My favourite bike shop - the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to get you what you want. I've bought four bikes from them now, had another resprayed and spent more than I care to recall at Condor on everything from inner tubes to jeans for cycling. I've never had reason to complain or take anything back. Just a really good shop - and their own bikes are excelkent, too.

Condor serviced my bike again 2 weeks ago. As always they did a great job and the bike left the shop just as it was 3 years ago, when I bought it, well actually better than it was then. It's always a really thorough service, but importantly they don't replace things that don't need doing yet. For example, there's no point in throwing away good brake pads when there is another 3 months wear in them. Highly recommended!

We used Conference Bags a couple of months ago so members of staff could take the branded bag to meetings with the company merchandise in - at that time the customer service and quality of product was second to none. This time was no different - from requesting our order to seeing the proofs was no time at all & we now have a new set of bags for a presentation event this afternoon!! I wanted a custom laptop - first of all, because I had some spare parts from a previous laptop and second, because it is easier to customize a machine before buying it then searching for something that can be customized later on. I was struggling to decide between three models, so I asked a bunch of questions to help the decision. I always had valuable information from support, so finally I bought the machine. Later I had some problems installing Win10 on it (it could not find some drivers during installation...), I contacted support again, got my answers, everything works fine.

Having filled in one of your forms you rang me to ask if I needed help, I found this very informative and no pressure to buy. I didn't accept your quote first of all and asked if you could phone me back later when I had looked to see my options, this you did and for me I thought this was excellent service, very pleased.

I applied GlazeGuard Gloss Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Sealer H/Gloss on my wood look porcelain tile. I have approximately 1,000 sq ft, my entire downstairs. It looks fantastic. I followed the directions, and installation went smoothly. There was a minor order error to begin with, but CoverTec corrected that quickly. Every question I have had has been answered very quickly.

Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. I have purchased planners from DHX Soft for several years. The planners do exactly what they say, are easy to use and produce meaningful reports. The after service support for any issues is always prompt and efficient - thanks, Dave! One suggestion. As a global organisation it would be useful to be able to pre-select multiple country's public holidays at the same time. Currently, I select one and then manually add all the others for the other 8 countries where I have staff based. Time-consuming if you consider I have to add up to 12 dates per year for each staff member.

The BMW service from Dick Lovett was brilliant, the sales manager Josh Day was excellent his communication in what’s been a different and difficult time with Covid19 has been outstanding keeping me updated every step. Coming across a sales person like Josh is a blessing leaving me feeling confident at all times he was there to help me buy my next car and not force me into one like I’ve had on previous occasions from other dealers. He’s an asset to your team. I’m very pleased with the service and very pleased with my new car. I will definitely be in touch for future cars and will recommend to others my dad been one as he’s had a hole line of BMW vehicles over the last 20 odd years and was unhappy with his last experience. This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

Doors were delivered within the timeframe set (3 weeks). Very well packaged and good value. Our carpenter commented on the quality and the build of the doors. They have just been fitted and look fantastic so hopefully they will last a long time.

Ordered laminate flooring, selected collection but was charged nearly £50 for delivery even tho I collected, told me I would get refunded and never did even after multiple phonecalls and visits to the store, wouldn't recommend using the website to order, also when visiting they had me waiting for 10-15 minutes while they all watches TV in the office.... Not a very food experience with this company....and still no delivery charge refund... Not happy with there service

I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. He even gave me his direct telephone line in case of future query. The booking/ordering system, aided by Stewart was very pleasurable and now all we need to do is enjoy the holiday i booked.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

Overall a very good service, however, it cost me approx £50 extra with direct line rather than had I booked with Jet 2 . this is the only reason I have awarded 3 stars, had the price been less harse in comparison to Jet 2, I would have given better

We have expressed our delight to the staff involved with our booking and we will certainly be using them again next year. We wished you did City breaks as this is a service we would appreciate. However, it is more important that as a small company you specialise and do everything well and that you do not spread yourself too thin and then the service is not as good.

Everything, office service great, hotel wonderful, could not fault anything about the holiday, except one thing , it was not long enough, 10 days it should of been 3weeks, maybe next year. Received email on Tuesday to say parcel had been dispatched, chased on Thursday to be told being shipped for delivery Friday, received a phone call on Friday to say parcel was stuck in Hub. Can it be delivered Saturday? Now have staff on site waiting to complete work. Could do better.

Dodgy sales tactics people in tge Philippines coerce you to pay over $1100 Aud, no follow up, dishonest staff promising bookings using all discovery dollars from Philippines, but no sales agent contacts you for a couple of weeks after your money has passed the cooling off 10 days and you get no booking and you have lost your money in Discovery dollars which is like monopoly money, Worthless! This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. It is criminal how the sales agents has taken my money and I have no holidays accommodation as promised.

I started studying with DLC last year, so far my time with them as a student has been great. The Mentor team respond quickly to any questions i have and i have been able to speak to my tutor when i have needed to. I am trying to finish my course quicker then the recommended study time and i have been able to work at my own pace so far which is great for me. Would definitely recommend them as a training provider.

I was a first time customer, though I had listened to the owner on 98.7 several times. I drove 75 miles one way to have service done over Christmas Holidays. I received service and return of computer exactly as service tech said. Replaced and booted new hard drive on Microsoft 10. So far everything is great, other than loosing all my favorites saved after years of storing them.
