This reviewer is insulted and disrespected to find that not only was there no instruction or guide included to avoid the potential destruction of the pen when removing its fill tank but did not even provide directions for using an unusually shaped cartridge. An email was sent with proper and specific information that was ignored. A second letter was sent to Levenger Customer 'Disservice.' This time, they acknowledged the pen. However, they disregarded the portion of the question about the insertion of cartridges. Much time was wasted. Time is money. I am hard-pressed to consider that I might make a purchase from Levenger again, considering their prices. They want to make their customer service "Legendary." At this time, it seems to be mythology.

I bought a jacket 2019 dec returned in feb due to feathers coming through. Went to shop with original receipt (no other receipt given) Told from a photo by customer service it was wear n tear. Bare in mind I've been housebound from March to August due to covid and illness. So apparently a £90 jacket gets worn a few times then washed and its classed as wear and tear. Come on really hollister!! I was a loyal customer as was my family and now we aren't going to return custom if this is how they treat loyal customers Very unprofessional

I returned items I ordered from the website and received confirmation from Belk that they received the return and would send the refund. It has been a month and no refund has been received. Can't get customer service on the phone nor do they reply to messages. They have the returned items but kept my money.

I ordered a pair of Asolo Power Matic 500 GV from Al's. I thought the boots were stolen based on the price they were offering. Turns out they were really just an awesome deal. Shipping was as promised. I even called their store, and someone answered the phone, no button pressing or message leaving. The boots are exactly what I ordered. I honeslty can't believe it worked out this good for me. I thought I'd have at least one problem, but I didn't. I'll be back to Al's!

Very poor customer service!!! My Husband purchased a bracelet for my 40th birthday and we were charged £39.99 from the Boscombe branch to have the links altered, but when we visited a branch in Clacton On Sea, they kindly did this free of charge. I was also going through a bereavement and afterwards, changed my mind, as I noticed that the bracelet was of a poor quality. We were only 2 days over the 30 day returns policy and we were denied a refund from both the store and customer services. I explained my circumstances, but they were not interested. Avoid this retailer at all costs. The products are poor and customer services are rude and arrogant!!!!

Will not shop here anymore order the new Jordan 11s platinum tint on 10/27 and on 10/29 I was notified that my order was canceled due to a typographical error on their part and they issued me a refund. Bought bones wheels. Opened pack one wheel had huge holes in in it. Contacted parade to return did not hear back but suddenly got a refund of 2.99 against a £40 order which I did not ask for then when I said I wanted to return not partial refund they sent me t &c saying they will deduct money if I return as iv opened pack. Be very careful about misinformation in product listings on this website. I was sold a 'pair' of Independent trucks and received confirmation clearly stating I had purchased a pair of trucks and the money was debited from my card. I was then advised by Parade that this had been incorrectly listed as a pair and the price was only for one truck. i was not offered the pair at the original agreed price, nor was I offered any discount that wasn't already available - despite the admission that this was their error. Absolutely terrible customer experience.

I placed an order for Nordic Skate skiing boots on 2/27/2015 and paid an additional $34.95 for 3 day shipping. The order was not acted upon until I called the store on 3/2, The boots were not shipped until 3/3, so the fee for rapid shipping was wasted.

Boots came UK sized instead of US but fit well anyway

Love these abayas, the only UK website I've come across that stock reasonably priced modest abayas, proper Islamic attire. Great customer service too, the Returns policy is very good, unlike a lot of online abaya stores.

I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks. After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks. Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!

Very simple , almost too easy as far as shopping goes . I was able to actually find what I needed on this site , no other place or website seemed to cary what I was looking for but this site here . Plus i won a 10% discount . As far as how long it took from when i ordered it (site said 3-7 days) it took Only 10 days which in my opinion is still pretty fast considering the delays due to the Virus . Over all Im very satisfied , i will absolutely 100% be shopping here again in the future and I highly encourage others to shop here . Good experience. Took me a few weeks to purchase what i wanted only because i was going back and fourth with different websites. You guys had some guns they didn't and they had some guns that you guys didn't. Also color of guns was very limited. Very limited on sights and scopes :( but the ones you had i liked. I ordered a Raymond Weil Maestro watch as a deal of the day (3/20/13). The watch I received did not have bright blue hands as was pictured (and as I have seen in jewelry stores)so I called to confirm the correct watch was shipped as mistakes sometimes happen. I spoke to someone that asked me to talk a photo and email it and they would make sure it was correct. This seemed very helpful and I sent the email. But then I never heard back, so after Joma reopened after passover, I called customer service again. This time I got someone rude, who would not even look for or look at the email and told me that the pictures on line are enhanced to make the watch appealing and did I remove the cover on the face of the watch. There was no cover on the watch face or back when I received it and the tag was a tag looped loosely on the band so matching this tag number to the model ordered did not give me comfort that the watch was the same. I asked the gentlemen to look at the photo I sent and he refused and told me if the model number matches then just send it back if I don't like it. I have ordered from Joma before, but may never do so again, I should not be treated rudely by customer service when I am trying to confirm something simple, and I said I you don't have to be rude when I am asking a question. And then I was not provided his name when I asked, there was a pause and then the line was hung up. I wanted to update this because I was contacted by another member of customer service and they have now looked at my photo and said it was an error and are working to fix it - thank you JomaShop - Levi & Lada- for restoring my expectations.

Conservatory blinds very overpriced and don't do what we were told they would. We were told tey would keep the conservatory cooler in summer & warmer in winter! It was very stuffy in the summer and caused condensation in the winter if you pulled blinds down. Wouldn't recommend. Company wouldn't do anything about it.

We have had our blinds for several years, and from time to time had to call customer service to have small issues repaired. One of the cords snapped on the pleated power blind, I called to see if an engineer could call to rethread it. I was told that they don't do this any more and would email an engineer to see if he would care to come and do the job as a private arrangement. After several calls to Thomas Sanderson, I eventually did get a call from an engineer, but he didn't work with powered blinds, but he said he would try to get someone to get in touch with me. A week on, nothing. I have tried emailing the Directors, but I have not had a response. Since merging with Hillarys and moving to Nottingham, Thomas Sanderson seems to have lost all care they had for existing customers. I would strongly recommend any prospective customer to think very carefully before investing thousands of pounds on blinds, that are great quality but will not be looked after once they are more than 5 years old. Stick to giving local business your custom, they will look after you and not leave you high and dry with a totally useless blind that no one will repair.

I would like to write a full and accurate review of how I was mistreated as customer advertising on their platform. This year has been horrendous for any bride to be and its also been horrendous for my photography business at DUKE PHOTOGRAPY I have never once had any business from them but equally I could have tried harder. At the beginning I was paying for a year of advertising but did not know I was in a contract, I mean, how could I know? I have never seen the contract in my life and I certainly didnt sign anything and it wasn't made aware (but I will get to this part later) The business model is case of letting sleeping dragons lay by taking vendors bank card details and storing them in file, however they had to call me as my card details had changed, they were trying to take another years payment. So now they have my card details with no contract in place which is illegal. They rang me to take payment but when I kindly declined they said I had to because that was apart of the contract and when I asked why they didnt contact me prior to the auto renewal especially whilst we were in lockdown and couldnt work, they infomed me that business to business contracts do not need any warning on auto renewal and proceeded still trying to take payment. This year has been awful with every wedding postponed and trying to feed my poor children as this is all I can afford at the moment and despite letting UkBride knowing how difficult time was at home they still tried to take full payment untill we agreed £20 a month as a cancellation fee for 6 months. Now I am not going to lie, I lost my temper with them on the phone when they failed to show any compassion or remorse as I couldnt understand why a business would not warn me that my contract is about to renew and despite going through hardship they were absolutely relentless! I would like to point out that because I am not a key worker, I havent been working so considering we are in unprecedented times you would have thought they would have dealt with this in a better way but instead all it has done is shown their true colours They said they were going to send the contract through the post, they didnt. They said they were going to send the contract in email, they didnt. So the third time I asked, I waited on the phone until they sent it through. They sent me a contract with all my details which they filled in but they never had my signature. This for me is very unprofessional Its safe to say they haven't been able to taken payment since nor can the persue any further but now I am currently seeking a charge back from my bank and taking further action as they have broke GDPR for storing details without followng correct process and certainly not being in a contract. This is my experience with UkBride.

My husband and I had much difficulty finding pants in his size, 42x34. It was time to go online and shop. We found this store online and decided to try it. This company has 5 star rating in customer service and quality product. I was unsure buying online for something we never ordered with a new company... Our experience was very good. If you have odd sizes to buy, or need high quality pants, and you don't want to go to the store or don't know who to trust online for both quality, and customer service, you can trust MinnesotaWorkwear. We will use them again, and will highly recommend to others. I am a new customer unfamiliar with Simply Dresses refund policy of sending back items within 7 days of receipt. I asked Simply Dresses for an exchange, not even a refund and they denied my request. I will not be purchasing from them again.

My first order (7/2005) was a great experience. Second order placed a year or more later to buy more of an item purchased in first order, items were smaller than size indicated and no longer made in USA. I could still wear the items but they were tight. The third (AND LAST) order, the items purchased were more of an item from first order. Smaller than size indicated, cheaper quality, no longer made in the USA AND more expensive ($20.95 vs. $16.95).

Just wanted to thank you so much, especially Janet, for making me feel amazing in my mother of the bride outfit on Saturday. Janet gave me a much needed confidence boost when I came to choose it & never forgot her words. I felt fab all day & night. Would highly recommend this shop, staff & especially Janet. Visited the shop on 27th December 2019 and found the staff extremely welcoming, very professional and not in the least bit pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for our young assistant, Robyn. She certainly took time to get to know me, ask what I was looking for and helped create the look that suited my body shape the most. Many thanks!

I just found out about these companies including Chic Boho . There are a ton of them with similar names. They need to be shut down. They are scamming people. FYI buyer beware of these type of companies. They STEAL photos of fashions and deliver pieced together dresses that look nothing like the photo. They are in China. They send the wrong items with a China residential return address then when you finally get a hold of them offer a $25 coupon to keep quiet. You cannot reach them on social media. I'm seeing tons of complaints immediately deleted from their Facebook page. Please share. There are a few of these type companies on Facebook. Tried this shop only once - I fell for the ad on Instagram. The items don't look like in images, the returns aren't possible since you have to pay the shipping fee (to China) and lose most of the money. At least customer service got back to me but let's see if they do return $8 as a compensation for the really bad experience. The shipping time is very long too.

I placed an order with prosoccer.com late Sunday evening for a Christmas present. I did not hear from the company until Tuesday that the item was not in stock and would not be delivered. I was surprised that their system could not have notified me earlier that the item was sold out. Since I was leaving town and I wanted to get the item in the time, I asked a representative over the phone what kind of shipping deal they could give me to make up for the time lost by their inaccurate internet inventory. The representative talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I wrote their customer service an email about this incident and got NO REPLY. So beware: just because you think you ordered something off this website doesn't mean they actually have to it to sell. And customer service will not make any reasonable attempt to make things right when their ordering system wastes your time.

UPDATE from earlier review: I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren’t damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn’t say that they’re super comfy. Also, didn’t like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn’t shop here again.

The mattress I purchased is more uncomfortable than the one I threw away! I have had nothing pain and sleepless nights since I purchased it. I had hoped maybe it just took time to 'open up' and 'break it in' but it hasn't changed. I reached out to the company for an exchange (Maybe it was faulty? Maybe I needed a different firmness?) fully expecting them to make good with the kind of mattress they promised. The completely refused to do anything about it. They said I was past my trial period (by a month) and therefore had no suggestions but to spend more money on a topper in hopes of making the mattress more comfortable!! Unbelievable! Horrible customer service! A huge waste of money.

I was a little skeptical at first, especially since I didn't find all that many reviews online, some even sounding fake or too good to be true. First off, let me tell you that this review is 100% the real deal and I definitely own a mattress from Amore. Despite the lack of reviews and maybe their perceived authenticity due to the money back guarantee period, I decided to go ahead and purchase this mattress after having researched my other options. Since this mattress was to replace the almost concrete feeling factory king-size bed in my camper, I wasn't looking to spend a fortune. I have purchased another online bed brand in the past, and while that too is a nice mattress, The Hybrid Amore I purchased, not only is a better price, but I think it might be just a tad more comfortable, than the one I purchased for around $1400. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a med-firm mattress. I am a stomach sleeper, and my wife a side sleeper, and each of us sleeps great on this mattress.

Goods were despatched quickly and were what was ordered, four pairs of trousers, two types. All were labelled as 36L, two pairs fitted two did not. One pair were labelled “Charcoal” but I have not seen green charcoal. I have retained the two lighter weight trousers but when compared to your product of a few years ago, they have been made down to a price not up to a standard.

I was specifically looking for blue light glasses as I spend time working on the computer for about 6-8 hours a day and would sometimes suffer from headache and eye strain by the end of the day. Honestly SPOKE are the only trousers & shorts I buy - i have my fit and style and I can guarantee every pair I have ever bought over 20 different styles and colours fit perfectly . This is my brand by choice. Plus the t-shirts are bloody good too :-)

I had some delivery issues with myhairandveauty.co.uk but I have to say the customer service from the representative Manju was absolutely incredible. She singlehandedly saved the order, she went the extra mile to rectify my dispute. They might lose points for their stock information but they make up for it twofold with the service from Manju. If you can, speak to Manju and she will do everything in her power to resolve your dispute and get your items to you.

Quality is poor; silk underwear bobbling and becoming threadbare at the seams after just a month of normal wear and gentle washing. Considering how expensive they are, this is very poor show from a company who portray themselves as high quality. When I sent them my comments they responded with a standard, lukewarm, corporate-speak email. Very disenchanted and would not purchase again.

Although the quality of Patra's silk products are just about satisfactory, (i.e not great since their underwear doesn't stand up to washing very well and becomes bobbly and eventually threadbare after a number of washes), the real problem is their dispatch service: - absolutely hopeless! Expect a wait of between 7 to 10 working days between placement of order and delivery; - what company in this day and age takes that long to process a simple of order of 2 pairs of underpants?! And what delivery service are they using when they state that their "normal delivery" takes between 3 and 5 days following dispatch? (1st class post will normally get to its' destination after 1 or, at worst 2 days). All in all, given the fact that Patra products are far from being cheap, they do in fact offer a pretty useless commodity.

Whenever I go shopping in Boyes it brings a smile to my face. Being a shopaholic I often spend, spend, spend. There is a great selection of products to choose from. There's something for everyone both young and old. In this shop I can easily lose myself because there's so much to see. I often go into this shop because I find it therapeutic as I suffer from Bipolar disorder which is good in a way because my favourite hobby is to spend, spend, spend. In my books, Boyes is no 1.

I ordered a watch from here . Arrived and was faulty . Contacted them via email was told to send it back which I did via tracked royal mail . Recieved 3rd feb now 23rd and heard nothing from them . Contact number not working and no reply from emails!! Would have been better throwing my money in the street!! Do not buy from here rouge traider!!!!!

Was very sceptical about ordering a watch from this website as the prices were very low. I kept believing it would be a fake watch. When it arrived, very quickly, all doubts were put aside as it was a genuine and authentic watch. So pleased with my order, the watch is beautiful and they provide prompt delivery aswell!

On the first day it arrived, The glasses did not look good as shown in pictures. My wife and my son laughed at the look of the glasses. Keep in mind these glasses were not cheap - $138. The next day, the left lense came off. The frame was made of cheap materials, the progressive lenses looked like plastic even though I paid for the highest quality lenses. I shipped the glasses back to zipopticals and waiting for my refund. The friendly customer service rep - Frank promised highest refund possible. I will post again once I know how they treated me.
