I ordered a E2000 router from them on 2/8/11. It is now 2/19/11 and I still don't have the router. I don't think there is any shipping service available which would take that long to get something from the east coast to west coast. The tracking information on their website is not accurate at all. They need to update their website to better inform the customer. I'm never buying anything from them again no matter how cheap it is, it's not worth the trouble.

I purchased a Linksys E2000 refurb router from DD and it was shipped out fast and arrived in about three days. The router was factory refurb'ed by Cisco/Linksys and as sometimes happens it had a radio problem. The B/G 2.4 Ghz radio was very weak and I couldn't get the A band to work at all. I contacted CS through email and got an immediate response. My problem was handled promptly and in three days I had a working unit in my hands. I wish I got this kind of service from all my suppliers. Problems happen, that's just a fact of life. It's how a company responds to a problem that makes the difference and DD really stepped up on this one. I will definitely be doing business with them again as well as recommending to others. I ordered a set of Lee Filters and an adapter ring in late May, knowing perfectly well they were back-ordered at 2Filter (and everywhere else). I instantly received an auto-generated email confirming the order, and a few hours later a personal email confirming the backorder status. I was guessing it might be a 4-6 month wait before I saw my filters. A rep from 2Filter called in mid-August to say they had the filters but not the exact adapter ring I'd ordered. She suggested a substitute, which was fine, and the order was processed. The order was well packed. My only complaint, and it's minor since all has ended well, is that it took 11 days from the time my credit card was charged to receive the order (in Arizona). Also, the 2Filter website indicates that orders are shipped via USPS. In fact, I received mine via UPS. UPS often won't leave packages, so I prefer to know when they're coming. Shipping would have been a non-isssue if 2Filter had notified me of the shipment, and provided a tracking number. In all, I'm happy to have received my order much sooner than I expected. I won't hesitate to order from 2Filter again.

It was easy but the total with the shipping added was a shock. Around $10 for a very lightweight tripod strap is a bit pricey, but not as bad as buying a correct size screw reducer to fit in my 3205 and 3021 then a D bolt in that and then a strap. Probably cheaper by a few bucks. Thanks.

Two days after placing the order on Amazon, Cambridgeworld marked the order as shipped and the tracking shows USPS is waiting for the package. It's been two weeks. TWO WEEKS. It still hasn't gotten to USPS, which means the item wasn't in stock like they said, they didn't pack it up for shipment, and didn't put it in the delivery to the post office. What's the scam here? Does Amazon pay out when it's marked as shipped? I'm finding bad reviews calling out Cambridgeworld for shady practices as far back as 2003! How are they still in business? Why did Amazon approve them to sell in the Amazon store? I'm extremely disappointed in Amazon. In the past twenty or so years, I have never had a serious issue with any purchase from Amazon until now. I put in a request to cancel the order. There's a two day waiting period to give the company a chance to respond. I've heard nothing yet, and I'm guessing I'll have to escalate the issue to Amazon. Do NOT buy from this company. As someone else said, you might as well throw your money in the toilet.

I ordered a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens on 9 May. On 11 May I received an e-mail asking me to call "Steve." No explanation, just a request to call. I called and was patched through to someone who never identified themselves. I was asked what model camera I use, upon providing that information I was told: "I do not have any demo Canon 50mm lenses for that model in stock. I can sell you a new one for $20 more." There are multiple things wrong with this. One, a Canon 50mm lens will fit on any Canon camera made after 1987 so computability would not be a problem. Two, nowhere on the site does it say that the lens was supposed to be a demo lens. Here is the entire text of the page: "This is the lightest EF lens of all at a mere 130g. Compact and high-performance, standard lens. Its Gaussian optics provide sharp delineation from near to far focusing distances. The color balance is excellent for a standard lens." The customer service individual, who may or may not have been "Steve" then told me that the lens I had selected was the Mark I and not the current Mark II. Another lie. The Mark I weighs 190g (due to a metal lens mount) while the Mark II weighs 130g (plastic lens mount). Notice that the description for the item says 130g. I explained to "Steve" that the lens must be a Mark II since the description said it 130g however he persisted that it was not the case and the only way I could get what I had really ordered was to pay an additional $20. I told him to cancel my order. In short, avoid this company. This incident reeks of dishonest business practices.

When I called, Chris was knowledgeable/professional. So I ordered a charger and 2 batteries. I received my order in record time, before the prediction date. Initially I had a problem with the new battery inasmuch as I tried to charge it with the initial Nikon camera charger, which did not work. So I used the new charger I purchased from Pictureline and voila, battery was charged and camera is working perfectly. So I am ready to take pictures of my granddaughter thanks to Pictureline. Thanks again.

I ordered a Sigma 105 f1.4 for my Nikon. Gave the make and model to the sales manager. He told me he would order it in which would take 3 days and it would then ship out. I got an email a few days later which was frustrating enough and the lens he had ordered me was for a CANON, not my NIKON. I called immediately and he assured me this was just a typo and the NIKON version would be shipping out that night and I would receive a tracking number that same day. A few days go by and still no email or updates or tracking. I called again and a new employee tells me in fact they did order the wrong lens and they had to order in the correct Nikon version with no time frame on when it would arrive and ship out. The customer service on the phone was rude and no apologies were made to me. I will never be buying from this joke of a store again.

Twice now have I gone to this place to have my camera serviced. The gentlemen that looked at my camera said that it would take about 10 days to get repaired, they called me this morning on the 5th day informing me that they've finished and its ready to come home. Flopped out of bed and came right over, again I was very pleased with the repairs and the price was quite reasonable! They're always very polite, funny and helpful but more importantly, I trust them! Thanks guys! :)

I ordered my first Nightfox product this Christmas for my 9 year old son who is infatuated with military-style equipment. The price was unbeatable for the 119V considering the capabilities offered by the unit, which blew away both of our expectations. Unfortunately, he accidentally dropped the unit the first day he wore them, breaking the head mount. I contacted Nightfox customer care and inquired about whether or not they sold replacement head bands. Customer care offered to send me a replacement band FOR FREE after asking several questions about what part actually broke. That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of these days anymore, so Nightfox has officially found a customer for life. Many sincere thanks to representative Charles for the help!

Their Quark stabilizer is launched as if it can be used for kitesurfing but the quark can not stand to get in water. Therefore, it is not okay for them to advertise that it can be used for kitesurfing and even sell mounts for kitesurfing. I have had two Quark and both have been broken by being exposed to water :-(

Since most stores outside of Texas aren't required to collect Texas sales tax, and sales tax payment is self informed on out of state purchases, a brick and mortar store in Dallas starts out at a disadvantage. There's a reason they are able to stay in business anyway :) The only sales people I have only dealt with are Eugene, his father, and his mother. All have been knowledgable, helpful, and very pleasant. I have purchased three high end Nikons here and personally find the reassurance of a knowledgable staff and a local operation to be worth paying a bit more than what I could do mail-order. It's also my preference to actually handle something I'm interested in purchasing rather than relying solely on internet reviews and forum opinions. It's nice to be able to take a demo camera or lens out in front of the store and make a few test photographs. The store stock is exceptionally deep for a brick and mortar store and even some fairly exotic items are immediately available from stock. If your only goal is to locate the very lowest price this may not be your best buy. If you would like to have more customer service and the advantage of dealing with live human beings, I suggest you drop buy and browse.

I ordered this battery in July thru Amazon. What I received was not what I ordered. I ordered a Bushnell Pro 1M GPS battery. What I received was a Energizer 3v CR123A lithium battery loose in the shipping envelope. No paperwork, no packaging. It seemed to take a charge the 1st time but when I tried again this week - nothing. I'm guessing what I got was what someone else returned as defective. Totally worthless! I had to put my old battery back in.

I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). I thought this was a little odd but did so. Panasonic told me that I had to go through Apple Electronics to get the part. I called on the next Mon. and was told they would send one out. Have not received the part and when I try calling they put me on hold for 25 min. I have also tried emailing them. NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had the misfortune of having a dust devil blow over my tripod here in Arizona and my beloved Sony VX2100 suffered some damage. I was heartbroken with the thoughts of sending it off to some stranger and spent quite a bit of time searching the Internet for possibilities. The more that I read about Video One, the more convinced I was to give them a try. I shipped my camera along with a note detailing the issues I had found and just a couple of days later a very nice technician by the name of Sheryl called me to make sure she understood my concerns correctly. She said she would call back the next day after she had the opportunity to thoroughly look the camera over. Just as promised, she called the next day and offered several options for repair and different pricings with no high pressure to sell additional services. What a pleasant way to do business. We discussed these and decided upon the best course of action. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the camera had been shipped via UPS and would arrive soon. I can't say how pleased I was to get the camera back in pristine condition and at a price that was far less than I had initially expected. I have recommended Video One to a couple of my friends who are as fussy as I am and know they will not be disappointed.

I ordered the 16" rain cover which is designed to fit the Canon 100-400mm lens. The cover fits the lens when it is fully extended with the 1.4x tele extender attached. The camera body opening is large enough that you can mount the lens on a tripod and still cover it (FotoSharp has a new model that has an opening for the tripod mount). I haven't used it in the rain yet but I put my arm inside it and turned on a faucet over it and it is truely waterproof. It weighs just a little over 1 ounce and is very compact. It costs $24 while competing products cost $50-70 or more. Excellent product and great customer service.

Purchased a En-EL14 battery for a Nikon D3100 camera, 29.99+ taxes + $3.01 to ship this battery and one for my camcorder. This battery code (En-EL14) is also used for the Nikon Coolpix P7000 The D3100 battery is 1030mAh and the Coolpix P7000 is 900mAh, To return the Battery to Batterybuyer costs $11-$12+ taxes and a 15% restocking fee, total costing between $19-$20. Not a great value for a battery that is not compatible. I guess the courier companies are in love with companies like this.

I ordered an e-m5 from cameraland Jun 14 and received it June 24 (which is pretty decent given that this camera is mostly out of stock). Their system is a bit old fashion relative to more modern retailers (this is not a bad thing but I had to use the phone to place the order and receive updates; they always found the order promptly and responded very politely but naturally this is a method that would not scale. I have no complaints. Item was well packed and shipped fed ex without extra charge. I do wish the web presence was a bit more modern (for example lenses could not be ordered via the web for this item)

I was searching for a Sigma APO 50-150mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens for Canon online but it was very hard to find because it's now a discontinued product by Sigma. I also wanted to buy one that was new and under factory warranty. I searched one by one through Sigma's Authorized Dealer list checking each stores' website. I found 3 dealers that showed it was in stock but Camera Land NY had it for the lowest price of the 3. I placed my order with Camera Land NY but then they told me it was on back order but not to worry because they lens would be arriving soon from Sigma to their store. 2 days later I got my tracking number that they had shipped it and in 3 days from that time I received my new Sigma lens. All in all despite the back order from the time I placed my order to the time I received my lens was just one week so I am very pleased with their service and commitment to deliver me my product.

In a google search, I saw a 24mm f4 Mamiya 645 Sekor C ULD fisheye for sale. This is a fairly rare lens. After checking out the store here and on some photo forums, it seemed legit. I put in the order, then got email confirmation within a few hours that the lens was ready to ship. It arrived as expected. Prompt service, great packing job, I can't ask for more!

I was skeptical at first as there was no review for this site, but I took the plunge. I purchased a pink hard leather camera case for the Canon SD800IS. This case has a magnetic clasp and an extra battery pouch and a leather loop with a caribeaner (sp?)(also, no belt loop). I made my purchase on the evening of the 27th and it got to me on the 3rd. No problems. I opened it up and I saw that it was the exact thing in the picture. I noticed that there was some left over adhesive on the edge side where the seam is. From past experience, I understand how this can happen and decided to just remove the adhesive myself (didn't have time yet to do it though). Also, battery pouch on the back has a snap clasp and the flap going to the clasp was slightly offcenter(by about 1/4"). Even with these flaws, the case is very well made for a chinese product. I was also hesitant to buy it as the website does not include the dimensions for the inside of the case or the outside. I was extremely relieved when I slipped the camera into the case. IT FIT PERFECTLY! My Girlfriend LOVES IT! I purchased it with an LCD screen protector(only 1) and it works great even in sunlight. I believe I got a good value. I would buy from this company again. If you are looking for a great looking, slim, hard or semi hard leather case for a canon point and shoot, this site would be my first recommendation for you. I would also dissuade you from buying a case on ebay, if you want the case to fit perfectly. I did buy from a place on ebay and it didn't fit right, even though they said it was for my camera. Based on my experience, if they say it fits for a certain camera model, then it will. Cutecamcase, if you're reading this: Good Job! Also, this company will send you emails as: Eaglecool.com Also, they will itemize your invoice and it's kind of confusing. They put their own item number, but absolutely no description of what it is. When you do a search of the item number on their site, it doesn't come up with anything. Perhaps they will fix this in the future? Also, they use paypal, so it's very safe. Also, they don't have a phone number, but I'm not really interested in talking with anyone and if you're like me, then that issue is moot.

Placed an order for a 5DSR and battery pack (not inexpensive) last Monday. My credit card was authorised immediately. And yet four days later (Friday) my order status was still at 'payment review'. It wasn't processed until the Friday afternoon (yesterday). Now I have to wait another three working days for plodding Australia Post to deliver the goods. All this when Canon promise delivery within 5 working days. What makes matters worse is that the Canon Customer Service is a global call centre (with poor language skills) that isn't even part of Canon's Australian eStore. The customer service people could not tell me any more than I could read on the order webpage for myself. They were neither informed nor empowered; a waste of my time and Canon's salary money. My thoughts are that 'payment review' is a euphemism for 'too bad sucker, you'll have to wait because we're all at Bondi Beach enjoying a cold one (beer)'. The real tragedy is that Canon make great cameras to die for ... but the company will eventually fail due to zero customer care and impoverished customer service. I mean. just look at the review boards; only the sock puppets have anything good to say, I think.

I ordered a Tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens on 10/9. This was the only place that had this lens in stock for a resonable price. B&H Photo had this lens on back order along will all other legit sites. All other stores that had this in stock were overpriced by $100. The lens was shipped on 10/12 and was delivered on 10/15. The lens was a USA model, brand new in the box....Perfect!

When placing my first order a few days ago I encountered some issues due to my address being recorded differently in different databases. The process of the order therefore not very flexible, unlike customer service who sorted out my issue in no time - I ended up with the product in my hands 2 days later. Compared to US prices (especially with the dollar taking a deep dive) the gear I bought was rather overpriced, but the quick turnaround and the way I was treated guarantees a good shopping experience and deserves full marks. If returns are as easy and well handled (let's hope I'll never find out), then one need not look any further!

I have just tried to make an on-line purchase with Bristol Cameras and the transaction payment process appeared to stop mid-payment. The sale amount has been reserved (but not taken) on the credit card account, there was no on-screen confirmation that the sale was a success or failure, no email was sent, and my on-line account at Bristol Cameras states that I have no previous purchases. Also, the contact telephone number appears permanently busy. I hope this is just incompetence rather than a scam. Beware.

Equipment Rented: Canon EF 300 f/2.8L IS and EF 2X II Extender. This was my first rental from Pro Photo (in fact, my very first equipment rental) and it was a very nice experience for me. The staff at Pro Photo was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the right equipment. They are very knowledgeable people when it comes to photography and photography equipment. They really helped me to decide which equipment I needed for my purposes. I didn't need my equipment until Saturday and I asked them how that would work with shipment, since I needed to leave on a trip really early Saturday morning. I expressed to them that I'd rather not pay an extra day when I wasn't using the equipment--if they were to ship it to me for receipt on Friday. They were very understanding. They told me they would ship it a day earlier so I would get it on Friday, but they wouldn't charge me for Friday. I was amazed that they were willing to do that, and was even more amazed when the equipment showed up on Thursday (rather than Friday)! This gave me the chance to play around with the equipment way before my trip. I was very pleased, to say the least. I used this equipment photographing Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and was very happy with the results. I was really glad I found Pro Photo. The equipment I rented from them made my trip to Yellowstone a successful one.

I was looking around recently to rent a lens for a wedding I was shooting. I was recommended to Pro Photo Rental on one of the forums and promptly visited and emailed them. My concern? I live in Canada. Not only was Jared extremely quick in responding and answering my questions, he had a few tips for when I should order and for how long based on potential customs issues. Once I placed my order he was very helpful in the tracking and setting up the return shipment. Although I had to pay for return shipping out of pocket because I live in Canada and FedEx won't authorize return shipping prepaid, it was still significantly cheaper than anywhere I could have rented the same lens locally. The lens was in excellent condition, and did the job as required! I will definitely be renting from Pro Photo Rental again in the future! For those of you in Canada, add one day to the beginning of your order just in case it gets tied up in customs.

I will be renting lenses from Oscar and Magda in the future for my Nikon. Very easy. I did an in-person pick-up and shipped it back. The lens did it's job wonderfully. I rented a 24-70 f2.8. The colors I got from this lens were so rich and wonderful. Nice to have the option to try an expensive piece of pro glass before you buy it. Be sure to shoot a piece of white paper with a small aperature as soon as you get it to be sure everything is on the up and up.

I recently purchased a the new Cannon T1I SLR camera from Woodland Hills. I spent about 2 weeks looking and stressing about which of the many companies that were selling T1I packages with telephoto lense, media storage, camera bag and such as it is our first real camera and we have nothing. After all of the searching and reading up on the NY companies (do some reasearch before buying from them) and making phone calls to each of them to feel them out I settled on Woodland Hills. My initial phone call with them was great I called back that day put in my order and had the T1I package Friday the 18th at 12:00pm. I think I ended up spending maybe $50-75 more than the advertised prices of some of the others online but everything arrived quickly and as promised with no hassle.

I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order. Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th. It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped. Greg

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote. As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action. I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

I placed an order on 11/26. On the week of 12/7 I decided to reach out for status on my order. Reaching support was difficult. After several calls someone finally picked up and claimed their system was down. He took my phone numbers and promised to call me back that day but never did. I tried calling yesterday and no one answered or returned my calls. I tried calling today 12/16 and got voicemail. I called about 25 times in a row before someone finally picked up and then proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't placed because they did not have the items in stock. I asked why the system let me place an order for items they did not have and he said the computer made a mistake. I corrected him in that computers don't make mistakes only people. I am guessing a refund is underway but as a precaution I have disputed this charge with the lender. Beware 3dstereo.

I placed an order on 12/4. On 12/6 I got an email saying they normally would ship within 2 business days, but were waiting on stock and expected it just to be a few days longer. I've emailed and called several times (with detailed info), checked the "order status" button on their website--nothing works. This is really disappointing and the one time I did speak with someone, he said they had just gotten in a lot of stock and maybe my order was going out that day, and they would email me or call me on it. I wouldn't recommend working with this company, period.

The owner of Rockycameras is Keith Rock who runs this 'business' from two bedroom bungalow. He has been thrown out from Ebay now four times (fifth one is pending) and if you have looked other review sites, he is probably the worst seller you will ever encounter. I made two purchases from him. I both occasions items were missing and those which were delivered had fungus and deep scratches in front elements. These were described as "optically perfect". I have now contacted my credit card company who is going to issue a charge back. If that fails, the next step is Small Claims Court and a fraud report to police.

Update: I have been contacted by the Sales Manager for Bulk CCTV and he has been very easy to deal with and has worked with me to get this issue resolved. He has apologized for the lack of communication and has refunded all of my shipping costs. I believe that this store is concerned with excellent customer service and that I would consider purchasing from them in the future. I can not recommend this merchant. I was shipped a defective cctv camera and by this companies policy I had to pay the return shipment costs to get the defective camera back to them. They received the defective camera on the 20th of February. I was never contacted to let me know what the status was on a replacement camera. I called on the 24th and was told that the replacement would be shipped on the 26th. On the 2nd of May I called once again about a status, and was told that I would be contacted later about a tracking number for the replacement camera. At this point I filed for a refund through paypal for the full invoice on the original purchase. I did receive a phone call regarding the refund request and upon further discussion I was told that the replacement camera had still not been sent but was now available for shipment. I requested the refund instead of the camera. BulkCCTV would not give me the full invoice refund, they refunded the camera cost, but would not refund the original shipping costs I paid for a defective product, not to mention the shipping cost I had to pay to return the defective camera. I believe that I should have been refunded the original shipping costs due to the fact that I was shipped a defective camera and also had to pay to ship it back to Bulk CCTV.

I have just received the camera and used it a few days ago, but I have not yet reviewed the video to determine how the camera is functioning. However I did receive good service when I called in with a question about changing the order the day I placed the order. However, I do want to mention something very important. The instructions in the instruction booklet provided with the camera are not good nor sufficient enough to know how to operate and charge the camera properly. I can tell that the instruction booklet is translated, so the English is poor and the instructions lacking. For example, there are two lights on the plug when recharging (red and green). The lights change in various ways as the camera appears to be charging but the instructions do not explain what the lights mean. When I used the camera for the first time this weekend, I had no way of knowing when it was fully charged. I had to guess. This is just one example, and I am left with questions still about the cameras operations. I will have to call into customer service to get these answers. The instruction booklet needs to be improved. It needs to be written in good English (not poorly translated English) and with more detail. Thank you.

In July 2021, I ordered, and received, a Maksutov-Newtonian 190mm telescope. When I opened the box and examined the optics, I noticed all five screws on the 2ndary were loose and the mirror had rotated! I contacted Optcorp and SkyWatchUSA several times to solve the problem. Within 30 days, I contacted Optcorp and asked to return the telescope with a full refund. No response from Optcorp until after 30 days! So, I contacted SkyWatchUSA. They asked that I return the telescope to them and they would repair it. This has been a very bad experience.

I ordered a scope over the phone and spoke with several people including Rod,Mike & I cant remember the other guys name but all were VERY polite and went out of there way to help me as the scope arrived damaged....not from shipping but from the manufacturer Meade. There were blemishes small dents and it looked like hell. I called them & they gave me the Meade first light option or returning to them. I called Meade and OH MY GOD they accused opt of selling me a refurbished scope! The scope was brand new and sealed with Meade's tape! Meade told me that if i send it to them they were going to send me a refurb scope back!!!! I went off on the rep and told him I have the paper from Meade with the serial # and inspect date showing it was brand new. HE told me we don't send out new scopes in that condition! I asked for a manager and was told none were in! I then went off on the punk and he hung up on me! I called Opt back and spoke to Mike west who went out of his way Paid for return shipping to him which had to be at least 300 bucks! LS 8' scope. I didn't want another LS after what i went through so we discussed other brands and he offered to extend a sale that was going to expire on a 9.25 Celestron but in the end I settled on a 8' LX90. He made it an even exchange and said he would fight with Meade for the price of the return shipping. He sent UPS to my house to pick up the scope and as soon as i called him and told them UPS picked up the scope and tripod He shipped out the new lx90 before he could even track the return!!!! Now that is trust! I could have sent them a box full of rocks if i was a criminal and I would have had two scopes because they are both arriving on the same day! ON TOP OF THAT he had his staff at my request open the new LX90 and go over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure Meade didn't give me another bad scope. What more could I have asked for? Between the org shipping the return shipping and the shipping on the new scope he has to be losing money! Unless Meade helps him out, I am in NY and have a ups account so the price I said for ground shipping was over 300 each way, WELL DONE OPT! You have a VERY HAPPY new customer here hopefully for life!

I placed an order for a Vortex rifle scope from Bear Basin on 23 December 2014. They definitely had the best price. Several days later, I received a call that the scope I ordered was not available but the exact same scope with a different reticle was available and could ship immediately. I declined, as I wanted a specific reticle and they said it would be available on 1 January 2015. I appreciate being offered an option, though. 8 January 2015 is when my feelings about Bear Basin took a nose dive. I still had not received my order and when I called, the customer service stated that the scope still wasn't available. He wasn't rude but was curt and there was no offer of apology for them failing to meet their promises. He did say that it would be available on 12 January 2015. On 13 January 2015, I still had not received any notice of shipment, I called and cancelled my order. The customer service agent was again curt but not rude. He stated that I called just in time because my order was about to go out that day. He never inquired as to why I was canceling my order and again no apology. Maybe I'm just old school but basic customer service goes a long way with me. Had they notified me and kept me informed about the status of my order, all would have been fine. Instead, I will never give them a dime of my money, even if it means that I will pay more somewhere else. Good luck Bear Basin!!!

Extremely please with my shopping experience with NDD! Bought a camera as a gift for my family to help lift the spirits during Covid-19. The team were absolutely wonderful. First time using Next Day Deal. They were a delight to use and I'm very pleased I did so. I purchased a D850 from them. I received my item this morning and I'm so excited! My tracking was added to my order by yesterday evening and I was able to track it via DPD this morning. The 1hr slot was helpful so I was able to keep an eye out. My camera came securely packaged. After reading reviewed and exploring their webpage, and there is nothing complicated about it, I found the desired lens. The ordering process is easy. I ordered the Tenba Messenger from Outdoor Photo Gear even with the lack of reviews for the site. The ordering process from their website was smooth and they even gave me a code for $10 off my current purchase and another $5 off a future purchase. Their delivery was excellent as the item arrived within 2 days of ordering. A shipping and delivery confirmation was provided by the company as soon as the activity hit. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I typically don't write reviews, but it's unusal that I have such a good experience as I did with outdoorphotogear.com that I had to write this. Kim, whom I worked with in customer service, really went out of her way to help me. I specifically purchased from them because they had free shipping on a particular product which was price-fixed, and thus made them the cheapest place I could find the item. They shipped the product the first business day (Mon.) after I placed the order (Sat.), but the post office "lost it" for a while. I alerted Kim to the problem, she worked with the post office to figure out what was going on, and when the post office said they didn't know where it was, Kim sent me another free of charge. It was in fact the post office's fault because I called them too to find out where it was and they didn't know. It was shipped on 5/7 and showed up 5/29! The 2nd one she sent on 5/29 and showed up 6/1. Kim offered to ship the 2nd one earlier in the process, but since I wasn't in a rush, I told her not to bother and we'll see if the other one would show up (that's what the post office told both of us to do). I guess I should have waited just one more day and she wouldn't have had to ship me other one. I'll be returning the 2nd one. Bottom line, Kim was very helpful, I would shop with them again, and would recommend them.

I have used this company many times previously and been very happy with the cost, delivery time etc however on a recent occasion I ordered a CCTV camera kit and 2 additional cameras (A total of £444.97) I received the item a few days later and was pleased. Until I received the credit card bill and realised we had been charged 7 times for the one item. I have called the company and no-one has answered, I have emailed the gentleman I had previously conversed with and had no response and finally my credit card company have also tried to contact them with no luck! I am disgusted with this - I am £2669.82 out of pocket and am yet to receive any kind of response!

Some 3 years ago i contacted Parkingcameras.com with an unusual request Mark at Parking Cameras spent a lot of time trying to come up with the solution to my request and after a very short time came up with all the right answers.After 3 years the system is still working like day one. You may ask what was so special about this system well how many MOTORCYCLES do you see with a rear view camera being used instead of mirrors. The system can be viewed on their website The system is far better than mirrors ie wider angle of view with no blind spots and would you beleive the system is cheeper than a new set of mirrors

First the supplied mount broke in a way that the camera fell off and was lost forever. So much for backing their products. I was then offered a poor discount for a new order, limited only to the GoPro 7 Black(most expensive camera.) I then attempted to use said discount only to not be given a single location to enter the code since an even less useful discount was already being offered on the website. i made an assumption that if I went far enough into the ordering process i would find the discount entry field but instead I accidentally placed the order. Now GoPro won't even refund the difference in discount and because the order has shipped, I'll need to receive the camera, request a return then attempt to use the coupon code originally provided. At this point I'll get the refund and buy a knockoff. Poor customer service and order processing.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.
