Safestyle was great. The guy who came to fit our door was really professional. Despite a really old door frame, he successfully fitted our door in a few hours, leaving us without the big drafts we’d had previously. He cleaned up the debris properly before leaving too. Customer service were also helpful in getting the measuring and fitting booked.

Due to a break in, we decided that we would replace the front door. We’d had the locks changed by the insurance but neither of us felt really secure. I called SafeStyle. The chap that came out was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy or forceful, just understanding and full of advice. We picked the door there and then. On the day of fitting, they started at 8 and were done by 11! One man on his own. So clean and efficient and fully compliant with COVID guidance. Lovely guy. All our neighbours love the new door. We feel so safe too and it’s made such a difference to the house. Next year we’ll probably have SafeStyle do the windows too. Whilst not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, the service and quality are fantastic. I even posted on Facebook, I have been so impressed and pleased from start to finish. Best 2k I’ve spent in years and worth every penny.

I have to say the PureH2O ‘PurityPro10’ home system is the best we have ever had! We have had various systems but the level of service we received for the planning of a complete home installation compared to other companies was the best ever. My self and Judy would like to say to PureH2O thank you so much for improving our lives with your fantastic technology and system. We literally could not live without it especially as I have severe Psoriasis all over my body. The two engineers who came to install it were amazing and explained how it all worked and now one year later we have most amazing tasting water without any sign of Chlorine smell which comes with normal tap water. My self and Judy would like to say to everyone ‘if you are considering buying water filter system from PureH2O, just go to the best you won’t be disappointed’. This system is the best we have ever had, and we have had three systems by three other manufacturers all of which we had problems with. The home system we had installed from PureH2O is the ‘PurityPro10’ and is the best system in our view to get and money can buy. The service maintenance schedule we have with them is simply the best we have ever experienced and for a very reasonable cost. The level of service we have received from PureH2O has been the best ever we have received by any company we have been with to date. Judy and myself would like to say a big thank you to PureH2O for improving our lives massively in regards to our health and my serious skin condition (Psoriasis). To have the best water you have to go to the best and that’s without any doubt PureH2O only.

If I could I would give them no stars. They take 100% of your money up front and don’t deliver. We have been waiting months for them to just put trim inside and outside and now they just ignore all calls, voicemails and emails. They are a joke of a company. Everything went to plan to begin with then I ordered a second piece of trim. When it arrived and I opened it it was the wrong style. I checked the order and I ordered the correct piece. I've now emailed four times and wasted countless time waiting on the phone being picked up but no response. Not great on the customer service side of things. This company has shocking customer service and now realising the workmanship isn't all they claimed it to be. Very professional and great communication when you agree to proceed but once the job is done and they've been paid, they don't want to hear or help with any issues. I really wish I could share images I have. To begin with we were sold on the idea of roof tiles that have a locking system not a nailing system meaning you aren't putting holes in the tile itself. When the job manager turned up we were told this was not the case, that these tiles exist but not what we'd be able to get on our roof. Not to worry we'll still proceed. After the job was done our garden was covered, I mean covered, in nails and staples. We have a toddler so I was not amused. They also managed to break an outside security light off the wall and when I contacted them was told someone would come to view it and we'd been e-mailing regarding it. They didn't come out to view it! So I e-mailed images got no reply so after a few days I phoned. I was to be told the person I was trying to contact no longer worked for the company. Yet nobody picked up that persons work load to contact me or have things followed up. I was told that they would speak with a Manager and ask about the light, saying it would most likely be a cheque to cover the cost of repairing it. Again no one ever called us. I live in a semi-detached property, my neighbour decided he too would get Lomond Improvements to do his roof. Without even asking the company decided just to keep using my garden for all the materials and scaffolding pieces. I was working away at this point and was told by my wife. My neighbours side has tiles that don't look secure and in fact on the back side of the house the tile batons can be seen all the way down one side. I'm no roofer but tiles need to cover the wood the rain is going to get in and rot all the wood. Our roof and my neighbours was done in December 2019 so I have given the business ample time and opportunity to sort everything way before any Covid lock down restrictions were put in place. I hope the Company owner reads this and takes action. I did say on the phone to staff I would give the company the opportunity to restore my faith and allow them to resolve the problems but this has not happened.

Simply awesome. I had the misfortune of ordering two wrong sets of latches (I know a lot more about them now!) and More Handles couldn't have been more helpful or patient. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was knowledgable and friendly and I'm pleased to say that 3rd time round, I got the right latches for the job. First class service and should I ever be in the market for door furniture again, More Handles will be my first port of call...just excellent.

My existing back garden paving was in a very bad state most of the slabs were lifting due to a previous company poor workmanship. Perfect Paving came to the rescue (No other company was even willing to give me a quote when they saw it!) Not only is it safe and secure now it looks great too. I am absolutely fuming, ordered some featheredge on Friday for next day delivery it stated. Was happy for it to be a bit late as didn't need it until Wednesday morning as I had builders coming. On Tuesday still no wood. Contacted the office and spoke to Nikki in sales who were originally quick to respond, they confirmed orders were taking longer than expected but she could cancel the order for me so that I could go and source the wood elsewhere, paid for new wood and guess what turns up Thursday afternoon (labelled over night ship) my wood that was cancelled!!!! It was dumped on my door and left with no one knocking (if they had I would have refused delivery!), I now have near on £100 worth of wood which is useless to me and have had to shell out £107 locally to buy it for my builder so he did not have to come back another day and charge me another day rate. Have contacted customer services (all of their operators are working from home so no calls only via email) and NO REPLY, no quick response this time, just ignored !!! Really not happy and has left me out of pocket on a budget that was already stretched. Very very disappointed and no way to contact or talk to anyone.

Took a substantial amount of money from me over 2 weeks ago and was assured delivery would be within 2 days. Got an email day after saying goods depatched but with no tracking. Asked for tracking was told it hasn't been sent yet. Emailed several times in past 2 weeks with no reply. Called numerous times but no one answering the phones despite their website saying they are trading as normal despite Covid19. Caused huge problems for my business as if we don't have enough to deal with at the moment. Had to stop my job, lay off 2 staff becuase of it andnow have unhappy customers. Would never use these again and no idea if and when I will ever get my money back.

Terrible after sales service. Had issues with original window order being incorrect and incomplete but eventually got there. Then when returning miss shapen facia corners Clive was arrogant and unhelpful. This wasn't the first time Clive has had a poor attitude. This a shame because the other staff are helpful. Consequently the bulk of our order will not now be placed with them.

Their trucks have cracked and pulverized our new concrete driveway. For the past year this company has been doing deliveries in its various heavy trucks to a construction site near our home. These things are huge, larger than a double decker bus, with a built in crane and laden building materials. They drive along the pavement which is bad enough as they have churned the tarmac up which has already had to be re-laid by the council two months ago at public expense. But they have also taken to encroaching over the corner edge of our new concrete driveway. It’s obviously not designed for such extreme weight loads. It’s cracked the corner and pulverized the edging. They have promised to repair it but haven’t even bothered to keep the appointments to visit. Not even return chase up calls.

VSF installed a new PVC personnel door and replaced my asbestos roof. However, after the fitters VSF sub-contract left I noticed my garage door wouldn't close due to the new roof. As well as this, large sections of the old guttering, rotten wood and off cuts from the installation were left in and around my garage. Plus the facia I was told by the VSF surveyor would be installed was not installed by the fitters (despite being in the contact I signed). Apparently this is a known issue between the fitters and surveyors but VSF has done nothing about it. Initially VSF denied this was due to their work, but eventually agreed to rectify their mistake. After getting hold of their area manager, VSF stated they would come out over two weeks after the initial work was completed as they weren't due to be in my area until then. Remedying issues VSF have caused is done at their convenience. On the morning of the remedial work, the fitters text me to say they would now be coming the following week. I called their office multiple times, who were helpful although couldn't get hold of the fitters to confirm a date and time, and couldn't get any other fitters out sooner. I called (no answer/ voicemail) and then texted the area manager about the issue, and was told he was on holiday and that I should call the office and leave him alone (great customer service there). After several days I asked for an official complaint to be logged, and another manager got in contact with me. This manager couldn't get hold of the fitters either, and had to eventually call the client the fitters were doing some work for just to speak to them! After almost three weeks the garage door issue was rectified, and the rubbish VSF left was removed. As per VSF's terms and conditions, point 11 states "Any remedial work will be rectified within 10 working days", which clearly didn't happen in my case. I wouldn't recommend VSF to anyone as, going by my experience and other reviews I've read, the fitters appear to be a law unto themselves. You might be lucky and get a decent fitter, or you might be like me and not be so lucky.

I purchased a pair of gorilla gripz gloves and I am so impressed with not only the quality but the extra performance they gave me. I managed to increase my PB dead lift by 25kg in one sitting and felt confident about lifting the weight whereas before I would be worried that I would lose my grip. I will definitely be buying more items from this store in the near future to start lifting rather than just pottering about and plateauing in the gym.

Our friend recommended Scott to provide a quote for our energy supply for our new premises. Scott didn’t disappoint, as we were new to this we were unsure what the process was and was really looking for someone to guide us through the process, Scott did this all the way from going through the detail and explaining what would happen at switch over. Have used them once before and was pleased. However, my last order looked awfull containing large amounts of poor quality filler that did not match the grade of wood purchased. This was verified by an independent Wood flooring assessor. I found Wood and Beyond very difficult to deal with and to accept any liability. In the end I claimed back via a VISA SN75 claim. Would therefore not use again.

I had a bathroom viewing booked in at our house and the staff member never showed up. Not only that but I then emailed to give them a chance to explain and am yet to hear anything. I had high hopes for a good service after walking in to the shop for some advice but I am left feeling extremely disappointed and time-pressured with this set back. Client service has been very poor.

Easy to use website - being able to search for the key number makes life a lot easier. It also helps that there is a description of the type of key, e.g. works in wooden desk cabinets. Very fast delivery. I have used them several times and they have been very efficient.

We had Evergreen insulate our loft. We have noticed our bedrooms are much warmer and we think they did a good job. I would like to ask a bit of advice. Obviously the openings and cracks have been blocked now, eliminating all draughts but I've noticed one of the beams in the loft has become very damp. Is this because there is no ventilation in the loft anymore and do I need to put an air brick in the wall? Advice please.

Twice someone was booked in to come for a quote and never turned up. First time fair enough things happen, 2nd time I called and was given excuses that needed to be cancelled but never contacted me as no one in the area then was told can try get someone round the same day. How can you get someone round the same day when was told not available and already had 2 chances. Appalling company will not give a 3rd chance and will def not recommend!!

Excellent company to deal with. Contact throughout the whole process. Mark the engineer arrived when he said he would, he upgraded our old boiler to a new condensed Worcester Bosch boiler relocating from the kitchen to the utility room, can't praise him enough. All the pipe work now looks neat and tidy, he removed all the old pipes and boiler, hot water tank etc. We are now left with a super efficient system and are extremely delighted. I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone. A job well done. thanks to everyone concerned.

Brilliant service, I was sceptical about making such a large purchase online with an Engineer never even seeing what replacing my boiler involved. But I am extremely happy with the outcome. All very efficient, the fitters were very pleasant, hard working guys & were very careful to keep everything as clean as possible & did a great job of tidying up afterwards. This is not the first time I have ordered from AIRTHEREAL. Each and every time they were professional in everything, packaging, shipping, occasional communication with customer service. They are very quick to respond and shipping is also super fast. Ordered on Monday night got it on Thursday. The products quality does meet my expectations, very nice and sturdy with no noticable shortcuts anywhere. This was an easy install, but the metal displaces the doors just enough to make them misaligned. They will still lock but you'll either have to push or pull hard to get your dead bolt to lock. Not a deal breaker but should be noted.

We ordered 2 samples from Bombay Tile and finally decided to order the Cyrus Sandino LVT. Unfortunately, the 7x48 size was out of stock but Steve from customer service offered the XL version (9x60) at the same price! We ordered about 2,500 sqft. The truck had a lift gate and everything was shrink wrapped pretty well. We plan to order some backsplash early next year from them as they did a pretty good job on our first order.

After my first one exploded (o-ring failed and then cover flow off), shooting water all over my bathroom and drowning my mobile phone on the other side of the room. They told me they could not supply a replacement O-ring but then a couple of weeks later, I was sent a replacement cover and o-ring. Shortly after that, the mode button failed in between two settings. I am left with a weak stream from a combination of 2 sets of the outlets. Very disappointing experience.

I was producing a project that related to brutalist buildings and wanted to make some concrete items that would give someone the feel of concrete. I intended to make a book cover and a box file. Having searched the net, there was only one company who seemed to have the right product for home use, the patience to answer my questions and a set of brilliant YouTube teaching videos and that was Concrete Lab. I followed the advice to the letter and my results speak for themselves. It might not be a kitchen worktop, but you can definitely use this product for craft projects!

My bathroom doesn't come with any kind of ventilation, so the brand-new shower curtain bought on Amazon became moldy after 1 month of use. I was SO HAPPY to have found Dripp's shower curtain. It's been 4 months since I have it in the shower, and no visible mold or smell of mold AT ALL. I wish the curtain came in more colors.

Excellent customer service. Phoned to check if I could request a particular day for delivery due to the weight of the heater and being home alone on other days. Ashley called the delivery company to check their lead times and called me right back and said he would request delivery for the day I needed when my order came through. Delivery company called to confirm that they would deliver on the day requested. When the day arrived, I hadn't heard anything from the delivery company and it was nearly 5pm and I couldn't get through to them. I called Ashley and he also couldn't reach them but would continue to try, it fortunately arrived about 30 minutes later. Ashley called back the next day to confirm I'd received the heater and that it was in good condition and there was no issues. Really attentive company and I'm glad I chose them over some bigger retailers. Also had the best prices I could find for what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Me and my wife recently moved into our new home. Our house was fully electric so we had to buy electric heaters for the house. After looking at various places we came across Electric Heat Warehouse. We ordered six of the Reina Arlec Electric Radiator's. The price was very decent and affordable compared to other stores and websites we looked at. I also had a few questions before my purchase. I spoke to a Paul Fowkes who was incredibly friendly and was very helpful with all the questions I had to ask. The radiators got delivered very quickly and I was constantly updated about the delivery. The heaters are very good and very stylish. It was also very easy to fit on the walls and easy to use. Overall me and my wife are very happy with our purchase. Keeps the house very warm especially with winter around the corner. I would definitely recommend Electric Heat Warehouse. I couldn’t give it 0 stars or I would. Absolutely the worse experience buying a product off the internet. Cover shipped 2 months after I ordered it. After waiting 2 months for what was supposed to be a 100% waterproof cover it’s anything but. Leaks like crazy with the least bit of rain. I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails I thought they might make it right. Nope and now they have quit replying to emails. Looks like I’m stuck with a $100 heavy duty cover leaking 100% of the time when I should have bought a cheap $30 cover from somewhere that leaks just as good.

First class all the way! We purchased a new patio set that includes a very large, curved sofa. Most companies would not touch it, but Alco was happy to do it. I sent the measurements, and Alco wrote back promptly to say that the measurements did not seem correct. I am so thankful that they did that, instead of just making the covers. I re-measured, and sent the new dimensions. Regine was very helpful and responded immediately to my emails. The covers (sofa, fire pit and end tables) arrived today and I could not be happier. The sofa cover has a zipper in the back to make it easier on and off. The quality of the product, the color options, and the quality of the customer service all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alco Covers!

I order the Gate Smart Lock, thinking that this item will work. I spend 4 hours and I couldn't connect to the WiFi. I called the Company and they said that this specific item wasn't updated. I sent it back to them. I received the new one and it is exclactly with the same problem. I try to contact the Company and my phone is blocked. I can't call them. I try to use the computer and I received a message saying saying you are in danger, go back to safety. This kind of lock is just a headache......
