Ordered two vista outdoor lights however received one of the lights damaged...there was a cut wire close to the socket. I had to remove several parts in order to repair the damaged wire. Very disappointing at $75 /unit.

Just purchased a "york grey 8 seat picnic table" from leisure bench Ltd and the build / quality & colour is very good, there delivery time was also good, the one issue I had was that the courier who I believe to be "tuffnalls" only dropped off 2 out of 3 parcels and I had to wait another 2 days for the 3rd parcel to be delivered (this was not a fault of leisure bench Ltd but I would consider changing courier). Tracy was a great help in sorting the 3rd parcel ..... thank you

We ordered two 6 seater and two 8 seater round picnic tables with the understanding that the 8 seaters were out of stock, due in and ready to deliver within a few days. Unfortunately this date went back to a few weeks, but Leisure Bench sent out two replacement, more expensive tables at their own cost,which arrived the following day. We are more than satisfied with the company and customer care. The products are very well built and easy to put together. We will definitely be using this company again. Many thanks

Went for a day trip today . Thought the new building was lovely. Went for lunch. The female who served us was not very welcoming and after we ordered we had to wait over an hour for the food.when it came our chips were cold. We asked the same female for the bill and 10 mins later we had to ask someone else. Spoilt our day.

Been to gig in the goil and the wee g a couple times now and we always a fantastic weekend. All the staff are fantastic, in particular is Ross Coutts who goes above and beyond and Jay from the restaurant who looked after us all weekend. The lodges are really nice and the scenery and drive up is outstanding. Strongly recommend.

I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

During our 15 years in the Far East we have enjoyed the courteous and efficient services of Medibroker. We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. We would recommend Medibroker to any expat and it has been very reassuring for us to know that our medical matters have been in very safe hands, thank you Medibroker and well done indeed. Called the delivery company on the 31st to see where my order was and they confirmed that it had only been dispatched on the 30th! I paid for express delivery. I contacted C.E.S. Shrewsbury office and spoke with Ally Benbow regarding asbestos I needed removing from a recently purchased property. Ally was not only very professional, but friendly, courteous and very helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured the job requirements were organised quickly and all details were covered. On a number of occasions I contacted Ally to confirm or make slight adjustments to what I required and at all times she was calm and very obliging. Will Foster was the gentleman who came to remove the asbestos and again I was really impressed. Will turned up on time and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. Again he was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I am an ex military man and run my own small business and I pride myself on providing good customer service and doing the best for my customers that I possibly can. Ally, Will and the C.E.S. customer service, price and attention to detail were outstanding. I will most certainly use them again and without doubt recommend their services. I ordered a padded toilet seat and one of the screws/nuts that you use to attach it to the bowl was broken. I had to salvage one of the ones from the broken seat but it doesn't fit correctly so I have a loose seat now. Can I get a new screw/nut?

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. I have been trying for months to get a pension fund value and to draw my pension. Up to now I have been given 5 different values and seem to be unable to start the process of cashing in my pension. Firstly, they have everything on their website as stocked, you purchase your product and then you'll get an e-mail 2 days later stating that your item is out of stock. So all the best chasing them up via e-mail for a refund, because you'll end up sending e-mail after e-mail without them resolving anything. As for me, I've had to escalate a claim through PayPal and now am waiting for my refund, they should have just refunded me immediately when the item was out of stock. This has been a horrible experience. In my opinion, look elsewhere when looking to get cigar accessory products or similar.

I ordered a weekend bag off HotRef as it was 1/3 the price it was on Amazon. At first, I wasn't sure about the order as I had never dealt with HotRef. But I took a chance and am glad I did. Not only did I save about $50, but the package arrived 3 days later (8/28). A day later than Amazon Prime would've gotten it there, but, again, $50 cheaper. Exact item I ordered, no problems with description of the product or what was sent. The only problem I had was that I wasn't provided shipping information until a few hours AFTER the package arrived. Granted, there wasn't a problem in this situation, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned between the order date and the arrival. Excluding that tracking issue, nothing but high marks. 5 stars for HotRef. 4 for their shipping due to that minor issue.

I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

Ordered 12/10/2017 but advised on 17/10/2017 your order is due to our warehouse by 27/10/17. Then advised the delivered to PowerDirect would be W/C 6/11/17. Chased for an update to be told, Unfortunately this model is still out of stock both with us and our suppliers. Cancelled the order (took a number of days to even get a confirmation let alone the money back). Ordered the day I cancelled with PowerDirect from AO and it was delivered the next day.

I have never felt the need to negative feedback to an eBay seller in 16 years of membership, but today, Gearooz have earned this dubious privilege. If Gearooz are able to make a sale, it appears all things go relatively smoothly. If you request a refund, as per your rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will soon become familiar with the constant empty promises of "I will chase this up with Accounts" and "They have told me they will do this tomorrow" given to you on a daily basis from the sales staff. You will not receive your money. You will be forced to raise dispute cases with eBay/PayPal - Looking at other negative reviews, it appears other eBay customers have had a similar experience. It seems that Gearooz have an unspoken policy of holding onto your money for as long as is possible until the eBay/Paypal guarantees force their arm. A shockingly poor overall experience.

A highly unethical & fraudulent company with zero integrity: 1 received 1 case of 24 cans of my order of 10 cases. I called and after i tried 5 times. they said i only ordered 10 cans of dog food. that was $8.20 per can ? no way ! i get a can for .47 at wal-mart. his attitude was that he didn't care to help me resolve this in any way so i am out $82.01 thanks for committing this fraud on me

I found the Opinel-usa experience to be great aside from one thing. The prices and turn around time on orders is excellent. However, the website layout and interface could use an update. Opinel makes wonderfully simple, well-built knives and it would be great if the Opinel-usa website reflected this craft and simplicity. As it stands, the website is clunky and cluttered.

When my charter cruise was canceled and the organizer offered no refund, I thought that was covered under "default". Silly me! Since the organizer was not insolvent and had not ceased operations, Seven Corners refused to pay and Squaremouth agreed. Bottom line, Squaremouth is not going to pass up those sweet commissions by going against the "insurers". So I threw good money after bad by buying insurance from them. They are polite, but useless.

First of all, I am not disputing the verbiage in the policy itself. My complaint is regarding the purchasing process of this policy right from the start and the use of multiple brand names to create confusion. I will post this under the under brand names so everyone will be aware that it is really the same company. Half my overseas trip was ruined by a situation out of my control and I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges as a result. The entire airport in Manila was closed for the APEC summit meetings. I was relieved to know I had purchased trip insurance from a well-known company in Chicago, John Hancock Insurancewhich according to the website included cancellation and delay. Upon requesting the appropriate claim forms, the form itself says it is actually American Modern Insurance Group. However, after making sure that was the correct form it appears the forms are actually mailed to Seven Corners. I later found out that Sever Corners is only the processor of claims. It appears that multiple companies are involved and that they are simply using different names to confuse and mislead consumers. My claim for trip cancellation was denied and I was advised (after several emails) to file an appeal under a different reason, trip delay. I spent countless hours filing out all the forms again and providing proper documentation and proof of such occurrence. The second claim with "John Hancock Insurance was also denied. There were no responses to my emails, again for weeks. I also, placed many calls and emails to the zero complaint team" at squaremouth.com asking for further clarification regarding my specific trip insurance policy that I purchased. After about a month I finally was given an answer, simply stating, that I was not covered for that reason under that policy. Regardless of the writing in the policy, I am asserting that I was cheated and completely mislead into purchasing this insurance policy from the start. I am asserting that I was lead to believe I was purchasing from a prestigious name; John Hancock Insurance. This was clearly a bait and switch scheme and absolutely unacceptable. In addition, I was not made aware prior to my purchase the extreme limitations of this policy and that I would be dealing with multiple companies other than John Hancock". This would have drastically altered my decision in choosing such a prohibitive policy from unknown companies.

My only reason for parking here was that my vehicle would be safe & secure whilst I was on holiday with my family, this obviously was not the case as when my family & I arrived back to my car on level 8 in the multi storey car park at approx 9pm on 19th April 2015 We discovered damage to my rear bumper and passenger side door. I have attached photo’s of the damages for your information. I contacted the Security team on the barrier to see if anyone had reported this but they advised no one had so whoever did this damage clearly just drove off.

Hopeless - waited 5 days and then phoned them. Spoke to Hayley who quite honestly is a miracle. How her brain remembers to breathe is a true advance in amoeba science. No idea where my order is, what my order was but I do know the money was taken immediately from my account. They are going to phone me back - lets hope Hayley knows how to dial as well as hold a phone!!! Avoid like the plague !!

The first bag i sent i was offered a good/fair price for but the second and third bag i did not. I was told items were damaged and worn (which they were not, they were the same quality as the first bag!!) and i was not happy with the response when i complained. Complete con artists and i will not recomend this company to anyone !!!!

Out of 14 kg of clothes in good condition you only accepted 2 kg and I received 78p in total payment. You take forever to reply to emails. You are a rip off and I will tell my family and friends never to use you!

They have a huge range of products, which I use frequently for nail art supplies. They do take a while to arrive, but as these are coming from abroad, it is not a problem for me. The items are very good quality and I am very happy with everything I have ordered.

Took over a month to get here. I can't say they deserve a one star but I've seen better products. My daughter did enjoy some of the stuff but a couple of things had leaked during shipping. Think I'll stick to the U.S. store if she needs something desperately but I'll more than likely buy some place else when it comes to holographic. It took forever for me to be able to track my package. I was getting really frustrated by the end and my package sat at one place forever, but then it showed up on my door step. I like to be able to track my package no problem when I order stuff online. So with some of the stuff leaking and some of the products worthless and the lack of tracking, I'm giving them 3 stars. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

I brought a uscutter laserpoint 2. Which is now a little over a year old. This machine hasn't been broken in yet. I may have made less than twelve cut between stickers and t-shirt heat transfer designs. My main focus were more towards learning AI to gear up for my t-shirt business. Unfortunately, this cutter IO board went bad before I could even get started. I reach out to tech support and was told the IO board were out of stock and they didn't know when it will be restock. Moving forward six month later, this part still wasn't in stock. I complain and was told we now stock the laserpoint 3 Perhaps I should purchase a newer cutter. So, they don't stock the part I need for my barely used cutter and you want me to purchase another cutter. "yeah right" seeing how this company don't take the urgency of someone cutter being down as not important. I would never buy another machine from them. Save your money and look somewhere else for a cutter. You will pay more, but it will be worth it. Anyone that own a uscutter I found this great company online called cutterpros.com. This company has a trade-in program which gave me $300.00 for my uscutter laserpoint 2 clunker. I got a much nicer cutter for only $389.00 after my $300.00 trade-in. It came with a 5 years warranty. free lifetime remote training. Free lifetime tech support and a buy back program. As well as so much more. Check these guys out before you make a purchase for a uscutter clunker.

Ordered two front rotors for my van...received one wrong rotor. Not sellers fault as Raybestos used the same part number for different grades of the rotor. I emailed AutoPartsandStuff customer service (Kate) and got a prompt reply. They shipped the correct 2nd rotor FedEx Next Day and issued a pickup for the incorrect part. I really couldn't ask for more! Great prices, great service!!! I really recommend this seller!!!

Banners.com made a mistake on my order by misspelling a word. I had to reorder and they would only cut the shipping in half. I had to pay for the rest. I'm very unhappy with Banner's.com and will NOT use them again. Very poor customer service!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

It is the usual give a high opening offer for your phone and then they come back with stuff that isn't even wrong with the phone to lower their opening offer. In the end you get next to nothing for a perfectly good phone. Don't do it with ItsWorthMore because it isn't in the end.

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.

Horrible Experience - recieved 1 of 2 items I ordered. When I called about the other item that did not ship (which was to be a birthday present), I was on hold for customer service for 15 minutes. When I called back and seleceted "place an order", my call went right through. Customer service person stated that should have indicated that the items would be shipped seperately. When she checked on the item that did not ship (she found that it was out of stock) but still listed on their website. They (hopefully) are in the process of refunding my order - but needless to say, I will never order from them again!

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, which isn't that big of a deal seeing as the confirmation email said it might take that long, but when my 5x7 on glass arrived, the quality of the image was terrible even though the image I uploaded was high resolution. Very disappointed. Will not use this company again.

I placed my order on 9-18-2013. I called their offices on 9-30-2013 and spoke with Amy. Amy informed me that I should not have expected my items to have shipped by now. I told her to cancel my order. Two weeks had gone by and more order was never processed or shipped. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered with pelican cases for less many times now and have had enough. Customer service is very friendly but I do have a complaint about order retrieval time. I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 and called waited until monday to recieve my tracking number. The very next morning to ask if my order had been processed and ready to ship this was Tuesday morning. Woman on the phone says "ya we will get to it when we can, maybe processed by wednesday or thursday." My problem is that why not on Tuesday. Why wait these extra days to process my order where then I have to wait another 7-10 business days for my order? I dont understand why the delay when the only person who suffers is the customer. I make online purchases every week because I do not have time to go to the store. Unless something is done, will not be ordering from this website again if not.

I just want to share my experience with blue cube IT today and the reason being is bcoz I finally got a job through them and I now realize why the guy was trying to convince me so much. They promised a job and everything honestly I didn't believe it in the beginning as everyone is saying the same and as I already have bad experience with 2 companies in the past. But still I thought of giving it a try as the guy was very convincing and started the training and it started quite well and the quality is quite good comparatively with other 2 institutes from who i had a bad experience already. After the training completed things went quite formally with a technical round followed by some interviews and finally I started getting the calls that is where I would really like to thanks KEVIN bcoz he was always there helping sorting out the problems for my failure in the interviews . However I have got the job as they promised and feeling very happy. I have also read the negative reviews but I feel that everyone cannot be Satisfied as it is a competitive market anyways thank you BLUECUBE IT for helping me get a job .

Opened a claim with them that was very quickly and subsequently cancelled without any cost/ inconvenience to the insurer or any companies they appoint to assess damage - was told at the time it would be marked as a claim but not ‘pursued’ so shouldn’t affect future insurance quotes. ONE week later I had my renewal quote for home insurance MORE THAN DOUBLED because I’d ‘had a claim’ When I rang to query this, I was told this was ‘the way all insurers worked’ and that I shouldn’t have been told that it would not be classed as ‘not perused’ ???? and that it would be ‘on our insurance record for 5 years’ So angry about this as a mere phone call with no follow up action will affect my premiums with any future company (as I certainly won’t be using Swinton again!)

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

I ordered 1,000 oral swabs from them and only received 980. I emailed them and got a reply that they would send out the 20 pieces replacement. As of today, I still haven't receive it. I called and it went straight to a mobile phone's voicemail. Of course, I left a message. In addition, I emailed customer service and they didn't bother to reply it. I am done doing business with them and JDCSupplies is not even accredited with Better Business Bureau.

I have ordered flowers from Fleurop Hungary. I paid for a medium size arrangement (which was pictured on the web site), but sadly the bouquet that was delivered was substantially smaller, about a third of the size of what was advertised. When I contacted customer service with photo evidence, they did not offer any compensation or refund, just a lame "explanation" that this is all they could put together for the price. As the photo is NOT a true representation of the product, it is false advertising! Completely unacceptable customer service. (Unfortunately, in my experience, this is quite typical in Hungary). I will never use this company again.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Människorna som säljer/köper där är OK eller till och med bra men Tradera som företag har en helt annat mentalitet nu. De skickar bluff-fakturor och betalar ibland inte ut pengarna som man sålt för. Jag kommer aldrig använda tradera igen. De är idag likgiltiga med Nigeria-breven för mig.
