I contacted C.E.S. Shrewsbury office and spoke with Ally Benbow regarding asbestos I needed removing from a recently purchased property. Ally was not only very professional, but friendly, courteous and very helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured the job requirements were organised quickly and all details were covered. On a number of occasions I contacted Ally to confirm or make slight adjustments to what I required and at all times she was calm and very obliging. Will Foster was the gentleman who came to remove the asbestos and again I was really impressed. Will turned up on time and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. Again he was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I am an ex military man and run my own small business and I pride myself on providing good customer service and doing the best for my customers that I possibly can. Ally, Will and the C.E.S. customer service, price and attention to detail were outstanding. I will most certainly use them again and without doubt recommend their services. Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Great sales all the time. Amazing gifts - I got vibrator worth 39 pounds for free! And it is an amazing Rabbit, I am really happy with it! Made 3 orders for the past year and have been completly satisfied with all of them.

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

Not only do bank SA Charge you absolutely ludacris fees And $10 a day when your account is over drawn, There customer service is useless! My card is due to expire tomorrow, And I have not received a new one. They say there was a delay in processing And That i can access Cardless cash. Great! But what about my online payments that decline because my card is not valid? How is this my problem? Also they treat their staff like garbage! Don't bank with these incompetent thieves. I've been a business customer of bank SA for 10 years. My business is successful and I work bloody hard with no hand outs from anyone. All I wanted was a business credit card. I made an appointment and went into the branch. They couldn't help me, said it was a " business banking" situation. They told me someone would call from their business area. After FIVE DAYS, I called them. I was discussing with Sidney what I wanted when a client came in. I called back as soon as I had finished with my client, but Sidney was busy. I left a message for him to call me back, but guess what? He never called back!! Pretty disgraceful in my opinion. Bank SA are ok for everyday personal stuff, but if you're in business, forget it. They either can't handle it or they just don't care enough to want to.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

3 days waited delay after delay for preapproval, did enquiry over my credit file and wanted to put car loan under my wife and my name when I am supposed to be the main loan bearer, should have told me all this before when I put my time and effort in collating all information for them including my payslip, bonus evidence letter, govt benefit letter and yet couldn't proceed. Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I've been using GapCap for over a year now and they have proved to be a great asset to our business. As most business owners will know, you can spend a lot of time chasing late payments and this can be time consuming as well as stressful when the bills wont wait, using GapCap allows us to get 80% of the money owed to us upfront / on delivery meaning less disruption to our cashflow. The team are very helpful and I've even got my account manager Tom on WhatsApp and he replies day and night. I'm fully aware that there are other factoring companies out there, some of them might offer a lower rate but many of them have monthly fee's and also insist that you put all your customers though the facility. With GapCap there are no monthly fees and you do not have to put all your customers through them so it is a much more flexible facility on the whole. And the interest / fee's are somewhat negotiable depending on the amount your customer spends so really you can't go wrong. Already recommended to others and will continue to do so! A+++

InXpress Chorley I would like to thank InXpresss Chorley (Paul and Sally) for their excellent service in resolving an issue in regard to receipt of a damaged fireplace delivered to Spain which was signed for as "Unchecked" and therefore deemed by the insurance company to have been received in good condition and who declined to accept my insurance claim. A reduced settlement figure was finally agreed directly with InXpress who remitted funds to my bank the same day. i would have no hesitation in recommending Inxpress for both local and long distance deliveries.

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.

My husband and I had tried for about 6 years to have a family and after we had tried everything we eventually were faced with IVF. It was very scary and there was so much that I didn't know. But after talking with Dr Skinner I felt at ease and determined to grow our family. Everyone at BFC was very loving and explained everything. Once we started our journey with BFC, everything went so smoothly! I had only attended the clinic a few times and the rest of my days were spent on the beach or out doing excursions. We couldn't of asked for a better place to go.

It took Bryan and I six years to finally meet our precious baby boy. He is everything we dreamed he would be and more. He justifies all of the heartache we had to go through. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Barbados Fertility Center for making us feel relaxed and reassuring each and every step of the way. Nothing was ever a hassle, you always made sure to answer all of our silly questions and make us feel like this was going to be a great adventure. For that we will always be thankful. Thank you for helping us achieve a dream we thought we would never achieve. We will defiantly be back for number two this winter!

Get a order confirmation email. 2 Days later get a message saying "what you ordered is no longer in stock, but we have this version" (of course more expensive) Pay the difference. Took a little while to arrive and one end of container of foil was dented , making for unrolling and removal of foil awkward as wouldn’t roll out freely subsequently losing 1/2” width of every pull of roll , and having to gently pick outer edge after to return to full width , hope that makes sense , so not getting full width of roll with every use

I wanted to thank my team members who worked on Thanksgiving day and evening. Working in a hotel, we are open 24/7 and our goal is to exceed our guest expectations with service and hospitality. Our team is attentive and diligently, serving our guest who make our home, their "home away from home", even on holidays! I contacted Arista catering to surprise my team with Turkey box lunches/ dinners to all the team members who would be working! The service team at Arista was very helpful and friendly. Although they were busy and near capacity for the holiday, the team member provide helpful menu information and a schedule for delivery that would accommodate my order! The delivery person was right on time in delivering the box lunches and was extremely helpful in taking the box lunches right up to the kitchen area and helping me unpack and store the box lunches! Working in an upscale boutique hotel, I'm sometimes surprised to receive the same level of hospitality and dedication to service as we did receive from Arista Catering! Their service exceeded my expectations. On Thanksgiving, we surprised our team with Turkey sandwiches w/cranberry aioli! The lunches also included, chips, desserts and bottled water. The team was very thankful and appreciated the thought and care. I would recommend Arista Catering if you want to surprise and delight your team members or if you are feeding a large event or crowd. Your website states, "Allow our memorial or funeral catering services to provide some measure of comfort to you and your family as you gather in mourning, remembrance and celebration of the life of your loved one". We can say without any hesitation, as we celebrated the memory and life of our mom, Sorepa Tagaloa - Grandma T, our family were truly comforted because of you and your staff. And the food was excellent!! We loved it, everyone commented how delicious & outstanding the food was. Of course, the Roasted Whole Pig was awesome, it was the highlight. This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that. On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

The way that the course is structured and written just cuts through all the jargon, myths and bs so often associated with SEO which means even a non-techie like me can really get stuck in and produce well written and highly optimised content in a logical, no-nonsense way. Ray was also kind enough to spend over two hours on the phone with me to analyse and identify new opportunities for my business which, frankly, I would have missed. I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John adapted our chosen logo for a Yacht Charter business in the UK. The price was good. John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. This site is run out of India and has fraudulent business practices. They do not allow you to cancel your account without a direct conversation via email with the founders. These guys have no clue this is completely illegal in several states in the United States. The "UNLIMITED" plan is NOT unlimited. They quickly throttle you to 2000-2500 icons and then claim that the FAQ and Terms and Conditions explain that UNLIMITED actually is not really possible because well....you agreed to their 3rd world terms and conditions. Sorry.. for those of us in 1st world countries we don't adhere to your 3rd world terms, conditions, lifestyle or poorly executed website. WARNING - this site will not deliver the advertised "UNLIMITED" icons and it is very difficult to cancel your membership plan. STAY AWAY!

Very poor service, incredibly unhelpful as my issue was brought to attention no more than 5 minutes after my order was placed, I was told nothing could be done to help as everything is automated, I'm sure the guy that picked up my order and put it in an envelope to post could have delayed that basic action for a few minutes. I was offered a future discount on another order, why would I send you more money when you didn't help me the first time.
