Just Got a brand new White Gi from Elite sports. Its everything that I wanted plus some more. Quite Sturdy yet very flexible and easy to roll with. Another plus point was the amazing Customer Service by Bryan from Elite Sports. This made the Whole experience very wholesome. Kudos to Elite Sports.

Elite Sports' MMA Hybrid Training Glove is great! The look is super cool (I have the red and black gloves but they have several color options to choose from) The fit and comfort were perfect. Velcro strap for wrist support and an extra pad sewn in for added safety for the bones in back of the hand. Terrific, durable glove for pad and bag work and for light sparring. Recommended! Bit of advice - might want to let people know that Kyokushin Gi Tops do NOT have traditional ties like Karate Gi's. There does not seem to be a large market for Kyokushin where I'm located. I purchase a youth punching bag that doesn't work at all. My 5 years old son punched the bag the first time and easily knocked it to the floor. They charged me $240 for a bag that is trash and after having to pay $42 for the shipping to my house I have to pay again $42 to ship it back. This is so ridiculous and obviously and scam. They are not helping customers and really taking money with products that don't work. I'm going to report this company and this product to the Better Business Bureau and tell all the other sales channels that are selling this product to not buy anymore from this company. Trust me, don't buy from them.

We attended a couple of their women's self defense classes. And was an eye opening and very helpful work shop. They educate, and give you the basic tools to defend yourself. Great enthusiastic teachers, and they clearly love what they do. Good experience.

I bought the digital format of the DVD. I simply received large video files which I can only play without having access to an online menu. I think in this day and age, the digital content should be packaged into a streaming platform with techniques being split into separate small videos. It would make for a far better user experience this way.

The friendly staff and fellow classmates make me feel welcome and the hard workouts make me imagine how fit I could get doing these classes. I had never tried kickboxing before and like the variety and full body exercise. I've signed up for seven months now.

I was never a very athletic person, but doing taekwondo here has made me a lot more confident! The instructors are all really supportive and I've learned a lot. If you like being active, having fun, and kicking stuff, 11/10 would recommend!!

Sensei Bryan has created a fantastic program to allow people to train in traditional karate wherever and whenever they want. The instructions are clear and concise and there is a wide range of training resources available. Sensei Bryan is an excellent instructor and encourages you to push through your limitations. I've been doing jiu jitsu for ages but have been wanting to learn some stand up, I started attending their muay thai, boxing and MMA classes and vastly improved may overall game, especially my striking.

Do not pre-order anything from this site they will cancel the order after its to late to issue a chargeback and steal your money, making up excuses as to why they cant refund you then offer you credit against a similar item that costs 3 times as much. they're lacking any real stock these days so you'd be better off going anywhere else. *edit 11 months after the original est delivery date, 7months after cancelling my order, and 3months after threatening court acton. They finally "offered" to send me a different Gi in replacement of the one i pre-ordered. however since I offered this deal when they originally cancelled the order as an acceptable result if they couldn't refund my money (the Gi offered was a Gi they made instead of the original) the review will remain 1 star and i will not shop there again.

The website layout and design leaves something to be desired, but the content makes well up for it. A must read for MMA fans.

An alternative site for anything MMA related. They are not first to break MMA news, but the colorful writing and the entertaining website layout makes up for its latency on reporting MMA related news. The site is very much picture and video oriented for those of us who've been hit in the head few too many times to read a full on article style. In addition, the staffers are very much in tune with the people who frequent the site, leaving replies to comments visitors may leave on articles, holding interactive MMA tournaments via MMA games (Xbox, PS3, etc.) and putting up various votes to measure what the gen. pop. thinks of the current going-ons in the MMA world and the site itself. Though I watched the Ortiz – Mayweather fight, I still like to check the site for articles and editorials of their writers. Very informative and they also post news articles from other people. This is very nice site to visit if you are a boxing fan. I also check this site to see future bouts. The design could use something better though the articles and news itself holds this one on being part of the top in the boxing industry when it comes to news. 4 stars, the design prevented me from giving it 5.

As a decades-long gym rat, the only weightlifting outfits I wear are Everlast. Period. Full stop. Forget the obscenely expensive designer duds.i have invested a few grand in Everlast. And they last seemingly forever. I buy mine at Sears and Kmart. Best selection and prices.

I have boxing gloves from here as well as a punching bag. Everlast is really made to last , I also have a few pairs of yoga pants from them that I've had for a good minute still in great condition.

The class was high intensity from the start. A great cardio workout! You'll definitely sweat. Staff was super friendly too! As someone with a background in kickboxing I was able to jump right in. It may have been a little confusing for a first timer. They have do have lots of instructors walking around to help if you don't know what to do, but it may have been helpful for someone new if they had explained the punches a little bit before each round. Overall great gym and I will go back next time we come to Syracuse.

The classes at Burn are amazing! It's much better than going to a gym that I am used to. You sweat more and work out on everything. The instructors there are very informative and comfortable to talk to. They answer any questions you have whether it is about nutrition, workouts, recipes and more. I love Burn and the energy you get from going to each class!
