Very good service and very quick delivery - less than 2 days. My only concern is that we had no notice whatsoever (no idea it was coming that quickly so no day let alone an approx time) that a very bulky delivery was coming - so no chance to clear passageways etc The driver was helpful and courteous, but it would have been quicker and easier for him as well if we had been prepared.

Roofing was my first and only call when I needed a roof on the house I'm building in Decatur. On the day the roof was planned to be installed, the painters showed and painted the exterior of the house. This was an unplanned delay, but Chuck rescheduled the roof so the painters could finish. The delay was not their fault and I appreciated their flexibility. My roof looks great and I will recommend them to others!

A couple of shingles blew off of our 6 year old roof and needed to be repaired. The original roofing company who installed the roof had gone out of business, so we called 3 other roofers. CW Roofing performed a full inspection of the roof and found a second hole we hadn't noticed, caused by a tree rubbing the roof. We chose CW Roofing for the repairs and are satisfied with the service! The repairs were completed in a few hours at a fair price. Whenever we need a roofing company in the future, we will call CW Roofing!

Order Number 3228/190220/10 I ordered an exterior door from Dave's Doors which - on delivery - turned out to be from Howdens and even came in the Howdens packaging and was delivered from the local Howdens depot. On making some enquiries, it turned out that the door would have cost 40% less had I ordered it from Howdens directly - provided I had wanted a Howdens door in the first place. I emailed Dave's Doors about this and consequently received a phone call from an employee (with 'no caller id'). I explained that including the delivery fee I had paid £180 more than the door actually cost and that I felt this was way over any "normal" profit margin. Moreover, nowhere on the website is it mentioned that the door would be supplied by Howdens. I was then told that I was a 'special case' since I knew the Howdens prices, but a 'normal' customer wouldn't and therefore would have no idea (and not care) about how much the door really cost. I told him that this was outrageous and that it should be made clear who the supplier is. At this point he literally laughed at me over the phone. Whilst I will be sending the door back, I am still left out of pocket due to the delivery fee as well as the costs of returning it. Dave's Doors is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure to deal with - rude, condescending, and I feel deceitful.

I ordered some heavy duty vinyl flooring and received it two days later. I couldn't check it right away but checked one corner just before going to bed. It didn't seem to be the design I ordered so I sent an ebay message before I went to bed asking if a mistake had been made though, as I was typing, I realised that what I saw may just have been for packaging. My latter thoughts were confirmed in a reply that was waiting for me the following morning. The packaging was superb and my order was tucked away inside. The vinyl was immaculate with straight edges, no stretching out of shape and no sticky tape residue to have to remove. The printed back is helpful with 250mm squares and 10mm squares. It is surprisingly heavy and you can feel the toughness when cutting it to size. The packaging was a large piece of heavy vinyl which itself will be very useful. I am really delighted with my purchase and won't hesitate to order again from this seller. BRILLIANT.

Poor customer service spent over £3000 this year which I did just before lock down. I needed an extra 8 board which would cost me £159.92 obviously had no problem paying this however they wanted to charge me an extra delivery cost of £50 when I live only 4 miles away. I have emailed them and they have blanked refused to negotiated. No loyalty just out to make as much money as possible. I wouldn’t mind but I also have my mother ordering £1000 worth of decking had I known they were like this I wouldn’t of bothered. You can get composite decking anywhere and I would suggest doing so.

DPJ completed the installation of my new ATAG boiler (Rugeley) little over 3 weeks ago. This is quite the upgrade from Gravity, coal back boiler. The Nest thermostat rounds the system off nicely for the new smart age. I found DPJ to be extremely honest, competitively priced and consummate professionals. I would not hostage to recommend. The rather complex upgrade was completed with minimal disruption in a home with 3 small kids. I did not expect to find this level of quality and professionalism from a local supplier. By far, the best tradesman to have worked in my home.

Last march this plumber attended to service my Ideal Classic gas boiler. The boiler was working fine until this joker touched it. He said he needed to order a part and left my wife and I who are pensioners in the freezing cold with red tape stuck across the boiler stating do not use. A day or two later he attended and fitted the part and all was well. Late in the same year in November we decided to have the boiler serviced early to get ready for winter. Once again this joker turns up to service a perfectly working boiler. After 4 hours of continually leaving the house making calls on his mobile he declared he could not get the boiler to ignite and left us without any heating for a second time. As we were freezing we called another engineer who rectified the problem within 5 minutes. This joker had failed to connect the pressure tubes from the fan to the pressure switch effectively rendering the boiler unusable. Avoid using this firm they are a joke.

Didn’t arrive on the day specified rang twice They wouldn’t check on status waited all day till 8.00pm REALLY FRUSTRATING missed my Severn Trent assessment had to wait 11 days to get a new one I rang the next morning and complained within an hour it arrived a day late they checked with courier and were only loading it on the morning why they couldn’t have checked with the courier on the actual planned delivery day God Only knows I would have not had a wasted day waiting in vein. You should check when people ask instead of just hoping for the best I paid £25 for delivery I’m still waiting for my refund or even an apology

I have found DVS to be extremely effective I just purchased my home 11days ago on the second morning after moving in had crying windows never have experience in 72 years the DVS was explanation of very experienced consultant From my previous experience of having a different system in 2 previous homes have found DVS Superior an the controller is simple operation my home is 114sq mtrs the installer set system to 120sq mtrs after 4 days have decreased setting to 110sq mtrs for a dry home.Also as a note I can change the filter myself if choosing to at a third the price of previous systems hope this helps choosing a System thanx Ross Chick

I’ve had my OKU pool heating system for 2 seasons now and the “bang for buck” with this system is incredible. I’m a fairly handy person & installed the whole system myself over a weekend - I did call the Eco team to query a few installation details, to which they were very helpful. The quality of everything in the kit is outstanding. I’d researched the hell out of al available solar heating systems & IMHO the kits that Eco Online supply would have to be the best on the market.

The product was good as was the delivery and we have had several orders in the past with no problem, however as we have a faulty item on the last order which we wish to discuss we then found they are currently impossible to contact by phone and there is no email address for the company on the website (very poor). For a good company this is a real let down. Many of our suppliers are not offering phone queries due to limited staffing, but they all offer email contact.

Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12 noon on Thursday. After questioning was told it would be delivered and they would ask the driver to texted when half hour away, this didn’t happen. Driver arrived and instead of having 2 collard 3 meter brown soil pipes which I ordered, had 4 uncollard pipes. I rang them and they confirmed the error and promised me they would deliver the correct pipes on Saturday. These did not arrive. I rang them again and was told there was some sort of error and the pipes would be delivered on Monday, which they were. When I spoke to them on Saturday, I asked them for a gesture of goodwill in the form of a cash refund as I could not complete the job that weekend. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and get back to me with an offer. Again this did not happen. Hence my low score of 2 for this company.

I preferred to buy from local dealers but when they don’t/ won’t offer what you want or when they do it’s at exorbitantly inflated prices (aprox$350). Living in W.A. ( Wait Awhile) I was expecting a wait of about 10 working days, pleasantly surprised to receive it in just 6 days & as ordered . I am a convert to on line shopping . Firstly the Woodcream is very good, works well, but a 3 lt tub only did the front side of 4 x 6’ and at £30 a tub it’s too much. If it was £20 a tub I would use it far more. But to state again the product is very good.

I'm disappointed that after two weeks, the order had still not been dispatched. The company do not take calls (recorded message states it is moving premises). Oddly, the payment was taken quickly enough. Promising quick dispatch and then not responding to contact form submissions is overall very poor. I would not place another order with them.

However I needed a magnifying glass to read the operating and programming manual.The prrogramming system is very similar to a German system I have seen on another manufacturer and once you have cracked the logic it is good. I have waited a few weeks before leaving this review. I have to say I was nervous about paying so much for something when i didn't know what i was doing. The stack team has been amazing. When i was asked how much i knew about the blueprint and where i thought i should start. My response was, is there a negative number because I don't know anything. My trainer has been fantastic starting me from the basic working me through the process. They have been amazing. I have to say I was mad at myself for wait so long to pull the trigger just because i didn't know how to read blue prints.

The front door is a decent product, but the experience and utter lack of customer care is appalling. They came and ripped out the old door and when I say ripped out that sums it up, I mean it, they caused damage which later they didn't feel they needed to compensate for. I will include the email I sent to them. Dear Alex I have your final invoice but after what has happened with the door being fitted so poorly that we had to sit in the cold for a week, burning fuel just to keep warm as the wind was blowing through the very poorly fitted door, the pure inconvenience of having to take time off work to accommodate your Engineers attending the property, one day not even turning up at all and every other planned appointment not being meet and times changing on the day, this on every occasion. Even today he came at 10.00 and we had arranged 13:00 to 15:00. I can list all the times if required of arrangement and actually attending, not once have these arranged times been meet. Even on the second fit of the door, this was arranged for after 12:00 and we were phoned on the day once I was at work, saying the Engr needed to attend at 09:30, meaning that once again I was forced to arrange cover last minute at my own work. The fact that I need to redecorate due the poor workmanship of the Engr that did the first fitting of the front door. It wouldn’t have been so bad but he stuck that huge surround on and ruined the paint and surface, this to hide the plaster that he had broken during the first fitting. On the first install nothing was sealed, the door was 10 mil away from the wall, hence the very cold week. Even a major Steel re-enforcing bar was missed out so the whole things rattled and moved when closing the door. Part of the frame was broken, badly sawn joints, just a mess. We were left in this state for a week even though they were shown pictures on the day. They did eventually return and fit it correctly a week later. They offered us a paltry £50 compensation payment and would not budge on that. Do not use, there are far better companies out there.

This is the second engagement I have had in particular to the same service engineer. He fitted a new garage door this time which is perfect, his workmanship excellent and his manner nothing too much trouble. As an elderly person having confidence in someone around your home made it an enjoyable and stressless experience. Thank you on a job well done.

I hope this review helps you all make the right decision when selecting your soray foam contractor. We (my husband and I) have always heard of the drastic changes in energy efficiency when using spray foam (let's agree that's a given across the board) so what is the deciding factor? Price? Check the average density on that quote and you will find that it is no where near what Sunlight offers as a standard. Worth noting, Ira and Sunlight STILL bid lower than over half of the estimates we were presented. So, price shouldn't be the deciding factor. After tossing and turning over it all, I had a revelation! This entire time, Ira and Sunlight had been coaching me through it all. I took customer service for granted and once I realized that, it became so clear. This review is part 1 of 2 (the installation is April 8th, 2016) and so far, we are both excited for the day to come. Ira and Jeremy (Jeremy did the walk through and spent almost an hour teaching me all about what's really going on in your attic, not just spray foam) represent what America has forgotten, and that's customer service. I will check back in after the work is complete but I have no doubt that it will be anything short of perfection.

I recently purchased a raised house, and I wanted to get the crawlspace under my house insulated quickly, so that I could work on the floors inside the house. I called Sunlight Contractors and spoke to Ira on a Monday, and my house was insulated by that Friday! Ira was very informative and reassuring. I had spoken to several other companies that do insulation in crawlspaces, but Ira seemed the most knowledgable about insulation in general, the proper conditions for spraying the insulation, the different types that were available, and why certain types were more appropriate for certain areas of a house. He was able to provide me with alot of information about the specific product they used. They were very accommodating of my desire to have the work completed as quickly as possible. The work performed was excellent. They found mold underneath the house and remediated the mold a couple of days before spraying. I have peace of mind knowing that my house is protected, and I can't wait to see how low my utility bills are. I would recommend Sunlight Contractors to everyone.

Service was very good except for the 9 weeks at least that you have to wait for the shutters once ordered. But the shutters are really excellent and Mike is very nice and helpful, giving me free of charge, temporary paper blinds so I had some privacy both downstairs and upstairs while I waited for the shutters to arrive.

Quick and easy ordering process, although I thought that the delivery was a bit steep and not all that quick - I think it’s was 4 working days. Communication was good though and the process was slick. However when I had a problem with one of the boards after it was damaged in transit, they couldn’t have been more helpful and quickly replaced one of the lengths. I would definitely use again.

This is the second order I have made, having been extremely pleased with the first order. Delivery was very prompt and the delivery driver pleasant and obliging. The skirting boards are very well wrapped in several layers of protective plastic. The quality of the boards and finish is excellent. No longer a need to rub down and paint old boards. I have used Andrew twice recently and have two positive reviews: (1) Many thanks to Andrew for his wonderful assistance; he was patient, tidy, really helpful and highly professional throughout the job. I feared it was going to be a lot more difficult than it turned out to be. After extensive testing, which Andrew undertook in a patient manner in cramped spaces the pressure issue was traced to an area under the concrete floor. I shall have no hesitation in requesting Andrew in the future, his technical knowledge was outstanding and we were very lucky to locate him as he put right previous work carried out by less competent qualified gas engineers. (2) Andrew attended on time, was through and tested the gas fire extensively. He took more trouble than previous heating engineers, checked outside flues and took numerous measurements. The engineer was tidy and left the site clean. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who wants a competent, experienced and friendly heating engineer, he knows his heating engineer skill set thoroughly'.

Found Crawley Gas engineer on Google, read all the reviews. And yes, all reviews read and yes I can confirm he does do a excellent job, which was done to a professional standard. I asked Andrew about some extra work without a doubt he quickly looked at the work and qouted for the extra work. And he sent a receipt and a gas certificate the same day.
