game the interface, the connectivity was pretty good. As soon as I started earning money, I realized these people are cheating. Repetitive card patterns began to appear, and the result was unacceptable. I lost around 5000 rupees. The payout system of this game is the worst. And the biggest problem is their customer service. These people never responded. I would suggest all of you withdraw your money and leave this app as soon as possible. One of my friends introduced me to Khelplay and the experience by far is fantastic. My friend by now has won around 10000 rupees, and he got the payout in his savings account in just three days. The entire process is hassle-free. He did not have to remind them of the money continuously, that's the whole beauty of playing on Khelplay. He is not a professional player but he has got the skill, and while playing an online game, authenticity is a must. Khelplay is fantastic in terms of interface, payout, and customer service. All in all, you can rely on Khelplay no matter if you are an amateur or professional.

I you'll read this before deciding to place an order with The Poker Depot. They have misleading information on their website and ignore all forms of communication if you try to contact them. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Please look at their information on the BBB before deciding to do business with them. This is a site that is worse than any in history. Not about algorithms or anything possibly real. Just about huge hands and bad beats on most of the hands. Every flop, turn and river plays to someones hand in the game, creating nothing real about random cards being played. I don't mind getting beat when you don't have a dime invested, but I'm sure the money site is just as stupid and ridiculous and a waste of time. Practice? I don't think so. Find ANYTHING else to do or just take a nap. You'll get much more out of it. #WASTEOFTIME

Bought a few blister packs and some other pokemon items from these guys. Delivery was prompt but I was missing one of the blister packs that was supposed to be a bundle of 2 for sword and shield. I have emailed them twice on their contact form and once on messenger. I've had no email reply and my message on facebook hasn't even been delivered, so I doubt they even acknowledge their facebook messages. It would have been a better review, but the poor customer service is pretty disgraceful. No replies back at all? How can a company operate like this? I've used them for about 6 months, but this will be the last time. I much prefer chaos cards, their prices and customer service is much more reasonable.

Micron computer,tower only, cost $1400, 4 days old, damaged by power surge through protector bought with unit. Micron offered no assistance; said it was totaled. No warranty. Micron, was my very first computer I purchased (in March of 1998). It was a Pentium III 300 MHz with a 4GB SCSI hard drive, and a 16mb video card (old times ha?) LOL. This system worked very well. Since I was very new to computers, I have made lots and lots of phone calls to Micron. On average I was on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes as long as 1.5 hours (this is not an exaggeration). They must've been very busy. At one point Micron implemented a phone system, to where you call in, you can be on hold for up to 15 to 25 minutes, and then automated systems tells you that there is high volume of calls to please call back, and it would hang up on you. That was an extremely frustrating experience. I think they got enough outrageous feedback, that they discontinued this practice. On to my PC... Along with the Desktop, I purchased a 19" Hitachi monitor (which was the best monitor to date) of course it costs $1000 just for the monitor alone!! Most of the times, my issue was resolved. Couple of times, the issue could only be resolved by reinstalling the OS (win 95b at the time). At one time this computer failed to boot to desktop, and after unsuccessful troubleshooting, micron decided it was a faulty motherboard. This was about one year into my ownership of this system. This system came with a standard 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. Micron sent a technician to my apartment, who came in and replaced a motherboard on my PC. I was very, very pleased with them. A year later, my CPU died, where again, my computer wouldn’t boot. I was asked to pack the system up and send to micron. A week later, I received a completely different system from micron, this new system was a refurbished model, but it was double of everything I originally had. For example it was a Pentium III 600MHz, with a SCSI hard drive of 9 GB, 32 MB video card. I was in seventh haven. The only concern I had that maybe the refurbished system may crap out in no time. Well, to this date (mid 2003) it is still running strong. In fact a year and a half ago, I sold this PC to my brother and he is still running it, no problems with it WHATSOEVER!! My Micron was an incredible machine. If I hadn't started building my own CUSTOM systems, I'd still be purchasing from Micron. They are ONE SOLID COMPANY!! I recommended Micron to a friend of mine and he went ahead and purchased a system from Micron late 1999, he still has this system to this date, (it is a Pentium III 450 MHz system) no problems and no failed compnonents ever!!
