First level support is great, but talking to a general manager is terrible. Seems the GM follows a pre-determined script for her replies. Even implying that the issue is with the customer. Product and price seems great, but if this is the level of customer service to expect in the event of an issue, I'd rather shop elsewhere.

I was so impressed with the Trident team, online selection, and response time after my 5wt 10’ Scott Radian arrived earlier than expected I purchased a 9’ 7wt Meridian! Already broke in the 5wt, and taking them both to Driggs in a week to fish the South Fork & teton.

I ordered two knives for a little over 50 dollars, which made me eligible for free shipping. I paid 10 dollars to have a 1 pound package delivered too late. RAWR

I found the Opinel-usa experience to be great aside from one thing. The prices and turn around time on orders is excellent. However, the website layout and interface could use an update. Opinel makes wonderfully simple, well-built knives and it would be great if the Opinel-usa website reflected this craft and simplicity. As it stands, the website is clunky and cluttered.

I placed my order on 9-18-2013. I called their offices on 9-30-2013 and spoke with Amy. Amy informed me that I should not have expected my items to have shipped by now. I told her to cancel my order. Two weeks had gone by and more order was never processed or shipped. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered with pelican cases for less many times now and have had enough. Customer service is very friendly but I do have a complaint about order retrieval time. I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 and called waited until monday to recieve my tracking number. The very next morning to ask if my order had been processed and ready to ship this was Tuesday morning. Woman on the phone says "ya we will get to it when we can, maybe processed by wednesday or thursday." My problem is that why not on Tuesday. Why wait these extra days to process my order where then I have to wait another 7-10 business days for my order? I dont understand why the delay when the only person who suffers is the customer. I make online purchases every week because I do not have time to go to the store. Unless something is done, will not be ordering from this website again if not.

Ordered late Monday and received the scope on Thursday!!! Great shipping time. One issue...the webyshops.com web site states "Lifetime Burris Warranty" but the documentation received with the scope only provides a one year warranty...the Lifetime Warranty was the major reason for purchasing this item from webyshops.com versus other competitive web sites. I hope that I do not have any problems with this scope, but if I do, then I fully expect either webyshops.com to uphold their end of the bargin. If not, I'll be forced to contact Burris for further discussion.

I've just returned from a weekend at 'Mariners Moon' on the Whitesands development in Camber with some girlfriends. We had a fab time in a lovely house. The beach at Camber is fantastic and the hours walk to Rye on the cycle/footpath is well worth doing as parking in Rye can sometimes be difficult. We have a lovely lunch in The Globe Inn Marsh, Rye. It gets very busy and you can't book so turn up early. Booking with 'Beside the Sea Holidays' was a joy, they made everything so easy. The excellent information about the house and the area received beforehand and the welcoming email and text messages to check everything was ok were something I had not experienced before and I have booked many houses with lots of different companies. Thank you also for the milk, apple juice and the locally made carrot cake and macarons, they were delicious. Well done to Richard and Sophie at 'Beside the Sea Holidays' on the excellent way they run their business. We'll hopefully use you again soon. Karen

After being let down by another company the day before we were due to travel, our group of 6 made a last-minute reservation at Seaglass cottage. The communication right from the start was fantastic, with an electronic house guide full of useful information being sent. Having never visited the area before and with little time to investigate and plan, the inclusion of local information was invaluable. We arrived at the cottage and were blown away, the gifts of lemon cake, biscuits and apple juice made our arrival feel special. The house was immaculate, so cosy and inviting and contained everything and more than we could have needed during our stay. The little touches are what made this place, beach towels and a picnic blanket were there if you needed them, children's games in the living room, buckets and spades in the shed - perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! We will definitely return, and may work our way through the rest of the cottages as they look equally as fantastic. Thank you guys for saving our bank holiday weekend and making it an even better experience than our original plans :) **

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

I ordered a 6 month subscription for my husband. The first three boxes were fine, although the boxes were smaller than anticipated. Chocolates in shipment #4 were misshapen and had a chalky coating. After a very long wait on the phone with customer service, and texting them pictures, I was assured a replacement box would be shipped at the end of the 6 months. Shipment #5 also was not in good shape. I brought this to the attention of customer service as well but without any response. We never received shipment #6 or the replacement box for shipment #4. Of the 5 boxes we did receive, 4 of them were from the same chocolatier; not the advertised array of chocolatiers from around the country. Waste of money!

Bought a yearly subscription in July for my wife. I have to call/email each month asking when it would be delivered and they always say "coming shortly." Never had chocolate delivered before I contacted them. Then this month, they delivered the same chocolate that we got in a previous shipment. Lousy customer service and terribly annoying. Looking into cancellation and going elsewhere.

The delivery from Parcelforce was awful (parcel left at a post office which is not the nearest, confirmed redelivery in 2 days time with a confirmation number but then didn't redeliver, no tracking number so impossible to track, redelivery number didn't mean anything to their call centre, so collected from the post office in person eventually 6 days after ordering). Chocolates Direct were faultless and so far no post-sale advertising spam.

The delivery service in Netherlands was terrible, I ended up going to the depo to collect the chocolates as for 2 days they did not deliver, so spend two days at home for no reason, it was such a shame as everything else with the order went perfectly , glad to hear this is being reviewed

it was a fun afternoon...Andy knew lots about Chocolate which was shared in an informal relaxed way... I would have liked at the start to have received an outline as to how the session/event would work as it was our first time doing this type of event...but the range of chocolate tasted and their stories was very interesting and tasty!

Attended the experience part of a corporate even in London, Feb 2020. Having done other chocolate experiences in UK and abroad, I was sceptical about the level of detail "Melt" would go in about the history, plant knowledge, production and differentiation of Cacao. The blind tasting of 20+ chocolate specimens along with entertaining yet informative history and journey of chocolate alongside tasteful music made an unforgettable experience and insight. This event was topped up with hands-on chocolate cocktail making of 3 classics with a twist. Andrew is an aficionado which is great but his passion reflects on the evening and the entertainment value for anyone who knows a bit about Cacao or even someone who just enjoys Cadbury's Dairy Milk (you won't after this experience) Our thanks to Andrew & Neus for a great night. Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

My first order was on back order, I called and they found me replacements and shipped them immediately. They came in a few days later which is amazing as I live in Alaska. Sadly they were a tad too small so I called and re-ordered and the nice young man I spoke to arranged to have them shipped to the address I will be traveling to next week. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service, seldom found these days.

The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

My only complaint is: I received an email stating that my order had been delivered when in actual fact, I did not receive it until 14 days later. This is our favorite candy shop in Chatham and in the whole Cape, honestly. This store is large and has an incredible selection.There's a huge selection of candy by the pound gummy candy, taffy, jelly beans, etc. There also a selection of nostalgic packaged candies.

Be prepared for 2.5-3 hours of great food and service from this top rated Michelin restaurant that doesn't fail to impress. I had only ordered from Optics Planet once before but have known of their reputation for years. My first experience was reasonable, good price, ok shipping. My next order has not gone so well. I ordered 4 different items at once so I could get the free shipping over $49.00. After a month of not receiving my order I cancelled it. The next day I got an email saying that all my stuff was back in stock, would I like to reinstate my order? I said yes and a couple of days later I got a shipping confirmation. It's been 2 weeks now, still don't have my stuff.

The blue smith grind Jamie Thomas deck that was re issued could there possible be one lurking around the storage complex. That hue of blue was of the sweetest. I had the original deck growing up even the AOL screen name Zero4Life91. Idolized dying to live an dyed my hair black even. Jamie Thomas stance is like a mouse caught in sticky trap. He just rips man along with the crew. I was catching some air whipping out these roast beef grabs so I buy some fingerless Iron Maiden gloves for the old over an up an the local park, quater pipe landing on a slant part of a Mega hip next to it. I’m gunna catch some footy next time with the maiden deck hope Eddie doesn’t smash my face like the last nollie 3 I tried over the mega hip. Man zero skateboard are like the god of lamb of plys.

No tracking information given so I had no way of knowing if it had been delivered. Eventually had to contact my friend - it hadn't. Contacted the company and got a terse response stating the tracking information showed it had. Eventually found it had been left with a neighbour. Just felt the company didn't care so not a great experience. The cakes themselves were well received though hence not a poor rating. A great product is let down by poor customer service.

Was hoping for a Christmas treat, but these were really disappointing. Nothing you couldn't buy similar & much cheaper in M&S. The creme brulee brownie sounded good, but no crunch, just a thin sugary soft topping. The rocky road looked like it was made by an infant school for a bake sale. Maybe thats the home made look they are aiming for. The pieces varied a lot in sizes and most weren't big enough to share. Overall I wouldn't buy again. Wish I'd questioned why all their reviews are from 2017.
