I've been working with 20four7va for more than a year now and I love this company. When I started my job as a VA, I was anxious that I won't be able to pursue this as a career since I don't have the experience and knowledge on how to tackle jobs from clients. In short, I'm a total newbie in the freelancing world. But 20four7va proved me wrong. They helped me out in getting started with this career path. The training was fun and innovative. I learned a lot, and the knowledge I gained where converted to skills that I use in handling tasks for my clients. The company never left me hanging. Whenever my clients terminated their contract with me, the company always makes sure that I can get another client. The staff and even the CEO, Ms. Catherine Vanvonno are very accommodating. The CEO itself is very hands on with her employees, the salary is always on time, and the people are very friendly. Worst in worst. I paid them shipping fees to deliver my phone, but these f***ers stole my phone and shipping cost of 56 USD. They blocked my account without any proper reason and didn't even refund the shipping fees. Worst customer service, worst site. Never use this SCAM site again, guys.

Sold me a truck that never showed up was told it was in a family car collection for the past 20 years, found real. Owner after the fact. Told me we were going to use a escrow/shipping company all parties involved are crooks. Truck i purchased is still advertised on there website. Now im out of alot of money that i will probably will never get back.

I love this company. Been using them for years and they're the first place I go to for books. I had 2 difficulties with their American base, sending the wrong books, but no problems with the English one. How else could I get books that the shops have deemed out of date? I have no professional or personal reason for writing this. Just want to share the good experience I had.

I posted my books to ABEBooks UK books buyback programme, and I followed their directions to a tee. I received an email just a few days late that my books were received and checked in. Good so far. I was further told that I would receive the original quoted price for all my books and that payment would be issued via my PayPal account within 1-2 business days. When that didn't happen, I contacted their online customer service (the UK site does not have a customer service telephone number, so you never get to speak with anyone). The response time was more than the 48 hours they promised, but I was contacted and given an incomplete update by one of their CSR's. I was informed that payment is typically issued in 2-5 business days, not 1-2, and then he questioned where I had heard it was 1-2. I was a little taken aback by that, but I sent a copy of the original email I had received from ABEbuyback UK. I was glad someone had contacted me, but still had received no word as to the status of my payment. Since it was now day 6, we were also beyond the corrected time frame of 2-5 business days. I am giving this bad review now, because I am now into day 11, and I still have not been issued a payment. When I look online, however, my account incorrectly states that payment has been issued. When I tried to find out more information, I was told by the CSR that my payment had been issued to the wrong email address, and that I had given them the wrong email address. Now I was really puzzled, because if that were true (and I can't prove that it isn't), how did I get their original to the correct address? As it stands now, I cannot get any response from anyone, so it looks like ABE Books has decided not to resolve this. I may not be able to get hold of them by telephone, but I am going to let as many people know as possible that I would NOT recommend doing business with them, as it appears their customer service representatives do not care about you as a customer. They do not appear to be working with me to resolve this issue. I have tried and tried to sort this out, but I am not even getting a response from them. I have now asked them to return my books, but I am assuming I won't hear back from them on that score either. I am greatly disappointed, and will seek to do whatever I can to get my money or my books back, although I am not sure what recourse I have. £29.13 may not seem worth the trouble to them, but I was made redundant over four years ago, so every bit really matters to me now.

I was really surprised that I hadn't heard of bandmix before as I've been a musician for over 20 years and played in a bunch of different groups. Finding the right cat to fill a spot can be a tricky thing. Bandmix is really well organized and allowed us to find some horn players real quickly. Musicians looking to get serious should check it out.

This service is not only horrible, but a huge fraud. They referred me to a dental clinic. I took their recommendation and made reservations. I flew to another country, I even sent them my plane ticket. That clinic offered horrible services and ruined my teeth after I paid A loot of money (over $4000) not to mention my hotel, plane, and stay expenses. I contact them to notify them that they were referring people to a bad clinic, a clinic I tried to reach to tell about my problem, but they ignored all my messages. Do not trust them. Look for a service that recommends medical service with better quality.

Not only is this a scam site, but when these "girls" aren't busy responding to some sap plugging in his credit card info, they're on this site drafting 5 star reviews. Should be called russiantrolls.com Keep in mind that this is a BUSINESS trying to make money. The women emailing you are not the ones pictured - they're manned by the less attractive people who need to work, so they come up with nonsense like this: "My dear, do you think it will be difficult for us to get used to each other when we decide to live together?... I really want to avoid misunderstandings in our family." I have no profile picture, no information about me, I've never contacted this person other than clicking a like button, and that's the nonsense I've received. And let me tell you the girl pictured is stunningly beautiful and there's no way in heaven or earth that an exquisitely beautiful woman is going to send this to a complete stranger. Utter nonsense.

TL;DR -- this app is awful compared to JustUno or OptiMonk. But much worse, they are incredibly unethical in their business practices. I would hope that Shopify would police this sort of BLATANT unethical activity on apps in their store... BEWARE -- THIS APP IS BILLED OUTSIDE OF THE APP STORE ECOSYSTEM, AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU LONG AFTER YOU HAVE DELETED THE APP. (also, they will charge you at a rate higher than any plan they have listed...) When I informed support, they could indeed see that 1) I had uninstalled during trial (18 months ago), 2) I was on a trial of a $20/month plan 3) They have been charging me $79 month every month, and continue to do so after this has been brought up to support. This is clearly unethical and illegal. Fortunately, I have recourse through my credit card, but it is sad that a company of Privy's size would resort to such blatantly unethical behavior. I could have chalked it up to an honest mistake, but no...they continue to charge me even after I have pointed it out to support. They cannot even give me an option to cancel NOW. (I literally don't even have a login....I deleted the trial during the trial phase....They tell me I must login to cancel the service...) No joke -- they tell me the only way to cancel is to login. They CONTINUE to charge me. I do not have a login (never have... I went through the app store to login back when I was trialing them in 2018....) I have email documents to prove every word of this. I do hope Privy decides to do the right thing before I have to go through the credit card. I hate to say such nasty things about a business, but this behavior is simply unethical. Truly, I hope you recognize your error and rectify it immediately...

I had a terrible experience with some living room furniture for my new house. They came out numerous times to deliver my item. On 2 occasions the product had marks on it, one time a tear, 1 time no show, 1 time came but did not have product and also they sent wrong item 3 different times. This was all after it was inspected before delivery. All the deliveries had to be during the week because they only deliver to my area one day out of the week. You would think they would have worked more with the customer on this due to their error. Terrible service and cost me, the customer, money and time due to the insufficient deliveries and constantly having to communicate with the company via phone and in-sore to attempt to get the situation fixed. On one occasion the delivery driver called to get the situation fixed and he was spoken to very disrespectfully. They never fixed the situation and claimed they could not after their several mistakes. They just said something to the effect of we obviously just can't get it right. I ended up returning merchandise and eventually got refund which does not make up for the fact that I actually lost out and it actually cost me money by going to Bob's for my furniture. Quality of product was terrible as well. I also bought another piece of furniture that I unfortunately could not find elsewhere or I would have just taken that back as well out of principle. Will never go here again and I advise to stay away!!!!

They simply present to me as honest people running a great and truly honest business. I just had an order that was at my doorstep in 7 days here in the US, and that was with the basic shipping. I hope they prosper and remain doing what they do for many years to come. Order with confidence and then be amazed at the quality of what you receive. I have ordered various plant material, tea blends, accessories (hand made jewelry items), oils, incense (the paulo santo is incredible). I signed up for WPengine after speaking with a helpful sales guy (UK based). The server needed to include 2x installations of Wordpress, one for the website and another for the blog (it was actually a news site for SEO, but for the purposes of this review we will just call it a blog) www.(main)fistwpinstall.co.uk/(blog)secondWPinstall/ I was informed I could do this on the personal plan, no problem. Yey! On signing up, paying for a year on the personal plan with UK Data centre, I figure this is not possible by doing some research. I spoke to a colleague via the chat box to clarify, and they tell me I need to buy a Professional Plan unless I add an additional website (at an additional $14 a month) and add set up a forwarder on the DNS for the sub domain, not happy I use a second account (Which I purchased with the original order but was hoping to use it for another website, but this is a different story) So I install the blog and try to set this up via the DNS - Im struggling at this point so I speak to another Technical advisor via the Chatbox and he informs me, no, this can not be done! - As you can imagine, not happy at this point! I speak to the original chap on the phone again who advises I upgrade to the professional plan. A little unhappy, I ask to speak to his Boss. I don't understand why it is so difficult to add a second installation of WordPress on the server and why this is going to cost me an additional $700, so when you include UK data Centre this works out at $1500 total. I understand the benefits of using WPEngine; I get it! I just don't know how you can go from a plan that allows 1x WordPress install to a plan that accepts ten installs. I don't need ten installs; I only need 1 install and sub folder with wordpress installed for the website blog, how is this so difficult for WPengine to understand, surley most companies have this? why are you talking to me like I am the first person to ever ask this question. IN short, I have spoken with two people on the phone - employee 1x didn't have a clue what he was talking about. The other (his manager) didnt understand the point I was trying to raise, he was very abrupt and kind of told me to go away, they're not interested, "The product is not for me, and I need to find another server, WP Engine isn't suitable for you riff-raff" (he didn't say riff-raff, I made that up, but that was how I interpreted it. Secondly the support staff on the chat facility the first person did not have a clue, she took a long time to get back with replies, she must have been the 1st day on the job. She kept referring me back to blog posts for answers. She gave me the wrong advice and wasted a good few hours of my time. The 2nd chap I spoke to on the chat - in all fairness he was very knowledgeable, he shot from the hip, was very to the point and didn't skirt around any of the points I was raising. If any of the management at WPEngine are reading this I would ask that you, please look over this case, you very clearly have issues that need addressing. Some of your employees don't know the product they sell, and you have a big gap in your service offering. I am now going to go back to the drawing board and try to find another server - a full 3/4 hours of my life wasted!
