DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Elementshop are an extremely dishonest company. I had 2 faulty thermostats that needed to be returned and replaced. They firstly lied and said that the items would be collected and exchanged by the same couriers, which didn't happen. Then, in order to receive the replacement thermostats, they said that I had to pay for the new ones but would be refunded immediately after collection. When I was ready to send them back, they then said that I had to pay the return postage!! They lied again by saying they don't offer to collect items (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A SCREENSHOT THAT CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY WOULD COLLECT). When I confronted an incredibly rude and poor excuse of a woman, she lied yet again and said that they never say that. When I directed her to the relevant page on their own website, she said that she was going to remove that statement from my account page before putting the phone down on me!! During all of this, they said that I wouldn't receive an immediate refund as they items had to be tested to establish a fault. I explained that the fault was intermittent and unlikely to occur during a brief test. The same rude and poor excuse for a woman, said that if that happened, the items would be returned to me and no refund would be given. Again MORE LIES! In 32 years, this company is by far, the worse company I have have ever dealt with. They lie and make things up as they go along and then don't remember the previous lies that they told. Then you have to endure the rudeness of their incompetent staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Although the engineer did a good job I got the impression that he had not been fully briefed? It seems that the admin part of the business is not totally in sync with the engineers. What would have been nice is some form of "welcome pack" with details of guarantee registration, contact numbers for emergency calls at weekends etc.

Attention An attentive professional attitude until I had made the payment where I was then made to feel like an inconvenience and had to continually chase them to make any progress. Whilst open to suggestion with regards to design it took multiple attempts to produce a simple layout where pipes are not running through exterior or supporting walls and where permanently excluded areas simply not forgotten to be added. Apparently the extra attempts to rectify their mistakes were ‘above and beyond the normal’. Delivery took about 4 weeks where a visual inspection of the wrapped pallet was made and signed for, noting that any missing parts or damage should be reported to TFHW within 48 hours (the t&c’s are contradictory). Upon disassembling the pallet (2m3) of over 250 pieces it transpires there are a few damaged parts and some missing ones also no CAD printout or installation manual. The missing parts were out of stock so they simply didn’t bother to inform, refund or send at a later date. A further 2 weeks of jumping through hoops sending photos etc ended with an agreement to send out the necessary items but that quickly changed and I am now being fobbed off. This has lead to a decision to return the kit as the project is far behind schedule. A return for a full refund apparently is possible providing all parts are in as new condition (despite not receiving them in as new condition) less the £400 shipping cost. Any contact I make is met with a highly defensive and combative attitude with no attempt to seek resolution despite their website t&c’s which claim About Us The Floor Heating Warehouse Ltd. are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. I ordered the underfloor heating panels early Friday morning, but they weren't delivered until the following Wednesday. I live in France and they were being delivered to UK to a friend who was bringing them over for me, so the delivery was pretty time critical as they had to be there before he left. Had the delivery been as stated I would have given 5 stars as the customer service is excellent.

I did offer to pay difference but refused my offer and supplied the the more exoensive item. Really good service even during the covid 19 lockdown. Woukd recommend them 10 out of 10 for them

Rachel at Love Radiators provided the best customer service I have had in years. The space I needed a radiator was difficult and I am very fussy regarding the look of the room and Rachel went above and beyond to find me the right one, something no other supplier managed! Once she found it she responded promptly to every enquiry I made and was pro active in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. The radiator arrived on time, delivered by a really helpful courier and looks great in situ, I couldn't recommend Rachel or Love Radiators more, use them!! PS I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to say how good this company is.

I met with Eric from Mr. Furnace for a quote for a new Furnace and A/C unit at my house at about 5:30 PM after I got home from work. He is a dog person and liked my dogs. This first impression gets +1 star. Eric looked at my current furnace and A/C unit and agreed that it was a good time to replace my 20+ year old equipment that came with my house. Eric showed me what he recommended Even knowing very little about HVAC, my BS detector never went off and his suggestion was right in line with the 2 previous quotes I got from other companies. Eric sold me a Trane A/C and Furnace, which I was told by many people is and had been a very good brand for a long time. He did it while beating the other quotes by a few hundred dollars. They scheduled the install very quickly. Sales pitch, brand, quote and quick installation turn around - +2 Stars The day of the install, my wife took off of work so the installers could access the house and coming from her, she told me that the installers were as nice as could be. They really didn't bug her until they finished up. They showed her a few things about the furnace and A/C and said to call anytime if there were any questions. One installer left a battery charger for one of his tools so I met him nearby to return it. He was very thankful and told me about the install. Clean install, friendly installers and thankful employees - +1 Star As I was moving stuff back into place, I noticed that two electrical outlets near the furnace area that worked previous to the install were no longer working. I called Eric on a Saturday evening and he told me he would get someone out asap to take a look. They are sending out an electrician today (4/30/19) after I get home from work to take a look. The financing options for Mr. Furnace were a little confusing at first, but once I sat down and looked at them, a simple 18 months no interest if paid in full was the way to go. The furnace is quiet, and blows nice warm air at a greater force with less energy than my previous furnace. I can't comment on the A/C yet but I am confident it will work just as well. Financing options/response to issues/end result - +1 Star. This was my first experience ever replacing large appliances and Mr. Furnace was great every step of the way. I got reminder calls, great service from everyone involved, and great equipment installed at a fair price at the rate I wanted to pay. Thank you Mr. Furnace for the overall great experience.

Of course with all of the extra use our older sliding door is getting during this Covid-19 crisis, the old rollers just gave way! I found 24hr Sliding Door Repair on-line due to its high reviews. I award them another 5 STAR review! From the initial call with Dmitry, through the dealings with the team of two that came to my home, the experience was professional, polite and exceeded all expectations. The repairmen (who arrived early) both wore masks and gloves due to the virus. They are clearly experienced and within no time, my door was literally floating along with tracks! The job was done so well that I asked them to repair the second door at the same time. Due to the difficult finances of this time, Dmitry offered a reduction of the initial estimate just as a courtesy. I rarely take the time to write these reviews but this Company deserves it. I strongly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

It was a Friday afternoon, just before New Year when my wife "touched" our garage door, bending the door and breaking completely the string. I was thinking that I won't be able to fix it until January 2nd, but these guys rocks! I called to ask for service, 10 minutes later they called me back scheduling an appointment 30 minutes later - in less that 3 hours that I called, the door was fixed and working even better that was before!!

I'm writing this long review because I'm a strong believer in tipping good when the service is great, I think that positive reinforcement to a job well done leads customer service providers to work even harder in order to satisfy their clients. Having said that, I'd like to give a shout out to Attic Insulation by LABS! Everything from our initial inspection meeting with their technician / foreman Aaron, and all the way to the completion of our project was done right and with us, the clients, in mind. The first meeting went really well, Aaron spent a fair amount of time listening to our needs, inspecting the attic, crawling under the house, taking photos and videos, discussing the problems we have and potential solutions and recommending the best way to solve all in a cost efficient way. Though I felt like Aaron did an excellent job explaining and he did answer all our questions in the best and most informative way, his price came a tiny bit higher than the other quote we got. Being the thinker I am I requested a written quote and some time to think about it, Aaron did not hesitate and promised he will send an email with a detailed quote within 24 hours. He sent it within 4-5 hour, right before the end of the day, along with additional information about types of insulation and a rebate we can get if we do certain things. The day after I received a follow up call from their office, the lady on the other side of the line didn't ask a word about why we didn't buy the service and wasn't trying to solicit it, her only questions were about the quality of their service and she wanted to know if they could've done anything else to have earned my business. Two days passed and I received a follow up email from Aaron, nothing pushy just to asking if we have made our minds yet and stating that he will work very hard on making sure that we get an extremely professional work using great materials if we give him our business. After reviewing all the estimates we got and the different contractors who came to our house, my husband and I decided that, even though their price was a bit higher than others, we feel very confident in trusting our project with Aaron. We emailed him back our reply and requested another meeting to sign a contract. He came to our house the day after and was as generous with his time and as informative as he was on our first meeting. The day of the job Aaron and his crew came right on time. The first thing they did was to cover our floors, install dust isolation barriers and hermetically seal their work area to prevent dust and contamination from getting into our house. After the first stage of removing the old insulation, cleaning our attic and blocking all penetrations to prevent rodents from coming back in, Aaron asked my husband to inspect the attic before installing the new insulation. My husband was so amazed by their good work that he made me climb up there and see in my own eyes. It was immaculately clean and I could see all the areas where we have had holes before are now covered with metal nets secured to the frame with heavy duty screws. We gave him the go ahead to move forward with the insulation installation. Though we paid for the standard R-30 insulation, Aaron and his workers brought in huge bundles of R-38 fiberglass insulation. He said that they have a lot of it in their storage and they simply decided to upgrade us for free. After cutting and fitting the insulation neatly between our frames Aaron called us again for a final walkthrough. Once again everything was done immaculately and left us highly impressed. After receiving such a good and professional service I feel encouraged and obligated to recommend others in need of insulation replacement, attic cleaning or rodent control to call them. Giving our business to Aaron and his company was worth every penny we paid. If we had to we would've done it again, with them and only with them, in a heartbeat.

On 11/28/17 Moses from Attic Insulation by LABS came to inspect my attic and give provide me with a free quote for attic insulation removal, attic cleaning service, and cost to install cellulose blown-in insulation. After having a couple of other insulation guys over I expected yet another salesperson trying to push his service. I was kind of surprised to find out that the owner of the company does his own inspections and provides a written quote via email. I always prefer hiring someone I know actually care for the quality of his work, salemen usually not so. Since his quote was fair and he seemed to be a pro Insulation installer I decided to hire him for the job. A couple of days later I had the service done. Moses and his crew provided a high quality service and value to top the cost of the service. I really feel like I got a much better deal than what I paid for and for that I'm writing this review. If he keeps providing the same quality service and product, with an equal cost to mine, I can't see a reason for anyone to higher someone else.

Im a HETAS installer and chimney sweep, I installed on of these stoves and it twisted on first lighting and the bloke on the phone was blaming everyone and everything including me (been installing for 20 years with no problems) I also see these stoves when sweeping and I would say Run away and buy a decent stove!!!

I absolutely love my Hathaspace. It is the price of the replacement filters keep going up; and that is what hurts (the pocket book). Just suggestions. In my opinion the unit would be more user friendly if 1) it had a three prong plug 2) a retractable cord (so as not to catch on your foot) and 3) an attachable/detachable cradle with wheels that would help transport from room to room. I have recommended to family, friends and anyone that asks.

I live a state away, i ordered an outside drain 5 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet and its Saturday now so prob wont shop until Tuesday (Monday's a holiday) that's over a week just to get shipped, this going to hold me up from pouring my concrete stairs...ridiculous never ordering from this place again.
